初中的八年级是学生最容易产生两极分化的年级,我所担任的八年级250班,经过三个学期的努力,班级的学风、班风都有了很大的进步,但还存在着很多不足,为作好这学期的班主任工作,特制定如下计划。
1、第一周召开班委会议,明确具体分工,使班委工作正式运作。
2.及时进行班风校纪的教育,以常规管理为载体,规范学生的各项管理要求,重申学校各方面的要求,防患未然。
3、开展礼仪教育和人文素质教育,从学生的吃穿住行等方面入手,养成良好的卫生习惯,同时进一步优化人文素质环境,增强集体凝聚力。
4、开展法制监督员值日活动。让每一位同学成为沟通老师和学生的纽带,带头做好老师布置的各项工作。特别是在一些师生之间。同学之间的矛盾化解上起到桥梁和纽带的作用。
5、继续做好后进生工作,稳定、激发同学们的集体主义观念和积极上进的学习自觉性。
6、继续开展写周记、周背书活动,征求同学们的意见,及时把握学生的心理状态,做到和学生时刻保持心灵上的沟通。
7、划分交叉管理小组,实施互帮互管制度,做到人人监督管理,人人接受管理,创设民主监理的班级管理氛围。
8、以学习委员为核心,以各科课代表为主的早自习课和午间自主学习活动,开展好每天的一节自习课,开发学生的学习自主性和创造力,培养自主学习的习惯。
9、充分利用课余时间办好黑板报和学生的小报活动。
10、制定适合班级实际情况的各项管理制度,进一步约束同学们 的思想行为。
11、尝试实施班干部轮换制度。评选优秀班干。
12、倡导在班级工作和学习中大力实行《学生一日常规活动》,培养竞争意识,开发创造力。
13、严格请假制度,坚决杜绝私自外出,无故旷课的情况。
14、大力加强安全教育,时时处处讲安全,以防为主,同家长经常取得联,防止各类事故的发生。
15、充分利用考试的杠杆作用,每次考试结束要求每一位学生写出考试的得与失,查找经验与不足,并列出整改计划和下次考试的目标。
16、开展心理健康教育,增强学生的心理品质,摆正学生的同学交往观念,确保主要精力放到学习上。
17、做好“双差生”的工作和重点学生的家访工作。
18、对学校布置的各项工作不折不扣的完成。
19、坚决服从学校的管理,并教育学生令行禁止,有问题时可以通过正当的渠道进行逐级汇报妥善解决。
20、做好班级的勤工俭学工作,做到既环保又有班级的活动资金。
21、采取有效的措施,杜绝学生进网吧。
22、经常进行班级工作的总结和各项计划的调整以更好的做好班级各项工作,使班级各项工作得以更好的开展。

“让他们主动学习”,而不是被动的接受学习。我认为学习是学生自己的事,教师再忙也是徒劳,要想办法让学生忙起来,让学生主动学习,那才会有效果。所以六年级下册我的学生很忙,“真的很忙”,(忙得科学老师和音乐老师都跑到我面前告状)忙着复习,忙着练习,还忙着玩。六年级下册两个班的孩子基本上从未上过数学自学课,下午最后一节课他们都在操场上玩:藏猫猫,打篮球、打乒乓球、聊天、看书……当然他们的学习在我心里也是最棒的。在整个这个过程中,我做了以下几件事:
一、精神战术,统一思想。
进入全面复习阶段前,我给两个班的孩子们都先进行了一次谈话。说明了这学期的学习生活有两种情况可供他们:一种是累死累活的没有效率的学习,一种是紧凑快乐轻松的学习。当然选择何种学习生活取决于他们的态度。就这样,开学初就先统一了全班的思想与步调。傻子都愿意选择第二种学习生活啊,但是第二种生活的前提是120%的利用课堂的有效时间。
二、轻松快乐的上课气氛
