论文题目:高中英语教师人文知识教学现状调查研究

摘要:普通高中英语课程标准提出英语学科具有工具性和人文性双重特点。因此,在英语教学中我们有必要对人文知识的传授给予重视,不断提高学生的人文素养,促进学生的全面发展。本研究以人本主义教学理论和人的全面发展理论为依据,从教学目标,教学内容,教学方法,评价方式,人文环境,教学效果6个维度来探讨问题:(1)高中英语教师开展人文知识教学的现状如何?(2)高中英语教师在人文知识教学上是否存在人口学差异?(3)影响高中英语教师人文知识教学的因素有哪些?本研究以广西壮族自治区,湖南省两个地区12所高中的212名英语教师为研究对象,采用调查问卷及访谈的方法开展调查研究。研究结果表明:(1)高中英语教师人文知识教学目前还处于一个中等水平,在人文知识评价方式和人文知识教学效果两个维度上表现不太理想,有待进一步改善,余下的四个维度处于中上水平,但仍有进步空间。(2)男教师在教学内容,教学方式,评价方式以及教学效果方面表现优于女教师;15年以上教龄的教师优于15年以下教龄的教师;研究生学历的英语教师在教学内容,评价方式和人文环境三个维度优于本科学历的英语教师;湖南地区的英语教师在教学内容和人文环境两个维度优于广西壮族自治区的英语教师。(3)影响高中英语教师人文知识教学的因素主要有以下四点:人文知识在高考压力下没有得到足够的重视;人文知识教学评价方式体系不完善;英语教师很难确定每个单元人文知识的主题;英语教师人文知识储备不够。最后,基于以上研究结果,笔者提出了一些建议:(1)教师应正确理解人文知识教学目标;(2)教材编写应系统化,并将每个单元的人文知识整理分类;(3)教师应加强人文知识的学习,增强自身的人文知识储备;(4)教师应采用多元化的评价方式;(5)学校要为师生创造良好的人文环境。
