纳米碳材料是指分散相尺度至少有一维小于100nm的碳材料。分散相既可以由碳原子组成，也可以由异种原子（非碳原子）组成，甚至可以是纳米孔。纳米碳材料主要包括三种类型：碳纳米管，碳纳米纤维，纳米碳球。近年来，碳纳米技术的研究相当活跃，多种多样的纳米碳结晶、针状、棒状、桶状等层出不穷。一维碳纳米材料碳纳米管，重量轻，六边形结构连接完美，具有许多异常的力学、电学和化学性能。二维石墨烯在超级电容、锂离子电池、甚至燃料电池中都有巨大的应用潜能。纳米多孔结构的碳材料由于具有大比表面积、独特的孔结构以及丰富的纳米孔，使其在储能领域应用潜力巨大。
本书呈现了该领域最新的研究成果，包括这些材料的合成、设计、标准及在电化学储能方面的应用。重点讲解了碳纳米材料作为锂离子电池的电极材料，还介绍了基于碳纳米材料的超级电容器在不同领域的应用，比如，电子设备、汽车工业、便携式充电设备等领域。

本书主编Feng Xinliang教授的编写团队是纳米碳材料领域的国际顶尖专家，他们的研究方向涉及碳纳米管、富勒烯、石墨烯以及多孔碳材料。冯教授任教于德国德累斯顿工业大学，是上海交通大学杰出的兼职教授。他的科研方向为：石墨烯、二维纳米材料、有机共轭材料以及富碳材料在电子和储能材料方面的应用。
本书适合材料学、电化学、物理化学、固体物理学等专业的研究学者阅读，另外，可供电子技术、电池、储能等方向的相关科研人员参考。

