《纲要》指出:教育内容的选择既要贴近幼儿的生活,又要有助于开拓幼儿的经验和视野。我所选的内容《Food》是幼儿园中班英语教材中的一个单元主题。此活动选材来源于生活,又能服务于幼儿的生活。《Food》活动中所涉及的英语单词都是日常生活中孩子们经常看到、接触得到的,因为孩子的生活离不开食物。而且这些内容在孩子们经验范围之内,能够引起他们的.兴趣,同时孩子们生活中也会有很多机会练习。根据中班孩子的年龄特点,考虑到本班幼儿的英语发展水平,我设计了这一教学活动。

活动目标:

1、学习与食物有关的单词:egg(鸡蛋) 、milk(牛奶)、bread(面包)。

2、通过看、听、说等方式,让幼儿初步掌握单词的发音方法,鼓励幼儿积极、大胆地朗读单词。

3、激发幼儿学习英语的兴趣,体验活动快乐。

活动准备:

课件、单词卡、食物图片

教学过程:

一、准备部分。

1.组织幼儿坐好,并进行师幼问好。

如:师:good morning class! 幼儿:good morning teacher!

2.热身运动: 《Finger play》

二、基本部分。

1.谈话导入课题。

(1)师问:小朋友们想不想快快长大?要怎样才能长大呢?不吃东西能长大吗?

(2)教师小结:小朋友们回答得很对。食品,是人类不可缺少的东西。古人说“民以食为天”,说明食品和人类息息相关,人类无法离开食品。如果没有了食品,人类将会无法生存。今天我就让小朋友来认识一些常见的食物。

2.播放课件学习单词。

(1)先让幼儿通过看课件说出都有哪些食物(用汉语说出)。

(2)引导幼儿初步学习食物的英文名称。要求幼儿注意单词的发音方法

(3)鼓励幼儿积极、大胆朗读单词

3.单词巩固。

(1)播放ppt让幼儿跟着课件朗读单词。

(2)播放课件:让幼儿进一步认读单词。(依次出示食物图片,让幼儿尝试说出英语单词,教师及时给予纠正。)

4.游戏:找朋友

(1)出示课件:教师依次朗读单词,指名幼儿说出相对应的图片。并进行连接。

(2)给幼儿分发单词卡和食物图片,老师发出指令让幼儿根据图片内容找到自己的朋友。

三、结束部分。

1.教师小结:今天我们学习的内容是什么?并要求幼儿在生活中灵活运用。

一.说教材

1. 教材内容

本节课主要学习食物和饮料的单词和相关句型,并通过完成一个puzzle,让学生学会运用(Maria)likes…的 句型,通过学习初步领会第三人称单数动词和第一人称单数动词的区别,同时通过课文重点句子的学习,进一步提高学生听,说,读,写的综合语言运用能力,在教学中用食物和卡片进行呈现,让学生用英语对食物进行描述,并在此基础上进行语言交流,展开交际活动。

2. 教材的地位

本节课是本单元的第一课时,也是本单元的重点。本单元的其他课时都是围绕本课时的食物词汇展开的chant, exercises, story a拓展,只有牢固的掌握了本课的食物词汇,才有可能开展其他的学习形式。这些词汇都是和学生生活密切相关,都比较简单,易于上口,学生乐学,积极性非常高。由于学生经常会吃到这些食物,潜移默化中想起这些单词,在真实的情景中会运用这些单词,这体现了新课程标准所倡导的发展学生语言运用能力的目的。

二.说目标

1. 教学目标:新课程强调知识与技能、过程与方法、情感态度价值观三个角度的有机结合,本着这样的认识和教材的特点,我对本课设计了如下教学目标:

〔情感目标〕:培养学习积极参与交流的意识,树立学好英语的自信心。

〔知识目标〕:能听,说,认读和写单词popcorn/ chicken/ apples/ ice cream/ bananas/ fish/hamburger/ orange juice/ milk; pizza/ spaghetti/ cheese/ hot chocolate/ cola;能运用句型:(Maria) likes…进行口语交际。

〔能力目标〕:学生能用英语进行生活交际,了解同学的喜好,体会合作的重要性,培养学生的记忆能力和快速反应能力。

2. 教学重难点:

本课的重点是让学生能够听,说,读,写关于食物的词汇,训练学生记忆单词的能力和句型:(Maria)likes.的运用; 本课的难点是词汇:spaghetti/cheese/hot chocolate和句型(Maria)likes.