“快乐之后才能成功,而不是成功之后才会快乐”这句话我很赞同.学生最喜欢快乐的教师,更喜欢在一种轻松快乐的上课气氛中学习.如果一个教师他的课上得再好,讲得再透如果学生感觉不到快乐,学生总感觉到学生压抑,那么这节课绝对是失败的.尤其是在六年级下册那倍感压力和枯燥乏味的时期,更需要老师以轻松快乐的心态去上每一节课。这叫军事上叫“战略上轻视,战术上重视”。教师要想上一节轻松快乐的课,必须要备好课,必须要有一个爱学生,爱教育的心,必须要有一个好的性情,所以才可以把一节课上好,上得快乐有趣,让学生在快乐之中,轻松地完成学生任务,这是一种教学智慧,更是教师做人的智慧.,所以,在六年级下册虽然我个人紧张、担心、疲倦得很,但是在学生的面前我从未表现出来,总是笑呵呵的出现在他们的面前,遇到学生烦躁不安想要放弃的时候,我总是笑呵呵的说:“有啥难的嘛,从另一个角度,再想想不就搞定了!”然后就用手给学生指点指点,学生顿时明白,然后就笑眯眯的跑下去了。天知道我那轻松的指点指点是我在备课时花了多少时间想出来的,头发都白了几根哦。

每一节课学的知识点,每一次考试的结果,每一次作业的好坏,一定要及时反馈,这样反馈的效果好,而且也是学生最喜欢的.这对调动学生的积极性有很大帮助.比如我布置的作业,每次收上来,我都会立刻批改。一般都是当堂批改,当堂改错。由于B班人数比较少,所以绝大多数孩子是可以做到这点的。通过当堂批改,当堂改错,孩子们也能及时的解开自己的疑惑,并纠正脑袋里形成的错误想法,是学习变得高效而有趣起来。大多数孩子总是兴致勃勃的拿着他完成的练习来找我批改,然后看着我对他的练习做肯定或否定的裁决。一般这个时候,我都是面对面的、单独的跟孩子交流他的练习的总体情况。孩子从心理上也会觉得自己倍受重视。当然如果在批改的过程中出现了比较大面积的错误,那就需要及时的进行全班性的评讲。当然班上还是会有那么一两个,三四个确实太慢,完成不了练习的,我都允许他们延后交,但必须在当天学习结束之前,而且必须亲自交给我面批。
四、尽量不占学生的时间,给他们快乐轻松的独立时间。
或许有的老师会认为,更多的时间练习就一定考得好。所以会想方设法占用本该属于孩子们休息或者干其它事的时间。如果占用的这些时间学生是乐意的,积极性很高,那多一点儿时间,学习效果是会好一点儿.但是事实上是,学生最不喜欢别的教师占用他们的其它时间.特别是他们本该休息或做他们喜欢的事的时间,如果你占了他们会恨死你的,他们恨起你来,他们会把全班学生都发动起来讨伐你,当然,他们只是从思想意识上“讨伐”你,你以为他们不能把你怎么样,他们可以在上你的课,做你的作业时,来点儿小动作,出工不出力,来个软刀子杀你.千万不要小瞧了我们的学生。他们会让你在你的课堂生不如死的。所以与其低效的学习树立敌人,还不如时不时给他们一些开心快乐做自己想做的事情,他们会对你“感恩戴德”的,然后就会想方设法的回报你的“恩情”的。我的兩个班基本上没有上过下午最后一节课,虽然那是学校给我们辅导的课,但是我不认为每周就那么短短的二十多分钟,孩子们就能变得有多好,会掌握很多的知识。所以这节课我都作为福利奖励给他们了。而且我这个人怪,有时候要全班学习任务都完成了才能去玩,有时候只要完成了学习任务的就能去玩,学生总是猜不透我的想法,所以总是卯足了劲不让自己成为全班的后腿。我喜欢和他们做这样的猜谜游戏,并乐此不疲。通过和孩子们一起玩,慢慢会拉近你和孩子的距离,你会发现你这牺牲掉的二十多分钟是多么的值得,你投资的这二十多分钟,正以不知多少倍的利润回报你哦!
