一、发掘学生作文中的闪光点, 及时地鼓励学生
很多初中生在写作过程中都会有一种挫败感, 本来是费尽心血写出来的作文却总是被老师批评得一无是处, 因此就会感觉既压抑又自卑, 甚至还会因此而自暴自弃, 这样的心理状态对于英语作文学习非常不利。基于这种情况, 英语教师在讲评作文时, 就要尽可能地挖掘学生作文中的亮点, 及时地予以表扬和肯定, 赏识教育在这时显得尤为重要。同时, 表扬不可以用“Very good”“You progress is very large”等空泛的语句, 而要具体一些。比如“Your handwriting is very beautiful!”“Your grammar application is correct!”“You for some key sentence patterns master is very good!”这样一来, 每一个学生作文中都会有优点, 每一个学生都能感受到成功的乐趣, 在以后写作中他们也自然会更加努力。
二、认真分析学生作文找到共性的问题, 在讲评课上集中解决
初中生在进行英语写作时, 通常都会有一些共性问题。英语教师在批改时要认真分析, 把这些共性问题找出来, 在讲评课上集中解决, 这样能够加深学生的印象, 更好地帮助学生提高写作能力。初中生写英语作文经常出现下面这些问题:审题不够认真, 写作跑题;不分段, 缺乏层次;表述不清晰;采用直译比较多, 不符合语法规范;写作无中心, 要点不突出等等, 特别是作文缺乏连贯性, 过渡或者连接过于生硬。那么, 英语教师在讲评作文时, 就要抓住学生写作中出现的这些问题, 指导学生如何来进行写作。首先要认真审题, 抓住写作的要点;然后要列出写作的提纲, 确定作文的层次结构;对于一些重点语句要认真斟酌, 并考虑到上下文的衔接一定要自然。在讲评时, 教师首先要让学生自己对自己的作文进行反思, 哪里做得比较好, 哪里做得不够好, 然后让学生对自己的作文进行修改, 这样通过教师不断地指导、学生不断地练习, 写作水平自然可以逐渐得到提高。
三、对学生进行专项指导讲评
作文讲评课上, 可以围绕作文中的一个问题做一节专项指导讲评课, 例如如何审题、怎样布置作文结构、如何运用不同的句型来表达同一个意思等等。这样的专项指导讲评课, 能够集中地解决一个问题, 提高学生在某一方面的能力。比如, 发现学生的作文中总是出现句子不够连贯的问题, 就可以针对这个问题做一个专项指导讲评。首先, 把一部分句子连贯性做得比较好的学生的作文拿出来, 让学生们交流意见, 指出这些作文好在什么地方, 为什么他的表达就非常连贯。然后再把一些句子连贯性做得不好的句子或者作文拿出来一起分析问题出在哪里, 应该怎样修改。如下面这一个句子:This winter vacation, I want to learn how to play the guitar.I think playing an instrument is a good way to relax.The most important thing is keeping fit.I should take exercise every morning, such as running, playing tennis and so on.Also, I have to eat a balanced diet.这个句子给人的感觉就是缺乏逻辑性, 有些想起什么说什么的感觉, 句与句的过渡也不自然。实际上, 只要略加调整, 加上一个主题句逻辑关系就会变得非常清晰了。然后, 教师可以再挑选一些典型的短文, 让学生学会找主题句, 分析句子之间的逻辑关系, 这样学生的行文就会逐渐连贯起来, 逐渐培养他们的写作能力。
四、选取写作优秀的学生作文树立榜样
有些英语教师喜欢挑选一些佳作让学生欣赏并背诵, 希望可以通过这种方式提高学生的写作能力。的确, 榜样的力量的无穷的, 可是如果只是让学生欣赏佳作, 有时候反而会让他们失去信心, 因为自己的作文怎么也无法和这些范文相比。所以, 教师不妨从班级内的学生作文中选取一些优秀的作品作为示范, 这样的效果反而会更好。一方面, 被树立为典型的学生会觉得非常光荣, 有一种满足感和荣誉感, 这样就可以激励他们更加努力地进行写作;另一方面, 因为榜样就是身边的同学, 学生们就会感觉很真实, 产生自己只要通过努力也可以做到的想法, 这样各个层次的学生都可以得到进步。
