今天我演讲的题目是:增强安全意识、提高自我保护。大家都知道,校园安全与我们每个师生密切相关,它关系到能否健康成长,能否顺利地完成学业;也关系到我们的老师能否在一个安全的环境中教书育人。因此,我们必须酒醒地认识到“安全无小事”,“隐患就是事故”,必须时刻牢记。
Today, my topic is Enhance safety consciousness and protect ourselves.Safety is deeply related to everyone in the school.It matters whether we can grow up healthily and finish our study smoothly, it also matters whether the teachers could educate students in a safe environment.Thus, we must be conscious that there is nothing unimportant in safety.为了进一步做好我校的安全教育工作,现提出以下几点要求,希望各班级,各位同学认真做好:
In order to improve the security education, now we have several requirements as following, I wish students in every class would listen carefully and do it everyday.1、要时刻保持高度的安全意识,认真学习相关的安全自护自救知识,切实提高自我防护能力。
First, we have to be highly conscious about our own security, we have to learn how to save ourselves and improve our ability to protect ourselves.2、要注意课间休息文明,不大声喧哗,不追赶打闹,出进教室不奔跑,不嬉戏,不在班门口玩耍。
Second, we have to keep quiet during the class intervals.Shouting, running and fighting are not allowed in the school.3、要注意运动安全。上体育课前要作好准备活动,运动时要遵照老师的要求,不剧烈碰撞,不违规运动。防止运动器材伤人。
Third, we have to be careful not to harm ourselves while having P.E.lessons.Warm our bodies up first and do everything exactly under the teacher’s order.4、要注意用电安全。不乱动教室内的电源开关和插座,不要用湿布擦电器开关。Fourth, we have to be careful with electricity.We can’t touch the switches in the classrooms, and we are not allowed to clean them with a wet towel.5、要注意食品安全。不到小摊小贩购买食物,不吃不洁食物,不食过期食品。
Fifth, we should watch our mouths, we should not go to the vendors to buy anything unclean or expired.6、注意交通安全:现在的交通发展比较快,马路上车辆来来往往非常多,我们更有必要提醒我们的同学们在上、放学途中要注意交通安全,Sixth, we have to be careful while walking on the streets, especially when we are crossing streets.7、不玩火,爱护消防设施。要懂得一些防火知识,遇到险情时,能正确避险。
Seventh, we should not play with fire and take good care of the fire fighting devices.We have to know some fire prevention knowledge in order to help ourselves when we meet danger.8、要加强行为自控能力。同学之间遇到矛盾时,一定要冷静,要理智,切忌用拳脚代替说理,给同学和自己带来不良的后果。
Eighth, we should be good at self-control.When there is anything wrong with our classmate, we have to calm down and avoid any quarrel or fighting.9、同学们应加强网络安全意识,不浏览不健康网站,不玩网络游戏。严禁进入游戏机室、网吧、录相歌舞厅。
Ninth, we should be warned about the danger in Internet.We should not browse unhealthy nets or play games, not to mention get into game centers or net bars.10、放学后按时回家,不再街上逗留,不与陌生人交往,不接受陌生人馈赠礼物,受到不法侵害时及时打急救电话或110得到帮助。
