I now think the parrot is the happiest bird in creation.” The crow then came up to the parrot. The parrot said，“I lived a very happy life until I saw a peacock. I have only two colors， but the peacock has multiple3 colors.”

孔雀和乌鸦是一篇浅显易懂的文章，通过孔雀与乌鸦在遇到危急情况的两种不同表现，赞扬了孔雀为他人不惜牺牲自己的好品质。作为教师，尤其是一年级的老师，更是要注重观察，了解学生的实际情况，以学生的学情为出发点，设计符合学生认知特点的教案，并在实际课堂教学中灵活地实施，及时地修整。只有这样，才能让学生学得实在，学得扎实。

一、辅导学生课前预习，合理安排教学环节。

在上课之前我让学生进行了预习工作，让学生自学生字，读通课文。因为学生的课前预习工作做得比较充分，所以我直接用听引入课文，让学生说说听到了什么，想到了什么。有效地锻炼了学生听、记、说的能力。

二、根据学生实际水平，有效调节教学的难易。

在设计教学环节时，根据学生实际情况：孩子通过一学期的学习，已经有了一定的口头表达能力，所以在课堂中我设计了三次由易到难，循序渐进的说话训练。第一次是课文内容的听记、重复。第二次为想象说话：孔雀在经过火海时会遇到什么困难？第三次是给这篇课文编结果。通过三次的.练习，有效地锻炼了学生的语言表达能力。

三、以学生为主体，提升学生的识字能力。

识字教学是一年级语文教学的侧重点，学生已经掌握了识字的基本方法。在课堂中我就以学生为主体，让孩子们互相探讨自己学字的方法，孩子们各抒己见，气氛热烈，受到了较好的教学效果。