三.说教法

1.教法设计

教法的选择是课堂教学成败的`关键。词汇课重在情景中教学和培养学生的口语表达能力。因此充分利用直观教具和电化教学手段创设情景,培养学生直接用英语理解、表达和思维的能力,

在具体教学过程中贯彻交际教学原则,采用三围教学模式,组织各种课堂活动,如表演、猜词等活动,培养和强化学生的语言实践能力和自主学习能力。

为了充分调动学生的学习积极性,体现学生的主体性,做到“以学生为本”,使他们变被动接受为主动愉快地学习,在教学中我以课文图片为主,以教学卡片为辅,让学生通过观察,认读卡片上的单词,并在此基础上学习食物,掌握教学内容。

2.学法指导

教师在课堂上要重视学法指导。本课第一部分是词汇学习,第二部分是记忆练习,因此我采用强化记忆、比较归纳、分析概括规律、首字母记忆法、分类记忆、发现学习、心口一致等等,主要培养学生的观察力、记忆力、注意力、创造力、思维能力、反应能力、自学能力等。把学习方法传授给了学生,从而提高学生的整体学习水平,并在此基础上和同学进行合作交流,让学生自己去体验教学,使他们不仅理解和掌握本节课的内容,而且通过这种寓教于乐的教学方法,激发学生学习英语的兴趣,使他们感受到学习英语是件非常快乐的事情。

3.教学手段

根据本节课的内容特点,适于采用实卡片和多媒体教学相结合的手段。通过多媒体教学,创设情景,有利于激发学生的学习热情,活跃课堂气氛,提高教学效益。

四.说过程

1. 导入设计

导入部分,我采用了直接导入法。

2.新课呈现

(1) 旧词巩固:本课虽然有14个食物词汇,但有9个词汇: popcorn/chicken/apples/ ice cream/bananas/fish/hamburger/Orange juice/milk学生基本上已了解,因此这个环节我主要采用让“学生为主导”的教学模式,来认识词汇,教师主要起到组织作用,并强调个别词发音的,单词的演绎:如orange juice的拓展和apples复数的强调等,以及句型的渗透。但又发现学生们对chicken不熟悉所以把chicken也做为新单词来教学。

(2)新词教授:pizza/spaghetti/cheese/hot chocolate/cola/chicken

(3)记忆练习:此环节我注重培养学生的记忆能力,学生不仅要记忆词汇,还要掌握如何记忆的方法,间接的培养他们的观察能力,归纳能力,注意力等各种学习能力。由于学生的年龄小,因此教师归纳了几种方法帮助学生学习。

(5) 应用老师和学生的对话很自如的攻破本课重难点句型:(Maria)likes…

三年级的学生具备一定的英语表达能力。而且食物这些内容对学生来说是很熟悉的,学生对这个主题很感兴趣,比较活跃,而且在unit1 已经学过关于birthday的单词,为整堂课的情景设置提供了语言基础。

本单元——Unit 3 Food Part A,是小学三年级的英语课。本单元主要是学习单词rice, hamburger, cake等几个单词,运用句型“I like……”进行提问和回答,并且要求学生在使用句型时注意单词的单复数,其中不可数名词有rice, ice cream, fish。本单元创设了chant, song和rhyme,内容很贴近生活,很容易引起学生的学习兴趣

针对教材的特点和学生的特点,我在设计课时本着“激趣、创新、应用、拓展”的原则采用全身活动法、反应法、小组和作学习法、任务驱动组织教学,游戏、活动、比赛贯穿始终,充分调动了学生学习积极性和主动性,培养了创新思维。做了如下尝试:其一,根据《基础教育课程改革纲要》和《英语课程标准》灵活处理教材。

其二,充分利用多媒体和网络优势,优化课堂教学。

其三,补充教学卡片、图片、大型板书、歌曲等。

1. Explain the difference between countable and uncountable nouns by using the pictures on page 62 . Bring in some pictures to provide more examples to help Ss understand this concept .Go through the table on P62.

