2023年中考英语试题分析（精选8篇）
内容：七、八、九年级共六册英语教材的初步复习工作，单词第一次全面复背。
工作安排：七年级一周，八年级两周，九年级二周。每周听力练习二节，半月一次测试。
复习方法：学生强化记忆与训练,以课本为中心,关注重点词汇,词语,语境。
在这一阶段计划按教材顺序归纳语言知识点，对各单元的知识要点进行梳理，同时重点把握基础词汇、词组、句型(词汇应掌握1500-1600个，词组200-300个左右。)
在教材整体处理及时间分配上，10月份开始总复习，先从七年级开始，七年级上下册比较简单，应快速复习。八年级开始每两单元一个课时，根据期末复习提纲，对照着去复习。同时注重按时态等把语法总结复习一下，再针对的一些薄弱知识加以练习。复习初步计划历经稍长。
二、第二轮复习阶段(2~4月份)
内容：整个初中英语教材所学内容，进行专项专项全面复习。如：单词，词性，时态，语法，写作等。
工作安排：五天左右一个语法项目，学习完二个项目后就进行一次测试，并做出测试分析与总结，对所不了解和难以掌握的内容及时进行巩固与复习。初中英语语法总复习.
复习方法：专项训练
首先对初中部分的所有语法进行地毯式的专项复习，掌握各种语法的易考点、难点，做到能基本复述个语法结构及典型考题。结合中考题型，对阅读理解、完形填空、单项填空、词汇运用和书面表达等进行专项训练，掌握解题技巧、熟悉各个题型的特点，强化分类练习。如：名词(名词的类，名词的数，名词的所有格，主谓一致)。
形容词，副词相互转化互用所涉及的原级，比较级，最高级等。
动词：分类，时态，语态，动词不定式，以及动词的固定搭配，情态动词及其句型。
代词：主格，宾格，物主代词，反身代词，疑问代词，副词和不定代词相互转化及其运用。
还有介词，句式，主谓一致，虚拟语气，定语从句，宾语从句，直(间)接引语，进一步系统时态语态及其各类句式的归类运用。
三、第三轮复习阶段(5月份~考试前)
内容：综合复习英语这一学科所学习过的全部内容，主要以综合测试为主。
工作安排：此阶段主要以做全真模拟习题为主要项目，考点及专题复习
在第一、二轮复习训练的基础上进行综合训练，对所复习的知识重新整理，查漏补缺。
(一)、完形填空，做此题型要从以下几个方面入手。
(1)重视首句的开篇启示作用。
(2)通读全文，弄懂大意。
(3)符合短文内容，遵循语法规则。
(4)复读全文，核定答案。
(二)、阅读理解，解答这类题目，一般采用三个步骤。
(1)首先通读全文，迅速抓住文章内容，在不影响理解的前提下，尽可能快速阅读，并重抓住主要信息。
(2)阅读短文后的选择题，包括题干和选择项，明确问题的要求后，再细读全文或有关段落，最后选定答案。
(3)答完一篇短文的全部题目后，再把短文读一遍，逐一核对答案。
(三)、书面表达，认真审题，背诵典型例句，模仿优秀作文实例，争取熟悉各种题材的写法。
(四)听力口语训练
中考前的一个月半前，应加强训练，做到每天都有听力、口语练习，争取将这15分全部拿下。

一、对试题的基本评价
本次中考英语试卷依据课程标准和教学大纲，紧扣教材，全面考查所学知识，重点突出，注重能力，内容新颖，体现时代特色。本次英语试题整体偏难，较好地体现了升学考试试题的选拔与甄别功能。
本次英语考试总分120分，考试时间为120分钟。试卷共有9道题目。具体见下表。
二、试题分析
1. 听力。听力部分考生平均分约为10分，最高分20分，最低分3分，其中第三节答对率高，第四节得分率低。一方面学生没有掌握听力技巧，另一方面听力材料比较难。听力选项总共有A、B、C 3项，个别考生居然选D。建议初中英语教师加强学生的听力训练，听力材料的难度要适中，给学生传授听力解题技巧。
2. 词汇。本题考生平均分约为4分，反映出考生的基础薄弱，出错率最高的是第四题的success，大多数考生的答案为successfully， 反映出考生没有看到本空考查的是名词，作achieve 的宾语。有部分考生受到电视广告的影响，把“简单的”写为 so easy， 让人啼笑皆非。部分考生把 yourself 写为 youself ，部分考生把third写成了thrid，凸显出个别学生基本功不扎实，不注意单词拼写。建议教师在平时的教学中加强对学生拼写方面的检查，及时更正学生常见的拼写错误。
3. 语法与情景会话。本题难度适中，所有试题均借助一定的语言环境考查学生对语法、词汇、习惯用语和常见表达法的掌握，语言极为真实、地道，具有时代性。语言知识点分布合理，体现了语言的形式、意义和语用功能的统一。考生平均得分约为15分。