摘要：本文主要介绍了目前国内外先进陶瓷的市场现状以及目前先进陶瓷的制备技术，并根据现在的先进陶瓷发展情况分析未来先进陶瓷的发展方向。

随着先进陶瓷的出现，先进陶瓷以其耐磨、耐高温、抗腐蚀、弯曲强度高、韧性较强等方面的优势被广泛应用于机械设备、零件制造、航空航天、医疗等领域，成为了一种新材料，对于国家工业和经济的发展具有重要作用，因此各国都非常重视先进陶瓷制造技术的掌握和先进陶瓷的使用，而随先进着陶瓷更多功能的开发，如今先进陶瓷开始被应用于微电子、自动化控制等前沿性行业中。
一、国内外先进陶瓷研发现状
(一)国外先进陶瓷市场现状
由于道先进陶瓷的诸多特性及其对现代化工业的重要作用，先进陶瓷的研发、制造和使用在全球发达国家中备受重视。在先进陶瓷行业中，美国和日本处于世界领先地位。美国尤其注重先进陶瓷技术在航空航天领域中的应用，除此之外对于陶瓷技术在隔热涂料以及生物医疗方面的应用也比较重视，为了推动美国先进陶瓷领域的发展，每年美国投入了20亿至25亿美元帮助相关科研机构和科研单位研发先进陶瓷技术，以提升美国陶瓷技术的进步，使其在国际上更具有竞争力。日本的先进陶瓷技术非常发达，先进陶瓷技术发展的种类非常的全面，且先进陶瓷技术水平比较高，在国际上具有很强的竞争力，特别是功 能陶瓷领域包括热敏、压敏、磁敏、气 敏、光敏等逐步垄断国际市场。为了促进陶瓷技术的进一步发展，日本实施了“月光计划”，以求保持其领先地位，除了日本和美国之外，德国和法国也非常重视先进陶瓷研发，特别是对结构陶瓷进行了深入研究，并将其应用于新能源材料以及发动机制造等领域，相应地位推动先进陶瓷的发展，欧洲国家也纷纷推行了类似“尤里卡计划”的措施。
(二)国内陶瓷市场情况
我国先进陶瓷技術研究的起步时间较晚，20世纪90年代，我国才开始了先进陶瓷研究，由于先进陶瓷在工业生产以及航空等领域的巨大作用，我国设立了多个国家级项目组对先进陶瓷技术进行研究，开始逐渐摆脱先进陶瓷依赖于进口的局面，如今我国对于包括纳米陶瓷、功能陶瓷、结构陶瓷在内的先进陶瓷均有研究，并实现了先进陶瓷国产，但与欧美国家相比，我国先进陶瓷技术还具有一定的差距。
首先，陶瓷技术转化率较低。尽管我国能够对大部分先进 陶瓷进行制造，然而其中部分陶瓷仅停留在实验阶段，受制造成本高和大批量生产稳定性不足等因素的限制，难以投入生产在市场上进行流通。
其次，高端粉体制备技术落后，我国对于先进陶瓷本身的研究比较注重，但忽视了对陶瓷制备过程中添加的粉体进行研发和提升，正是基于此，我国缺乏专业生产粉体的企业，难以生产出高端的粉体，这导致在进行部分先进陶瓷的制备过程中，有更高的温度要求。
最后，制造设备较为落后，本国的设备不能够满足市场生产的需要，而国外进口的设备价格昂贵，成本过高，企业资金压力大。
二、先进陶瓷制备技术的发展
(一)陶瓷粉体的制备技术
陶瓷粉体对于制作先进陶瓷的后续环节包括陶瓷的成型和烧结都有非常显著的影响，陶瓷粉体影响着陶瓷的微观结构和性能，一般来说，陶瓷粉体越细、活性越高、纯度越高则烧制出的陶瓷的质量更加优良。
(二)陶瓷成型技术
一是等静压成型，通过将粉体放入具有柔性的模具中按压成型，由于这种方式非常简单，因此在简单的陶瓷制造中经常使用这一技术，然而这一成型技术也具有显而易见的缺陷，难以精准地制作陶瓷的尺寸，而且在制作结构相对复杂的陶瓷时，这一成型技术实施的难度也比较大。
二是注射成型是将高分子聚合物注射成型方法与陶瓷制备工艺相结合发展起来的一种制备陶瓷零部件的新工艺。通过这一技术能够制作尺寸比较小且结构复杂的陶瓷。
三是凝胶注模成型，注凝成型是借助料浆中有机单体聚合交联将陶瓷料 浆固化成型，可制备出大尺寸薄壁陶 瓷或形状复杂的产品。通过这一方式生产的陶瓷具有较好的韧性，能够进行机械加工，因此通过这种方式进行生产的陶瓷在工业生产中比较常见
四是无模成型技术，通过3D打印技术将将要成型的陶瓷粉体快速形成实际像素单元，然后将这些元素进行叠加最终形成所需要的立体陶瓷模型，尽管这一技术当前还存在制作设备成本较高，产出的陶瓷产品质量不佳等问题，但无模成型技术在仍是未来先进陶瓷技术的一大发展方向。
(三)陶瓷烧结技术
首先是热压烧结技术，为了使得陶瓷更加紧密使用热压烧结技术在陶瓷烧制加热的过程中，给与陶瓷一个外力，使得一些共价键难以烧制的材料受到压力，使得整个陶瓷更加紧致，然而这样的方式制造成本较高
其次是气压烧结技术，气压烧结技术是指在陶瓷烧制的过程中进行通过气体施加一定的压力，进而使得陶瓷更加紧密的一种方式，。
最后是放电等离子体烧结是利用等离子体所特有的高温快速烧成特点的一种 新型材料制备工艺方法，这一烧结技术由于其烧结时间短，且陶瓷的质量好，烧结条件相对简单，如今这一烧结技术的应用范围非常广泛，包括纳米技术、纤维增强陶瓷等新型陶瓷材料均使用之一烧结方式。
(四)陶瓷加工技术
由于陶瓷在加工的过程中非常容易破碎，而对陶瓷加工又具有一定的市场，因此陶瓷精细加工技术成为了一大研究的热点，并成功研制了使用超声波、激光等方式进行陶瓷抛光、研磨。
三、未来发展展望
随着先进陶瓷技术的发展和在工业中的普遍应用，虽然我国在先进陶瓷研究方面起步较晚，但如今也取得了一定的成就缩小与欧美国家之间的差距，为了推动我国先进陶瓷朝着更高水平发展，在今后的研究中要加强对陶瓷基础理论的研究，加强粉体的专门研究、提升陶瓷的韧性、降低先进陶瓷的生产成本，从而使我国陶瓷技术更具有国际竞争力。

摘 要： 课程思政实施过程中，以中国天眼首席工程师南仁东爱国敬业的事例激励学生深层次理解胸怀祖国、坚毅执着的科学精神;用中国瓷器发展为例，提升学生责任感、使命感和创新意识，激发爱国情怀。

