目前,以就业为导向的中职教育注重动手能力,但却忽视表达能力的培养。许多学生练得一身好本领,但是在与人沟通方面却存在很多问题,突出表现在课堂上回答问题时声音小、表达不清楚、逻辑混乱,个别学生甚至不敢出声说话。为提高学生语文素养、锻炼其口语能力、建设开放而又有活力的语文课堂,笔者将课前3分钟演讲作为一种教学组织形式引入中职语文课堂。
1演讲的作用
1.1锻炼学生胆量
笔者曾经问过很多学生在进中职学校以前有没有上讲台当着全班同学的面讲话的经历,大部分人说没有,而且表示自己以前是一个不爱说话的人。现在,有了课前3分钟演讲,很多学生有了上台说话的机会。虽然第一次上台时他们手足无措、语无伦次,甚至不敢抬头直视他人,但是在第二次、第三次演讲之后,学生都有不同程度的进步。更令人惊喜的是,有些学生从开始时的低头默读到后来能与他人互动。
1.2活跃课堂气氛,激发学生学习兴趣
每次课前演讲学生都很踊跃,短短的3分钟演讲极大地活跃了课堂气氛,激发了学生学习兴趣。为了能得到大家的赞扬,演讲者在课余时间做了大量功课,表现欲在课堂上得到了满足,课堂上多了掌声,学生情绪被调动起来。在接下来的课堂教学中,学生继续保持高昂的情绪,对教师提出的问题也积极思考、畅所欲言,课堂上师生互动大大加强。活跃的气氛延续到整节课结束,教师不再苦恼于课堂沉闷,不用再苦思如何调动学生积极性。
1.3增加阅读量,提高写作水平
学生为了做好演讲,课余时间不断翻阅各种资料,随着涉猎范围的扩大,他们的阅读量不断增加,无形中也积累了写作素材。很多学生为了能顺利演讲,课下还精心组织演讲稿,反复修改,锻炼了写作能力。
2实施方法
2.1演讲顺序
演讲一般按座位顺序进行,从第一位学生到最后一位学生,笔者本着“一个都不能少、人人都有份”的原则,想方设法让每一位学生都参与到课前3分钟演讲中来。演讲一般控制在3分钟以内,要求尽量脱稿,声音洪亮,配合手势,富有感染力,可以与其他学生互动。
2.2演讲内容
演讲内容不设限制,只要健康即可。学生可以讲故事、诵美文、讲述生活中发生的小事、点评时事热点,也可以畅谈人生感悟。
2.3演讲点评
每位学生演讲结束后,教师和其他学生都要及时点评,先让学生做观察员进行点评,然后教师再做点评。点评以鼓励赞扬为主,辅以中肯的改进意见,让学生不断进步。这样循序渐进,教师的要求一次比一次高,学生的表现也会一次比一次优秀。
3体会
3.1转变教学观念
学生是教学主体,教师处于主导地位。以往的灌输式教学让学生感到厌烦。语文教学中,学生应该始终处于主动参与、乐于其中状态。课前3分钟演讲为整堂语文课注入了活力,学生的表达欲被释放,思维的火花被点燃,课堂教学变得轻而易举且富有成效。
3.2循序渐进
中职生基础普遍比较薄弱,口语表达能力欠佳。刚开始演讲时,教师的要求一定不能太高。“要我说—我要说—我能说”是笔者的思路,即先鼓励学生克服胆怯心理,开口说话;接着促使学生主动要求演讲,积极参与其中,体会到演讲的乐趣;最后掌握演讲技巧,逐渐提升口语表达能力。笔者把这3个阶段融入一年的语文课程来推进,连续性的训练使教学效果更好。
3.3创新课前3分钟表现形式
课前演讲的目的是提高学生口语表达能力,但是演讲并不是唯一能提高这一能力的方式。从一开始,笔者就鼓励学生发挥创造性思维,采用多种形式展示自己,如演讲、说相声、演小品、讲故事,或者与他人合作完成一个语言作品。灵活的形式让学生更加努力地为每一次上台做准备,也更加期待自己一次比一次精彩的表现。

