四、教学过程

引入:这周我们将进行英文打字练习,提高学生的打字水平。这节课我们先复习一下指法。

复习: 设计:(讲授)

开始打字前,左手小指、无名指、中指和食指应分别虚放在 “A、S、D、F”键上,右手的食指、中指、无名指和小指应分别虚放在 “J、K、L、;”键上,两个大拇指则虚放在空格键上。基本键是打字时 手指所处的基准位置,击打其他任何键,手指都是从这里出发,而且 打完后又须立即退回到基本键位。F、J两个键上都有一个凸起的小棱杠,以便于盲打时手指能通过触觉定位。

调查显示,大学生普遍存在读书时间不足,读书量缺乏,读书面要么狭窄,要么太宽泛而没有明确的目的性和针对性。很多同学能意识到读书的重要性,但是在行动上却相差甚远;有的人过于功利,只注重读书对自己的现时作用,却不懂得厚积薄发,读万卷书才能行万里路的道理;通过调查发现,大多数同学喜欢看的书都是杂志和通俗小说,由于同学们读书目的不明确,没有结合自己需求选择图书,使得读书内容过于零散不成体系,在一定程度上影响了读书的效果。读书本应广泛涉猎,汲取各种营养,但是同学在读书时却只选择一两类来读,而没有真正博览群书,限制了自己的视野,久而久之自己的见识与知识储备也没有得到应有的、更好的扩充。

二 调查结果分析

(一)读书情况不容乐观,读书时间偏少。

由上图可以看出有41.6%的同学每周的平均阅读时间低于一小时,作为一名大学生读书对我们而言有着至关重要的作用,读书的重要性不言而喻,我们认为每周的课外阅读时间应该至少要保持到4个小时以上。当前的大学生的读书情况确实不容乐观的,调查显示,仅有18.33%的学生的周阅读时间能够超过四个小时,我们的阅读情况值得警惕。

调查显示有76.67%的同学认为自己的读书时间是有必要增加的,仅有23.33%的同学认为自己不需要增加读书时间。至于不愿意增加读书时间的这一部分同学我们分析认为一方面是认为自己的阅读时间已经足够多了,没有增加的必要,而还有相当一部分同学则是因为认为读书对今后生活和找工作没有什么帮助和实用性所以也就不读了;当人还有一部分人则是因为对读书根本就没有任何兴趣,读书对他来书简直就是一件痛苦不堪的事情。但是从调查结果显示来看,大部分的同学还是认为有很大的必要增加阅读时间的,这一方面显示出大多的同学都能够认识到读书的重要性,但由于种种原因导致了他们的读书时间很不乐观,至于有哪些原因制约着他们在闲暇时间不读书而是去干其他的事情,我后文中详细分析。

(二)很多同学能认识到读书的重要性,但是行动不大

调查显示,约95%的同学认为课外读书是有益的,其中超过百分之六十的同学认为读书多人生是非常重要的,从这一点上说明我们的大学生还大都能正确认识到读书的重要性,从另一项数据中也显示,我们的大学生是很在乎读书的,调查发现有超过75%的同学认为自己的读书时间是不足的,这也从侧面很好的说明,今天的大学生是知道读书的重要性的,他们能认识到这一点,能感觉到自己的读书时间是不够的,是有必要增加的,这正是唯一也是我们值得欣慰的一点。

然而让人不乐观的是,虽然很多人都能认识到读书的重要性,可是真正付诸实践,真正增加自己的阅读时间阅读量的同学并不多。我们有理由相信他们对读书重要性的认识绝对是在我们的调查之前,可是在调查中显示我们的大学生的阅读时间以及阅读量都是很少的,而且很多的读物是没有明确的目的性和方向性的。如下图所示很多的同学在大学里读的都是一些小说或娱乐杂志,而真正有目的性的去选择专业性的读物的只有18%左右的同学。其中读小说和娱乐杂志的以男生居多,这是很出乎我们的意料的,以往我们大都认为读小说和杂志的应该是女生才对,男生应当更专注与专业导向的研究。我们有理由认为我们的男性同胞们在不多的退化了。有人说这是教育的失败,应试教育更有利于善于记忆的女性,对男性不利。这也许有一定的道理,但我们此次的调查对象都是大学生,那么大家在各方面应该是没有多大差异的,可是结果很明显的是女性才更专注于专业的知识。而男性则在虚度光阴,用一些无用的文字垃圾来打发美好的时光,可以说他们读得很多书都是白读的。