《先进功能材料》课程是适于现代科技的發展，对高性能材料的需求而开设的适于材料学和材料物理化学专业研究生的选修课。课程主要介绍功能材料的研究现状和发展趋势，一些常见功能材料的基本知识、种类、特点和应用，有助于学生拓宽专业知识面，同时加深对专业的认识和应用。
为适应高等教育全面育人的时代使命，研究生课程《先进功能材料》在原有的专业授课内容的基础上引入思政教育元素， 通过优化教学设计、丰富课程内涵、创新教学方法等方式，实现课程思政的目标[1-4]。
1 《先进功能材料》课程思政的目标
在《先进功能材料》课程教学目标中，确立课堂教学、价值引领、能力培养三位一体的目标，根据专业课程的特点，充分发掘其思政要素，深度拓展教学内容，着力培养研究生坚毅执着的科学精神、精益求精的工匠精神，增强服务国家、服务人民的爱国情怀和赶超国际先进技术的使命感。
2 课程思政融入《先进功能材料》的实例
将思政元素贯穿于课程教学内容中，使专业知识点与应用型人才核心素养相融合，典型实例如下：
2.1 培养学生精益求精的工匠精神，坚毅执着
在讲授光学功能材料时，介绍“时代楷模”南仁东，他燃尽生命，只为天眼，把有限的人生谱写在无限的苍穹。500米口径球面射电望远镜FAST，人们习惯称它为“中国天眼”，是具有我国自主知识产权、世界最大单口径、最灵敏的射电望远镜。“天眼”能接收到137亿光年以外的电磁信号、观测范围可达宇宙边缘。借助“ 天眼”，科学家可以窥探星际之间互动的信息，这是南仁东在天文研究领域的重大贡献。1994年，南仁东开始为FAST选址，正式踏上逐梦之路。踏遍千山，经过12年的不辞辛苦，2007年，天眼工程终于立项。作为FAST项目的首席科学家和首席工程师，南仁东几乎参与到FAST设计的每一个环节中。2016年，FAST项目竣工，梦想终于变为现实。22年的时间里，南仁东主持攻克了主动反射面、索网疲劳、动光缆、跨度索网安装和精度控制等一系列技术难题，为FAST工程的顺利完成做出了卓越贡献。其立项领先世界水平10年至20年。这一重大科技成果，习近平总书记在党的十九大的报告里，还把它与天宫、蛟龙并提。2019年9月17日，国家主席习近平签署主席令，授予南仁东“人民科学家”国家荣誉称号。2019年9月25日，被评选为“最美奋斗者”。南仁东是科技工作者中的英雄，是新时代知识分子的杰出代表和光辉典范，他胸怀祖国、服务人民的爱国情怀，敢为人先、坚毅执着的科学精神，淡泊名利、忘我奉献的高尚情操，精益求精的工匠精神，真诚质朴的杰出品格值得我们所有学生和科技工作者学习。
2.2 提升学生责任感和使命感，激发爱国情怀
在讲授功能陶瓷时介绍陶瓷发展史，中国是瓷器的祖国，中国瓷器历史非常辉煌。在古代，瓷器非常昂贵，是一种奢侈品，中国是唯一的卖家，全世界都是买家。从汉代中国开始出现瓷器，一直到西方国家掌握制瓷技术，约有1700年。一件瓷器，卖很高的价格，具有绝对垄断地位，且让欧洲千年困惑，这足以让我们每个中国人骄傲。但是，清朝末年，国弱产业更弱，陶瓷产业衰败。直到改革开放以后，陶瓷行业迎来前所未有的大发展。今天，我们已经步入历史新时代，机遇与挑战并存。我国虽然是陶瓷生产大国，但先进功能陶瓷材料发展上落后于美国、日本、欧洲等发达国家的技术水平。因此，作为未来科技工作者的学生们要有责任感、使命感和创新意识，为实现中国陶瓷复兴之梦而奋斗。只有这样，中华民族才能重振雄风，为人类文明与进步作出更大贡献。
3 结语
将高校思想政治教育融入课程教学和改革的各环节、各方面，有助于学生形成正确的价值观念，实现立德树人教育的根本任务，改变传统高等学校教育教学过程中思政教育形式，培养学生爱国主义精神、创新精神、艰苦奋斗精神，精益求精的工匠精神，提升学生责任感和使命感，激发爱国情怀，促进学生全面成才[5]。

