论文题目：叙利亚加入WTO的经济分析

摘要：叙利亚是一个中低收入的国家,它的经济是建立在多元化的发展基础之上的,主要产业有农业、石油、工业以及旅游业。近年来,叙利亚逐渐减少了对石油产业的依赖,并且使其经济体制逐渐由计划经济转型到市场经济。在此基础上,自由经济逐渐成为一种新的产物,新产品和私有经济成分能更充分地利用其竞争性的优势。作为经济改革的一部分,叙利亚越来越重视整合地区和国际经济资源。此项改革也取得了丰硕的成果,一系列双边协议被签订,阿拉伯自由贸易协定正在实施、叙利亚与欧盟联合协定也已签订。此外,叙利亚于2001年申请加入WTO,在2004年2月该申请被重置,到2010年5月,叙利亚完成了里程碑式的跨越,获得了世贸组织观察员身份。 此学位论文呈现了近年来叙利亚的经济形势,2009年的GDP实际增长率为5%,2008年接近于5.1%。同时我也将对叙利亚的对外贸易进行分析。另外,从其他已经接受WTO条款的国家（如中国和约旦）,叙利亚在发展本国农业方面也得到了很多启示。 最后我对加入WTO后的叙利亚农业发展进行了SWOT分析。整体上来说,叙利亚加入WTO组织还为时过早,仍然需要逐步健全与WTO相适应的法律条文和经济结构。在叙利亚的市场中,本国当地产业在其他中东国家的竞争者面前仍缺少竞争力。所以,在叙利亚迈出经济发展的一大步之前,应该集中精力于现行的市场贸易协定和条约,如GAFTA（大阿拉伯自由贸易区）.