我并不排斥多读课外书,相反我是很支持我们的大学生能够博览群书的,但是你不能打着博览群书的旗号乱读书,既然我们选择了专业方向,那是我们谋生的资本所在,我们应当优先将专业基础打扎实。我认为只有在专的基础上再去追求博才是有益的,而盲目的没有方向性的广博则益处不大。

(三)读书功利性太强,不能正确认识读书的意义

调查显示80%多的同学认为当前大学生的读书情况不太好,主要是功利性太强,认为读书的唯一目的就是找个好工作,挣更多的钱,却忽视了读书对人生修养和文化水平提高到的重要意义。大学生人生的转折点,是我们进入社会的最后一个充电站,我们今天的所做所为将直接影响着今后的人生走向,今天多付出一点努力,多看一点有用的书籍,我们的未来将为之受益无穷。古人云开卷有益,在竞争如此激烈的社会里,校园中的我们要时刻保持高度的危机感,控制住那些无益的欲望和错误的人生观价值观,多读书,读好书,争取在未来的竞争中立于不败之地。

人生的意义绝不是为了挣更多的钱,不是为了找一个可以偷懒而收入有很高的工作,人生是一个漫长的过程,结果并不重要,重要的是人生的路你该如何去走。我们无法增加自己的高度,但我们可以努力增加自己的厚度,读书宜人,读书是增加涵养,让一个人变得温柔而文雅的最好办法,大好的青春使馆,我们应当珍惜,每天多读一点好书不让明天为今天的虚度而羞涩。

(四)制约大学生读书不足的原因所在

制约大学生读书的因素有很多,我认为大致有以下几种:闲暇时间不足、没兴趣、没有正确的读书观念、自制力差,难以克服各种外界的干扰或诱惑,不善于读书、找不到感兴趣的书或者是书价太高。对于最后一种说法,我认为那纯粹是借口,因为大学期间我们可以在学校的图书馆随时借到你想看书,根本不需要去购买。

我们的调查显示,制约读书的首要因素就是闲暇时间的不足,如图1.6所示,很多同学认为自己之所以没有花更多的时间去读书的原因就是本身的时间不够。也许这是个很好看的借口,但我绝不认为这是一个合理的借口。

由此我们不难看出大学生的学习及生活状态并不是很忙碌,只有6.1%的学生认为自己的学习是很忙碌的,而恰恰着6.1%的同学也就是那些读书时间较多的同学,而其他大部分同学都还是有比较充裕的课外自主学习时间的,可是他们并没有用来读书,所以我认为闲暇时间不够只是一个借口罢了。下面让我们再来看看我们的另一个问题的调查数据,也许可以结合之前的数据让我们借以更好的找出真正的原因。

如下图1.8显示,其实很多同学对读书的感觉并不好,真正喜欢读书的数据显示只有43%上下,我们有理由再提出一部分同学的虚荣心理,那么真正喜欢读书的同学恐怕就更少了。很多同学则表示感觉读书“无聊”,这可不是一个好现象。兴趣是一个很重要的因素,日常生活中我们的感受应该很深刻,如果我们对一件事情没有兴趣的话,那真是一种煎熬。读书是一个求知的过程,面对整篇的文字若是失去了兴趣,那真是比什么都痛苦。

虽然在图1.6中显示只有不到20%的同学认为兴趣重要,但我想这个数据决不会是如此。另外一个也很重要的因素是方法的问题,数据显示由30%的同学认为不会读书影响了自己的 读书兴趣,我想这是很正确的,有些东西我们可以很喜欢,但不代表一定能做的好,也许一开始你很努力的做了但结果并不如意。如我们的数学考试,很多人辛辛苦苦学了一学期,考试时满怀信心但还是挂科了,你能说他努力不够吗?也许能,但无论如何我想这是一个不小的打击,那些投机取巧的人平时并不努力,但却得到了好成绩,这也许不公平,但不可改变!读书也是一样的,有不少的同学表示,读了一段时间觉得效果不明显,作用不大就不读了。这里面又恨的原因就是方法的问题,当然我认为还有一个原因就是观念的问题。

