论文题目：中等职业学校医学生对英语自主学习平台需求的调查研究

摘要：在现今的“互联网+教育”时代,在线学习是英语学习的发展趋势。在线英语学习是互联网和移动终端互相融合的产物。在线英语学习不受时空限制,并能提供海量的学习资源和个性化的学习模式。《中等职业学校英语教学大纲》指出:“学校要为英语教学配备必要的音像视听设备和资料以及计算机、互联网等设施。教师要利用、开发教学资源,丰富教学内容、教学途径和手段;利用现有的广播电视、英语报刊、图书馆、视听室或电子阅览室等,为学生创造学习条件,拓宽学生学习和运用英语的渠道。”英语自主学习平台对于在线英语学习和许多英语教学改革都是很重要的辅助与支撑。同时,中等职业学校医学生的英语学习现状大多处于被动学习状态,而且繁多的医学专业课程严重压缩了英语课程的课时,传统的教学难以保证英语学习的时间和效果。因此,对于中等职业学校医学生来说,建设一个符合学生需求的英语自主学习平台尤为必要,以提高学生的学习主动性和积极性,并成为课堂学习的有效延伸。本文通过调查中等职业学校医学生对于英语自主学习平台的需求分析,对现有的英语学习平台提供一些有效、可操作性的建议,以完善和优化平台的建设。本研究以问卷调查和访谈为研究手段,以肇庆医学高等专科学校17、18级402名中专医学生为研究对象,对以下三个问题进行研究:1.中等职业学校医学生对英语自主学习平台的总体需求如何?2.中等职业学校医学生对英语自主学习平台的需求有何特点?3.中等职业学校医学生对英语自主学习平台的需求产生的原因是什么?问卷调查包括技能提高、学习资源、医学英语学习资源、学习环境、在线活动、评价与反馈以及个性化设置等七个维度。通过SPSS 22.0统计软件对收集的数据进行分析,得出以下研究结果:中等职业学校医学生对英语自主学习平台总体表现出较高的需求和积极的学习态度,其中对于学习资源,特别是医学英语学习资源的需求最高,其他的需求从高到低依次为个性化设置、评价与反馈、技能提高的需求、在线活动和学习环境。中等职业学校医学生倾向于通过移动学习的方式全面提高听说读写译等英语技能以及医学英语的应用能力,同时希望英语自主学习平台提供更多在线互动交流的机会以及个性化的界面设置。需求产生的原因可以归结为中等职业学校医学生有积极的学习态度、英语基础薄弱、对资源的核心需求、在线互动的需求以及学生个性多样化等五个方面。根据调查结果,本文首先从英语自主学习平台的优化方面提出几点建议:1.学习资源由听力、口语、阅读、写作、翻译、语法与词汇以及等级题库等七个模块组成;2.在线活动应注重师生间的互动;3.平台管理方面应重视监控、评价、及时反馈以及平台的个性化设置。同时,本文从学校、教师和学生等角度分别提出了一些可操作性的建议:学校方面为英语自主学习平台的建设以及相关教学改革的开展提供技术支持和保障;充分发挥教师作为组织者、资源提供者和指导者的作用,建设一个以学生为中心的网络学习环境;培养学生自我计划、自我监控和自我管理的学习策略,提高有效学习和自主学习的能力。
