求职信属于公务信函,格式和用词比较规。信的内容大体上分为三部分

一、书信体要点
1.收信人的姓名和地址;2.寄信人的姓名及其与收信人的关系;3.寄信人的地址 (比较熟悉的人之间可以省略) ;4.写信的时间;5.书信的内容。
二、格式
在上述提示要点中, 要着重注意第5点 (书信的内容) , 灵活运用所学的词汇、语法及句型来组织语言, 进行表达。既不能是提示的简单翻译, 又不能是漫无边界的乱谈。内容要准确清楚, 文字要连贯流畅。同时, 还必须讲究英文书信的格式。
英文私人信件通常包括以下五个部分:1.信头 (Heading) ;2.称呼 (Salutation) ;3.正文 (Body of the letter) ;4.结束语和谦称 (Complimentary close) ;5.签名 (Signature) 。
三、内容
(一) 信头 (Heading)
信头包括两部分:写信人的地址和写信日期 (通常写在信笺的右上角) 。书写顺序是, 先写地址, 再写日期。地址要遵循“先小后大”的原则, 即先写最小单位、小地名, 然后逐步写大的行政区划。例如, 先写学校名称 (或门牌号码) , 然后写街道名称和区名, 再写县市, 最后写省或自治区和国家名称。邮政编码通常写在县 (市) 名之后, 地址的每行末尾可以有逗号, 也可以没有, 但每行内该用逗号的地方, 仍需使用。一般来说, 门牌号和街道名称之间可以不用逗号, 但城市名称和国家名称之间必须用逗号隔开。在欧美, 城市名称之后往往写有字母或数字 (如Washington 8, London, SW367;New York, 1031) , 表示城市的邮区号码。这样标明, 便于邮局分信和迅速投递, 避免差错。
写信日期位于写信人地址之后, 通常空开一行。写日期时, 有两种不同的书写顺序;一种是按“月、日、年”的顺序 (如Feb.12st, 2012) ;另一种是按“日、月、年”的顺序 (如14st, Jan., 2012) 。这里要提示一点, 在年份之前有一个逗号, 而月份通常可以用缩写词 (如Jan., Feb., Mar.等) 。
(二) 称呼 (Salutation)
称呼是指对收信人的称呼, 写的位置是信头的下方, 要留一行的举例, 写字的顺序是从信笺的左边开始写。英文书信的称呼通常以Dear…或My dear…开头。给亲属写信时, 在Dear或My dear的后面加上表示亲属关系的词, 如“Dear Grandma, Dear Grandpa, My dear son”等。给辈分小的人或熟悉的人写信时, 可在Dear或My dear后面直接写上对方的名字即可。例如“Dear Xiao Hong, Dear Jack”等。写给不太熟悉的人通常用Dear Mr.Smith, Dear Mrs.White等。
(三) 正文 (Body of letters)
正文是书信的主体部分。从称呼的下一行开始写起, 可以与称呼起头写, 也可以向内缩五个字母再开始写。正文语言表达准确、清晰, 字迹清楚。
(四) 结束语和谦称 (Complimentary close)
英文书信的结尾时一些客套话, 类似中文书信结尾处的“祝好!敬礼!”“此致敬礼”“盼早日复信!”等。英文书信的结束语与中文书信类似, 写在正文的下方, 另起一行。常见的结束语有:Best wishes/regards!祝好!Good luck to you!祝你好运!Wishing you success/good luck!祝你成功/走运!Give my best wishes/regards to…!向……问好!Looking forward to your early reply!盼早日复信!

