作为英语老师,我认真学习各种理论,不断提高自己的师德素养和专业素养。本学期我担任高二3、4两个班的英语科教学,完成了必修模块5和选修模块6的教学任务。在教学中结合学生的实际情况,集体精心备课,积极听课、评课,认真有效上课,课后针对上课情况,做好教学反思。及时批改讲评作业,注重培养学生综合运用英语能力。为今后能更有成效地完成教书育人的己任,特将本学期的工作总结如下: 一.教学工作

本学期是会考阶段。但上半学期全年段齐抓英语和数学两门科目。加强早晨的朗读和晚自修练习的监督。学生对英语学习更为重视了。学习状态比上学期有了较大改进。有部分学生已经很自觉了。当然,有些学生,不论老师讲什么,他们都接受不进去了。原因无它,基础太差。

单词仍是首要。花更多的时间来抓。天天听写,单词,词组,句子都是听写范围。听写范围从课内到课外练习,从初中到高中。每天都抓不过关的。并于下堂课及时用翻译句子等方式进行复习。然后再背这些句子。当然,对于基础实在太差实在背不出来的学生,适当放低要求,告诉他们:少背总比没背好。利用早读来练习英语发音。让部分学生自己来组织带读。

对练习(周报)的讲评,着重培养正确的做题方法,灌输学习策略。在课时允许的情况下,让学生在限定时间内当场完成练习,然后讲评,提高听课效果。课后对重要知识点进行巩固。

有针对性地辅导。在班上选出几位学生,晚自修前进行培优扶差的补习,学生选择补习内容,教师加以辅导,进一步提高他们的学习水平和积极性,并及时检查,继续做好培优扶中和辅差工作,进一步提高及格率,巩固提高中等生。

认真备课。吸取教学中存在的教训,改进教法,利用各种工具材料,进行有效的备课,让学生听得懂、做得会、学得来。或至少,提高跨文化交际意识。

二、个人素质提高 不断通过网络和书籍当中及时更新自己的专业知识与教育理念,珍惜每一个学习的机会。利用无课时间在本校或校外听课。

平时上完课多总结,多看案例分析,多征询周围老教师的意见。有自己的主张,并坚定执行。

在我院“三抓、双争”活动中,我认真学习贯彻学院精神,在学校各级领导关心、指导下,在同事的帮助、配合下,我本人始终坚持“务实工作、踏实做事、诚实做人”的原则,时时处处对自身高标准、严要求,做学生的良师益友,对学生在政治思想上起引导作用,在师德上起示范作用,在智能上起培育作用。实际工作中,我以学生为本,勤奋工作,乐于奉献,锐意进取,努力做到教书育人,现将本人的工作、学习情况做以汇报:

一、加强自身建设,不断提高思想政治素质和决策水平

,我始终把加强高职理论学习放在重要位置,能积极参加单位组织的各项政治理论学习,认真学习党的十八大精神,通过学习,写心得等多种形式,不断使自己的思想有较大的提高,同时加强业务知识学习,努力提高业务素质。学人所长,积极提高工作水平。虚心向他人请教,积极改进工作方式方法,增强工作能力。同时自觉加强师德修养,以身作则,言传身教,为人师表,以自己良好的思想和道德风范去影响学生和培养学生。

二、转变教师角色,树立服务意识。

作为教师,首先要为人师表,努力提高自己的思想政治素质和职业道德水平,注重个人修养,无论在学习上还是生活上,我时时刻刻关心学生,对学生倾注了极大的热情,对其各方面给予关注。在教学过程中,我能做到关爱学生,尊重学生人格,能够跟学生进行情感交流,跟学生做平等的知心朋友,经常和他们一起谈心,一起活动,帮助他们解决生活和情感等方面的难题。因此一直以来,我和学生的关系融洽,我和学生能够达到心灵沟通,与学生分享成功的欢乐、分担挫折的烦恼,教与学始终在和谐的环境中进行,教学效果优良。

