电影翻译中文化论文提纲

论文题目：电影字幕中文化词语翻译研究 ——以《满城尽带黄金甲》为例

摘要：随着以中国文化为基础的华语电影在国际上大放异彩，汉英字幕翻译成为了东西方文化交流的重要媒介，使不同背景文化的人们文化交流更加顺利。目前，电影字幕翻译是一个较新的研究对象，之前国内外主要研究对象为字幕翻译的时间控制、空间限制、翻译质量控制以及标准化等问题。本文试从文化的角度以电影《满城尽带黄金甲》为例对电影字幕翻译进行研究。 文化是和语言紧密相关的，语言是文化的载体。对字幕翻译者来说，如何处理字幕中的文化词语，使外界能够通过字幕翻译理解电影中蕴含的文化成为译者处理字幕翻译时的关键要素。 鉴于此，本文主要研究电影《满城尽带黄金甲》汉语字幕中文化特色词的英译问题。论文在综述国内外对于电影字幕翻译研究的成果的基础上，进一步将文化特色词的翻译研究进行系统梳理，然后引出字幕翻译的概念、特点、制约条件、策略，在以文本为依托，梳理电影满城尽带黄金甲中的文化特色词，以例子的方式指出了文化特色词在电影字幕翻译中的重要性，因而对文化特色词的研究自然就成了本研究的旨归。为了使研究具体化，研究回归文本，着重研究了电影满城尽带黄金甲中的文化特色词问题，在具体研究方法上，论文以电影故事背景为依托，分析电影汉语字幕的文化语境，先概述所依托的研究材料和故事背景，以丰富的例证对电影中英文字幕做了对比研究，然后发掘出字幕中几大文化特色词类型，并对其表现的语言学和修辞特点进行了探讨。 最后论文站在翻译策略的高度继续探讨了译者在翻译其中文化特色词所采用的策略，发现翻译策略都是基于电影字幕有限的时空制约下选择的，因此本研究的结论是：在受限的时空下，针对电影汉语字幕的英译译者应以归化的翻译策略为皈依，着重考量欧美受众的观赏需求，以他们顺畅观赏和审美为导向。
