“手机瘾”遍布课堂

“我的手机随时带在身边，上课也一样。有时遇到无聊的课，我会拿出来上网看看新闻、电子书，也会刷一刷微博、玩玩微信。遇到朋友发微信、QQ信息给我时，会趁老师不在意时回复。”正在广东财经大学金融学专业读大二的学生小张这么说。和小张一样，“手机依赖症”在课堂上表现较为明显。

记者在广东财经大学金融学专业大二年级的财政学和地球科学概论课上作了个简单的调查。财政学上课人数共50人，在10分钟内拿出手机的人数就超过10人;而地球科学概论上课人数有70人，在10分钟内拿出手机的人数超过30人。记者还发现，随着上课时间推移，越来越多学生拿出手机操作，他们大多使用手机进行上网聊天、看新闻、玩游戏。

95%大学生认为自控能力很重要

对于某些高校推行“人机分离”的上课新规，记者对该专业学生作了调查。只有为数不多的大学生认为“可以带，并不会影响学习”和“不可以带，应把精力集中在课堂上”。超过95%的大学生都认为“课堂使用手机的利弊都有，关键还是看个人的自控能力”。

一、手机的易携带性为过分使用手机提供了可能。

现在的手机功能丰富，完全可以满足人们平时对于网游、上淘宝、QQ 聊天、浏览网页、看小说的需要，而且手机小巧，便于携带，随时随地都可使用，不像电脑那样需要特定的场所和条件才能使用，这就为大学生们随时随地使用手机提供了便利和借口。如上课只要一点点听不懂，就觉得反正听不懂，便立即掏出手机浏览网页;平时学习有一点点疲劳，也立即掏出手机看视频，美其名曰放松一下，但这一放松就不能克制了。

二、殊不知，过度使用手机的行为会对他们产生许多不好的影响：
