1.考生应在考试前一天到考试地点了解考场位置及有关注意事项，但不准进入考场。

2.考试时间以北京时间为准。考生凭准考证和有效身份证件(第二代居民身份证)按规定时间在规定地点参加考试。持其它证件或证明者不得入场考试。

3.外语考试试卷一的答案做在试卷一答题卡上，用2B铅笔填涂;试卷二的答案做在试卷二答题卡指定区域内，要求用蓝、黑色墨水的钢笔或蓝、黑色的`圆珠笔填写。考生自带考试指定的文具用品，如钢笔、圆珠笔、铅笔、橡皮等。其它物品，如：纸张、文字资料、通讯设备、电子词典或存储器、翻译工具等带至座位者按考试违规处理。

4.考生需在考试正式开始前十五分钟入场完毕 ，并按准考证号对号入座，将准考证和第二代居民身份证放在桌子左上角，以便检查。

我现在倡导记词汇的办法，第一通过阅读文章记单词，第二通过英汉对照记单词。为什么要到阅读文章里面记单词呢？我们记单词主要的目的就是为了应付阅读理解和完型填空，而阅读理解和完型填空里面的词基本上属于阅读词汇，所谓阅读词汇的概念就是这个单词我见到之后认识就可以了，我见到它知道什么意思就可以了，这是阅读词汇，这不是需要你写出来的词汇，只要识别它就可以了，而这部分词汇是最多的。

既然我们背单词是为了对付阅读理解和完型填空，背那些仅仅需要识别的单词，那我们就直接在阅读里面背，这样效果不是更好吗？那有人会问，你让我们在阅读里面去背，我们在什么样的阅读里面背最能够把大纲上面的3600个词汇涵盖起来呢？

我们把从1998年开始，每年考试阅读文章所涵盖的大纲里面的词汇它列出来，经过统计发现，我们大纲一共有2800个单词是被这些文章涵盖的。这些文章涵盖了大纲上2800个单词，这说明这2800个单词是我们阅读需要的词汇，我们通过阅读记单词首先就是通过这些文章，过去考过真题的文章，把大纲上面的大部分单词含盖起来，完成这个就已经完成了八成。

况且，虽然这2800个单词在阅读文章里面出现，我们对1998年以来历年考题研究分析发现，词汇出现频率三次以上的只有1080个，其中出现频率五次以上的核心词汇只有460个。也就是说，只要记住这1080个单词，词汇问题基本上就解决了！

我们把1998年以来历年考题里面的阅读文章全部翻译成为汉语，我要求你一篇一篇文章英汉对照着看，可以看一句英文然后看一句汉语，通过这样的方式强迫自己记住这句话里的词汇。在汉语翻译英文时有一个有效的做法，叫做词汇重现。当把这个英文文章翻译成汉语的时候，在汉语的英文上面你会看到很多字，比如说宇航员，我在宇航员汉字后面我就用一个括号，在括号里面我会把宇航员单词的英文放上去，我不仅把这个字的英文放上去，我还会把大纲上面凡属宇航员意思的同义词都列在上面，这样你不仅看汉语的译文，而且可以重现英文单词，不仅重现英文单词，你还把同类的词（同义词）列出来，我们人的记忆是有规律的，人的记忆规律在什么地方呢？人的记忆规律最能够帮助我们记住一件事情的，就是把这件事情和我们已经掌握下来的同类东西联系起来，才能把新的东西记住，这就是学习新知识的时候我们所需要的，人类记忆给我们的一种方法。人的记忆规律最能够帮助我们记住一件事情的，就是把这件事情和我们已经掌握下来的同类东西联系起来，才能把新的东西记住，这就是学习新知识的时候我们所需要的，人类记忆给我们的一种方法。只有新的知识和旧有的知识有某种相似的时候，我们才会把新知识掌握下来。

学士学位英语水平全省统考报名的通知

为做好2014年成人高等教育学士学位外国语水平全省统一考试工作，根据广东省“粤学位办[2014]8号”文件精神，现将有关事宜通知如下：

一、报考对象及条件：2012级、2013级和2014级成人高等教育专升本科在校生以及缓毕业生。根据国家有关规定，其他任何形式的往届毕业生，不得再参加成人学士学位外语水平统考。

二、网报时间： 3月18日至4月4日，网址：http://xwb.gdhed.edu.cn/。

三、考试方式、考试时间：笔试。2014年5月24日（星期六）上午9时至11时。

四、考试语种、内容和范围：英语。2005年版《成人高等教育学士学位英语水平考试大纲（非英语专业）》（对外经济贸易大学出版社出版）。自2015年起，我省统考将启用新版大纲。

