作业、教案检查反馈(共10篇)
为加强学校教学常规管理,进一步提升教师业务素质,上周星期三教务处根据教学工作的安排,对全校教师的教案、学生作业进行了细致的检查。现将结果反馈如下:
一、教案方面
检查中发现绝大多数教师能够按照学校要求超前备课,按节备课,教学内容能按照教学计划如期进行,详细规范,书写认真,教学环节齐全,设计合理,教案反映出上课思路清晰,重难点选择恰当,讲练结合,体现了教法和学法。课后小结具有实效性,学习形式多样性的特点。详案率高。
主要存在的问题
1、有的教案不规范,主要表现在没有标清课时序数和授课时间,个别教师教案书写潦草。
2、部分教案的内容停留在知识点的罗列上,教学思路不明确,没有体现引导学生探究的过程,甚至只是教学提纲,备教法、学法的少,少数教案项目不全或者周课时数量不足。
3、少数教案不注重反馈提升,教学反思环节欠缺、无意义,或把教学反思写成了重难点的罗列,并没有达到反馈学生学习情况,提升教师能力的目的。
4、个别教师教学难点和教学重点不突出,过程过于简单,在备教材,备学生中不能针对我校学生实际情况写出有实效性的教案。
5、大多数教学过程设计 没有体现出让学生主动学习,合作学习,探究学习的理念。表面备课中没有充分备学生,同时也反映出教学方式仍以传统教学方式为主,没有尝试运用“五步教学法”。
6、跨头课教师教案过于简单,各教师要认真撰写所任每一门学课教案,不能光应付检查。
二、作业方面
本次检查整体上作业布置次数批改数量基本符合要求,多数教师能够认真对待作业的布置及批改这一环节;批改及时、认真,对于作业完成出色或有进步的学生能够给出激励性的评语,调动了学生的积极性;对错误之处能做出适当的批示,写出批改日期和评价等级;作业布置题量适中。
主要存在的问题
1、有的科目学生作业没有按学校要求制作评价登记表,有的作业评价登记表流于形式,没有记载。
2、个别教师批改作业不够细致认真,有的科目作业布置及批改次数过少,有的一道大题只打一个对或错号,批阅粗略;
3、对于错题没有明显的标记,对学生出现的错误更正要求不严格。
4、上交作业本数不足,个别老师反映学生不交作业,我们也不能把学生交不齐的原因全部推给学生,针对不同层次学生任课老师要分层布置作业,学习吃力的学生作业量可以少,完成作业时间可以调整到自习辅导时间。
5、个别教师批阅学生作文的评语过于简单,缺乏针对性的指导,显然,不足十个字的评语很难指出学生作文中的优点与不足。这样也很难提高学生的写作水平与写作技巧。
6、检查中还发现部分学生有抄袭作业的现象,望引起课任老师的注意,及时端正学习风气。
三、今后努力的方向
1、教务处要加大检查的力度,增加抽查的次数;对存在的问题进行及时的交流、解决;教师要注重教学基本功的训练,不断提高自身素质。
2、教案设计要体现新课程理念;要符合“五步教学法”的课堂教学模式;课后反思要及时
3、作业布置量要适中,要分层;批改要更加认真,要全批全改,包括作文批改,保证两周一篇作文。
4、对错题要有明显标记,并及时督促学生更改,进行二次批改;批改作业时要有鼓励性批语。
老师们一个教师教学成绩的好坏不是取决于教案书写的好坏。但是教案是我们教学内容的一种体现,是教学的一种构思和设想,也是对我们教学内容的一种约束,没有课前的构思设计和认真备课,就失去了上好一堂课的前提。写教案是我们作为一名教师的最基本的要求,教案内容要反映出一个教师的思想,体现出一个教师的教学智慧和教学风格,是作为一个教师的精神财富的积累。希望我们要认真对待教案的书写。
为加强学校教学常规管理,进一步促进课堂教学改革,提升教师业务素质,前段时间,教务处根据学校教学工作的安排,对全校教师的教案、学生作业进行了期初细致的检查。现将结果总结如下:
一、主要优点:
1、大多数教师教案能根据学情,课型,重点突出,教学环节清晰合理,富有针对性和实用性。每课时批注多增加教学环节多,当堂达标题数量多质量高能紧扣教学目标设计形式多样的巩固练习题。
2、大部分的教师能精心准备,认真撰写,数量足够,大多数教师能超备课。3、大部分教师都能及时地在教案后面写上自己的教学感受,体验,思考,顿悟,内容丰富,形式灵活。
(1)、作业布置与批改:⑴作业布置有广度:大多数教师能践行作业布置的具体要求,做到“堂堂有作业,课课有练习”。
(2)、设置作业有层次:多数教师能根据学情与教材特点,从夯实基础,落实目标,提高能力,发展潜力等多重目的出发,自设了形式多样,富有成效的综合作业。
(3)、批改作业有实效:教师们都能及时,认真,细致,准确地批改作业,做到:符号规范,反馈及时,重视矫正。充分发挥评价的激励作用。作业批改较好的教师 杨其敏 胡霞 杨梅 张平
(4)、同步 实践 大演草作业。学生的书写认真、整洁,实践作业设置不在以数学题为主,体现实践作业的实效性,并画有美丽的图案,望全体老师学习推广。
二、存在问题:
1、个别教师教案简单空洞,缺乏实用性。批注少,教后记没有针对性,存在应付现象。没有真正钻研教材,研究教案,教案利用价值不高。
2、少数教师的作业布置分量偏少,缺少精心设计,未能有效地达到巩固和提高的目的。
3、一部分学生的作业习惯差,书写和作业矫正效果差。
三、建议
1、加强备课实效性研究,认真钻研教材、教参精心设计教案 吃透教材努力提高课堂教学效率.2、精心设计学生练习题,练习题要有针对性有层次有坡度难易适度数量适中形式多样。
3、学生的书写还没有引起教师足够的重视,要提高学生的书写。
4、从所有作业批语看,鼓励性语言仍是单一。
5、批改作业不要用一个大钩,应该给每一道小题目都要打上一个钩。这样能体现老师的精批细改,最后所写批语要规范、清楚、给学生以榜样示范。
6、对于作业封面要求教师对学生进行教育,要整洁、不允许涂涂划划。
7、抓学生习惯养成教育,培养学生认真听课认真完成作业的习惯。
四、真情寄语
一个教师教学成绩的好坏不是取决于教案书写的好坏。但是教案是我们教学内容的一种体现,是教学的一种构思和设想,也是对我们教学内容的一种约束,没有课前的构思设计和认真备课,就失去了上好一堂课的前提。写教案是我们作为一名教师的最基本的要求,教案内容要反映出一个教师的思想,体现出一个教师的教学智慧和教学风格,是作为一个教师的精神财富的积累。希望我们要认真对待教案的书写。
作业布置与批改是教学环节的重要组成部分,学生通过作业可以检测本节课内容的掌握情况,教师批改作业可以了解学生对知识的掌握情况。
依据学校教学工作计划,我校英语组于2011年10月19日下午对全校三至六年级的英语作业和教案进行了常规检查,检查的目的在于发掘优点,改善不足,进行查漏补缺,促进教学。
一、本次作业检查情况小节如下:
1、主要优点:
(1)所有教师作业批改细致:对学生解题错误之处用红笔标出,以利于学生迅速查明错误原因。如白宁,边世军,马艳,李艳霞等。
(2)部分教师善于运用激励性评语:通过Good,Great,Super等激励性评语以及盖有英语鼓励性语言的小图案贴画,激发学生的学习热情。如梅彦飞,张培华,高静静,王英英等老师这方面做的比较好。
(3)注重反馈性:每个教师都能及时批改作业,做到题题有批改,错题有订正,订正有反馈。
2、存在不足:
(1)作业本不够整洁,有些班的作业本封面不干净,有乱涂乱画现象,还有个别有破损现象。
(2)个别班级作业次数不够。
(3)作业题型单一,有个别年级作业大部分是单词和课文的抄写。(4)个别教师的批阅日期不入格。
3、努力方向:
本次作业检查从整体上说是不错的,但仍有一些细节需要我们不
断地去改进。作为小学英语教师,我们除了要求学生书写规范、端正、整洁之外,更要在作业设计的科学性和合理性上进行探究,同时注重学生养成保持作业本外观整洁、干净的良好行为习惯,教师在批改时要规范入格,这样能起到榜样示范作用。
二、本次教案检查情况反馈
(一)、优点
1.教案质量普遍提高,教案与进度相符。教案完整、规范,备写认真、字迹工整,内容充实、教学环节完备,教学过程详细,说明大家都认真钻研了教材。如王英英,边世军,白宁等老师的教案。2.教案既有单元知识点、认知目标,语法功能的整体介绍,又有课时的知识目标,认知目标,重难点的介绍,而且教学过程详细,教学手段灵活多样,对每一课的知识点、语法内容分析透彻。如李艳霞,马艳,高静静等老师的教案。
3.对每一课的重难点把握的比较准确。如边世军,马艳,高静静等教师的教案。
4.导学方式灵活多样,能调动学生的学习兴趣。如李艳霞,王英英,张培华等老师。
5.板书设计图文并茂,重点突出。如张培华,白宁老师的教案。
(二)、不足
1.部分教师的教案中的三维目标对能力目标和情感态度目标体现的不够明确。
2.部分教师的各个教学环节衔接不自然。
3.个别教师在板书设计中没有写课题。
4.个别老师反思次数比较多,几乎课课有反思,但是每次反思字数过少,甚至一两句就结束了,没有实效性和指导性。还有部分教师的反思次数很少。
三、建议
1.所有老师对教案、作业检查应重视起来,多关心自己的教案、作业检查结果,多从自己找原因。
2.各位教师要深入备课,集体教研,才能取得良好的教学效果,教案写得好的老师要全无保留的传授经验、方法,全面提高我校英语教师的整体水平。
3.备课要有针对性,要备符合我们学生实际的课。
4.教案要重视教学手段的设计,尤其要重视教与学双边活动的设计。

1、作业量都能达到要求:三(1)班(语文59次,数学52次,英语30次);三(2)班(语文58次,数学62次,28次);三(3)班(语文56次,数学56次,英语28次);三(4)班(语文56次,数学61次,英语27次);三(5)班(语文60次,数学61次,英语27次);三(6)班(语文59次,数学64次,英语27次);三(7)班(语文61次,数学62次,英语27次);三(8)班(语文52次,数学61次,英语35次)。
2、老师们都能按照进度指导学生完成《练习册》,批改及时,并能全批全改。
3、学生的书写、作业本不够整洁。大部分老师只注意到作业的正确率,而忽视了学生作业习惯的培养。我们以前的一些优良传统,(如包封面、中间夹作业纸)还应该继续保持。
4、作业的批改还不够规范。出现了一些待订正、勾夹点的现象。特别是勾加点的现象变成了勾改叉的现象。(老师改作业因为一时疏忽将错题改成了对,这种现象很正常,只是老师的处理方法可以多样一些。如:在勾的边上加一个叉,等学生订正完了,再在叉上画个圈,或者让学生马上订正不加叉。)
5、不够规范。表现为:《练习册》整洁度不够,用笔不统一,圆珠笔、钢笔穿插进行;针对练习册有些题目难的情况,教师可以事先进行指导(告知);
五、检查建议:
1、各班可以开展“作业展示”等类型的班队活动,在班级学生间营造良好的作业氛围,以优秀感化后进,以优秀带动后进。
上周,教导处对全校学生的课堂作业进行了检查。总体情况是好的,老师们交的及时,作业种类齐全,作业的质量都比过去有提高。
优点:
1、数量足,一是作业本的数量足,二是作业的次数、题目数量足。
2、作业格式学生书写能统一、按要求比较规范。
3、大部分学生书写比较整洁。
4、教师批改及时、比较规范,并重视学生作业习惯的培养。检查中,我们不光留意老师们批改的习惯,更留意学生作业的质量。只有我们老师的批改质量提高了,学生才会在我们的指引下,真正把作业做好。