4. 动词考查。本题旨在考查学生对英语词汇包括单词、短语和固定搭配的掌握情况。试题选择了一些高频基础词汇作为考查点，目的是在考查考生对词汇的记忆水平的同时，侧重考查其对词汇在语言情境中的真实运用能力。考生平均得分约为6分。
5. 句型转换。本题考查基本句型、语法和时态，本题平均得分约为7分。不少学生做题粗心，不会用助动词。
6. 完形填空。本题考查考生在一定的篇章中运用基础知识的能力。文章讲述的是游泳的一些技巧和方法，通俗易懂，较好地考查了考生在一定语境下对语言知识的综合运用能力。题目偏难，考生答对率较低。
7. 阅读理解。本题旨在考查考生整体阅读、理解、获取信息、处理信息的能力。主要考查对文章的理解能力以及通过阅读，对文章中信息的分析、推理和概括等能力。本次试题难易程度适中，考生的得分率较高。
8. 补全对话。本题考查考生在语境中运用英语的能力，题目有难度，考生的平均得分是3分。不少考生不能正确理解语境，张冠李戴。
9. 书面表达。以时下流行的歌曲《时间都去哪儿了》引出话题，要求学生写出假期计划，题目中以方框的形式给出要点。学生对这个话题熟悉，有话可说，题干中也有明确的计划内容。可是不少考生写作要点不完整，语句不连贯顺畅，个别考生有抄袭现象。考生平均得分约为5分。除此之外，不少考生的书写潦草，字迹不清晰。
三、教学建议
1.加强学生的知识基础。教师应从基础知识入手，抓住词汇、语法、语篇三条主线，加大阅读训练量。教学中要坚持做到夯实基础，把词汇教学和语法教学有机地结合起来，精讲精练，发挥好组织者和协调者的作用，给学生提供更多的读、看各种文章的机会，以增加其语篇练习量。同时，要注重对整套教材相同或相似内容的整合，培养学生的综合理解能力，提高学生对篇章的建构能力。
2. 语法要活用。教师要让学生在掌握语法的基础上，活用语法，而不是记住一些僵硬的语法规则。所以教师要精心设计课堂内容，让学生在语境中合理运用所学语法，尤其是在考试中，学生要能够熟练精准快速地判断句子的时态、语态和所考语言点。
3. 加强学生的书写训练。从本次考试来看，部分学生的书写不过关，不注意大小写，在作文中失分较多。教师要教会学生英语单词的书写技巧、大小写规范等。让学生在初中一年级就养成良好的书写习惯，这对于后期的学习至关重要。
英语教师应密切关注中考动向，把握考纲，掌握重点和要点，讲练结合，切实提高学生英语综合水平。

二、项目设置及分值
1.男生1000米跑、女生800米跑(14分);

三、考试组织
全市初中毕业生体育考试工作在市教育局的统一领导下,由市教育考试院负责监督、管理，各县(市)区教育考试管理机构负责具体实施。襄城片的市直学校由襄城区教育局组织实施;襄阳市东风中学由高新区社会事务管理办公室组织实施。
四、考试时间及考点设置
考试时间从202x年3月底至4月底结束，各县(市)、区可结合本地实际,自主确定考试时间。
体育考试以县(市)区为单位统一组织实施，为保障考试公平、公正，一个县(市)区只设1个考点。要集中优势资源，选择一所场地符合要求，交通便利，便于封闭集中设置三个项目的学校作为考点。各地要按参考学校远与近、参考人数多与少相结合的原则统筹安排考试，进一步优化考试流程，提升考试效率，减少对考点所在学校的影响，原则上每天安排的考试人数不少于400人。考点实行全封闭管理，无关人员一律不得进入考试区域。所有项目尽量设置在室外，如设置在室内的，要保证通风良好。考点要有400米(不少于300米)环形跑道的运动场，考点内应设置“长跑考试区”、“立定跳远考试区”、“1分钟跳绳考试区”、“医疗救护点”、“开水饮用点”、“带队人员休息区”等区域，还应配备充足防疫物资，设置考点体温检测场所、留观室。
五、考试器材装备及使用要求
各地用于体育考试项目的考试器材必须符合教育部、国家体育总局相关规定，经国家体育用品质量监督检验中心检验合格的智能型测试仪。考前做好测试器材的购置、检修、维护、调试工作，不符合要求的器材不得使用。每个点应准备至少5套不同颜色号码背心，每套不少于10件，确保体育考试有序分组进行。要配备足够的摄像头，能够对各项目进行全程无死角监控录像，长跑项目起点、终点、弯道各一个监控点，其他项目各1-2个监控点，要确保考生和监考员都在录像的监控范围之内且录像硬盘容量充足。录像数据每天随考试成绩进行备份，考试录像保存至中考成绩公布后6个月。
六、人员配备
