河北师范大学学生会在校党委的正确领导和校团委的悉心指导下，在各学院学生会的积极配合及校学生会全体成员的努力奋斗下，紧紧围绕“怀天下、求真知”的校训，始终坚持“自我教育、自我管理、自我服务、自我完善”工作原则，坚持“全心全意为为同学服务”的宗旨，不断加强和完善学生会自身建设，不断拓宽工作领域、革新工作模式、改进工作方法，从思想政治、学术研究、社会实践、素质培养等各个方面有计划、多层次地开展各项活动，推动了我校良好校风、学风的形成，促进了广大同学综合素质的提高，为构建和谐校园、文明校园发挥了积极作用。

一、不断加强干部队伍建设，全面提高学生干部素质。

从2005年至2011年，学生干部队伍建设不断加强。在每届的学生干部纳新中，学生会秉着择优录取、公平、公正、公开的原则，精聘学生会干部，完善学生会组织机构，保障学生会各项工作的正常开展。

为了提高学生干部的工作效率和工作质量，加强学生会干部的工作能力，使学生会工作井然有序的开展，学生会在每届纳新工作结束后尽快通过讲座等方式开展了学生干部培训工作。新一届学生干部从而提高了个人素质，增强了岗位意识和责任意识，进一步认识到学生干部职责的重要性。

在每年举办的干部素质拓展活动中，学生会成员通过游戏、表演节目等方式加强了相互沟通和了解，增加了各成员之间的友谊，为学生会各项工作的开展打下良好的基础。

二、努力做好常规工作，充分发挥学生会在学生管理中的积极作用。

保证日常工作的顺利进行是做好其他工作的前提。学生会各部门严格按照部门职责，注重日常工作的开展。办公室认真做好材料的收集、整理和协调联络工作。在2010年搬进新校区后，办公室相继制定并执行了《学生会例会制度》《学生会请销假制度》《学生会值班制度》《学生会守则》，等等。帮助广大新成员明确自己的责任，同时也对主席和部长提出了新要求；宣传部认真做好大型活动的宣传报道工作；文艺部和体育部配合学校和学生会开展了一系列大型文体活动，如校运会、迎新晚会等的准备工作；生活部积极和后勤集团饮食中心合作开展活动；思调部认真做好学生的思想调研工作；权益部和学习部通过组织座谈会，专题征文，海报，宣传栏等方式，深入开展思想教育政治活动，引导广大同学树立远大理想和坚定信念，努力奋斗，立志成才，树立正确的世界观、价值观、人生观。学生会的一系列日常工作，不仅在学生管理中起到了约束引导作用，同时，也为良好校风的形成起到了积极作用。

三、营造高层次的校园文化氛围,举办丰富多彩的文体活动

学生会通过开展丰富多彩的文体活动，丰富了同学的课余文化生活，满足了同学的精神文化要求，不断增强学生的凝聚力。

在2005年—2006年期间，文明建设部发起了以“青春献祖国”为主题的配乐诗朗诵活动。此次活动涉及河北师范大学四个校区22个学院，同学们反响强烈。各支代表队均精心准备，动人的话语，抒发了师大学子的爱国情怀；为培养广大同学的综合素质，进一步提升同学的文化品位和个人修养，12月份，学习部在东区举办了“真知讲堂”系列活动。各位老师或诙谐，或严谨，让同学们领略了中国艺术的博大精深和西洋文化的热情奔放。同学们均表示自己的精神世界变得充实丰盈起来；体育部继续为广大同学举办一周一次的舞会，为同学们的假日生活添上了亮丽的一笔；生活部与校园管理中心及食堂积极联系，组织各学院的学生代表与后勤集团王海洋总经理及其他部门负责人进行交流，解决了同学们的疑惑，受到了师生的一致好评；权益部设立了饭卡招领处，维护了同学们的合法权益，真正做到学生干部“从同学中来，到同学中去，服务于同学”的宗旨，使学生会的桥梁纽带作用得到了充分发挥，使接访站的工作上了一个新台阶。

