期末考试前一天，她来求我说“请你给我讲解一下行吗?这次我很想考得好一点。”我开始给她讲解，不一会儿便草草收场，假装没有察觉她迷茫的眼神，一溜烟儿地跑开了。不出所料，这次她又考砸了。两个月后，新学期依始，传来她死于血癌的消息。我没有完成那项小小的任务，无人知晓。但我却不能原谅自己。她的眼睛令我难以忘怀，仿佛在责问我，“你为什么不愿多帮助我呢?这对于你来说，并不费事。你为什么不能理解我对你的信赖，而让我带着痛苦和遗憾离开这个世界?”

我当时才八九岁。但从某种意义上讲，这件事成了我生活的新起点。因为我开始体会到“责任”二字的意义，并尽心尽力地学着完成自己的义务。我也逐渐领会了这个神圣字眼的深刻内含:人与人之间的彼此需要和信任、合作和依赖正是人类社会存在的基础。

之后，我在生活中又经受过多次失败，但那小姑娘之死所引起的懊悔，心里却不曾再现。想到自己做每一件事都能尽职尽责，一种满足之感便油然而生。

此事及类似的多起事件改变了我，完善了我。当我长大成人，我开始领悟周围发生的一切变化。我发现，从某种意义上说，社会跟我一样，正处在一个自我完善的时期。新建筑、新商品、新款式一天一个样。新思维、新信息、新技术层出不穷。即便万里相隔，人们在转瞬之间即可相互交谈。社会竞争越演越烈。

人们越来越强调个性和创造性。越来越多的人因工作努力而受到奖赏。这就是当今的时代，一代新人由成长迈入成熟的时代。这是我们这一代人接替父辈治国安邦的时代。然而，我们也面临很多间题。

据悉，坏人在光天化日之下作恶，周围的群众居然袖手旁观，无动于衷。我还听说，目前我国尚有100万儿童连小学也上不起，而巨额资金却拿去举办奢侈的宴会和购置豪华的轿车。

我们常常买的是劣质药品，或名曰药品实为一文不值的废物，非但不能除病去痛，反而会使

病情加重。在某些人看来，世上金钱最宝贵，只要能赚钱，不惜牺牲道德和责任。

因而，这个时代赋予我们的是更强烈的竞争和效率意识，使我们更善于批判性地思考和创造性地行动。

此外，这个时代要求我们这一代人必须认清自己肩负的历史重任，下定决心，采取行动，解决上述问题。长期以来，历史一直在我们这一代人身上培养着这些品质。现在，历史呼唤我们挺身而出，以实际行动向全民族及全人类证实我们的拳拳爱国之心和大无畏的英雄主义。此刻，我站在讲台上回顾15年来的学生生活。今后的岁月，我很可能平平淡淡地度过。但这丝毫不会让我心灰意冷。因为我知道，凭借强烈的责任感和精益求精的不懈奋斗，我将追求一种有意义的生活，一种不枉此生的生活。

孩子是传承和发扬祖国传统节日文化的后备军，然而，许多小学生对我国传统节日文化却知之甚少。具有讽刺意味的是，圣诞节、愚人节等洋节在小学生却颇有影响。

因此，对小学生进行中华传统节日文化的普及、教育刻不容缓。从2008年开始，我在我班小学生中开展了感受中华传统节日文化的活动，并对这一活动作了思考。

一、“发现一个全新的世界”———带领学生初识中华传统节日文化

我班学生大部分是2000年及以后出生的。国际互联网的普及，中国面向世界、包容各种外来文化的前所未有的开放程度，都使得21世纪的小学生带有与以往孩子截然不同的鲜明特点。他们活泼、开朗，接受新鲜事物速度快;他们的眼界开阔，祖国、世界都在他们的胸中。但同时，他们也不可避免地受到了社会负面问题的影响，浮躁，缺乏耐心，知之甚少却又常常盲目自大。总之，他们还远未成年，刚离开家长的护翼，他们渴望独立，可走路依然踉跄、蹒跚。

1. 开展一次关于中华传统节日文化的调查：中华传统节日，你知道多少？

2008年2月，我在班里开展了首次关于中华传统节日文化知多少的调查。全班57名学生全部参与了调查。结果不容乐观：能说出中华传统节日至少5个的学生只占全班人数的21%，能详细说出至少2个中华传统节日的由来与习俗的学生也仅占全班人数的19%。调查数据显示，小学生对中华传统节日知之甚少。看来，给学生补上这一课是十分必要的。

2. 组织学生观看中国申奥宣传片和多部介绍传统节日文化的纪录片，使学生初步感受传统节日文化的巨大魅力。

民族的才是世界的。我先后多次组织学生观看展现中华传统节日文化的纪录片，火红的中国结、喜庆的人群、宏大的节日庆祝场景、独特的民族风情，强烈地冲击着学生的感官，震撼着他们的心灵。中华传统节日文化的魅力为学生展现了一个令他们神往的全新世界。