一、班级概况和工作目标:
本班的每个孩子,活泼可爱,其中学习自觉,思维灵敏的学生有,也有反应慢,习惯差的。本班学生自主学习能力差,各种学习常规和行为习惯还比较薄弱,所以本学期继续以抓学生的行为学习习惯和文明礼仪教育为主,让小朋友健康成长。同时配合好少先队的一系列常规活动,培养学生的各种能力。与各任课老师密切配合,相互协助,取各班的长处,争取把班级建设成为活泼、好学、文明的班级。
二、具体工作措施:
1.思想教育方面
(1)抓好学校、家庭、社会这“三教”,加强对学生家访,并做好家访记录。
(2)创设诚信氛围,强化文明礼仪。
(3)认真做好未成年人的思想道德建设工作,学习贯彻《宁波市小学生日常行为规范》,重视学生的养成教育,结合学校进行的各项活动,做到竞赛与教育相统一。
2、教学方面
(1)端正教学思想,根据儿童的生理、心理特点,创设良好的环境,使孩子在德智体美劳各方面得到和谐发展。
(2)教给学生应重视保健和体育锻炼,增强体质,培养良好的卫生习惯和对体育活动的兴趣。以孩子实际出发,培养良好的品德和加强对学生进行五爱教育。联系《品德与生活》和孩子思想动态,潜移默化地进行思想教育。结合校体育组的各种活动,锻炼学生的体格,注重学生的全面发展。
(3)培养良好的文明行为习惯,从小做起,从自己做起,关注学生的个人卫生情况。
3、文体卫生方面
(1)做好两操(广播操和眼保健操),根据体育组的竞赛要求,提高学生做操的整齐性,根据学生的心理特征,开设各类有兴趣的活动。班内设立个人卫生记载本。
(2)结合“三项竞赛”,对本班的卫生情况进行强化,提高本班的卫生情况,争取在校竞赛中有好的成绩。
4、劳动教育方面
(1)培养孩子的生活自理能力和劳动习惯,培养他们的自信心,自制力和不怕困难的精神,为
父母做些力所能及的事。
(2)班内开展各种小型自我服务劳动,结合本学期中的各个节日,锻炼学生的自我动手能力。

新的学期又开始了,为了更好地辅导学生,现将工作计划如下
一、指导思想和奋斗目标
实现物理教学的新奇性、趣味性、逻辑性和哲理性,加强课程内容与学生生活以及现代社会和科技发展的联系,关注学生的兴趣和经验,精选终身学习必备的基础知识和技能。
二、工作目标:
1、使学生能充分认识到学习的重要性,2、使学生转变观念,认真学习,发展智力,陶冶情操;
3、让学生树立起学习的信心和勇气,克服自卑的心理;
4、在学生中形成“赶、帮、超”浓厚的学习氛围,使每个学生学有所长、学有所用。
三、方法措施
1、认真制订培优补差工作计划,定培训人、培训内容,培训时间。2、认真做好参加学生的思想教育工作,使学生能很好地配合。、培优和补差工作每周不少于三次,而且每次辅导要有详实的辅导记录,并把每周的辅导内容在辅导后存档。
4、定期对培训的学生进行考试和检测,及时了解培训情况。
另外,在培优补差的过程中,我还将注意以下各方面:
1、培优重在拔尖,补差重在提高。
2、课堂上有意识给他们制造机会,让优生吃得饱,让差生吃得好。
3、课外辅导一定要针对学生的具体情况进行辅优和补差。
4、发挥优生的优势,指名让他带一名差生,介绍方法让差生懂得怎 样学,激起他们的学习兴趣。
首先,在班级管理中,严格执行考核分管理制度,做到周周公示,加分有理,扣分有据,小组捆绑式考核,强化学生的团队意识。通过制度保障和强有力的奖惩措施,提高学生的自律和自主学习意识。
第二,稳步推进班本课程,给学生丰富的文化生活,滋养他们的心灵。具体措施如下:
1.坚持每天上午大课间后诵读经典,下午上课前看一些励志视频或演讲,比如《开奖了》和Ted演讲等。
2.坚持每天五分钟的好书推荐,引导学生去关注好书,阅读好书。
3.坚持每两周举行一次大型读书活动,以走进名人、名家和名著的形式,解读一个人,一本书,举办九班专题读书会。培养阅读习惯,锻炼学生的口头表达和演讲能力。
4.坚持和学生一起,每周写一次读书笔记,不少于三篇。帮助学生养成读书的好习惯。
5.计划五月为学生举办十四岁成长礼,为学生的初中生活留下一抹美好的回忆。
第三、按照学校的要求,认真落实学校布置的各项常规工作,尤其是大课间跑操的组织和纪律。
第四、加强素读、预习和作业的检查力度,让学生养成预习的好习惯和高质量完成作业的好习惯。后期复习时要加强监督与检查。
第五、定期通过小本与学生交流,进行家访或找学生谈心,及时了解学生的心理动态,并及时鼓励和疏导。
第六、加强家校联系,积极寻求家长的支持和配合!共同教育好学生!