三、克服困难,努力完成领导交负的各项工作任务

在工作中,我始终坚持严格要求自己,勤奋努力,在自己平凡而普通的工作岗位上,努力做好本职工作。

一是认真做好教学本职工作,立足本职岗位,潜心钻研业务。近年来,我一直承担机电一体化技术专业核心课程《机床电气控制系统运行与维护》教学任务,积极参与教学改革,多次到衡水市各大工厂机加工车间的机床的电气控制进行调研并提炼出典型工作任务,对该课程进行了项目式教学,制定了教学评价方案,并把该课程与高级维修电工考证实践结合起来,通过改革,取得了很好的教学效果。并成功申报了机电一体化技术专业核心课程《机床电气控制系统运行与维护》和网络课程《机床电气控制系统运行与维护》。在省教改课题《基

于工作过程系统化的机电一体化技术专业课程体系研究》中承担了该课程的校本教材的主编任务并如期完成,获得课题组老师们的高度评价。在实训基地建设中,先后主持完成电力拖动实训室和机床电气实训室建设并规划了电气自动化技术专业的实训室建设工作。在职业技能资格培训中,我系学生每年报考高级维修电工的人数在所有工种中最多,责任大、任务重,我认真准备并承担了我院高级维修电工考证工作,通过率一直保持98%以上。 二是协助系领导做好专业建设工作,先后主持了电气自动化技术专业的建设验收汇报工作和机电一体化技术试点专业的验收工作,在电气自动化技术专业建设过程中根据最新电气自动化技术专业人才需求,我组织系里的老师到相关企业多次进行人才需求调研,对级的人才培养方案从人才培养目标和课程设置方面进行了修订,使2014级的人才培养方案紧跟市场人才需求,在课程设置主要体现在基于工作过程的项目式教学内容,同时完善了人才培养方案对应的课程教学大纲。同时组织机电教研室完成《机械制造与自动化》和《道路桥梁工程技术》两个专业的申报工作。

三是教学管理工作。在教学管理中,我深刻认识到,加强教学管理,抓好教学质量的重要性。在教学管理工作上兢兢业业、一丝不苟。积极配合院、系部进行了日常教学检查;加强了教研室的各项日常教学管理制度建设,特别是实践教学体系、顶岗实习管理制度建设。同时对电气自动化技术专业进行了课程教学改革,该专业2014级学生的《模拟电子技术》实训首次进行电子产品设计并制造,10电气班的《电机检修》实训课首次进入校外工厂进行为期两周的实习。收到很好的教学效果。

同时认真落实机电工程系教师听课制度,组织教师参与听课,提高质量意识。加强对教学工作的指导,进一步完善教学质量监控体系,及时发现、解决教学过程中出现的问题,督促教师相互学习、全面提高教学质量,客观地评价教师的教学水平。

四在教学科研方面,积极参加各种教学科研,参加省级课题两项,同时完成基于工作过程的核心课程《机床电气控制系统运行与维护》的课程标准的制定和教材的编写工作。

在校党总支和校长室的正确领导下,在全体高二年级老师的共同努力下,本着抓管理促效益,抓养成促发展的指导思想,紧紧围绕学校“运行稳态化、常态优良化”的工作方针,高二年级在本学期各项工作呈现出螺旋式进步,德育工作有条不紊,教学工作注重实效,班级管理各具特色,学生精神面貌焕然一新,积极进取、乐观向上。总而言之,本学期较为出色的实现了年级组的工作目标,较好的完成学校和年级组的工作计划和任务。现将本学期年级组工作总结如下:

一、德育工作

坚持“育人为本,德育为先”的理念,创新机制和载体,加强德育的实效性与针对性。

1、定期召开班主任例会,加强班主任队伍建设。班主任工作的质量影响到年级组的质量。年级根据学校政教处的要求,每周定期组织班主任例会,一起学习和交流先进经验,同时指出工作中存在问题,并结合具体情况布置一些阶段性任务。陶莉老师和刘进军老师分别代表高二年级参加学校的班主任经验交流会,获得好评。