当今社会激烈的竞争让很多人迷失了方向,大学生学习越来越急功近利,很多人学习的目的就是找个好工作一辈子不愁吃穿,物质生活很重要,但性情的修养更重要。学习读书是一个漫长的过程,凡事并非一蹴而就的,不是今天看了一本书,明天就能买个涨停的股票,也不是你今天看了一天书就代表你线性代数可以不挂科的。挂了科也不代表你看的书都白费了或没有用。书籍之于人类的作用是在潜移默化中悄悄地起著作用的,我们提倡终身学习,活到老学到老不就是这个道理吗?书没有看的完的,时间是有限的,学习却是无限的,有限的生命里我们应该去追求无限的渴求,不断地学习,坚持坚持在坚持,把每一天都认认真真的读上一点,日积月累才能做到厚积薄发。

三、结论

此次问卷调查,我们的目的主要在于了解当代大学生关于阅读的一个基本情况,摸清楚大学生用于读书的课外时间所占比重,初步了解大学生对读书的认知状况,以及制约大学生不能很好读书的因素所在。通过我对六十个同学的随机调查结果来看,收集到的数据基本上可以满足我的需求,不足之处还有待改进。根据调查数据,我初步认为我们当代大学生的读书情况是不乐观的,首先表现在他们每周用于课外阅读的时间来看,每周阅读时间不到半小时的同学大有人在,我认为这是很不正常的,这样的阅读量根本不符合一个大学生应该的阅读标准。个人认为一个在繁忙的大学生,每周的阅读时间不应也不能低于四个小时。

此次调查发现,大学生阅读存在的问题并不只阅读时间不足这一项。我们发现大学生在很大程度上或者说有很大一部分学生并没有正确的认识到读书的重要性,也没有树立起正确的学习观。甚至很多人对读书就没有一点兴趣,这不能不说是我们教育的失败。我们强调要自主学习,可是很多学生根本就没有能够学会自主学习的方法,也没有树立起自主学习的意识来,自主学习就只能是一句空话。

大学生从高中阶段跨入大学,环境的突然变化让很多人不知所措,这不能完全怪罪学生适应能力差,很多大一的学生还多少喜欢去图书馆,多看些书,但由于种种原因,大二的学生的阅读时间却明显的下降了。通过身边的观察,以及对一些同学的访问得知,大一的时候若是没有培养好学习的习惯,没有很好的引导机制,学生很容易走上歧途。大一是一个转型期,老师应该给予学生更多的关注,引导学生看书和学习,而不是鼓励他们盲目的参加各种无关紧要的活动,还美名曰:提高实践能力。这可是害人不浅的。另外,作为一名大学生也要努力培养自制力和明确方向,并持之以恒,不可轻易被一些琐事迷失了双眼。

四、就调查结果提出一些建议

(一)对大学生的建议

作为新时代的大学生,我们肩负着建设国家和推进社会主义先进事业的艰巨使命,我们应当充满使命感。当今社会是一个竞争激烈的社会,也是知识经济爆发的时代,我们要有危机感,但同时要找准方向,万不可随波逐流迷失了心智。同时这也是一个充满机遇的时代,谁能瞄准时代运行的方向,努力前进,谁就将会成为时代的胜利者。

书籍是人类无声的老师,是前辈智慧的结晶,是人类最好最诚实的朋友。学生时代的我们可以通过书籍获得无法估量的知识储备,可以通过书籍积蓄自己的力量。厚积薄发,千万不要忘记古人真挚的教诲。选择还自己的方向,每天把自己泡在图书馆中,烂在书堆里,多读书,读好书,慢慢的在书中寻找乐趣。所谓书中自有黄金屋,书中自有颜如玉。树立正确的读书观念,改变那种唯利是图急功近利的心态,以一种求知者的心态不厌其烦的扎在书堆中,相信您的未来一定会很明朗的。很多人迷茫,我要说不要惆怅,不要茫然,让书籍的智慧充满你的胸膛,眼睛自会明亮。

