英语夏令营的一些建议 篇6

老师们好。我是第七组的xxx。这些日子以来你们辛苦了。看到你们为夏令营的工作如此用心如此拼命,我也想贡献出自己的一份力量,希望能够减轻你们的负担。现在就将我关于夏令营工作的一些不成熟的建议和老师们交流一下。

一、市场推广。

单纯的靠助教们大海捞针似的街头搜索信息无疑是杯水车薪。客观障碍太多不说,也难以发掘真正的目标客户,而且这种流动性的推销缺乏组织的专业性,容易招致客户的反感和不信任,工作成效甚微。所以我建议,如果可以创造条件我们最好以讲座的形式深入到校园当中,通过与学生零距离接触提高大众的关注度,更主要的是,激发学生加入夏令营的热情。我们不需要太繁琐的手续和大量的开支,有条件的助教可以直接跟相关学校的领导或学生会干部协商,没有条件的话,我们也可以以新东方学校名义主动联系市场潜力较大的学校,以辅助学生学习的相关主题的形式开展讲座,助教就可以担任主讲人,以学长学姐的身份,向学生传授学习心得和讲解以后大学生活的规划。将夏令营的好处贯穿讲座,同时我们可以放映以前夏令营的视频集锦,激发学生对夏令营的憧憬,同时让学生填写调查问卷,以助于我们电话回访,我们也可以在讲座现场进行抽奖,鼓励学生当场报名。

还有,据我了解,六月底时,西安各初中统一进行中考,我们可以直接在校门口搭设塑料展板和咨询台,保安不会干涉阻止。

二、营内活动。

在游戏性的学习活动这块,我有一个小点子。

1.我们可以设置一个模拟播报的平台,具体安排如下:

设置两个主持人,进行英语的新闻播报,每条新闻不是单纯的文字体现,而是由学生将新闻内容表演出来即情景演绎新闻。每条新闻内容不限,可以是记者对知名人士的访问{学生可以自由模仿,也可虚构人物}也可以是对某事件的报道{学生演绎案件施展表演才华}新闻内容可以由助教提前准备也接受学生原创的点子。我们提前将节目内容拟定好,角色安排好,让学生有充分时间准备,再适时表演,这样既锻炼了学生的口语能力,发挥了学生的想象力,也十分具有趣味性。

2. 用爆破音吹蜡烛,即点燃8到10根蜡烛让学生以单词的爆破音吹灭蜡烛,以小组为单位参赛,用时最短的小组获胜,这样做可以扩大学生的单词量,同时有极大的搞笑效应。

3.节选经典英文原声电影对白,让学生配音,将经典电影对白消音,可配上背景音乐和旁白,让学生以角色的语气配音。

三、关于英语学习。

首先在于兴趣的激发,激发对英语的热爱程度,在学习热情的动力促使下,重在平时积累和反复记忆,以单词为例,如CET-4将四级词汇书笼统记忆一遍之后,将不熟悉、模棱两可的单词以小卡片的形式记下来,随身携带,以递进的方式每天记忆即第一天LIST1第二天LIST1+LIST2以此类推。至于口语,最好是能与外教交谈,或者多去学校口语角,没有条件的话,以模仿为主,模仿英、美式的纯正发音。阅读方面,平时可以多阅读一些英文刊物和书籍,感受英语的语言环境,同时扩大词汇量,提高阅读效率,至于英语的学习建议,想必大家还有更多更好的点子,我就不多说了

——幻灯片展示自我介绍、相互介绍、介绍他人的基本句型 ——十个问题游戏:

六人一组,要求在二十分钟之内,每人均需认识其他五位同学,并能说出他们的姓名、年龄、年级、喜好、家庭成员等基本信息。在认识过程中,两两分组,做完简单自我介绍(如I’m Flora.Nice to meet you.)之后,互相问10简单的问题,诸如:“How old are you?Which grade are you in?Do you like English?”等,并记录下来,充分了解对方。

二十分钟之后,小组内六个成员集合。每两个小组为一单元,A组成员向B组介绍本组成员,要求每人介绍一位。B组同。

——自主组队。组队完成后,给每个队伍在黑板上划定一定“领域”,规定每队在十五分钟内确定本队的队长、队名、及口号,并绘制在自己小组的“领域”内。十五分钟后,每个队的代表起来介绍本队,队