五、考试收费：120元（广东省物价局、广东省财政厅粤价函[2009]186号文）。请自备零钱，拍照时当场缴交。

六、报考须知：考试报名工作采用网上报名与现场确认相结合的方法。首先，考生须在省学位办规定的网报时间内，通过登陆报名网站，填写、提交报名信息；然后，在学校规定的时间和指定的地点，携带第二代居民身份证进行考生信息采集、确认报名信息、拍照、缴纳报名考试费和领取《考生应试守则》及有关处罚规定等。无第二代居民身份证的考生不得进行现场确认。考生应在规定的报名期限内进行网上报名和现场确认，逾期不予办理。只在网上提交报名信息，未在规定时间内到指定地点办理照相、缴费及确认等相关手续的，本次报名无效。如身份证信息更改正在申请中的，仍使用原身份证确认。不能使用与学籍数据不相同的身份证确认

一、授予学位的条件：

1、课程考试成绩（公共课、基础课、专业主干课）：自考生课程考试成绩全部合格，其它类成人教育（夜大、函授、电大、网络等）毕业生课程考试成绩≥75分；

2、学位课程考试成绩（一门专业基础课、两门专业课）：自学考试学位课程平均成绩≥70分，且单科成绩不低于65分； 其它类成人教育（夜大、函授、电大、网络等）本科毕业生学位课程成绩≥75分。

3、外语水平达到学校规定的要求，并符合下列条件：

（1）学位申请者在籍学习期间，参加全省组织的成人学士学位外语考试且成绩合格（英语专业考第二外语）；

（2）非英语专业本科生在籍学习期间参加全国大学英语四级、六级考试成绩合格、或参加全国公共英语等级考试四级（PETS-4）成绩合格；

（3）英语专业本科生在籍学习期间参加专业英语四级、专业日语一级考试且成绩合格。

外语成绩有效期为学生在籍学习期间。

二、申请学位需提供的材料：

1、填写《学位申请与审批表》，2、毕业证书复印件，3、身份证复印件，4、四级成绩单原件及复印件（参加学位外语考试的无此项），5、自学考试社会考生需提供考试院出具的成绩证明，6、两寸蓝底彩色照片一张。

7、电子照片，规格为150╳210像素，以身份证号为文件名（自考长线无此项）。

三、申请学位的时间：

1、网络、成人教育及自学考试助学班、自考衔接班、自考网络注册班毕业生领到毕业证后即在所属学院提出学位申请，12月毕业的学生在1、2月份申请，6月份毕业的学生在7、8月份申请，过时不再受理；

2、自学考试面向社会开考专业12月毕业的学生在次年6月中旬（毕业论文报名时间）申请，6月份毕业的学生在当年9月9、10日申请，过时不再受理；

士学位申请的通知

各函授站（教学点）、其他有关的本科毕业生：

接学校学位办通知，我院2011年下半年成人本科毕业生学士学位申请工作现已开始，有关事项通知如下：

一、申请对象：

2012年1月毕业的成教本科毕业生，2011年6月及2011年12月毕业的自学考试本科生。

二、申请条件：

①成教生各门课程平均成绩在75分以上，自考生各门课程成绩合格。

②成教生三门学位课程考试一次通过，且单科成绩达到80分；自考生三门学位课程平均成绩70分以上，单科不低于65分。

③参加湖北省统一组织的学位外语考试，成绩合格。

说明：

1、非英语专业的本科生通过大学英语四、六级可免考英语;

2、外语专业的本科生需考第二外语。

④毕业论文成绩合格。（将答辩合格的论文交到学籍科）⑤满足成人本科毕业生学士学位授予的其它条件。

三、申请时间

2011年11月10日至12月5日, 逾期不予受理。请毕业生

将申请学位所需材料交继续教育学院学籍科，函授站（教学点）学生由所属的函授站（教学点）集中办理，自学考试毕业生由我校自考办集中办理。请符合条件的学生不要错过时机，按学位管理条例，本次未能获得学士学位者，一律不再补授学位。

四、申请流程

学生本人提出书面申请——学院进行资格审查——缴纳费用——填写《学士学位申请表》一式两份，填好后连同大学英语四、六级证书原件、其它语种等级原件（通过全省学位外语统考的学生除外）、身份证复印件、蓝色背景二寸、一寸照片各两张交学籍科（相片背面务必用圆珠笔注明专业、姓名，照片正面不得有任何污损）。