(二)对学校及图书馆的建议

学校是一个育人的地方,每一位老师都是学生最亲近的引路人,学校的作为将直接影响着每一个学生的行为。经历了十几年应试的摧残,现在的很多学生认为上了大学就是进了天堂了,没有了老师的敦促,他们便散漫起来。终日沉迷于网络不能自拔,当再度拿起书本时,那一成为一种累赘。大学是一个转折点,学校应当做好这个领路人,在大学中努力为学生创造更好的读书气氛,引导学生慢慢的学会去读书,培养他们读书的兴趣。而不是放任自流,然后责备学生不懂的自主学习。

首先我要对我们的图书馆提提意见,每逢放假图书馆都要闭馆,我认为这很不利于学生学习,甚至可以说是在变相逼着学生去玩。寝室绝对不是一个学习的好地方,每次放假,教室的门都会关闭,想找一个安静点的教室看书学习难之又难。而最适合学习的图书馆又要无情的关闭,留校的同学只好呆在寝室,要么就去逛街。这岂不是很悲哀,也很滑稽幺?

This was the first time that I came to Jianhu.All of the things were strange to me.I knew nothing about the school and the students.In order to make better exchanges between the students and me in class, I stepped into their classroom and introduced myself to them before my class.They felt quite strange initially, but later they felt excited.I asked them to try their best in my class.All of them nodded and it seemed that we became closer.However, when it came to my class, they felt quite nervous just in front of the teachers from different places.Before class, I tried to relax them by singing a song and asking them to wave their hands.They were very cooperative.I felt a little more confident.During the class, I proceeded well as I designed.Once I raised a question, most of the students could undertake brainstorm and gave me the correct answers.When the discussion time came, I divided them into groups of four, asking them to do related tasks.What I didn’t expect was that they preferred not to come to the front for acting.I felt a bit embarrassed at first, but I respected their choices and dealt with it properly.For most of the time, all of the students were very hard-working.It seemed that they had grasped all the knowledge effectively in this period.However, I found some problems when they stood up to give me answers.At that time, I felt nervous about my teaching effect.“Was my teaching method unsuitable for them?”, I said to myself, but I had no time to think.I tried to speak more slowly and clearly, giving them more time to think and speak.It really worked.The students and I cooperated well during the following steps.In my teaching process, I felt it a pity that I didn’t give the students time to present their papers and correct their mistakes, which I thought I should keep in mind for future teaching.After the class, our instructor gave me some advice, which was quite acceptable and suitable to me.Ⅲ The organization of the class In terms of my organization of the class, there were seven steps in detail.They were warm-up, revision, presentation, practice, conclusion, discussion and writing.From the angle of the time control, all of the steps were carried out successfully during my class.Warm-up and revision occupied about 8 minutes;presentation occupied 5 minutes;practice accounted for half of the class;writing lasted about 7 minutes.I was quite satisfied with the part of oral practice, because every student participated in listening and talking.They could give correct answers when they stood up.The feedback information was ideal at this point.Meanwhile, I was not satisfied with the writing part, as I mentioned in partⅡ.Although students had time to write their compositions, they didn’t have the opportunities to know how well they had written.They should get some comments on their composition, for instance, grammar, sentence structure, hand-writing and so on.If I had five more minutes, I would present their papers to the whole class and gave some corrections if necessary.The last part was enjoying a poem, which was related to the theme of the class.Because of the limited time, I didn’t realize the teaching aim of this part.I just called them to read it.If I removed this part, I thought it would be better for the writing exercise.All in all, on one hand, this was a comparatively successful class.On the other hand, during my competition, I found some unsatisfactory elements in my teaching.I think it would be better for me to improve the teaching procedure for future use.In addition, the classed should be practical and adhere to the students’ ability.I learned a lot from my experience and my instructor’s guide.In order to realize the new concept of teaching, I think I need to do more research on the textbook and learn more from the others.by Zhong Pingping December 12th, 2006 8A Unit One Main Task teaching plan Zhong Pingping from Dafeng Middle School Teaching aims:
