开 始包饺子了，我迫不及待地拿起一张饺子皮，放入许多肉馅，对折一下，用力一捏，可是怎么也合不拢，还因为用力过猛，结果饺子皮下端被我捏破了，为了不被弟 弟笑话，我又拿了一张饺子皮，包在饺子下面，饺子就像做了手术的肥胖症患者。奶奶见我包的很胖，就过来告诉我说;饺子不是你那样包的，是先拿一张饺 子皮，再放肉馅，不过肉馅不能太多，也不能太少，然后在饺子皮边沾一圈水，在对折，轻轻地一捏，再在饺子皮上捏几个花纹，就好了。我按照奶奶水的那样，拿 起一张饺子皮，放入适量的肉馅。在饺子皮外圈拿起沾些水，轻轻地捏一下，再捏几个花纹，这个饺子就做好了。