第一章 总则

第一条 为规范我校成人高等教育本科毕业生的学士学位授予工作,根据《中华人民共和国学位条例》、《中华人民共和国学位条例暂行实施办法》和《关于授予成人高等教育本科毕业生学士学位暂行规定》等相关规定,结合我校成人高等教育(含自学考试)本科毕业生的实际情况,制定本规定。

第二条 本规定所指成人高等教育本科毕业生是指我校举办函授、夜大等成人教育应届毕业生和高等教育自学考试通过的本科毕业生。

我校高等教育自学考试通过的本科毕业生包括公开学院本科生、独立办班开考专业的本科毕业生、面向社会开考专业的本科毕业生以及我校与高职高专教育相沟通院校的本科毕业生。

第二章 授予学士学位条件

第一节 成人高等教育本科毕业生学士学位授予的一般条件

第三条 我校成人高等教育本科毕业生申请学士学位应当符合以下条件:(一)拥护中国共产党的领导,拥护社会主义制度,热爱祖国，愿意为社会主义建设事业服务,遵纪守法,思想品德鉴定合格；

(二)完成本科教学计划的各项要求,其课程学习成绩表明确已较好地掌握本门学科的基础理论、专门知识和基本技能,经审核获得毕业资格；

(三)具有从事科学研究工作或担负专门技术工作的初步能力；(四)通过省学位委员会组织的外语统一考试；(五)外语专业必须考第二外语,且成绩合格。

第二节 函授、夜大等成人教育应届毕业生的学士学位授予条件 笫四条 我校培养的函授、夜大等成人教育应届毕业生符合本规定第二章第一节的规定并满足下列条件,方可授予学士学位:

（一）外语类各专业毕业生：

1、统考课程各科成绩在65分以上（含65分）；

2、参加毕业水平考试，且成绩在75分以上（含75分）；

3、参加并通过学位申请答辩。

（二）非外语类各专业毕业生：

1、统考课程各科成绩在65分以上（含65分）；

2、毕业论文成绩在75分以上（含75分)；

3、参加并通过论文答辩。

上述各条件从我校成人高等教育2010级本科生开始实施。

第三节 公开学院本科毕业生及我校与高职高专教育相沟通院校的本科毕业生的学士学位授予条件

第五条 我校公开学院毕业生及自学考试与大专起点本科班毕业生符合本规定二章笫一节的规定并满足下列条件,方可授予学士学位:(—)本科段主干课程成绩平均分在65分以上(含65分)(公共课、免考、加考课程、实践考核课程除外)。(二)英语专业毕业生毕业水平考试成绩在中等(65分)以上(含中等)(含65分)。

(三)英语专业以外的其它外语专业毕业生撰写并通过毕业论文(或通过校方组织的毕业水平考试)。

(四)非外语专业毕业生撰写毕业论文并通过答辩。(五)撰写学位论文并通过答辩。

第四节 独立办班开考专业的本科毕业生、面向社会开考专业的本科毕业生的学士学位授予条件

第六条 我校培养的自学考试本科毕业生符合本规定二章第一节的规定的条件并满足下列条件,方可授予学士学位:(一)本科段主干课程成绩平均分在65分以上(含65分)(公共课、免考、加考课程、实践考核课程除外)。

(二)英语专业毕业生毕业水平考试成绩在中等(65分)以上(含中等)(含65分),撰写学位论文并通过答辩。

(三)非英语专业的毕业生毕业论文成绩在良好(75分)以上(含良好)(含75分)并且通过论文答辩。

第三章 学位的申请

第七条 符合申请条件的成人高等教育本科毕业生在规定时间内向继续教育(公开)学院提交学位申请个人材料。

第八条 申请材料经继续教育(公开)学院有关部门审查通过后,由继续教育(公开)学院通知学生本人。

第四章 学位评定与授予 第九条 继续教育(公开)学院学位评定分委员会根据本规定对成人高等教育本科毕业生申请学士学位者在学期间的思想品德表现、课程学习及毕业论文的成绩等进行审核,向审核通过者授予学士学位。

第十条 自学考试本科毕业生在毕业证书注明的毕业日期一年后,不再补授学士学位。

第十一条 函授、夜大等成人高等教育本科毕业生已毕业离校，不再补授学士学位。

第十二条 本规定由继续教育(公开)学院负责解释。
