一、把句子写准确
近年来高考英语书面表达阅卷采用新标准, 要求考生使用高级句型、高级词汇、过渡性词汇和不同表达方式, 从而增加文章的可读性和醒目性, 诚然这些都是高考英语书面表达的重要考点, 然而刻苦训练达到新标准所规定要求的同时, 千万不要忘了应注意表达的准确性, 这是书面表达最本质的东西, 也是高考最重要的考点, 离开了这一点, 高级表达方式就失去了其存在意义。如何做到表达准确呢?
1.了解什么是句子。
句子就是有完整的句子结构, 有标点的表意单位, 每个句子都应存在主语和谓语动词。增强学生的句子意识, 避免下列典型错误一再发生。 (1) In order to make full use of the limited time. (2) Because many trees have been cut down.以上的两种表达前一个是状语, 后一个是状语从句, 都不能用句号直接表达。
2. 了解英语5种基本句型。
(1) S+Vi (主+谓) ; (2) S+Vt+O (主+谓+宾) ; (3) S+lv.+P (主+系+表) ; (4) S+Vt+O+O (主+谓+间宾sb+直宾sth) ; (5) S+Vt+0+OC. (主+谓+宾语+宾补) 此阶段我们要训练到位, 扎实。以各种成分的不同情况加以细致的指导和训练, 以下以谓语部分为例。谓语部分是句子的灵魂部分。由于英语属于西语语系, 富于词的曲折变化, 尤其在此部分, 我们的学生都感到很挠头。我认为写对的关键有以下几个方面, 我们可以在语法复习时就做好铺垫: (1) 谓语形式和非谓语形式的掌握。关于这一点, 我告诉了学生一个小窍门:非谓语动词形式变化多样 (11种) , 但万变不离其宗, 其宗就是:除了单个done形式, 第一个动词 (包含仅一个的) 一定缀有-ing, to, 如having done, to have been doing等, 这样就可判断自己是否把谓语写成非谓语形式了。 (2) 时态语态的辨别。判别关键是时间及动词的及物或不及物。谓语部分表达被动必须有be动词的变形形式。如:be being done, have been done等。 (3) 主谓一致, 句与句时态一致。
二、把句子写灵动
在进行了句子表达正确的训练后, 下一步的工作就是战胜单调, 把句子写活写灵动。这部分, 我们沿用了我编的一个小口诀:打造漂亮句, 转换来帮你, 要么换词语, 也可换句型, 两者任选一。
▲换词语。英语中有些词的使用频率非常高, 比如be good at, much等, 但表达时大家都很喜欢用, 这样很容易令文章陷入千人一面的窘境中。但如果我们能够使用它们相应的同义词, 或同义短语, 就可以做到与众不同, 给评卷者带来清新的感觉。可以设置替换划横线词训练来增强学生意识。

▲换句型。
1.主动句变被动句 (适合没有合适的主语或强调话题) 。We should pay attention to the problem.→Attention should be paid to the problem.We require our school to give us more time to take exercises.→More time should be given for us to take exercises.
2.普通句变强调句 (将时间、地点、原因、方式等类型的状语从句转变为强调句) 。I didn’t realize the problem until I arrived home.→Not until I arrived home did I realize the problem.
三、把语篇中的句子写紧凑
通常学生写出的句子放在一起组成篇章时, 感觉就是流水账, 是一堆句子的简单堆砌。第三阶段就要解决这个问题。
1. 合并句子。
▲用介词连接句子练习, 让句子简洁地道。如:He jumped into the river.He did not think about his own safety.→He jumped into the river without thinking about his own safety.
▲将状语从句或并列的动词简化为非谓语动词。如:Jane was disturbed by the noise.She turned off the radio.→Disturbed by the noise, Jane turned off the radio.
2. 用连接性副词或短语把句子联接起来。
如:Thedriver didn’t stop. (Instead) he drove away at great speed.
四、把句子写得更高档
句式的变化, 词语的转换, 逻辑的紧凑, 都让我们的文章很具表现力, 如果再能用上一两个复合句, 不仅展现了我们高超的驾驭句子的能力, 而且无疑让我们的答卷锦上添花, 增加了我们制胜的砝码。用复合句即名词性从句、状语从句、定语从句。多设置一些根据句子之间的关系, 用正确的连词使其成为复合句的练习。如: (1) I was very excited.I couldn’t express myself in words.→I was so excited that I couldn’t express myself in words. (2) The International Red Cross is an organization.Its purpose is to help the sick and the needy.→The International Red Cross is an organization whose purpose is to help the sick and the needy. (3) We will have a further discussion.We draw a final conclusion.→We will have a further discussion before we draw a final conclusion.还可以拿出书面表达文字材料, 训练学生分析其中的逻辑关系, 写出各种从句。
经过以上各个步骤循序渐进的训练, 学生由怕写到下笔写到写对到写漂亮, 写作能力明显提高, 为高考英语学科取得优异的成绩奠定了基础。

