二、重点难点分析(Analyses of teaching contents)
1.语音(Phonetics)
本课重点是学习16个辅音音素及a的短音。从数量上看内容较多,容易给学生 造成错觉,觉得太难掌握。所以本课16个辅音音素的教学非常关键,建议采用直呼式韵律英语教学法进行教学,该教法是利用学生已有的汉语拼音知识来学习英语发音,所以教师一定要让学生区分好英汉发音的异同,做到发音准确,为今后的英语学习打下良好基础。a的短音是学生接触的第一个元音音素,要让学生熟练掌握。在让学生模仿a的短音时,口形大小要能放进两个手指。
2.词汇(Words)
本课共有11个单词,其中I, am, a, man, fat 要求四会,即会听、会说、会读、会写;Sam, Ann, Tam, rat, bad, sad要求三会,即会听、会说、会读。除I和a之外,其余9个单词都是含短音a的单词,要求学生能够独立拼读,而I和a只要求学生模仿:I发其字母名称音,a也发其名称音,但通常弱读为/E/,这些内容不必给学生讲解,学生只要能模仿即可。
3.语言结构(Structure)
每课的语言结构都体现在Let’s talk中,本课主要学习自我介绍用语I am....学生通过学习,要能够理解、掌握Let’s talk中的句子,并能运用该句型进行自我介绍和自我描述,如I am Li Ming.I am fat.三、教学建议(Suggested teaching methods)
建议本课内容按如下步骤进行教学:
1.复习(Revision)
复习26个字母,可以采用如下方法:
(1)教师出示字母卡片,学生读名称音;
(2)教师出示一些缩略语,学生朗读;
(3)教师带领学生一起唱“The ABC song”。
2.学习Listen and say
(1)学习本课Free talk:教师领读,学生跟读,熟练之后相互打招呼,本部分出现的单词、句型不要求掌握,会说即可。
(2)学习Listen and say
本部分学习16个辅音字母在单词中的读音,可按照如下步骤进行教学:
A.复习汉语拼音。教师示范读“菠萝,汉语b;泼水,汉语p。”学生跟读。

3.学习Let’s listen and learn
(1)教师板书a,最好用红笔,同时教学生读/Z/音,但不要给出音标符号,只让学生模仿即可:双唇向两边伸张,舌端抵下齿,牙床近乎全开,口形大小能放两个手指。教师可多写几个a在黑板上,练习单音。
(2)在黑板的字母a前后加字母,组成单词。教师示范分解式拼读,将整个单词读出来。例如:S-a-m, Sam.Sam, Sam, Sam。当读后面单词时要带有韵律地去朗读“Sam, Sam, Sam.”教师可多示范两遍,让学生体会单词是如何用分解式拼读出来的。
(3)将Let’s listen and learn中的所有含a音的单词都以这种方式写在黑板上,引导学生拼读,每拼读完一个单词,告知其词义。
(4)在能够拼读这些单词之后,再让学生打开课本,边看图边朗读单词,熟悉读音,记 忆词义。
4.学习Let’s talk
(1)用自问自答导入法导入。教师先将自己的名字写在黑板上,并用手指向自己说I’m xxx.说两遍让学生猜是什么意思,猜对后教师将两个人物Sam和Ann画在黑板上,先充当Sam说I’m Sam.然后转过身来说I am Ann.(2)学生听过几遍录音后便可进行操练,教师逐句放录音,让学生逐句跟说。
(3)将学生分成左右两组,先由左边一组充当Sam,右边一组充当Ann,跟读两遍后,教师说One, two学生便开始集体对话。再将左右换过来,进行同样操练,也可以让男女生对话。
(4)给学生一段时间让他们俩俩一组进行操练。最后,让同学分别按自己的真实姓名起立互相问候。
(5)用表演法导入第二段对话。教师在黑板上画一个悲伤的男人,并且边做画中人的表情,边说I am a man.I am sad.(6)学生跟读并操练,先集体,后个人。
5.学习Let’s practise
(1)复习Let’s listen and learn中的单词rat, bad, Tam, fat。教师出示单词,让学生进行分解式拼读,并说出汉语词义。
(2)教师在黑板上写出下列句子,让学生朗读: I am Tam.I am fat.I am a rat.I am bad.(3)打开课本Let’s practise部分,逐图进行朗读,并解释汉语意思,让学生在熟练朗读之后,进行表演,把每幅图的内容边表演边说。
(4)让学生利用本部分所学内容进行自我介绍和自我描述。名字可以用真实的名字,自我描述的部分可以让学生用fat, sad, bad进行选择表演,选择说哪个词,就表演出哪个词。
6.学习Let’s play
这个游戏的名称叫“听音摘词”,所用单词均为已经拼读过的单词。这是一个训练学生听音并做出快速反应的游戏。游戏规则是:教师先在黑板上出示一张苹果树的挂图或是画一棵苹果树,树上挂满了苹果,每个苹果上都写有一个单词,如am, man,然后把学生分成两组。游戏开始,每组的第一名学生到黑板前等候。教师说出一个单词,这两名学生应立即摘下教师所念的单词卡片,放到讲台上。摘得对而快的得2分,对而慢的得1分,不对的不得分。在教师念第一个单词时,各组的第二名学生应上前等候。在第一名学生摘完单词后,教师立即念另一个单词,游戏接着进行。最后得分多的组获胜。
7.做练习Listen and rearrange
这是一个听力练习,学生根据所听录音将单词重新排序,这些单词都是本课所学的单词,让学生通过听的方式再次进行复习和巩固。
8.学习Let’s move
本课的Let’s move是听指令做动作。这些指令是教师在课堂上常用的,学生学会后对教师英语授课是很有帮助的。其中的Stand up.和Sit down.在本课第二课时已学过,因此本课要学的6个句子中,只有4句是新的。教师可先领学生复习Stand up.和Sit down.,然后说Please look at me.边说Open the book边打开书,边说Close the book边合上书,说几遍后,教师发指令让学生做动作,待学生熟悉后再用同样方法学后两 句,教师边说Put up my hand.Put down my hand.边举手或放下手,说几遍后改为指令 Put up your hand和Put down your hand.让学生做动作,做过几遍后,将这六个句子混合起来操练。
在混合操练后,如果时间允许,可以做竞赛游戏,竞赛可在四个队之间进行,方法是教师发几个指令,每队的第一名同学做动作,再发几个指令(如Stand up.Open your book.Close your book或Put up your hand.Put down your hand.),由每队的第二名同 学做动作,依此类推做下去,做错了的扣10分。最后扣分最少的队为优胜。自我描述的部分可以让学生用fat, sad, bad进行选择表演,选择说哪个词,就表演出哪个词。
9.巩固(Consolidation)
