论文题目:商务英语硕士毕业生职业适应能力实证研究 ——以广外大国际商务英语学院为例

摘要:本文以商务英语硕士毕业生职业适应能力为研究落脚点,借助人力资源管理理论,讨论广东外语外贸大学商务英语硕士毕业生职业适应能力相关主题,包括广东外语外贸大学商务英语硕士毕业生的职业适应现状,他们遇到的职业不适应性情况以及提高未来商务英语硕士生职业适应能力的措施。本研究意在从商务英语硕士毕业生在职场的适应情况出发,思考商务英语硕士人才培养方案的设计。为真实地反映出目前商务英语硕士毕业生的职业适应情况,作者多次与毕业生进行深入访谈,并通过回收开放问卷以及相关语音文字资料,收集了测量毕业生职业适应能力的各项指标。通过对指标的整理汇总以及对所形成量表的多次施测与修改,确定了量表的终版并予以正式施测。数据结果经统计分析后得出以下结论:(1)商务英语硕士毕业生的职业适应能力主要从五个方面进行测量:职业选择适应、职业人际适应、职业知识及学习适应、职业心态适应以及职业环境适应。(2)广东外语外贸大学商务英语硕士毕业生的总体职业适应居于中上水平。(M=3.63)(3)毕业生在五个维度上表现较为均衡但仍有所差异。(4)毕业生职业适应能力有显著的人口统计学特征。(5)不同类别毕业生在职业适应能力上也有显著差异。(6)商务英语硕士毕业生存在以下三个方面的职业适应性问题:商务英语硕士毕业生的个人竞争力所造成的不适应、所在组织的激励与支持所带来的不适应以及毕业前接受的商务英语硕士教育培养方案所造成的不适应问题。商务英语高层次人才的培养工作已开展十多年。然而,目前国内几乎没有针对商务英语硕士人才培养方案的讨论。本研究收集了商务英语硕士毕业生职业适应相关情况的第一手数据,并以此为依据,讨论了在新的历史环境下,各商务英语培养单位“培养什么样的人”、“怎样培养人”的核心问题。为了更好地回答该问题,本文还对广东外语外贸大学即将毕业的商务英语应届硕士毕业生进行了就业相关情况的调查。调查旨在反映应届毕业生在求职过程中遇到的困难、造成求职难的原因以及解决未来毕业生可能面临的求职难的意见和建议。本研究纵是以广东外语外贸大学商务英语硕士毕业生为调查对象,但希望能在一定程度上对国内其他院校所开展的商务英语硕士人才培养方案提供借鉴。