不足:
1、个别教师批改不及时、不细致
2、学生订正不及时。
3、部分学生作业字迹潦草。
4、张晶老师英语作业批改等第和日期在同一行,已交流,应分两行。
作业是学科教学的延伸和补充,是对所学知识的复习和巩固,是教师检查教学效果,指导学生学习的教学手段之一。老师通过作业可以及时了解学生的学习状况,改善自己的教学。
怎么布置作业?无论课内、课外,首先是要有针对性,就是就你
所教的某个知识点进行针对性的训练作业。
其次,要有层次性。结合教学内容和学生的实际水平,布置层次分明、结构合理、题量适中的同步作业。
第三,时效性。教师布置的作业应以强化和巩固当堂或一单元内所教的重点、难点知识为主,这样学生才能明白每次作业训练的主旨,才能有成效。
最后要适量性。应指导学生在有限的时间内,主要进行知识的归类,不能进行大量、机械性练习,把练习变成题海。
我们老师除了要注意学会精打细算地布置作业,还要学会巧妙地批阅作业。
1、当面批改与独立订正相结合。
对那些学习兴趣不浓、基础较差的学生进行当面辅导批改,既能增进师生间的情感交流,还可扫除学生思想和学习上的障碍,激发求知欲,利于 “培优补差”,避免两极分化,也会让学生体会到一种成功感、收获感。
2、粗改与精批相结合复习性的知识内容课粗改,强化性、巩固性的知识内容则要细改。
5月下旬学校教导处开展了作业本检查,检查形式采用了抽查的形式,检查了一(1)班,二(6)班,三(7)班、四(5)班,五(2)班和六(5)班的语文、数学、英语、科学、美术的几门学科的作业本。大部分任课教师都非常重视本次检查,都提前将作业本放置在教室,但是也有一个班的数学作业本和口算作业本是检查组人员自己从学生处收起的。现将检查情况进行反馈如下。
肯定的之处 本次检查结果,我们的教师都能够认真及时的批改作业,大部分作业本都有教师的评价。如一(1)班的语文课数学课课堂作业本,口算、写字本,教师批改及时规范,有教师评价。六(5)班作文本第一页有抄写目录,学生每篇作文都有教师的评语。五(5)班语文课错题订正,学生写有订正两字:整洁明朗。作文本批改每篇都有教师的个性评语。
存在的不足
1.个别教师批改作业不够细致认真,有的一道大题只打一个对或错号,批阅粗略,学生多处错误未批改出。有部分作业本缺少错题复批。
2.个别教师批阅学生作文的评语过于简单,缺乏针对性的指导,显然,不足十个字的评语很难指出学生作文中的优点与不足。这样也很难提高学生的写作水平与写作技巧。
3.有不少的作业本缺少批改时间。批改时间是作业批改的的一个重要部分,这个问题在检查过程中发现的比较多,语文数学学的课堂作业本情况明显好于其他作业本。
4.科学课课堂作业本中,学生有部分实验题作业空缺未做,不少作业本缺少二次批改。
需要改进的地方
1.加强作业规范化管理,封面应认真填写班级、姓名。2.教材配套的作业本,要求做到全批全改,不允许作业让学生批改。并且做到及时批改,批改必须有评价。作业要及时批改与讲评,并督促学生及时订正,做好二次批工作。
3.教师批改也应该注重规范。规范使用批改符号,慎用大对号,批改一定要有评价等级和批改日期,提倡老师对学生作业进行鼓励性评价。
3.学生书写要加强,少数班级学生书写不够认真,请老师教育学生端正学习态度,对学生要求更严格一些。
4.重视语文、数学以外学科的作业本的批改。5.抄写单元作文的作业本与周记本应该区别开来,学生作文应该有教师比较详尽的建议或评语,而周记本批改则可以相对简单一些。
依据学校工作计划,领导安排,我们利用周五上午进行了作业检查.本次检查的作业有《新课同步练》和作文的教师批改。检查详情汇报如下:
一、主要优点:
(四个班级的学生作业都全部到位接受检查。)