二、“越深入，越精彩”———引导学生了解中华传统节日文化

1. 迎接先后到来的节日，触摸我们身边的中华传统节日文化。

生活处处有学问，它们是取之不尽的宝藏。一年中，先后到来的春节、元宵、清明、端午、中秋、重阳等传统节日，是对学生进行传统节日文化熏陶的天然资源。

在节日之前，我都早早地让学生做好迎接节日的准备，向家长询问过节的习俗、礼仪在节日当天，我组织学生讨论“你是怎么过节的”等话题，督促学生认真过好节日。在节日之后，我组织学生谈谈节日中的收获与遗憾，为下一个到来的节日做好准备。

2. 多渠道了解传统节日文化，网络、影视、书籍等都是学习的途径。

对中华传统节日文化的了解仅仅限于向身边人讨教还远远不够。由于时代的变迁，很多节日蕴含的文化内涵、习俗、礼仪等，家长和教师也未必很清楚，因此，我拓宽学生学习的渠道，引导学生通过网络、影视、书籍等不同媒体广泛讨术，深刻理解传统节日文化的内涵。

三、“我为节日添光彩”———引导学生热爱中华传统节日文化

1. 传统节日里我要过出“中国味儿”。

我们处在这样的一个时代:产品过剩、媒体剧增、信息爆炸的时代。这个时代背景下，注意力成为最稀缺的资源。谁能吸引乃至锁定消费者的注意力，谁就具备了立足市场的竞争优势。有权威人士断言“整个世界将会展开争夺眼球的战役，谁能吸引更多的注意力，谁就成为世界的主宰。”而节日就是一个很好的注意力，节日是一种文化传统，是多年积累形成的一种注意力，节日期间作促销正是注意力营销的体现。

对消费者来说，节日尤其是传统节日无疑在时间、信息、产品服务的消费上都是最集中的。但如果排除了其他影响因素，单就卖场促销来说，这一集中并不具有对某一品牌的指向性。我们可以想象，当消费者走进超级市场，面对名目繁多、不计其数的品牌产品和此起彼伏的节日优惠促销活动，为了节约购物时间，降低精力的消耗，要么利用原来的品牌认知背景知识，来做出购买决定；要么就是受到厂家节日促销活动的吸引做出购买决策。所以说，消费者对节日消费的注意力并不是对某一具体品牌的消费注意力；何况如此众多的厂家涌向节日卖场卖力促销，反而稀释了消费者对自身品牌的注意力。所以，厂家和部分研究者把消费者对节日消费的高度注意看作对自身品牌的高度注意，是犯了一个逻辑上的错误。

实际上节日仅仅是通过节日文化的力量锁定了消费者的消费注意，这是厂家可以借用的营销势能，但节日消费势能并不是厂家的营销势能，厂家要想把节日消费势能转化为自己的营销势能，就必须借助节日消费势能，通过自身的强势营销和节日促销来实现。所以说，节日不过是为众多厂家的促销表演搭建了一个万人瞩目的舞台而已，而究竟哪个厂家能够得到消费者这一特殊观众的注意力、心理共鸣及认可，关键还要看你的促销节目是不是别具一格。纵观节日期间各厂家的促销活动，我们不难发现，各厂家的促销策略大同小异，无非是降价、打折、赠品促销等传统的促销手段，甚至有的厂家竟被动地参与到了商家的全场打折活动中，根本丧失了促销的话语权。像这样的促销活动又怎么能够吸引消费者的注意力呢？注意力经营在这些厂家身上变成了一个美丽的神话，注定不能给积极投身促销活动的厂家带来任何实际价值。

二、文化促销还是促销文化

现在有些厂家张口闭口总在提文化，但如何清楚地认识文化并将文化融入到企业的营销战略策略中去，却并不是一个容易的事。节日促销就是这样，许多打着文化牌大搞文化促销活动的厂家并没有通过文化的融入提升自身品牌的营销力。如果非要说他们的文化促销有什么贡献的话，也无非是他们为节日的气氛贡献了自己的力量而已。在这里，我们不禁要问那些打着文化牌搞节日促销的厂家一句:节日促销到底是促销文化还是文化促销？

节日消费从属性上看，更多的是一种文化消费。因为节日文化驱动了或激励了人们对某类产品的消费欲望。但我们也应该看到文化的多元性和差异性所导致的人们对节日消费的多元性消费意向。即便是消费者对同一种节日消费品的消费指向也出现了不同的品牌选择现象，最终消费者之所以选择某一具体品牌的节日消费品，往往是由于该品牌对节日文化的诠释与消费者对节日的文化消费体验需要产生了共鸣所致。金六福酒在春节期间推出“好日子，喝金六福酒”的促销攻势，它迎合了我国春节期间人们对未来所寄托的美好希望。就像金六福酒能在节日牵动消费者的祈福心理才在节日促销中有良好的市场表现一样，如果你的品牌不能设计一种独特新颖的、深入人心的节日消费的品牌文化主张，来主导你的节日促销活动的话，你的节日促销就不可能被消费者所认同。