2. Ask Ss to read the conversation in PB2 in pair. Ss change roles and read the conversation a second time.

3. Ask Ss to write the nouns in the correct column of the table and add two more items to each list.

4. Note that some words can go in either list depending on the content.

e.g. Would you like some cake?

7. Ask Ss to do the exercise in Part C and then check answers as a class activity .Read the sentences aloud , paying special attention to the initial sound of each noun and the elision when thenoun starts with a vowel sound and is preceded by an , an egg.

8. Work in pairs to read out the conversation and then get some pairs to act out the conversation or their own.

1. Arouse Ss’ interest in different lifestyles, food and health issues .Talk about the importance of doing exercise, sleeping and eating fruit and vegetables. Elicit information about your Ss’ lifestyles.

2. Get Ss to do the questionnaire in Parts A1 and A2.

Ss study the questionnaire individually. Check for general understanding and confirm the meanings of adverbs of frequency, individually and in pairs.

3. Play the recording. Ask Ss to listen for specific information about Hu Wen’ s lifestyle and tick the correct boxes. Then check answers as a class activity.

4. As Ss to enter Hu Wen’s score and their own score in the table in Part A3 Ss analyze the health scores for Hu Wen and themselves .Read out the three categories. Ask Ss to put up their hands for each category. Count the number of Ss in each category to see how healthy or unhealthy the class in.

5. Ask Ss to work and understand the Qs in PA4 before they interview their partners. Pay attentions to intonation.

6. Ask Ss to complete the report in PA5 . Use the information obtained from the Qs in Pa4. Ask Ss to put up their reports, together with the class profile, for classroom display.

一, 教学过程:

1. Ask Ss to work in pairs practice saying Meiling and Ricky’s conversation. Remember that Ss should be able to role----play this conversation with fluency , eye contract and appropriate intonation . Tell them pay attention to the linking of words when speaking.

2. Ask Ss to work in pairs and talk about their own diet.

3. Ask some pairs to present their conversation to the class.

4. Ask Ss to listen to the Qs on the tape and find out the intonation from Wh---Qs . Then explain that we drop our voice at the end of a Wh---Qs to indicate that we have finished speaking.

5. Write or dictate the following Sts on the Bb .let Ss to practice:

How many apples do you eat every day?

How often do you go swimming ?

How often do you go to restaurants?

When do you chat on ICQ?

What is your favorite food?

What are you going to eat?

Why do you eat hamburgers every day?

Why do you eat so many snacks?

Who eats fruit every day?

Who eats vegetables?

6. Ask Ss to place the downward arrow on the last word of each Qs.

Ss then read out the Qs loud to practice intonation.

Ask some pairs to come to the front of the classroom and present the conversation.

完成课课练及练习册上的内容.

第九课时: Study skills and main task

一 , 教学目标:

1. To express factual information about diets and lifestyles in writing.

2. To write an article for a website based on personal in formation.

3. To revise the use of adverbs of frequency and the names of common food items with the help of pictures.

4. To read an article to a classmate and check for mistakes.

5. To revise key vocabulary using a crossword puzzle.

6. To review the simple present tense.

二, 教学向导:

1. 主题: Healthy eating

2. 语言目标: I am fit and healthy.

1. Ask Ss why they eat types of food and why they should or should not change their diets. Tell Ss to look at the calories and vitamins chart in PA on P67.

2. Ss read Millie’s article on P868

3. Ask Ss to use Millie’s article and substitute the underlined phrases with their own information . Encourage Ss to include additional information or chang the model Ss if they can make their own.

4. Get Ss to present their artiues.

5. It is important to develop Ss’ self study in this section.

6. Ask Ss to complept Pa on their own . Ss then correct their own work and record their in pairs.

7. Tell Ss about crossed puzzles. Ask Ss to do the crossword puzzle using different food items.