2、狠抓常规管理,培养学生规范。常规是根本,规范是目标。高二年级组常规管理坚持通报制,坚持执行学生的操行评定考核。在值日检查管理中强调重点关注五大方面。坚持每天值日检查管理通报,持之以恒。从两操、卫生、晚寝、自习纪律、考勤等对全年级班级的扣分进行通报。每周评出五个优秀班级进行通报表扬。高二年级学生的跑操步调一致、口号响亮、青春洋溢成为了校园一道风景线。年级提出学会学习从自习开始的口号,每天晚上委派负责任的五名教师值班,当晚打分,第二天及时反馈,晚自习纪律秩序井然。

3、运用赏识教育,推行“每周之星”。周宏在赏识教育提到,人性中最本质的需求是希望得到肯定、表扬与赞美。如何赏识学生体现了教育的智慧。我们每周表扬每班三名学生,被称作“学习之星”、“纪律之星”、“劳动之星”的荣誉称号,不但张榜表彰,并进行适当的物质奖励。每周之星活动成为了我们年级抓好学生行为规范的重要抓手,并被马校长在全校推广。

4、培养好年级学生会干部,加强学生自我管理能力。只有自我教育才是真正的教育。加强年级组学生会建设,培养学生会干部,充分发挥学生的积极性和能动性。让学生会干部公正公平公开的大胆的工作。学生会干部从两操、卫生、晚寝、自习纪律、考勤、仪容仪表等参与年级常规管理,大大促进了年级良好班风、学风的形成,也锻炼了一支强有力的.管理团队。

5、以活动为载体,加强班级建设。响应学校复评的口号,年级举办了蒙古舞蹈比赛和广播操比赛、跳绳比赛,既活跃了学生的课余生活,增进了同学间的友谊,同时大大的加强了班级的凝聚力,从而加强了班集体建设。

二、教学工作

1、加强常规教学管理,确保教学各环节落实到位。年级制定了每天值班制度,晨读、上午上课、下午上课、晚自习期间都有年级老师巡查,确保良好的教学秩序。对老师实施严格考勤制度,注重过程管理,定期组织学习委员开会,了解老师备课、讲课、作业、辅导批改情况,并及时听取和反馈学生意见。在工作中,涌现出了高江乐、朱新婉、冒水梅、李志民、樊向春、沈燕等大批认真负责,爱岗敬业的老师,深受学生好评。

2、开展听课、讲课活动,致力于课堂教学水平的提高。课堂是主阵地,是教师职业的精神家园。为贯彻新课程理念,提高教学的有效性,根据学校教研处的安排,年级开展了中高级教师公开课活动,各科任老师精心准备,人人都登台亮相,个个既是表演者,又是观摩者;开展了年轻老师讲汇报课。年级各组老师积极参与,讲课、听课相得益彰,既增进了了解,又切磋了技艺,大大促进了全年级老师教学水平的提高。

3、以期中考试为契机,召开学法经验交流会。在一楼会议室我们召开了全年级部分优秀学生表彰大会,年级第一名蔡文雅同学的学习心得让大家受益匪浅。同学们分享了经验,增强了信心,为全年级良好学风的形成打下了基础。

4、以“周周清”为抓手抓教学质量的提高。在作业布置上我们提出精选、精练、精讲、精批,改变老师们作业布置上的随意性与低效性,为此我们提出“周周清”每个星期天下午,全体高二学生独立完成数、理、化、生、政、史、地等三门课的练习,既巩固了本星期的知识点,又检查了本星期所学的内容,从而促进了老师的教。以学促教、以学评教、从而达到教学校长。

5、以月考为抓手抓学风和教风。由于国庆放假时间较长,为对全年级的教学进行诊断,我们在十月份组织了全年级的月考。命题科学、组考规范、改卷及时、分析透彻,达到了预定的目标。特别是我们要求以班级为单位召开质量分析,注重了班级各科老师之间的配合与协作。