五、让学生互相评议
在作文讲评课上, 英语教师可以放手让学生去完成作文讲评的工作, 可以自评, 也可以互评, 还可以采取小组合作的形式, 这样的做法往往比教师喋喋不休的讲评效果要好得多。当然, 在学生进行讲评的过程中, 教师也要给予恰当的指导, 并收集学生的讲评意见, 最后再做出小结。
总之, 初中英语讲评课一定要讲究策略, 这样才能不断地开发学生的智力, 拓展学生的思维, 从而提高学生的写作水平。

一、模仿性的读写结合
模仿性的读写结合也叫仿写, 它主要指模仿文章的内容, 时态, 语法, 添写符合自己心意的内容。在阅读中一些应用短文的出现有利于学生的阅读和写作能力的提高, 利于学生语感的形成。让学生根据课文内容及时炼笔, 有意识的把作文教学渗透到阅读教学之中。例如:学生在学习了十年后的生活小短文后, 我让他们仿写文中的设想及时态。学生韩霞这样写到:In ten years, I think I will be an astronaut, I will fly rocket to the moon….I think I will be very luck in the future I hope it can come true.写的蛮好的。文章既符合她的身份又灵活运用了将来时。这样以来, 由易入难, 循序渐进的有意让学生写作既加深了对课文的理解, 又克服了怕写作文的心理。可谓是一举两得。
二、利用课文插图, 开展写作
现在版本的英语更注重学生实际应用能力的考查和培养。易于引发学生的写作冲动, 激发写作的灵感。有很多优美而又贴近学生生活的图片, 教师若能根据插图提出一连串的问题, 一步一步的引导学生认真的观察并能认真的思考。由图片联想相应的内容, 相应的词句以及相匹配的句型, 时态, 语法。通过认真深入的想, 把自己“积蓄”都摆出来。不仅练习了一篇作文, 而且也为他们今后认认真真去写作文创造了条件。打好了基础。
三、坚持写英文日记, 做到持之以恒
叶圣陶先生说过:“作文离不开生活, 生活充实到什么程度, 就会有什么样的文字”。教师若能让学生以日记的形式, 记录生活中最熟悉的人和事, 引导学生珍惜和感受生活的过程, 让他们情绪饱满的回忆过去参与过的游戏, 劳动, 辩论, 讲演, 文艺演出等活动。学生自然用汉语说的兴致勃勃, 用英语写起来就不难了。
四、开展形式多样的写作活动, 激发写作热情
要使学生坚持不懈自觉写作文, 最关键的一点是经常组织学生参加形式多样的写作活动, 让他们尝到成功的喜悦, 让他们满怀信心的去写作。如:开展50单词小短文, 100单词小短文等一系列的作文竞赛。举办班级习作园地, 把优秀的文段篇章张贴上墙, 开办班级英文写作小报, 鼓励学生向报刊投稿等。无论哪位学生, 哪怕只有一个词用的生动, 一个句子写的好, 或一个地方有创意, 都要给予适当的表扬和肯定的认可, 为文中的优点“喝彩”, 给予鼓励性的评价。让学生感到写作的乐趣和成功的喜悦。让成功的自豪感在每位学生中生根发芽。
五、主张写前列提刚, 写后及时评价
会列提纲是写作文的一项基本功, 也是一种好习惯。一旦养成, 写出的文章就不会漫无目的, 没有中心, 思路就不会纠缠不清, 选材就不会详略欠妥, 语句就不会颠三倒四。列提刚就是告诉他们先写什么, 后写什么, 如何条理清晰的表达自己的新声。文章写出后, 修改也很关键。常言说:作文是改出来的。许多优秀的作品还都是经过了反复的修改的。何况英语作文呢?修改自己对事物的认识, 提高自己的认真知水平, 修改文章的结构, 使条理更清晰, 修改字句力求语法、时态的正确无误。学生还能从修改中体会写作的方法, 提高写作能力。加上老师的真诚鼓励、肯定的评价, 还有老师为学生每一点进步的喝彩和鼓掌, 学生想不写好英语作文也很难。
以上是我教写英语作文中的几点感悟, 也许并不是高见, 但如真能持之以恒的去做, 一定会收到事半功倍的效果。有信心, 就试试吧!
