按照收信人的不同，可粗略地将书信分为写给熟人的书信和写给陌生人的书信。相应地，书信的开头写法也是不同的。

写给熟人的书信开头应以寒暄、问候为主。不必写得特别复杂，毕竟这不是书信的重点，但也不可太过口语化，如“Hi！”“Hello！”等。笔者在这里罗列了一些常用的书信寒暄用语，同学们可以针对不同类型的书信选择合适的套路作为开头的第一句话。

句型模板

How are you doing these days？ （你最近过得怎么样呢？）

How are you getting along with your schoolwork？ （最近你的学业怎么样呢？）

开头第二句：写信目的

当你完成了书信的第一句话，或者试卷上已经给出第一句的寒暄/自我介绍时，我们就可以开始写开头的第二句话了，其作用是表明写信目的。值得注意的是，中国人喜欢较为委婉的表达方式，往往会将自己的真实目的写在文章的最后，但英语国家的人们却往往习惯开门见山，将主旨句放在文章的开头。因此，我们在写作文时也要遵循这个原则。

如果按照功能来划分，我们可以将书信分为邀请信、申请信、询问信、求助信等类型。接下来，笔者就以这四类书信为例，跟大家分享一下不同目的书信的一些写作套路。

（1） 邀请信

如果题干中说明你邀请的对象是你的好朋友或笔友等熟人，开头可以寒暄、问候为主。但如果你邀请的对象是你不熟悉的老师、教授等，你就需要先自报家门了。接下来，你需要介绍自己想要邀请对方做什么事情，可能是参加活动、会议等，也可能是约稿。

句型模板

I would like to ask you to ... （我想要请您/你……）

I am writing to invite you to ... （我写信是想要邀请您/你……）

（2） 申请信

由于接收申请信的一方可能并不知道你是谁，所以你需要在第一句先进行自我介绍，然后再热切地表达自己多么想要申请某个职位、某项工作等。

句型模板

I am willing to apply for ... （我想要申请……）

I would like to apply to do ... （我想要申请做……）

（3） 询问信

由于对方往往是你不认识的人，所以需要先进行自我介绍，然后再把你想要询问的内容概括清楚即可。

句型模板

I intend to consult you about ... （我想要向您/你咨询有关……）

I am writing to ask for some information about ... （我写信是想要了解有关……的情况。）

需要提醒大家的是，在开头段还不需要具体交代询问的内容，可将其放在下一段中逐条地询问清楚。

（4） 求助信

由于我们常常会向自己认识的人寻求帮助，所以开头第一句用寒暄语就可以了。然后，一定要有礼貌地表达自己需要寻求什么帮助。

句型模板

Could you please do me a favor and do ...？ （请问您/你能不能帮我做……呢？）

I would appreciate it if you could do me a favor and do ... （如果您/你能帮我做……，我会非常感激。）

纵观高考英语全国卷写作题，我们会发现几乎每年考查的都是应用文，而在这其中，书信类作文又占据着相当大的比例。所以，对于备战高考的同学们来说，掌握好书信类作文至关重要。俗话说“万事开头难”，一篇作文开头的质量直接影响着整篇作文的分数。如何才能让你写的书信类作文的开头给阅卷老师留下好印象，从而让你在高考英语作文部分赢得先机呢？其实，书信类作文的开头是有一定套路可循的，且听笔者慢慢道来。

下面，笔者就从邀请信、申请信、询问信、求助信这四类书信出发，结合高考英语新课标I卷书信类作文真题，带领大家将上文介绍的套路运用到实战之中。

邀请信

【真题重现】假定你是李华，你校英文报“外国文化”栏目拟刊登美国节日风俗和中学生生活的短文。请给美国朋友彼得写信约稿，要点如下：1. 栏目介绍；2. 稿件内容；3. 稿件长度：约400词；4. 交稿日期：6月28日前。（2015年新课标I卷）

【套路分析】其实这道作文题已将开头语为大家写好了：I'd like to ask you to write an article for our school's English newspaper. （我想请你为我们学校的英文报写一篇文章。）假如大家需要自己写开头的话，可以先进行简单的寒暄，然后再向彼得发出邀请：How are you doing these days？ I am writing to invite you to write an article about American festival conventions and the life of American high school students for our school's English newspaper. （你最近过得怎么样？我写信是想邀请你为我们学校的英文报写一篇有关美国节日风俗以及高中生生活的文章。）

申请信

【真题重现】假定你是李华，从互联网上得知一个国际中学生组织将在新加坡（Singapore）举办夏令营，欢迎各国学生参加。请写一封电子邮件申请参加。内容主要包括：1. 自我介绍（包括英语能力）；2. 参加意图（介绍中国、了解其他国家）；3. 希望获准。（2012年新课标I卷）