短文改错不仅考查学生在语篇中发现、判断及纠错的能力,而且也是以间接的形式检测书面表达技能,新课标实施以来加大了试题的难度,学生得分并不高。鉴于此,笔者说一说自己对短文改错的认识以及怎样才能做好此题。
一、案例展示
我以2010年陕西高考卷为例,分析一下短文改错解题过程。
(1)My sister saw a lovely cup when we are shopping the other day. She liked it at once.(2)Then she bent down and picked up to look at a price on it. As she did this, lots of tea splashed on his T-shirt!(3)I had to try hardly not to laugh at her shocked face!(4)My sister wanted get out of the shop as fast as she could when a shop assistant came over to us.(5)It was turned out to be her own cup, that shed left on the shelf by mistake.(6)The assistant was clearly as embarrassing as my sister.(7)for I just thought it was funny!
新课改后的短文改错打破传统以行找错的思路,更重视语篇的理解,全篇总计有十处错误,并不以行为单位,所以,加大了试题难度,要求学生注重语篇解题。
1.通读全文,我们可知,这是一篇记叙文,主体时态是过去时,人称以第三人称she为主,所以,我们不难发现:(1)句中are改为were,(2)句中把his改为her。此外,还要注意全文的整体逻辑,(7)句中把for改为but,pick后加it,(3)句中把hardly改为hard,都是逻辑错误。
2.我们以一句话为单位,逐句分析,对词汇的用法、句子的结构进行一一纠正,
第(4)句中,want后加to,(6)句中embarrassing改为
embarrassed,两者都属于句法结构错误,非谓语动词(5)句属于语态错误,was后去掉to,同时that改为which。
通过上文的分析及对近些年高考短文改错题的测试点看,侧重于冠词、人称、时态、语态、介词、名词、形容词、副词、连词、非谓语动词及主谓一致的运用。
二、注意事项
1.加强语言基本功的训练,培养学生发现、判断纠错的能力
2.了解命题规律,掌握解题技巧,加强实效训练
3.掌握解题步骤
①通读全文,把握大意,注意人称,时态逻辑
②分句阅读,了解句子结构,理清修饰关系
③复读全文,消除疏忽
④规范答题
总之,严格按照示范,按规定的符号去答题。
短文改错是一道综合测试题,涉及词法句法、语篇结构、行文逻辑等,要想提高解题水平,需做大量的练习,并在练习中运用解题技巧,在实践中掌握,充实提高。

1.发现有平行结构,就要检查是否有用词不一致或因成分短缺而引起的句子不平衡错误。如:She was eating her sandwich and drank her milk at the table when I arrived.此句中并列的平行结构是两个语法上相同的谓语,故应把drank改drinking.2、发现有比较结构,就要检查是否有形容词、副词的比较级,比较的对象等方面的错误。如:In some places you can borrow many books as you want ,根据上下文不难发现该句含“as……as”结构的句子,所以应在many前加上as。
3、发现有转折、因果、对比等结构时,就要检查是否有行文逻辑方面的错误。如:His company publishes books and he buys books all over the world.按行文逻辑,应把buys 改sells.又如:I like singing ,my brother likes dancing.英语中两个分句之间不能仅仅用逗号,而要用合适的连词连接。故以上两个分句之间要加上连词while 表示对比。
4、发现句子有多重结构,就要检查是否有时态、语态、连词或成分短缺等错误。如:He wrote to me immediately as soon as he got there.该句犯了连词重复使用的错误,应去掉immediately.5、发现有特殊疑问句结构,就要检查是否有疑问词使用不当的错误。如:---How many was the price of your car ?---I bought the car at cheap price ,only S2,000.英语中问价格时,可用what price 或how much 提问。回答时常用high price low price.所以应把句子中的How many 改为What ,把答句中cheap 改为low.6、发现有名词和代词时,就要检查是否有数、所有格或指代不一致的错误。如:Some people read the books or watch TV, while others have sports.去掉books前的the ,books在此表示泛指。
7、发现有固定短语时,就要检查副词、介词、冠词是否使用错误。如:Suddenly I caught a sight of my English teacher in the crowd.caught sight of(看见)是固定词组,所以要去掉a.8、发现并列主语、从句、不定代词、集合名词、非谓语动词、时间、金钱等作主语,together with, as well as 等引导的成份修饰主语时,就要检查是否有主谓不一致的错误。如:Playing football not only makes us grow tall and strong but also give us a sense of fair play and team spirit.but also 后面的分句的主语也是playing football,其谓语动词应当用单数,故give应改为gives.9、发现有特殊动词结构时,就要检查其特殊用法是否正确。如:He made me to post a letter for him.英语中的感官动词see;look at;watch;notice;observe;hear;listen to 等,使役动词let;make;have 等后面所跟的复合宾语中,如果由不定式的短语作宾语补足语,不定式须省去to.故应去掉句中的to.10、发现有非谓语动词作状语、表语或定语时,就要检查是否有非谓语动词和逻辑主语不一致的错误。如;The box is too heavy for the little boy to carry it.该句型中不定式to carry 逻辑上的宾语就是句子中的主语,所以句中的it是多余,应去掉。