摘要：写作是英语教学的重要组成部分, 是提高学生综合能力的重要手段, 也是英语教学的难点长期以来, 许多学生忽视了英语作文。一听到写英语作文就感到无话可说, 无内容可写。

一、读中不忘写，在阅读中适时穿插写作教学
“读中教”指的是写作与阅读联系挂钩。因为单靠指导学生掌握写作要领进行写作，在实际的教学工作中是完全不够的，而当我们教学一篇篇阅读理解文章，才正是学生们学习写作的好时机，阅读理解也是我们教学写作的最有效武器，毕竟好文章是写作最好的老师和范例，更是我们教写作的法宝。因此，在每次学习和欣赏一篇阅读理解文章的时候，尤其是文中含有经典语句时，我都给学生设定两个目标：第一，理解作者写作的用意，即作者在文章中阐明了什么观点和段落的安排及其如何阐述的。第二，弄清作者运用了什么样的写作方法。比如是说明、记叙还是论证，包括文章运用的时态、语态以及其他种种语法手段。几年的教学实践证明了这样的教学有其独具的特色与效果。因此，我认为：写作教学完全应该，而且必须与阅读理解相结合才能真正让学生领悟和掌握写作方法与写作技巧的要领，没有阅读哪里来的模仿和借鉴？所以“读中教”是我的第一步，之后，在感性的基础上，我再给学生讲解具体的写作方法，这一点是我接下来要做的第二步“写中教”。
二、采用用词造句、连词成句的训练和连句成篇、句篇融合的训练
首先，要求学生听写本单元所学单词短语和重点句子。值得注意的是，听写哪些词汇和句子，教师在听写前要心中有数，因为这是为下一步服务的。其次，让学生用刚听写的单词和短语写句子，此时教师可以用汉语提示学生造句。第三，要求学生结合第一步所听写的句子重新调整句子顺序和时态组合成一篇与本单元主讲话题有关的小作文。最后，让一到两名同学念自己的作文，师生集体学习。在此过程中教师应重视教材中的单句练习，引导学生从对单个句子的掌握，逐渐过渡到复杂句式的运用，使学生能连贯自如地表达思想。应注意英汉结构比较，减少表达错误，亦可通过错句型辨析、归纳和总结，帮助学生提高遣词造句的能力。
三、进行行之有效的讲、评、改
只写不评、不改，学生就会容易失去写作兴趣。但由于学生在书面表达中的错误不尽相同，因而批改时工作量非常大，一次作业的批改常常需要很多时间才能改好。这样就会出现拖延讲评的现象，使训练的效果降低。为了更好地调动和发挥学生的内在潜能，提高发现问题和解决问题的能力，教师可以让学生互批互改。通过互批互改，同学之间可以互相学习，取长补短，遇到自己弄不清、拿不准的问题可以在小组之间商量、讨论，或请教教师，直到得到满意的答复。教师将学生所犯典型错句整理并写在黑板上，让学生找错。这样做，学生参与的积极性大增，对典型错误印象较深。并逐渐掌握一些基本写作技巧：不可逐字翻译，不可用中文思维串联英语词汇，有时还要利用分解、简化、意译等手段来表达。如：当我还是个孩子时，我父母非常喜欢我。“When I was a child，my parents very love me。”（正确表达：When I was a child，my parents loved me very much.）废寝忘食He wastes sleep and forgets meals when he studies.（正确表达：He forgets to eat and sleep when he studies）。进行范文与较差文章的对比讲评，通过讨论文章结构、句式表达及行文的流畅性等，让学生掌握英语文章的布局谋篇：开始部分说出文章的要点；正文部分围绕主题开展叙述、讨论；结尾部分对全文的总结和概括。避免使用单一句型，注意句式表达的多样性以及正确使用衔接词，使行文流畅通顺。
四、广泛阅读，积累素材
语言的学习就是为了应用、写作，阅读是一个信息输入的过程，而写作则是一个信息输出的过程，因而，写作的基础是大量的英语阅读，没有足够的英语信息输入，就没有好的写作输出。首先是对于教材进行认真研究，全面理解和运用教材。英语教材都是经过教材编委会慎重考虑、结合时代发展需要而选定的比较有学习和应用价值的素材，语言很规范、文笔很流畅，因而是很好的学习和应用范文，值得认真的分析和研究。在多年的初中英语教学实践中，很多一线的英语教师都会要求学生将所学习的英语教材进行认真的背诵，重点记忆精彩段落和难点句型，在单元学习结束后，对于所要背诵的课文，抽出其中的一段进行默写，长此以往，达到逐渐培养起学生良好的英语语感的目的。其次是增加课外阅读训练。英语学习教育专家论证，在学好基本的英语教材的基础上，课外阅读训练做得越到位，阅读量越多，语言实践量越大，则对于英语的运用和表达能力就越强。因此，初中英语教师在做好基本的英语教学工作的基础上，要科学、合理的指导学生进行必要的英语课外阅读训练，以提高学生对于英语信息资源的敏感度。通过课外读物的欣赏，能够让更加深入的了解英美国家的思维习惯、文化背景、惯用表达法等，从而更加自如的、正确的用英语表达自己的观点和看法。
总之，写作能力的提高是一个循序渐进、长期复杂的训练过程。教师在写作课上应树立以学生为主体的思想，精心设计写作教学课程，使学生拓展视野，增强自学能力，提高综合运用语言的能力。更为重要的是，学生在写作过程中的障碍各不相同，教师的教学策略也应有所不同，任何一种固定的教学策略都不是万能的，都需要教师在教學过程中对自己的教学方式进行调整，注意多种训练方法相结合。正如教育家苏霍姆林斯基所说的：“我们依靠思考，也只有依靠思考，才能驾驭年轻的心灵。我们的思考能点燃学生的学习愿望。”因此更多的问题还有待于我们共同去探索和研究。