一、初中英语写作的重要性
英语新课标要求初中生的英语写作达到五级能力水平,即:能运用词汇描述事物行为和特征,说明概念等;能根据要求写简单的书信,便条,通知等;能按要求转述所听、所读的内容;能为图片提供简单的文字说明,并能表达自己的观点。
英语书面表达能反映学生的英语基础知识是否扎实,能否灵活运用英语来表达,体现了初中生综合运用英语的能力,反映出初中生的英语水平。学生要提高英语写作水平,写出合乎英语思维的文章,老师要如何做,如何指导呢?
二、学生在书面表达中普遍存在的问题
笔者在所任教班级的英语教学过程了归纳了学生写作时常犯的一些错误,主要表现在以下几个方面:
(一)中文式英语
由于受到母语干扰,学生在写作中会出现句型语序错误和汉语式的英语。最大的问题之一就是词对词翻译。学生因为没有理解和掌握单词或短语的真实含义和用法,在写作时很容易出现按中文字面含义找对等的英文单词,并且按汉语的思维和表达习惯去写英语的错误。这样的例子有很多,如:表述“网上购物很方便”时,学生这样写We are convenient to do some shopping on the internet.是错误的(正确的是It's convenient for us to do some shopping on the Internet.)
(二)由基础知识和英语应用能力的限制所造成的问题
(1)单词拼写错误。如:把difference写成diference;happily被写成happyly等等。这种错误在学生写作中存在的范围比较广,产生的原因是学生在记单词的时候不动脑子,死记硬背。
(2)学生在英语写作中出现最多的是语法错误,主要有以下几种:
1. 词类的混用。如形容词和副词的混用,人称代词的主格与宾格的混用,动词和名词的混用,定冠词和不定冠词的混用,形容词性物主代词和词性物主代词的混用等。如:We careful listened to the teacher in class.(正确的为副词carefully);He had some difficult learning Chinese. (正确的为名词difficulty)。
2. 动词时态,语态,语气等结构错误;非谓语动词的用法辨析不清。如:Our environment is polluting seriously(语态错误)等。
3. 搭配错误。如: I spent many hours to prepare for the Math test; I like play the piano,其他如:under the help of;see a book;eat the medicine 等。
4. 名词单复数、动词单复数、主谓语不一致。Mary with her parents have gone to America. have应该改为has。
(三)内容不连贯,衔接生硬;不会用关联词,语序混乱。无统筹安排。写到哪里,就停在哪里。
(四)书写混乱,卷面潦草。大小写、标点符号错误,缺少冠词。
三、具体策略与措施
(一)进行系统的基本语法知识教
帮助学生学习掌握初中九大词类及其用法;掌握最基本的句子成分,会对英语句子进行成分分析;能正确地运用英语中最基本的八种时态;掌握初中最基本的五种句子类型:简单句、并列句、复合句、状语从句、宾语从句等。
(二)抓好背诵,积累素材,培养学生形成正确的语感
“熟读唐诗三百首,不会做诗也会吟。”英语也是如此。背诵能培养学生形成正确的语感,有利于他们养成自然流利而正确的表达。一些重要的文段、实用性强的范文如每个单元中Section B的3a就是很好的写作范文,应该要求学生背诵,记住一些重要短语、谚语,并坚持听写重点单词,短语和重点句式。
(三)重视口头作文训练
通常采取以下方式:小组讨论,回答问题,叙述事实,让学生根据关键词复述文章,让学生回顾上节课的主要内容,让学生畅谈这节课中学到了什么等,紧紧围绕课文内容对学生进行口头训练。
(四)鼓励学生阅读英语课外读物
在平时的学习中可以要求学生阅读适合初中生的一些简单易懂的英语课外读物,多做英语短文的阅读理解,慢慢自然养成用英语思维的习惯,在进行英语写作中,就能避免写出中国式的英语,达到“入乡随俗”的效果。
(五)教学过程中有意识培养学生的写作能力
首先,教师在教学中应注重培养学生扎实的语言基本功,要求学生务必掌握学过的词汇和语法。一个不记词汇,不懂得英语语法的学生是不可能用完整的语言来表达自己的思想的。其次,教师还应充分利用教材section B中的3a,抓住有利时机指导模仿写作,这也是一项很好的培养学生写作能力的训练。
(六)教给学生正确的写作方法
把正确的写作方法灌输给学生,他们碰到任何写作题时才能不慌阵脚。以下是七步法。
第一步、细心审题 细读题中每一项提示或观察每一幅画,弄清题意,确定写作体裁和要点。
第二步、理顺要点 标出要点,按事件先后顺序或各要点之间内在联系排序,分出层次。
第三步、构成框架 将理顺的要点或每幅图画的含义加以连贯,构成寫作的整体框架,进一步定人称、定时态语态、定开头结尾。
第四步、组织句子 用自己最熟悉的短语或句型将理顺的要点逐句表达出来,多用简单句,用有把握的复合句。遇到表达障碍,换一种说法,将一句变成两、三句。
第五步、串句成篇 将写好的句子连贯地组织起来,适当采用递进、让步、转折、因果等关联词语,使短文层次分明,过渡自然。
第六步、检查修改 注意人称、大小写、拼写有无错误,要点有无遗漏,文句有无语病,词数是否恰当,行文是否连贯。
老师帮助学生找到他们各自存在的问题,有针对性的使用文中提到的措施去指导,学生加以配合,按照老师提出的要求去做,提高写作水平是容易实现的。

4、结束语
结束语的第一个词的首字母大写,结尾用逗号。朋友之间的信函常用的结束语有:Sincerely yours, Yours ever;公函常用的结束语有:Yours sincerely, Yours respectfully;亲友之间的信函,可以用:Love, Lovingly yours等等。高考试题也给出简要结束语,学生也不需要重点掌握。二.模板推荐

