本学期，我担任八（5）、八（6）班的英语教学工作，两个班共有学生140余人。作为一直从事初中英语教学的我，虽了解到了一些教学教法，但在实际的教育教学中，我深深感觉到教初中英语之难之累，真是“苦在其身，乐在其心”！英语是中学生的一门主课，无论是学校、家长还是学生都很重视它，但是不少学生觉得这门功课单调枯燥，学起来吃力，甚至有不少学生放弃了它。究其原因，是学生对英语学习的接触面小，说练机会少，以及英语与中文的部分反差等诸多因素，使得学生对英语学习常常存在“厌、怕、弃”的不健康的心理。这使我不得不改进教学方法，确立与新课程相适应的教育观念——学生是学习的主体。我对《英语课程标准》进行了研读，为后面的教学提供了充分的依据、奠定了扎实的基础、保证了教学的顺利进行。大家都知道，老师不能代替学生读书，代替学生感知，代替学生观察、分析、思考，代替学生明白任何一个道理和掌握任何一条规律。老师只能让学生自己读书，自己感受事物，自己观察、分析、思考，从而明白任何一个道理和掌握任何一条规律。于是我改变“一言堂”，把课堂还给学生，形成师生交往、积极互动、共同发展的教学过程。

一学期来，本人认真备课、上课、听课、评课，及时批改作业、讲评作业，做好课后辅导工作，广泛学习各种知识，形成比较完整的知识结构，严格要求学生，尊重学生，发扬教学民主，使学生学有所得并不断地提高，从而逐步提高了自己的教学水平和思想觉悟，并顺利完成了教育教学任务。下面浅谈一下本人的教学工作总结。

一、思想政治方面

本人坚决拥护中国共产党的领导，热爱祖国，遵守宪法和法律，认真学习和贯彻党和国家制定的各项方针、政策，忠诚于人民的教育事业，认真学习《义务教育法》、《教师法》、《中小学教师职业道德规范》等教育法律法规，掌握师德师

风建设的最近动态，并予以实践。通过学习，本人具有良好的思想政治素质和职业道德，严格按照“有事业心、有责任心、有上进心”、“爱校、爱岗、爱生”、“团结协作、乐于奉献、勇于探索、积极进取”的要求去规范自己的行为。严格遵守学校的各项规章制度，对待学生做到：民主平等、公正合理、严格要求、耐心教导；对待同事做到：团结协作、互相尊重、友好相处；对待自己做到：严于律已、以身作则、为人师表。正确处理和对待教育教学工作中发生的矛盾和问题，认真加强师德修养，提高自身的职业道德修养。处处以一名人民教师的要求来规范自己的言行，毫不松懈地培养自己的综合素质和能力，以便使自己更快地适应社会发展的形势。

二、教学方面

开学后，我先了解各方面的情况，从教材，学情等方面入手。

备课时认真钻研教材、教参，学习好大纲，虚心向同组老师学习、请教。力求吃透教材，找准重点、难点。做到提前一两周备好课，写好教案。开学一两周后，就去听同年组老师的课，向他们认真学习、取长补短。

上课前都提前到教室做好基本的准备工作，调整好状态。上课时认真讲课，力求抓住重点，突破难点，精讲精练。运用多种教学方法，从学生的实际出发，注意调动学生学习的积极性和创造性思维，使学生有举一反三的能力，培养学生的学习兴趣，养成良好的学习习惯，如认真做笔记，课后多拓展知识面、阅读面等。

课后经常利用课余时间对学生进行辅导，不明白的耐心讲解，及时查缺补漏。因为英语需要背诵的地方较多，如单词、课文等，就要求学生一定要过关，没有掌握的同学再进行辅导。充分利用早自习的时间让学生多进行背诵，培养学习英语的语感。

除了教学，本人还注意了解学生的情况。爱学生就要了解学生，包括对学生的身体状况、家庭情况、知识基础、学习成绩、兴趣爱好、性格气质、交友情况、喜怒哀乐的深刻了解。这是避免教育盲点、因材施教的前提，也是提高教育管理水平、提高教育教学质量的必要条件。

经过这学期的教学，我认识到：尊重、理解、信任学生是消除教育盲点的基

础。尊重学生要尊重学生的人格。教师与学生虽然在教育教学过程中处于不同的地位，但在人格上应该是平等的；理解学生要从青少年的心理发展特点出发，理解他们的要求和想法，信任他们的潜在能力，放手让学生在实践中锻炼，在磨练中成长。只有这样，学生才能与教师缩小心理距离，学生才会对教师产生依赖感。

比如，八年级学生喜欢上台进行对话背诵，而不是单纯的死记硬背，这就要多给学生上台表演的机会。而有的学生英语基础较差，我就先从基本的音标教起，使他们恢复信心，激发他们学习英语的兴趣。

我更深刻地认识到教师要热爱每一个学生，尤其是对待后进生要多给一些温暖，用“爱”字改变他们，理解、尊重与信任他们。爱学生就是要严格要求学生，对其缺点错误，不纵容、不姑息、不放任。师爱既蕴含着强烈的情感色彩，又表现出深刻的理智；不仅着眼于学生目前的得失和苦乐，更注重学生未来的发展和前途。对于英语学习成绩较差的学生，适当降低要求，避免其产生逆反心理。

三、自我素质的提高

本学期，在教学工作之余，我积极学习各种教育理论以充实自己，以便在工作中以坚实的理论作为指导，更好地开展教育教学工作。按照学校的要求，我积极参加教研室组织的教研活动，认真听课，做好听课记录，认真参与评课。本人还利用业余时间认真学习电脑知识，学习制作多媒体课件，为教学服务；积极撰写教育教学论文。此外，我还认真研究并充分利用农村中小学现代远程教育的优质资源，为教育教学增添新的亮点。

四、努力方向

在以后的教育教学中，课堂上要做到精讲精练，注重对学生能力的培养。对差生多些关心，多点爱心，再多一些耐心，力争使他们在各方面有更大的进步。利用各种方法，训练学生提高、集中注意力。在教学上下功夫，努力使班级学生的成绩在原有的基础上有更大的进步。具体来说，要做到以下几点：

1、教的方面：深入了解和分析学生情况,有针对地教学，对每单元的单词和词组要进行多次强化训练。虽然我进行了英语阅读训练，但学生阅读能力的提高不大。单选、完成句子的得分率还过得去，但综合知识未来得及操练。今后，应

该加强完型填空、阅读理解和综合填空的训练。

2、学的方面：只要学生对英语学习有兴趣，坚持常年不断地、自觉得、随时随地接触英语、运用英语知识，英语成绩就会不断提高。

3、抓小测验、单元测试过关，充分发挥学生的主体作用。上课时千方百计令学生投入，不让其分心，充分发挥他们的主体作用，使他们能在轻松、愉快、合作、交流中学到知识。

总之，一学期来的教育教学工作虽然取得了不小的成效，但是本人也知道，自己还存在不少的不足，还需要好好地努力。学无止境，本人将在以后的工作中更勤奋地钻研和学习，力求不断进步。