看看参与节日促销的众多厂家的表现吧。以为参与了商家布置的节日舞台就万事大吉了，用节日的大众文化来装点自己的促销活动，看不到自己在节日消费文化中的独特定位，拿不出结合自己品牌特色的、具有独特魅力的节日消费体验主张，一味地跟着商家的步伐，烘托节日氛围，无形中把自己放到了陪太子读书的尴尬地位。如春节期间众多厂家所采用的促销策略几乎别无二致的全是回馈消费者——降价打折、祝福消费者——赠春联、优惠消费者——买就赠等活动，这只会为商家的节日消费增添了热闹的气氛。而涌入商家的消费者由于没有感受到来自厂家品牌的节日文化体验主张的吸引，也只能无一例外地选择实惠，什么便宜买什么，什么打折多买什么，因为消费者“永远具有价格搜索倾向”。于是乎，各厂家参与的节日文化促销，就变成了了纯粹的价格赤膊战，文化促销也就变成了烘托商家节日氛围的促销节日文化的行动。不仅如此，这种一而再，再而三的优惠促销“会形成消费者（对价格优惠）的心理期望，使得公司不得不进一步削价来刺激顾客的购买欲并推动销售，”从而进一步恶化了厂家经营战略的市场生态；而厂家过分依赖价格战，也会沉迷于所谓的成本管理和规模经济之中，从而忽视产品创新和品牌塑造，忽视自身核心竞争力的培育，最终危及其可持续发展。从另一个角度来看，厂家本来想借助商家搭建的节日舞台促销自己的产品的节日促销活动，反而被商家的节日销售利用了。

三、促销是什么

促销是什么？厂家为什么要促销？可能许多人对这个命题会感到可笑，但我相信听了我们下面的论述他们会感觉到这个貌似可笑的问题是多么严肃。因为正是由于厂家对上述问题认识的缺失才使得许多厂家陷入了促销迷局。

在我们看来，促销可以从两个层面来理解，即促和销这两个层面。促是要培养企业的战略竞争力，销是要销售企业的产品。促什么是一个战略问题，它代表了企业要培养什么样的战略竞争力和如何培养企业的战略竞争力的问题，也就是说，当下的促销活动要与厂家的战略相联系，并为厂家未来的战略竞争力贡献自己的力量；而销什么是一个策略问题，即在厂家营销战略执行环节上，如何借用厂家的战略竞争力，并通过高超的促销策划提升品牌产品的销量。由此来看来，促销就不仅是一个策略层面的问题了。（尽管现实中和理论界有许多人把促销看成策略层面的问题）一个成功的促销活动，尤其是节日促销活动，不仅要创造短期的销量，而且要具有拉动长期销量提升的引擎动力。换句话说，任何節日促销活动都是企业战略的一部分，也必然要为企业战略贡献力量。既然如此，我们可以肯定地说，成功的促销活动必然是企业战略发展的里程碑。

如果此论不谬，我们再来看看国内厂家的节日促销及其管理实践吧。许多厂家的节日促销活动都是自下而上的、被动应景的、临时的营销举措。可以说，许多厂家的节日促销及其促销管理更多的是建立在策略、技巧及操作层面，缺少必要的战略层面的思考。

首先，节日促销与厂家战略的割裂，使厂家节日促销活动完全独立于厂家品牌战略发展框架之外自行运作，从而导致节日促销活动的失去“自我”的不良倾向。零售场所是“树立品牌形象的地方，而不仅仅是销售商品的所在。”而“今天的消费者期望他们的品牌理解他们——对他们拥有亲密的沟通与个性化的认识——对他们的需要，以及文化取向拥有深入坚实的了解。”那么，现实中众多厂家类同的节日促销活动策略和传统的降价、打折、赠品促销手段，实际上并没有对厂家品牌资源这一核心战略竞争力加以继承和发扬，这不能不说是厂家节日促销的最大失误。

其次，在消费者驱动型的卖方时代背景下，销售的战略意义就是为厂家积累顾客价值，而与时俱进的顾客价值体验创新和忠诚顾客群体的扩张，正是厂家品牌战略竞争的所在。但纵观众多厂家节日促销活动，我们发现，他们往往没有搞清楚到底是要对品牌忠诚者进行促销，还是对品牌游离者，抑或是竞争品牌的忠诚者进行促销，就盲目地推出了自己的促销活动策略。须知道品牌忠诚者不用你打折促销他们也会在一定的时机购买你的品牌产品，所以厂家对自己的品牌忠诚者的促销活动的设计主旨应集中在如何增强他们美好的品牌体验上，并在此条件下与品牌忠诚者进行深入的沟通，而不是对他们一味地推出所谓降价、打折、抽奖、赠品等毫无沟通主题线索的节日促销活动。由此可见，这些以价格打折为主要内容的节日促销活动不仅不能提升品牌忠诚者的忠诚度，反而在他们心目中自贬了品牌的价值，降低了他们美好的品牌体验。

综上所述，我们认为，促销决不仅仅是一个策略层面上的问题，把它看成企业战略发展计划中一个关键环节似乎更为合理。高效运作的节日促销要求厂家不仅要明确节日促销的战略意义，而且要通过对节日文化和品牌文化的对接，对节日促销活动科学定位，精心策划才能达到既能促进当然销量，又能承载企业发展战略远景，积累品牌形象，培养和优化企业战略竞争力的使命。