1、该年级作业布置量适当,既注重了学生训练的目的,又巩固了教师课堂上的知识,学生通过作业也反映了课堂掌握知识的情况和现状。
2、通过检查作业,我们也发现六年段的学生基础知识掌握比较扎实,学生的错误率较低。作文无论是记事还是写人全都能写得非常具体,大部分学生字迹工整。
3、《新课同步练》教师批发改作业认真,做到全面批改,能及时地按教学进度,教学日期进行修改,有激励的优,良等级鼓励学生。在批改过程中,发现学生的作业错误能二次订正,直至全部正确为止。
4、作文批改,教师共改了3篇,有横批,眉批,还有针对性的鼓励性总批,激励孩子写作的欲望。
二、不足与努力方向:
有个别孩子作业缺漏比较多,老师有作出了记号但孩子仍然没有及时补完,个别学生字迹潦草,有乱涂乱抹的现象,也有极个别的学生用涂改带。个别学生的封面较破,应及时提醒他钉好。
从作业检查来看地,各位教师确实很辛苦,尽职尽责地做好本职工作。

上一周,教导处对所有数学老师的教案进行了检查。这次检查的重点是:通册备课、单元备课和课时量。
根据学校前面的备课指南,通册备课中主要内容应包括:
1、教材分析。

3、学期教学目标。
4、学期教学重难点。
5、教学措施。
6、教学进度安排。格式要规范,项目内容要齐全。
单元备课中主要内容包括:
1、教材分析。
2、学期教学目标。
3、学期教学重难点。
4、教学时间安排(单元总课时量)。格式要规范,项目内容要齐全,教材分析到位,教学目标明确;重难点突出;教学进度安排合理。
课时教案应具备:
1、课题、课型。
2、教学目标:三维目标明确要体现层次性。
3、教学重难点:重点突出,有突破难点的方法,教学策略方法要实用。
4、教学过程环节设计目的性、层次性强。
5、板书设计能体现学科特点,呈现核心内容及方法。
6、课后反思能回顾教学成败,分析检测结果,总结好办法,查找不足。课后反思要重视质量,能联系自己教学实际,针对性、借鉴性强,有说服力。
一、主要情况
1、本次备课检查,除2位教师以外其他都及时上交了教案。所有数学老师的备课量充分,都有超前意识,有的甚至超了好几周。如:邢燕萍、王俊峰。
2、大部分老师们备课态度认真,工作扎实。能把自己的教学理念融入教学设计之中,注
重学生学习兴趣的培养和学习能力的提高。如潘宁、李颖、尹文文、黄伶敏、侯晓瑾、褚晓芳、贡晓俊老师备课书写端正整洁、教学过程明确,设计完整,详略得当,教学
思路较清晰;在此基础上教后记详实,反思有一定的量。如李颖、潘宁、尹文文、丁
邦建老师。另外还注重了二次备课的有张艳芹、尹文文、贡晓俊老师。
3、大部分教师制订的学科教学计划,单元计划全面、具体,教学内容安排妥当如四年级组教师的教案比较详细具体。
二、存在问题:
1、教案前没有及时附上教学计划和教学进度表,有三位老师。
2、少部分老师新课标的“三维目标”体现不够充分,教学设计意图、反思的撰写缺乏深度。有的只留于形式。尤其是针对课堂教学中出现的问题进行分析,没有起到实实在在的反思作用。
三、问题改进
1、教师开展专题性的理论学习,如利用集体备课时间、校内研究课时间,大家群策群力。
2、充分利用教学顾问的资源,凸现“专业引领”在教师成长中的积极作用。
3、重新提出以下备课要求:备好课是上好课的前提。备课以个人为主、集体为辅;教师要通过备课实现四个转化:
①通过钻研教材,把教材中的知识转化为教师自己的知识;
②通过钻研教材,掌握教学三维目的要求和重点,从而转化为教师的教学指导思想;
③通过研究教学三维目的、教学内容和学生实际找到使教学内容适应学生接受能力,促进学生发展的途径,从而转化为教师所掌握的教学方法。
④通过备课把至美教育的理念落实到各个教学环节中,并通过上课转化为教学行为。