半开放式作文是近年来英语学科书面表达的一个趋势和要求,也是高考英语书面表达的一种常见题型。所谓“半开放”是指试题给出部分要点,考生自己再增加一些要点。这样的作文可以分为两大部分:试题给出的材料和自己增加的材料。在写给出材料时一定注意不要遗漏要点,更不要曲解试题的意思。在写自己增加部分时也不可以随意发挥,要吃透命题人的意思。例如:关于中学生是否可以把手机带进教室,我们最好不赞成带手机进教室,因为命题人一般是大学或中学的老师,他们是不会赞成学生带手机进教室的。
二、 高考英语半开放式作文的写作技巧
下面以2009年某市高三年级第二次调研测试书面表达题为例,谈谈高考英语半开放式作文的写作方法。
【经典例题】
最近教育部就高中取消文理分科的可能性和可操作性,广泛征集意见。消息一经传出,立即成为人们热议的话题。社会各方对此存在严重分歧。请你给China Daily写一篇文章,阐述分歧,并发表自己的观点(至少两点)。
要求:
(1) 可根据内容要点适当增加细节,使行文连贯。
(2) 词数:150字左右。短文开头已写好,不计入词数。
参考词汇:
①文理分科:divide students into science and arts
②文科生:liberal art students
③理科生:science students
The Ministry of Education has been collecting opinions on the possibility and feasibility of ending the separation of science and arts in high schools. But opinions are different.
写作步骤:
1. 谋篇布局,拟定框架
本文可分四段写:
第一段:导入话题。(试卷上已给出。)
第二段:专家的观点,即支持文理分科及其理由。
第三段:学生和家长的观点。
第四段:你自己的观点。
2. 写作格式
这篇作文属于“支持与反对观点陈述类”,可套用以下格式:

3. 统筹时态、人称
时态:整篇文章用一般现在时,个别地方可能会用到一般将来时。
人称:陈述专家或学生及家长的看法时,用第三人称: Most experts,many students and parents, they…发表自己的观点时,用第一人称I。

4. 推敲要点表达方法
(1) 取消文理分科有利于学生的全面发展。
取消文理分科:the ending of the division of science and art;
全面发展:allround development/development in an allaround way/integrated development。
如果你不知道“全面发展”怎样表达,你可以将上句婉转写成:文理分科影响学生的综合素质,即affect the overall quality of students。
(2) 导致……的缺乏:lead to/result in sb.’s lacking…
(3) 不关心社会学科: not care about social science, such as…
(4) 将加重学生学习负担:put more pressure and burdens on students。
(5) 分科尊重学生个体差异。这句话可分解成:每个学生都有自己的长处和弱点, 分科是尊重学生的意愿,即
have one’s own advantages/strengths and weaknesses, show respect for one’s opinion/interest。
5. 难点
半开放式作文难就难在自己的观点上。会写的就能得到另外两个要点的分;不会写的或观点不恰当的,就可能失分。因此,发表自己的观点非常重要。
对于文理分科,你可以说:过早分科不利于学生未来的发展;如果现行的考试制度不改革, 就没有必要谈论这个问题。最后要求教育部对此事要慎重考虑。
6. 要点提炼
要点1:专家赞成取消文理分科。
Most experts support to end the separation of science and arts.
Most experts are in favor of ending the division of science and arts.
要点2:取消文理分科有利于学生全面发展。
The ending of the separation of science and arts contributes to students’ overall development.

连句成文:
Most experts are in favor of ending the separation of science and arts. For one reason, the ending of the division of subjects contributes to students’ development in an allaround way. For another, dividing subjects will lead to arts students’ lacking science knowledge while some science students won’t care about social subjects, such as history and politics.
However, some parents and students have the opposite opinion. They think the ending of the division of subjects will add more pressure and burdens to students. Dividing subjects means showing respect for students’ interest as each student has his or her own strengths and weaknesses.
In my opinion, dividing subjects too early is not good for students’ future development. I hope the Ministry of Education had better take a careful attitude toward this problem.

本次教学内容是人教版四年级语文上册第七单元口语交际与习作。本节课主要是指导学生书信习作。这是学生第一次练习写信,在教学时要突出书信格式的学习,使学生通过交流了解应该怎样写信。教学目标:
1、学习书信的格式和写法。
2、运用“自主、合作、探究”的学习方式,让学生自主探究中总结写信的一些技巧。教学重难点:书信的格式。教具准备:幻灯片、信纸。教学方法:讲练结合 教学过程
一、谈话导入,揭示主题。
1、师生互动。老师和师生之间进行自我介绍深入了解,增进师生的情感。
2、师:人与人之间的沟通方式有很多,除了刚才的交谈外还有什么方式呢?(指名生回答)A生:写信。B生:打电话。C生:发微信。„„

①、注意书信的格式。②、要把想说的意思写清楚。
一、写信(指导写信的格式)
1、首先写称呼,写收信人的称呼,要单独成行,顶格书写,称呼后面要加上冒号,表示下面有话说。
①、怎样称呼。(为了更加充分表示尊敬、亲切,可在称呼前加上 “敬爱的”“亲爱的”等词。
②、练笔(通过来信,分析给谁回信,该怎么称呼,动笔写写。)
2、问候语要另起行,空两格,要简单明确:“你好!”或“您好!”或根据不同对象确定。
3、正文是信的主要部分。写信人要说的话,都写在这部分,要写出真实真情,可写一个内容,也可以写多个内容,但要注意详略得当。每一段起行空两格,转行顶格。
师过渡:刚才我们讨论帮王虹解决遇到的烦恼的办法就放在正文里写吧!

5、署名和日期,这是写信的最后一行,署上写信人的姓名,署名应在正文结尾的右方空半行的地方,然后在底下一行写上日期。

五、信封的格式
写信封时应注意双方地址、邮编、姓名写清楚,按格式写。