短文改错题中动词错误的解题思路
2、如果该动词在句中作谓语,可考虑其时时态和语态。如:
Anyone may borrow books ,and it cost nothing to borrow them(cost----costs)Books may be keep for two weeks(keep kept)3-
4、如果该动词不作谓语,可试着改成非谓语动词形式。如: I look forward to hear from you soon.(hear-----hearing)

5、名词单复数误用。She said that she and my schoolmate all wished me success.根据句意分析,schoolmate应改为复数形式。
6、非谓语动词误用。I was often a little tired after a day’s work and watch TV demands very little effort.根据句意分析,and连接两个不同的事情,故watch 应以动名词watching 作主语。
7、连词误用。It looks as if my parents treat ,me as a visitor and a guest!分析后各知。本句话意思为“看起来我的父母亲把我当成了visitor或gust 了。“二者为选择关系,而非并列关系,故应将 and改为or.8、关系代词与关系副词误用。I live in Beijing, where is the capital of China.此句后一部分是非限制性定语从句,应用关系代词which作主语。
9、限定词误用。We may be one family and live under a same roof.same 意为“同样的”,前面应加定冠词the ,而不是a。

在初中英语课堂教学中,教师经常会遇到这样的景象:知识讲解之后,学生在课堂练习中表现较好,但是在课后作业或实际应用中错误百出,这令师生双方均头疼不已。初中英语教师需高度重视学生在学习过程中的错误,鼓励他们正视错误,在接下来的教学中有的放矢,针对具体错误进行具体指导,培养其改错能力,并提高学生的英语知识综合应用能力。
一、预测错误,有目的的培养学生改错能力
在初中英语课堂教学中,教师在讲授新知识之前,需结合具体教材内容与学生学情,以及他们在过往的学习反馈信息,对其可能出现的错误进行预测,有目的的对英语知识进行分析、对比与归纳,将错误扼杀在萌芽中。初中英语教师还需注重汉语语言对英语学习的影响,防止学生将汉语的词语、语法、语序等与英语语言相混淆,导致错误现象出现。通过对错误的预测,教师可有目的的培养学生改错能力,并提升教学活动的有效性。
例如,在讲授《How much are these socks》时,会涉及到名词的单数与复数教学内容,不少物品站在汉语角度来看是单数的,但是在英语体系中则是复数的,像:socks在汉语中是一双袜子,可单数形式来描述,而在英语中则是一个名词复数,其它还有:gloves、trousers和shoes等。教师需预测好学生在分辨英语中单数、复数时可能遇到的问题,重点练习新句型:How mach is/are…?It is/They are…。并总结出特点:单数用is,复数用are,明确学习目标,且有目的的培养其改错能力。
二、加强练习,有针对的强化学生改错能力
在初中英语课程教学活动中,教师要想提高学生的改错能力,应加强练习,多设计一些课堂练习题,有针对性的强化学生改错能力。为此,初中英语教师需重点练习学生易错与费解的题目,像练习相似句子、辨析相似词语,以及在不同的语境中,同一词汇的不同使用方法和不同含义等。同时,教师应设计灵活的英语练习模式,在讲解新知识时,提供关键词汇,让学生复述课文;或练习重点句型,指导他们采用相关知识进行适当的改写。
比如,在学习《Where's my schoolbag》时,教学目的是让学生通过询问物品的位置,学习一些关于家居物品和学习用品的单词,以及方位介词in、on、under、behind等的用法。此时,教师可针对介词的用法进行重点练习,设计习题:Thank you__the beautiful flowers!Look__the map__China__the wall,please。They will have a maths test__two days等。教师可强化练习这方面的内容,精心选择一些学生易错题目,有针对性的强化其改错能力。
三、深入分析,有系统的提高学生改错能力
为提高初中生的英语改错能力,教师需深入分析,系统性提高其改错能力,正视他们在练习中出现的错误,要不怕学生出错,并着重调动其改错积极性,保护学习自信。在初中英语课堂教学中,教师应为学生提供更多的练习机会,鼓励他们提出各种各样的问题,调动其学习兴趣;在练习环节,尽量吸引学习水平一般的学生参加,刻意让他们回答问题,即使回答错误或不够全面,也不能批评,而且耐心倾听,鼓励他们积极改错,完成任务。
同时,初中英语教师需紧抓学生在练习中的典型错误,有的错误可能一点就破,有的则会随着他们英语知识水平的逐步提升,能够自动克服。如果遇到错误就纠正,将会影响学生学习英语知识的积极性,甚至会丧失自信。所以,教师应仅仅把握知识重点,归纳和总结典型错误,提高学生的英语改错能力。另外,为防止他们在练习、作业和考试中多次出错,教师应指导学生构建一个错题集,将自己以往英语知识学习过程中遇到的错误记录下来,并包括类型、原因和纠结方法,在平常经常翻看。由于错题集具有较强的针对性,学生的印象会更加深刻,可有效减少同类错误的再次出现,改错能力得以提高。

一、设错方式
新型短文改错的设错方式包括错词、多词和缺词三方面。
1.错词
错词考查的知识覆盖面非常广泛,主要体现在动词、名词、代词、连词、冠词、介词、形容词和副词等几种词类上。其中动词错误是考查的重点,包括时态错误、语态错误、非谓语动词错误、情态动词错误、主谓一致错误、动词不定式符号to的误用等;名词错误以单复数错误和名词所有格错误为主;代词的错误是形式多样的,包括多种代词之间的误用;连词错误包括常用连词之间、从属连词之间;冠词错误为三个冠词之间;介词错误包括常用介词之间、介词短语中介词的误用和动词短语中介词;形容词或副词错误包括它们之间、原级与比较级之间、形容词之间、副词之间的误用。
2.多词
多词主要包括系动词方面的多次错误、动词不定式符号to的多余错误、代词方面的多词错误(it最为常见)、冠词方面的多词错误、介词方面的多词错误等。
3.缺词
缺词主要包括系动词、动词不定式符号to代词(涵盖it关系代词及连接代词)、冠词、介词等方面的缺词错误。
二、解题技巧
在做短文改错题时,建议从以下三个方面来分析判断,查找并改正错误。
1.通读全文,了解大意
在对短文进行通读时,注意把握好全文的中心思想,注意全文动词时态的使用、人称的使用以及上下文的逻辑关系等。在通读全文时,对于可以直接发现的错误,可以先进行初步修改。
2.逐句研读,查找错误
在通读全文的基础上,结合设错方式和出错规律,开始对短文的每句话进行细致研读(注意每句话至多有两处错误),确认是否存在动词时态错误、名词复数错误、句法错误或逻辑关系错误等。有些错误需要结合上下文的提示来查找判断,而有些错误需要对句子结构进行分析才能做出判断。
3.复读全文,仔细核查
把短文改错中出现的错误修改完以后,答题任务并没有结束,还应对全文进行复读。仔细核查答题是否存在疏漏,修改的错误是否准确,错误的数量及比例是否得当,行文逻辑是否通畅,修改是否规范清晰等。
三、注意事项
1.牢记短文改错的总体数为10小题,做题时,注意三种错误所占的比例,每处错误仅涉及一个单词的增加、删除、或修改。
2.考生在答题时必须规范,应按要求使用规定的符号进行规范修改,三种错误只有三种改动方法。
3.对于存在错误的单词,要留意该单词的首字母是否大写。
4.书写工整,保持卷面整洁,不得出现乱涂乱写乱画现象。