【套路分析】由于是申请信，对方多半不认识你，所以开头要先进行自我介绍。从题干中我们可以得知这是一个国际化的夏令营，“你”代表的是中国，而题目又要求介绍“英语能力”，所以自我介绍可以这样写：I am Li Hua， a student from China， who has a good knowledge of English. （我是李华，一个来自中国的学生，我非常擅长英语。）第二句表明写信目的：I would like to apply to take part in the summer camp to be held in Singapore. （我想申请参加这个将在新加坡举行的夏令营。）这个开头不仅囊括了题干中的部分内容要点，还包含了同位语、定语从句、非谓语动词作后置定语等高级语法结构，一定会让你的作文在考场上熠熠生辉。

询问信

【真题重现】假定你是李华，计划暑假期间去英国学习英语，为期六周。下面的广告引起了你的注意，请给该校写封信，询问有关情况。（广告图略） （2014年新课标I卷）

【套路分析】写询问信需要先进行一个简单的自我介绍。在这里，第一句可以把题干中的“计划暑假期间去英国学习英语”融入自我介绍之中：I am Li Hua， a student from China， who plans to go to Britain to study English during the summer vacation. （我是李华，一个来自中国的学生，我计划暑假期间去英国学习英语。）第一句与第二句之间可以添加逻辑词引入写信目的，如：Therefore， I am writing to find out more about the six-week summer course at your school. （因此，我写信是想要更多地了解贵校这个为期六周的暑期课程。）

求助信

【真题重现】假定你是李华。请你给笔友Peter写封信，告诉他你叔叔李明将去他所在城市开会，带去他想要的那幅中国画，同时询问他是否可以接机。信中还需说明：李明：高个子，戴眼镜；航班号：CA985；到达：8月6日上午11：30。（2013年新课标I卷）

【套路分析】由于Peter是你的笔友，所以题目给出的开头语是一句寒暄语：How are you doing？ （近来如何？）根据题目的要求，下一句可表明求助内容：Could you do me a favor and pick up my uncle， Li Ming， at the airport in your city？ （你能不能帮我一个忙，去你所在城市的机场接我叔叔李明呢？）或者写成：I would appreciate it if you could do me a favor and pick up my uncle， Li Ming， at the airport in your city. （如果你愿意帮我去你所在城市的机场接我叔叔李明，我会非常感激。）

好的开始是成功的一半，书信类作文的开头部分有明显可循的套路，两句话就可以搞定，即“寒暄/自我介绍+写信目的”。在备战高考英语作文中，这种“套路”法其实并不限于书信类作文的开头。大家一定要学会以不变应万变，将平时积累的写作思路和句型模板结合在一起，总结出自己的套路，再配上一定量的真题及模拟题的训练，写出一篇漂亮的应试作文应该就不再是问题了。

G类雅思书信写作 篇3

You wish to immigrate to a country but are not sure about the requirements and applicationprocedure. Write a letter to the immigration officer of this country to ask about, say who you are and explain your qualificationsand experience.

雅思写作G类书信的三大纪律 篇4

1、Making a request 提出要求或者请求的信

2、Making suggestions 提出建议的信

3、Making an apology 道歉信

4、Making a complaint 抱怨信

5、Thank-you letters 感谢信

从写作特点上来看，特别提醒G类同学注意以下“三大纪律”：

纪律一：

书信和A类议论文最大的区别在于，书信是允许考生在主体段对情节进行合理联想的。换句话说，A类的图表题是看学生有没有能力读大学，而G类的书信是看学生有没有能力在英语国家顺利地生活。只要书信的情节符合生活常识，考官是可以允许学生进行适当联想来让书信的情节更充实的（当然即使是联想也不能跑题，特别应该参考原题里面给的三条参考信息）。而且正是因为书信允许有一部分合理的想象，所以即使我们遇到一些想不出的生词，也往往可以适当修改情节用一些其他比较简单的词汇来替换。

纪律二：

书信的用词我们应该追求稳妥，一方面不需要使用过大的词汇，另一方面也一定不能过于口语化，甚至俚语化（slangy）。参加移民类考试对的同学多数都有工作经验，有不少还有些商业英语信函的经历，但请注意：雅思的书信考试完全没有必要像商业公文那么正式（这点从《剑8》的书信体现得尤其明显），即使是比较正式的话题，只要保证不用太口语化的词汇就已经很好了。另一个极端是有些考生工作中常年用email和英语国家人士进行沟通，而email往往对语法和用词要求得并不严格，导致这些考生对英文书信产生某些误解，书信里时不时地出现guy，wanna，gonna这种非常口语化的词汇，甚至爆出一些粗口，实在令人触目惊心。希望大家能够形成正确的书信用词观念，避免两个极端。