晨 每天清晨 6 6 点半钟孙凤影准时来到自己的工作岗位 —— 院部三楼，清理办公室，擦扫楼道，冲刷卫生间，快捷而有序的忙碌着，待到教职工上班时间，整洁的办公环境已展现在大家的眼前。
保洁工作是一项繁琐的劳动，卫生刚刚打扫干净，一会又出现脏乱的现象，孙凤影不怕麻烦和辛苦，坚守岗位，随时打扫，她负责的卫生责任区全天都保持着洁净和明亮。
平时，孙凤影工作不分份内份外，她自学养花技术，主动承担了给责任区内的盆花浇水、修剪和防治病虫害的工作，为领导分担了责任，为学校节省了人力。
工作有分工，职业无贵贱。孙凤影在平凡的岗位上，牢记全心全意为全校师生员工服务的宗旨，做出了不平凡的业绩。

从事城管工作十余年来，周敏莲始终把" " 以责为本、甘愿奉献、吃苦在前、享受在后" " 作为自己的座右铭，用自己的实际行动实践着全心全意为人民服务的崇高理想。十年来，她几乎没休息过星期天，每天早出晚归，新村街辖区内的角角落落都留下了她的足迹，各居民区的卫生状况、存在问题她了如指掌，她满心想的。
都是如何搞好新村地区的城市卫生管理。同志们都称她为工作狂。
x xx 年周敏莲走马上任，担任新村街城管科科长。上任后，她发现保洁员队伍极不稳定，经常出现保洁员不辞而别，小区垃圾无人清理的现象。经调查，她发 现保洁员队伍不稳定的主要原因是收入低，劳动强度大、居住条件差、生活上后顾之忧多，要想稳定保洁员队伍，必须改善保洁员的生活环境，由此周敏莲萌生了为保洁员盖房的念头。在街领导的支持下，她绞尽脑汁，选择了原塘沽车站附近的一个臭水坑处，( ( 新村地区选地困难) )从 从 x xx 年到 到 x xx 年，她带领保洁员利用业余时间一块填臭水坑，一块捡砖头，一块砌墙，一块滚一身泥，流一身汗，自力更生、艰苦奋斗，
先后盖起了 9 29 间保洁员宿舍，留下了难以忘却的一段历史。建立了保洁员大院，上、下水和电等公用设施齐全，为保洁员提供了良好的生活环境。在此基础上， 周敏莲很抓了保洁员队伍规范化管理制定了各种规章制度和激励政策，极大地调动了保洁员的工作积极性，使新村街的保洁员成了一支纪律严明、训练有素，能打硬仗的队伍。同时还为全区提供了以保洁员基地为载体做好外来人口的思想政治工作的经验，无论是在年复一年、日复一日的小区卫生达标工作中，还是在拆除违章建筑，各种大的卫生清整活动中，保洁员们服从命令听从指挥以高度负责的精神，为塘沽区的城市卫生保洁，作出了很大贡献。一名保洁员在给新村街的一封信中提到，新村街城管工作为什么这样出色? ? 新村街清扫员为什么一呼即应? ? 这都与城管科长扎实的 工作作风，无私奉献、助人为乐的精神分不开的……周敏莲的奉献精神，感染了每个保洁员，他们通过多年的工作，总结" " 八个心" " 的标准，即让领导放心不操心; ; 让居委会主任省心不累心; ; 让居民群众顺心不乱心; ; 自己献出爱心和热心。
以身作则，身先士卒是周敏莲一贯的工作作风，她说榜样的力量是无穷的。九八年在拆除河滨了居民区违章建筑时，一辆清运渣土的车压坏了一处化粪井盖。井盖掉到了化粪井里，怕化粪井堵塞，居委会主任让两位保洁员把掉下的井盖捞上来。保洁员看着井内满满的粪便不愿捞。周敏莲正巧赶到了现场，见此情况，二话没说，挽起袖子俯身 去捞，那两位保洁员立刻跑过来，一起帮
助捞出了压碎的井盖。此事在保洁员和居民群众之间相互传扬，更激发了保洁员和居委会主任们的工作热情和工作态度，更影射出了保洁员的人身价值，又一次证明了工作只有分工不明，没有高低贵贱之分。他们的自尊、自爱、自信、自强的心理更加得到肯定。
