论文题目：《发展中国家气候投资的金融工程》（第一章和第二章）翻译报告

摘要：本翻译项目报告共包括两部分内容。首先,将Anthem出版社编纂的《发展中国家气候投资的金融工程》第一章“简介”和第二章“气候变化和国家适当减排行动”的英文翻译成汉语;其次,围绕该文章的翻译过程撰写一篇相关的翻译报告。翻译报告一共分为四部分。第一章“翻译项目简介”,主要介绍项目背景、目的、意义及其结构等。第二章“原文背景”,简要介绍原文作者以及本项目中翻译文本的主要内容和分析。第三章“翻译难点与翻译方法”,首先介绍了翻译中遇到的难点,它包括长句的翻译和专业词汇的翻译,其次是译前所做的准备工作,最后是在功能对等理论关照下采用的翻译方法:增译和减译,拆分等,同时举例说明如何解决翻译中遇到的棘手问题。第四部分“结论”,总结译者在翻译过程中受到的启示、获得的经验与教训和仍待解决的问题。