“老师，我成功了！”说到“成功”二字，她简直是得意洋洋，眉飞色舞，还朝我神秘地挤挤眼。哦，我想起来了，她就是在一次课前演讲时，讲“林肯一生成功与失败”故事的那个女生，她叫春兰！
老实说，春兰是一个不起眼的姑娘，个子矮小，皮肤黝黑，课堂上总是静静的。我同时任教四个班的语文课，老记不住学生的名字，别说已毕业的学生，就是正任教的学生，叫不出名字的多着呢。
原来，她找到了一份做文员的工作，难怪那么兴奋。“老师，你知道吗，那天，我本来是回学校办退学手续的，正好轮到我作课前演讲，我想，反正我早就作了准备，不如等课前演讲完再办退学手续，所以就又坐进了你的课堂。可是，我真的弄丢了演讲稿，我当时以为你不会相信我。没想到你坚持让我讲完。你知道吗，正是那次演讲后我突然特别想读书，就没有去办退学手续。幸好没有退学，要不然我连毕业证都拿不到，哪能找到工作呀！”她的话特别多，都不给我插话的机会。她那股子亲热劲，一下子把我给逗乐了。我不由得想起了她那次演讲的情景：
那天的语文课讲华罗庚的演讲辞《克三劫，攀高峰》。课前5分钟照例是演讲，这次轮到春兰上台了。虽然几个星期以前，她就选择了一个与课文相关连的内容——《林肯一生的成功与失败》，可是连着几天，春兰的座位都是空着的。我从她班主任那里打听到，她执意要退学，班主任劝学无效，只等她回来办退学手续了。中途退学去找工作，这对职业中学的学生来说并不少见。可我和班主任都认为，她学习态度不错，字也写得挺漂亮，不把书念完有点可惜。再说，她身材矮小，平时又过于安静，如果连职中毕业证都没有，能找到工作吗？
我正打算把这天的课前演讲顺推给下一位同学，却发现春兰来上课了。她大概是来办退学手续的吧，我想。我试探性地问她：“今天该你演讲了，可以上台吗？”她目光躲闪，却又连连点头，然后却红着脸说“演讲稿弄丢了”。什么弄丢了，一定是不想演讲！都要退学了，没准备也正常呀，又何必找借口？我正想抢白她几句，可转念一想，人家就要退学了，我又何必多说呢?想到这，我便微笑着问她“还记不记演讲内容”，她连连点头说能记得大概的。于是，我爽快地请她上台，让她自由发挥。
她向我投来感激的目光，走上了讲台。开头几句还不错，仪态自然大方，声音清楚响亮，面带笑容，只是普通话带着浓重的广东口音。很明显，她确是早作了准备的。我在台下及时送上一个“大拇指”。她看了我一眼，腰板挺得更直，更加流利地讲下去。配合演讲内容，她还在黑板上画了一个表格，列出林肯一生中各个年龄段成功与失败的情况，并带领同学们作了一番统计：林肯从22岁到51岁，总共失败9次，成功却只有3次。
同学们对她的演讲表现出浓厚的兴趣，这大大地鼓舞了她。可是突然，她忘词了，只见她满脸通红。我再次用眼神、表情与手势示意她随性发挥。她又看了我一眼，果然，自信再次回到她脸上。稍事停顿后，她重新组织语言，为演讲作了一个圆满的结尾。伴着同学们热烈的掌声，她如释重负地走下讲台。等她回到座位上，我问：“春兰，你今年多大？”她愣了一下，说“16”。同学们一脸狐疑。我在春兰刚才的板书旁添上：“春兰，16岁，成功！”同学们回过神来，旋即报以热烈的掌声，春兰更是乐开了花。我的情绪也受到了感染，于是即兴再追加一句：“第一次成功，春兰比林肯整整早了6年！” 同学们再次把掌声送给春兰。
这之后，她的座位再也没有空过，自然也就没有退学，至于其中的原委，我没有去过问。她上课还是静静的，可我总能感觉到，她所投来的特别认真的目光，在职中的课堂上，学生是很少有这种专注投入的眼神的。
如果不是这次巧遇春兰，不是她的一番话，我真不知道那次“课前演讲”会让她打消退学的念头。要知道，为退学的事她的班主任没少做她的工作。如果那次我认准她根本没作演讲准备，“丢了讲稿”只是找借口，并给她一阵冷嘲热讽，那会怎样呢？如果在她说讲稿不见了时，我随即就让下一个学生代替她作演讲，那会怎样？如果当她中途忘词而我没有给予鼓励，让她坚持讲完，结果又会怎样？如果在她演讲完后我没再追加那一句话，那又会怎样？可这一切，决不是我精心策划的“教育行为”，说实话，那只是一次不经意的随性发挥罢了。
因为我的一个小小的举动，改变了学生一生中较为重大的决定。幸好，这对她来说是一个正确的决定。可是，又有多少“不经意”的“随性发挥”可能把学生引向错误的道路呢？想到这里，我的心便有些沉重。