在2006年—2007年期间，学生会以纪念红军长征胜利70周年为契机，深入开展了多项爱国、爱党、爱校的主题教育，进一步帮助同学树立正确的人生观和价值观，号召广大同学把个人前途与学校的发展紧密联系起来，“纪念红军长征胜利70周年合唱比赛”、“纪念一二九运动诗歌朗诵比赛”等爱国性活动在学校引起了强烈反响；校学生会与读者协会于十一月联合举办了“书香溢校园”系列活动。活动中包含精品图书展览、电影巡展周、“我和我的书”征文大赛、“我才我show”趣味知识竞赛、“舞台上的记忆”话剧表演、“红楼梦” “狼图腾”书友会、“读书人生”讲座等。广大同学积极参与，共同构建书香校园；迎新晚会是学生会代表全体师大成员为迎接大一新生的到来而精心准备的活动，晚会的成功举行展现了师大学子的精神风貌，为他们树立了良好的榜样；学生会还举办了 “卡拉OK大家唱”周末歌会，周末舞会，健美操大赛，三人篮球赛，棋类比赛等活动，这些活动丰富了广大同学的课余文化生活。这期间，学生会还开展了“心理调查问卷”、“顶岗实习问卷”、“大学生考研与就业问卷”等一系列的思想调研活动，密切关注同学们的思想动态，及时向有关方面反映，并将学生会工作做出及时调整。

学生会在每年举办的各项文体活动中，逐渐树立起自己的品牌活动。如每届的校级迎新晚会、科技文化艺术节、读书节、舞会等。通过这些丰富多彩的第二课堂活动，同学们感受到了浓厚的学习氛围和积极向上的校园文化，形成了无形的影响力，为同学们在潜移默化中形成习惯、养成性格、陶冶情操、提高修养起到了积极作用。

学生会这几年的工作虽取得了很大成绩，但工作中仍存在一些问题和不足，有些方面有 待进一步加强。主要表现在：

1、制度建设有待加强。有些制度不够规范，有些制度还不够完善，对工作的有序性和 规范性造成一定影响。

2、学生会各个部门之间缺乏交流和沟通，致使学生会的一些大的活动，组织工作不能完全到位，缺乏整体性和连续性。整体学生会成员素质有待进一步提高。

3、偏重对大型活动的开展，而忽视了对日常性工作的监督和管理，和各学院学生会之间交流不够，导致一个学院举办活动，受众群体的单一性，不具有全面性。

4、关于学生会博客、QQ群，学生会各个部门不能及时上传工作计划和工作总结，档案管理和资料的收集工作存在较大的漏洞。交流较少，QQ群利用率较低。

5、日常工作投入的时间和精力太多，创新工作有待进一步加强，如在繁荣校园文化的同时,重视学生实践能力的培养及综合素质的拓展,并凭借组织的桥梁作用积极寻找新支点,开展创业教育和实践,鼓励学生自主创业,推动大学生就业工作向前迈进。

回顾2005年—2011年我校学生会的工作，我们清醒地看到取得的成绩和存在的问题和不足。展望未来，学生会工作一定会面临更多新情况和新挑战，只有不断学习，不断开动脑筋，不断创新，才能不断把学生会工作推向前进。我们相信，在新一届学生会全体成员的共同努力和艰苦奋斗下，我们将逐步克服这些困难，让学生会更好地服务于全体同学，继往开来，再创佳绩！

Dear Managers,

I am very grateful for you to give me another job in the company. Thinking about the good opportunity you offer to me each time, I am really moved. What words should I say? It seems that words on this special occasion fail to express me. All in all, I just want to say “many many thanks for all your kindness and consideration.”

However , I can not accept the job you offer to me. I think, there are at least three personal reasons for this. First, I can not make full use of my major which I learned at college, though you pay much attention to me. Second, I have a habit to challenge myself . If a job or learning seems to lose the meaning of challenge, I will have to quit and find a challenging one for me. Third, I am not used to working in the same place for a long time. I want to have more working experiences and know a lot of different people. Therefore, I can not accept your offer .
