论文题目:中职学校校本教材开发研究 ——以城市轨道交通英语课程为个案

摘要:随着城市轨道交通的迅速发展,地铁公司急需大量具备良好专业知识的城市轨道交通客运与服务专业的学生。同时,随着城市国际知名度的扩大,专业人才国际化的趋势日益明显。浙江省中职课程改革方案的实施和英语高职考改革的落实,促使了中职英语课程设置的改变。基于此背景,我校开设了城市轨道交通英语课程。但是在实际教学过程中,我们发现了教材内容偏难、部分话题陈旧、缺乏本地特色等问题。为了更好地促进城市轨道英语课程的开展,学校成立了校本教材开发小组。本文以校本课程开发和需求分析为理论依据,通过问卷调查和访谈,了解在校学生、教师、地铁公司工作人员、地铁公司管理部门对城市轨道交通英语的需求。问卷和访谈表明开发一本合适的、实用的、具有学校和当地特色的校本教材势在必行。确立了校本教材开发的程序和教材的组织形式,编定了教材的目标、内容、教学方法和教学评价等的课程标准,并在高二年级城市轨道交通客运与服务专业的130个学生中进行了项目二模块2问路的教学实践,最后对相关的教学内容、教学方式等进行了评价,以进行教材内容的进一步修改和下一步校本教材的开发。通过以上的实践,得出了以下的结论:1.教师、在校学生、我校毕业现在地铁工作的学生以及地铁公司一致认为:城市轨道校本英语教材需要呈现实用性和本土化的特点。2.校本教材开发之前,开发小组需要明确教材编写的具体目标、内容、教学模式和评价方法。3.学生普遍对于样课的认可度高,呈现出继续学习城市轨道交通英语的欲望强烈。教师对教材编写的选材和配套练习的设计提出了建议。研究证明校本教材的开发是具有意义的,对其他课程的校本教材开发具有一定的借鉴作用。
