　　July 5th Monday cloudy

　　Today I came back from a place named “he chuan”, it’s a good place. There has some nice view like chang jiang river. I came there in two days ago. Our aunt is here. We had a good time in there. But I also write English dairy too. Because of the wrong computer, the message didn’t here. I wish myself to live more better tomorrow.

　　How happy I am. Yesterday I finished all the work very quick, so I have a lot of time to do myself. Sometimes finish work early is a good thing, we can have more interests to do the next work. Because of this, I write English dairy eight in the morning. But I wrote it in the evening in the pass day. Everyone, if you can finish the work quickly, not lazy, just try your best.

　　How tired am I! I went back from chongqing three hours ago. In the city I nearly lost the way. Thanks for the hot heart man and woman. They help us to find the way. 　　Yesterday I came to the center of Chongqing with my mother. We came to a place named “toward the air door”. I think many people know it. The night view is so beautiful that we all don’t want to back to home. I have a photo here. In the nine, we had to go back home. I didn’t wash my face before I went to bed, I’m too tired.

　　This holiday is my best busy holiday for I am learning English, computer and word and I fall in the weekend exam. Many times I want to take today off, but my mother said to me:“go on, you must belive that you can do it.” So I have to try. Now my English is better than 2months ago. 就读于六安职业技术学院的我在学习了1年多的理论知识后,终于有踏上社会进行实习的机会了。在学校的安排下我找到了上海希尔顿大酒店,这个让我仰慕以久的五星级豪华涉外酒店。经过初试后,我得到了面试的通知,我进入上海希尔顿大酒店,在销售部预订中心的一个多月里我深入学习了上海希尔顿大酒店营销手册,员工手册,并对预订工作进行了实践。所谓实习就是实践中学习,虽然在大酒店只呆了短短的一个多月,却学到了好多在课堂在学校所不能顾全的一些知识。下面一些是我对短暂实习的感受:

酒店概况：上海希尔顿大酒店已有---年的历史了，酒店在--年被评为--酒店，酒店设有各类客房，其中有豪华四套间，豪华双套间，商务标间，普通标准间,设有先进的电话通讯设备IDD，DDD程控系统，科学高效的语音信箱系统和中央空调以及免费宽带(30兆)上网。商务楼层豪华方便舒适，与其配套的有：全天24小时服务的中，西餐厅，大堂酒吧，欧美风格的中世纪酒吧高雅温馨，设备先进的商务中心可为您复印，传真，电传，打字及文秘业务。中西餐厅和卡拉OK包间是您享受世界名吃，国内佳肴和浪漫情怀的好去处，而具有多功能的锦绣厅和翠岩厅是您举办宴会及大型自助餐会的理想场所。酒店内有先进组合音箱的迪斯科舞厅，乒乓球俱乐部，标准英式台球室，丰富多彩的娱乐设施为您的旅居生活增添情趣。室内游泳池，健身房，按摩室，桑拿浴室，美容室将使您拥有健康的体魄和青春焕发的容颜。购物中心为您提供日用百货，工艺品，丝织品，食品烟酒等。

我被分到了中餐厅——“这是酒店餐饮部门中最辛苦的部门！”还没有开始工作，就听到旁边有人在私下这么向我们告诫着。看来，我得真的要做好思想准备才是啊！

中餐厅的工作确实如前人所说——“辛苦！”酒店没有给服务员们制定自己的岗位职责和工作描述，尽管这是现代企业人力资源管理中最关键的一环，在员工的印象中，自己的工作就是每天听从领班的下达任务，随时准备着听从领导的指挥，没有固定的活干，或者说只要有需要，服务员什么都能干！摆台、折口布、传菜、上菜、撤台这些所谓的必须做的本职工作外还得兼职勤杂工，什么扛桌子椅子、铺地毯等一些脏活、重活、累活都是我们服务员们的事情。下班的第一件事就是想找个地方坐下了休息一下。令人向往的人性化管理和残酷的实际之间的差距由此可见一斑。

员工代表着整个酒店的形象，这是酒店VI设计中的一个很重要的方面，好的员工制服不但能使得员工更加精神从而提高工作效率同时员工制服更体现出一个企业的一种内在的文化，没有文化的企业如同一个人没有了灵魂，那只不过是一具行尸走肉罢了，缺少了士气的企业又何来效益呢？

不过令我感到高兴的是，酒店的员工大都都是那样的热情友好，他们并没有因为我们是实习生而对我们冷漠生硬，在劳累之余，同事们的一个甜美的微笑，一句再普通不过的“辛苦了”都会让人感动，看来还是员工自己最能够了解大家的心情，因为他们能站在员工自己角度来看问题，因为他们讲述的是“老百姓的心里话。”这也是酒店上层领导所最缺乏的素质之一！

中餐厅的日子就这样一天天结束了，在这些日子我的确学到了不少的东西：除了能学到中式餐饮的服务程序和技巧、粤菜的特点和种类等课堂上所能学到的东西外，更能学到一些课堂上很难学到的东西：如何处理好自己的利益和酒店的利益、如何处理好同事之间的人际关系、如何调整自己的心态，更让我了解到的是作为一个服务员应该具有强烈的服务意识。

我在实习过程中的一些感受，从总体上来看这个酒店的经营管理，从我的这两个月的实习中可以大体总结：1应该改变传统的对待员工的态度；2企业应有一种能够凝聚人心的精神性的企业文化；3企业应有一套有效的激励机制和晋升制度。以上是为我此次实习的一些感受和想法，作为一种感受，它可能有很多的主观的痕迹，不过只有员工才能真正体会到这种感受，因此，希望管理者在做出决策前，除了站在酒店的利益考虑的同时能多为员工考虑，只有这样的决策才能得到更多员工的支持。最后，感谢酒店能提供这样的实习机会，感谢老师的帮助，在此祝愿酒店能够越办越好。