三、其它方面的工作

1、积极参加校工会组织的各项活动,比如捐款、冬季长跑、元旦晚会、发放福利等,年级精心组织、老师踊跃参加,很好的展现了年级的精神风貌。

2、配合教务处做好学业水平考试的报名工作,请假老师的调课工作,教辅资料的发放。

3、配合党办做好党员信息的录入、党费的收取、党员的评议工作,协助高二年级党支部开好党员民主生活会。

4、配合政教处做好学生综合素质报告册的录入与核对工作,配合校团委做好各项学生活动如辩论赛等。

5、配合总务后勤做好劳动工具的发放、保护学校的财产安全工作、各类教师办公用品的发放等。

四、存在的问题与建议

1、年级对教师的评价机制与激励机制尚不完善。

2、年级对教学常规管理还需加强,备课组的校本教研还需加强。

3、年级教师的团结协作有待进一步加强。

4、年级负责制还需进一步深化。

5、年级的培优与补差工作要机制保障。

6、对艺术特长班的管理还需要进一步的制度化,明确职责,管理到位。

7、对平行班学生的学习动机的激发与学法指导缺乏针对性与实效性。

本学期我担任高二年级1、2、9三个班的物理教学工作,在这一学期里,有得有失。现就这个学期的工作总结如下:

一、本人认真遵守学校各项规章制度。服从领导,率先垂范,为人师表。不迟到、不早退,坚持座班制度,出全勤,保质保量地完成各项任务。

二、教学方面严格按照学校的总体教学要求和目标去组织教学,抓好教学中的每一个环节。本学期的物理教学工作紧紧围绕提高课堂教学效率这个中心,狠抓教学常规的落实,深化课堂教学改革,全面提高自己素质和课堂教学水平。学习新的教育理论,及时更新教育理念。积极参加校内及校外的教学研讨,并做了大量的探索与反思。在新的教育形式下必须具有先进的教育观念,才能适应教育的发展。所以我不但注重理论学习,还注意从书本中汲取营养,认真学习仔细体会新形势下怎样做一名好教师。

教学的主要目标是教会学生知识的同时,还要教会学生如何去学习原来不懂的、不知道的知识。正所谓授人以鱼不如授人以渔。本学年内我一直致力于向这个方面发展,在教学过程中注意引导学生,注意教会学生思考。经过努力,虽然成果不很显著,但是还是有了一些效果。

这三个班物理成绩不是很理想,不少学生基础较差,学生反应慢,作业大部分相互抄袭。针对这种情况,本人采取了“低起点,低难度,注重基础”的教学方针,对学生的问题尽量作到耐心、细致,不厌其烦地反复讲解,直到学生弄懂为止。

三、加强对学生的学习过程监督。普通中学的学生自制能力很差,不能妄想学生能够自觉主动的学习,学生宁愿做一些又累又脏的劳动也不愿学习。所以教师不能仅仅将作业布置下去就不管了,还应该督促学生做作业,加强学生的学习过程。坚决杜绝学生相互抄袭作业、不交作业的现象,遇到这样的学生要严厉批评的同时还要给于指导,使其永不再犯。只有这样,才能将学习真正落实到位。布置作业要有针对性,有层次性,力求每一次练习都起到最大的效果。同时对学生的作业批改及时、认真,分析并记录学生的作业情况,将他们在作业过程出现的问题作出分类总结,进行透彻的评讲,并针对有关情况及时改进教学方法,做到有的放矢。特别对于出现问题较大的学生,坚决落实到个人,当场辅导,效果很好。

四、做好课后辅导工作,注意分层教学。在课后,为不同层次的学生进行相应的辅导,以满足不同层次的学生的需求,避免了一刀切的弊端,同时加大了后进生的辅导力度。对后进生的辅导,并不限于学习知识性的辅导,更重要的是学习思想的辅导,要提高后进生的成绩,首先要解决他们心结,让他们意识到学习的重要性和必要性,使之对学习萌发兴趣。要通过各种途径激发他们的求知欲和上进心,让他们意识到学习并不是一项任务,也不是一件痛苦的事情。而是充满乐趣的。从而自觉的把身心投放到学习中去。在此基础上,再教给他们学习的方法,提高他们的技能。并认真细致地做好查漏补缺工作。后进生通常存在很多知识断层,这些都是后进生转化过程中的拌脚石,在做好后进生的转化工作时,要特别注意给他们补课,把他们以前学习的知识断层补充完整,这样,他们就会学得轻松,进步也快,兴趣和求知欲也会随之增加。

五、坚持听课,注意学习组里老师的教学经验,努力探索适合自己的教学模式平时积极参与听课、评课,虚心向同行学习教学方法,博采众长,提高教学水平。