操作方法:

3、猜词的同学面向全体,翻卡的同学站在他们两个背后,确保猜词的同学看不到卡上的单词。解释的同学站在既能看清楚卡上的单词,又能让猜词的同学和全体同学能看到的位置。

4、每位同学限时60秒,在规定的时间内猜词多的组获胜。

英语夏令营活动方案 篇8

收费:600元/人

人数:30人(假定)

为期10天是因为如果时间过短,学生的心理就会潜意识的认为学不到东西,从而没有兴趣报名。收费标准600元/每人,为期10天,这样每天才60元钱。学生易于接受。

由于是在农村,最好是和当地的学校商量下,在暑期,学校的校舍应该是空下来的,租一间到两间教室即可。占用10天,一共给校方1000块钱应该就可以了。

这10天分为三个阶段:

1―3天为第一阶段是初始阶段,要让学生彼此熟悉,重点掌握他们每个人的英语程度。让他们喜爱此次英语夏令营。

4―7天为第二阶段是强化阶段,要根据学生的不同特点,有针对性的训练。基础不好的要加强基础训练。基础相对好的,要进行拓展训练。保证每个人在愉悦的氛围里都感受到自身的`提升与进步。

8―10天为第三阶段,此阶段是整合阶段,要系统的总结这段时间以来讲述的知识点,巩固学习成果。

具体安排如下:

第一天(教室):8:30―11:30。英文自我介绍,多少不限,说得好鼓励。并根据具体情况

安排几个小组,每组选一名组长,以后分组管理学习。简单介绍老师和此次夏令营活动的宗旨。

11:30午休。午饭建议自行解决。(因为本次费用本来就不高)

13:30―17:30。游戏―找朋友。首先由老师介绍规则,一组10人,由组长带着一名组员向下一名同学用英语作介绍说这是我的朋友,然后他们互相用英语打招呼问候。依次往下传......直到最后一名同学传回组长。

游戏过后,带领大家进入学习状态,首先,纠正大家不正确的发音,教学生尽量的说一口纯正的美式英语。

作业:回去总结自己英语的薄弱点,明天交一个清单。一个小组准备一个小故事或者小笑话儿,第二天以小组为单位演讲。

第二天(教室);8:30―11:30第一项演讲。

快乐的氛围中学习单词,让大家把桌子摆放在一起,围绕而做,让他们感受到不一样的学习气氛。可以穿插小游戏,要鼓励大家发言,给表现好的同学奖励。(都是小礼物)

11:30。午休

13:30―17:30。请外教来和大家分享知识(半天请个非职业的外籍教师500块就足够了)让大家对本次夏令营活动充满充满期待。

作业:记20个新单词,早上来小组之间互相提问,完成好的一组整体受奖励。

第三天(户外):8:30―11:30。活动徒步旅行。在农村里徒步拉练。去田地、养殖场、果园等地,教学生用英语说他们生活周边的事物。在期间也可以进行教学游戏,让学生参与进来,寓教于乐。

第四、五、六天(教室):系统的根据学生不同的英语程度进行重点教学。程度较差的要强化基础,程度相对较好的就要拓宽其知识面。注重个性化教学。要教他们大胆发生朗读,鼓励表现积极的同学,从而带动大家的学习积极性。中间适当的穿插活动,可以进行全程英语对话活动。比如游戏胡萝卜蹲之类的英文版。可在第六天里再请一次外籍教室过来与他们共同学习一天。

第七天(户外):根据这阶段学习的内容组织活动,以水果的名称给几个小组命名。在野外进行学习拓展活动。锻炼大家的团队合作精神。赢的一组整体受奖励。输的一组整体受罚。

第八、九天(教室):系统的巩固所学习的知识,进行全方位的整合,有效的整理知识点,对每个学生进行学习点评。肯定其在这段活动期间的成长与进步。

作业:写一篇英语短文,主题是“感谢父母”

第十天(教室、户外):上午:在教室里邀请家长出席,由孩子用英文表达对父母的感激之情,再翻译过来。
