there are many different kinds of sport, such as play basketball, volleyball, badminton, ping pong and many other interesting sports. these sports can help us keep healthy and strong. when i was young, i didnt like to do sports. what i hated the most was morning exercises. however, now i realized that in order to keep healthy, we have to do sports, such as long-distance running. couple with some healthy diet like rice and vegetables, we will definitely be much healthier and stronger now than before. trust me and lets do more sports!

Physically, taking aerobic exercise advances our physical health and reduces our agony. It promotes our heart and lung function by increasing their expansion and contraction, which is beneficial for resisting pressure from longtime labor or extra-strength work. And it improves fat consumption and metabolism, which lay a solid foundation for disease prevention. Meanwhile, it helps keep our body in a good shape by consuming the overfull calories.
生理上,做些有氧运动可以提高我们身体健康,减少我们的`痛苦。做有氧运动可增加心肺的伸缩,以提高心肺功能,有益于抵御长期的劳作和加班带来的压力。它还能促进脂肪的消耗,促进新陈代谢,预防疾病。同时,有氧运动还能消耗多余热量,有益于保持良好体型。
Psychologically, acting aerobic exercise also conduces to our psychological health. We are able to be more confident and positive that we have capacity of doing something at the best, just like finishing our plans or achieving our destinations in exercise. Thus we can ventilate our negative feelings by doing workout so that we can strive for our dreams again.
心理上,进行有氧运动还有利于我们的心理健康。通过户外锻炼我们能消除负面情绪,才能再次为梦想奋斗。

闲聊英语:业余无线电运动有好处
我曾经想过写一个帖子,介绍业余无线电运动与英语学习,不过由于以前的帖子,都是回复网友的问题,所以一直没有写。这几天我正在外地出差,暂时没有收网友的邮件,所以又想起了这件事,下面我就简单聊聊这个话题。 所谓“业余无线电运动”,就是指业余无线电爱好者(俗称ham,火腿),为学习、研究无线电技术,经有关部门批准,架设业余无线电台(amateur radio),与世界各地的火腿通联。在我国,凡是年满18周岁的公民,都可以成为火腿,基本步骤是:第一步,申请加入中国无线电运动协会(CRSA),成为该会会员,并获得一个全球唯一的呼号(比如BG1FPX);第二步,购买业余无线电台,由所在地的`无线电主管部门检验,检验合格后颁发电台执照;第三步:安装、调试、使用业余无线电台。这些步骤与英语学习没有什么关系,我就不具体说了。 我下面重点说说开展业余无线电运动对英语学习的三大好处。第一个好处是:无线电通信的质量通常都很差,喇叭里充满了各种各样的干扰与噪音,为了能听懂外国火腿的一句话,您必须像兔子那样,竖直耳朵,全神贯注,仔细聆听,才有可能听懂。一旦您习惯了在这种恶劣环境下听英语,今后您再听正常的英语时,就会觉得非常容易,这就好象有一个搬运工,长期扛50公斤麻袋,突然有一天让他扛20公斤麻袋的那种感觉。 第二个好处是:与您通联的火腿,来自世界的不同地方,其中许多地方,是我们在地理课上从未听说过、在地图上无法找到的,比如Mayotte这个地方,我就一直不知道在哪里。这些外国火腿的英语发音,真是五花八门,千差万别,我们国内那些习惯了美音、英音的朋友,刚开始阶段很可能听不懂,需要慢慢适应。一旦您习惯了听这些非标准发音的英语,以后再听什么印度音、埃及音、南非音等等,统统都不在话下了。 第三个好处是:按照惯例,您和某个地方的某个火腿通联之后,双方互相邮寄一张类似明信片的通联卡片,用来证明双方通联成功。在这些卡片上,除了有一些技术数据之外,还有火腿所在地的风景、建筑、人物、动物、植物等的照片,这对于您了解世界各地的风土人情,增加英语学习的背景知识,非常有好处。上海有一位著名火腿BA4DW,收集了世界上几乎所有地方的通联卡片,我没事的时候,经常去参观他在网上的卡片陈列室。 总之,我希望您能够通过这个帖子,对业余无线电运动,以及它对英语学习的好处,有一个初步的认识,如果您能够因此成为一名火腿,那就更好了,我将感到非常荣幸。 作者:张宏(info@italian.org.cn)