为深化“四带活动”,贯彻落实新学期校长会议精神,有序推进各项工作,促进学校“三风”建设,落实教育强县各项工作部署,进一步提升我县教育教学办学水平,XX年9月11日至9月13日检查小组一行四人在官副带领下对南阳中心小学、南阳中学、郑湖中心小学、郑湖中学、沙县六中和城南初级中学进行“两访两创”和“三走三查”活动暨期初工作检查,通过听、问、查、看、谈、访等多种方式,按文件要求逐项进行认真检查。现将本人检查的情况汇报如下:
一、期初工作主要成绩
1、教学常规工作情况:
(1)从检查情况看,各校校风、教风、学风良好,各校加强了行政值日和教师值日的巡课工作,教学秩序井然,各项教学活动正常开展。检查过程中未发现教师擅自脱岗、上课时间接听或拨打手机、体罚或变相体罚学生等情况。学生遵守《中小学生守则》和《日常行为规范》,课堂教学秩序正常。
(2)新学期各学校都认真制定了学校工作计划,各处室、教研组等部门也能依据学校的总体要求制定出相应的各部门计划。
(3)各校都有严格的教案检查制度,老师们都有编写教案,有的学校还每月安排一次检查,我们巡课中没有发现上课未带教案的现象。
(4)各校都能贯彻落实沙委教〔XX〕11号文件精神,认真实施“333”校本教研模式,领导带头上公开课,并制定计划安排出开设公开课的时间表。
(5)各校都有一整套严格的教学质量考评考核体系来落实教学质量管理,学校要把教育教学责任目标分解至年段、班级,并延伸到每个教师,每学年考评一次,形成一级对一级负责的质量管理模式。各校还注意加强教师教学过程的管理,把教师教学成绩作为年度考核、评聘晋升、提拔使用、绩效工资发放的重要依据。
2、规范办学行为情况:
(1)各校教务处能按省颁课程设置开足、开齐各类课程,合理安排课程表等日常表册,并能及时上墙,课程表上均能体现出课间操、眼保健操等活动。
(2)各校能规范作息时间,科学制定学生在校作息时间表,确保课外有足够的活动时间。
(3)各校能结合课程改革严格控制各学段的考试方式、科目和次数,建立建全学生综合素质评价制度,不以学科成绩作为唯一标准来判定学生的好差,不按考试成绩给班级、教师和学生排列名次。各校能开展丰富多彩的活动,让学生从不同层面展示自己的优点,体现了以学生发展为本,注重过程评价。
例如各校开展的艺术节活动,沙县六中开展的科艺节活动和小记者组织。
(4)各校能坚持免试就近入学,没有出现违规招生行为,不设立重点班,体现义务教育阶段的公平性、公正性,并做好学生的学籍管理。
(5)各校均能严格教材的选用程序,规范教学用书的征订行为,严格按照“市审核推荐,县责任管理,学校确定版本,学生自愿购买,发行单位上门服务”的运行模式规范教辅资料的使用,不另行推荐和组织学生订购教辅资料。

学生作业布置量适中,老师们都能及时地批阅学生的作业,批改规范,并做到了有错误及时督促学生更正。
3、学生作业的书写:
学生的书写整体来讲较好,绝大多数学生的书写能按要求按格式,字迹工整,但每班每个学科仍有个别学生(后进生)书写潦草。
4、作业设置的特点:
在设置常规作业的前提下,老师们根据本年级学生、学科特点,设置了一些开放性、针对性较强的作业,以达到集中训练、重点突破的目的,形式内容结合紧密,有利于提高学生的整体学科素养,值得
大家学习和借鉴。
语文:集中年级组全体老师的智慧,统筹安排和设置本学科作业,步调统一,特别是《日记小列车》学生作文,结合教材学习内容,结合学生感兴趣的话题,以主题为线索,设置作文练习,教师有针对地进行点评和指导;本次检查中五年级语文组《日记小列车》的作文主题为“读书”,围绕读书这一主题学生不仅作文,而且通过制作精美的阅读记录卡,于无声处营造了学生爱书、读书、品书的良好学习气氛。这种整合集体智慧、统筹部署的作业布置方式值得提倡与发扬。