首先，我想和大家分享一句话。“我宁愿选择骄傲，也不愿选择自卑。因为骄傲需要资本，资本需要积累，积累需要汗水，自卑什么都不需要。”我是在复旦大学看乔松楼将军演讲的视频时无意中听到这句话的。
每个人的一生都不是一帆风顺的，不是一个没有波浪的湖。这是一段充满艰辛、挫折、曲折、挑战和挫折的旅程。属于我们的每一天都是挑战。当我们每天遇到初升的太阳时，我们需要足够的信心来克服我们遇到的困难。

“世上只有妈妈好，有妈的孩子像块宝……”每次听到这首歌，我都会想到我的妈妈。
幼稚的童年时光迈着轻快的步伐悄悄离去，转眼间，我已经上五年级了。渐渐长大的我明白了“母亲”这一角色的艰难，明白了母亲对我的爱。
有一天晚上，我突然发了高烧，吃了退烧药也没有好转，妈妈急得像热锅上的蚂蚁。情急之下，妈妈披了件外套就背着我去医院。那时已是凌晨2点，大医院的门诊部已经关门了，所以我们只好去离家较近的小医院。到小医院的时候，值夜班的护士也要下班了。妈妈说明了情况，那名护士才去请医生，并让我们进去就诊。直到护士给我打针时，妈妈心里的大石头才落下。在我吊针的时候，妈妈怕我无聊，一会儿讲笑话，一会儿讲故事，一会儿扮鬼脸，直到打完针才停止。
可在如今的这个社会当中往往付出与回报不成正比，有的付出多，回报少，有的付出少，回报多。现实有时就是那么的残酷，渐渐的人们变得沉默，变得胆怯，什么都不敢去尝试，因为他们都知道付出与回报往往不成正比……
我只想说“不”，这一切看上去会让人的内心很不平衡，但是你们必须认识到一点：付出了不一定有回报，但你不付出就一定没有回报!没有人随随便便就能够成功，每一个成功人的背后经历了多少泪水和打击，他们也都曾无数次的想放弃，继续的坚持只会让他们承受更多的伤害，可他们并没有因此而放弃，纵使上帝给他们100次的打击，他们也会在101次的时候重新爬起来，继续奋斗，继续努力。台湾女作家三毛说过：爱情是一种能力，健康是本钱。失败，没有这个字，请记住，一场付出艰辛的失败是另一种成功。快乐是最大的勇气与智慧。的确，你付出了就不要害怕得不到回报。当你哪一天抛下回报，一心只想着付出的时候，你自然就会得到你应该属于你的回报。
这个世界貌似充满着不公平，可处处却体现着公平。你难道看到过整天好吃懒做，什么事情都不想做却依旧想获得回报的人到最后得到他们想要的了吗?你难道看到过没有任何本事和技能就能获得一大笔财富的人?你又曾看到过作恶多端的人能够安安稳稳的过着他内心所憧憬的生活?答案当然是否定的。
所以与其怨天尤人说为什么自己总是付出了得不到回报，还不如脚踏实地的去追求自己的理想与目标，在追求的过程中体会快乐，在一次又一次的失败中吸取经验，进行总结。
人生有三重境界：
1、昨夜西风凋碧树，独上高楼望尽天涯路。
2、衣带渐宽终不悔，为伊消得人憔悴。
3、众里寻她千百度，蓦然回首，那人却在灯火阑珊处。

WE ARE ONE
Three months ago,twenty six boys and four girls gathered together on the ground of the university

Time passed by,and I conclude one idea in my mind.Well ,this idea doesn’t only come from my unyielding
faith in the united spirit of the chinese people but it also comes from my own story.
I am an eighteen year-old boy who has never experienced being away from my parents for more than a month.At first,I thought I have to learn to be independent and I woulde have to overcome the difficulties with no one to depend on.
But a story changed my mind.
Five days ago,I got a heavy cold.Recalling that day’s event,I was in low condition and felt helpless in the bed,however,after knowing what had happened,one of classmates just say” I will accompany you along the way to the hospital and the way back to school.”That single moment of his words may not mean much.But it is where we start,it is where we all form the common belief that your guys’ shoulders will be ready for you whenever you are in need of help even though in the risky of falling behind in study.The class you are in will be your another family.
And there is also another story I would like to mention here,Our class ranked low in this month,but there are not blames,not critics,not anything like you should have done it better.We just say”We can,and we will do it better and better step after step.”
Well, I think the two things just reflect one spirit which has seared into my heart that we may come from different places and we may have different stories and we may move in the different directions towards different futures.But we all would give the world to make our class shine.we are not only the sum of its parts that out of many,we are truly one.