各考区要组建包含考试管理人员、医疗和疫情防控人员、体育专业人员、考试器材技术人员以及监督人员共同组成的体育考试管理专班。教育行政部门或考试机构负责人要担任体育考试的考点负责人，对考试组织、考试安全、考风考纪负总责;选择非初中学校的人员担任考官，负责操作测试器材，记录考试结果;考试机构工作人员担任项目负责人、检录、引导等岗位，专司协调和监督工作，不操作考试器材;长跑项目要在弯道安排专人或采取相应措施监视考生跑错道、抄近路等违规情况。严格执行回避制度，禁止有直系亲属参加本次考试的教师担任考试工作人员;禁止初中学校老师担任监考员。考试工作人员应先参加纪律教育和业务培训，确保每一名工作人员知晓工作的严肃性，熟悉岗位职责、流程、评分标准和方法。各考区选聘的考试工作人员报市教育考试院后，一经确定不得随意更换。
七、考试流程及操作规范
每名考生的三个项目必须在半天内连续完成，要坚持同一套器材、同一场地、同一测试人员,一把尺子量到底。考试过程中考生不戴口罩，及时做好手部清洁。考生按准考证号编排的分组秩序，至少2人(在保证考生安全的前提下最多不超过10人)一组，佩统一的号码背心，由监考员(引导员)携带所在组别《体育考试核对单》及准考证检录入场。检录员要认真核对考生本人和准考证上的照片是否相符。入场后，考生由专人引导依次参加各个项目考试。考试操作流程为:分组点名检录→跳绳→立定跳远→1000米跑(男)/800米跑(女)→离场。本组学生完成所有项目考试后方可取下号码背心离场。
(一)男、女生一分钟跳绳
1.场地要求:室内、室外均可(室内场地净空应在3米以上)，地面平坦。
2.考试方法:可多人(最多不超过10人)设为一组，同时考试，考生听到开始信号后开始跳绳，每跳跃一次且摇绳一回环(一周圈)，计为1次，1分钟计时结束，计数停止。
3.考试流程:考生持准考证验证--领取跳绳--自行调整适合自己跳绳的长度--计数器复位--开始跳绳--计时结束--听取测试结果。
(二)男、女生立定跳远
1.场地要求:室内、室外均可，场地要平整，水泥平地为宜。
2.考试方法:每次测1人。考生在起跳线后起跳，两脚自然开立，由静止开始预摆起跳，不允许踩线，起跳时不允许助跑、垫跳。如在起跳后落地时没站稳，出现向后退，退至什么地方站稳时，成绩应算站稳后的成绩。每人测试二次，取最大值。
3.考试流程:考生持准考证验证--从两侧进入起跳区--两脚自然分开在起跳线后站好--开始测试 --受试者跳出，落地后，从前方离开垫子--再测一次--听取测试结果。
(三)男生1000米跑和女生800米跑
1.场地要求:400米(不少于300米)环形跑道。
2.考试方法:考生至少2人(在保证考生安全的前提下最多不超过10人)一组，站立式起跑。当听到起跑指令后起跑并开始计时，到达终点时计时停止。
3.考试流程:分组考生持准考证验证--领取经信号匹配过的计时器(腕表、背心等)--按考试工作人员的指引进入跑道候考--起跑--到达终点--上交计时器--听取测试结果。
八、考试安全
1.各县(市)区教育行政部门、教育考试管理机构和初中学校要把学生的安全、健康放在第一位，统筹做好疫情防控和考试工作，确保师生健康和考试安全。要严格落实国家、省、市疫情防控各项要求，结合本地实际，参照《襄阳市202x年普通高考疫情防控工作方案》，制定考试工作方案、疫情防控工作方案和应急预案。请当地卫生健康部门安排一名防疫副主考，专职负责防疫常规工作和突发公共卫生事件处置;考点在防疫副主考指导下完善考点防疫工作流程和处置流程。要设立医疗救护点，配齐医疗急救设备和药品，并与当地医疗急救中心保持联系，准备专用救护车辆。考试实施工作方案、疫情防控工作方案、考试安排和考点申报表于202x年3月20日以前报送市教育考试院。
2.要加强对师生疫情防控知识的宣传教育，认真做好学生体育考试前的健康监测和筛查，尤其是要重视对学生心肺功能的检查。要制作《初中毕业生体育考试家长知情同意书》(见附件6)，发放到每一个考生家长手中，做到人人知晓，满足考生及家长的知情权。从考前第14天开始，每日体温测量、记录并进行健康状况监测，考生由所在学校负责，考试工作人员由所在单位负责。考前考生身体状况异常和监测发现身体状况异常的，须经卫生健康部门、疾控机构和医疗机构等逐一专业评估，凡不具备正常参加考试的条件，不得与健康考生同考场考试。考试工作人员出现身体异常的要及时诊疗，考前3天内有发热症状的不得参与考试工作。
3.各考点要对考试器材、场地进行一次全面安全检查和消毒。每场开考前要逐一检查器材是否运行正常、安放平稳;检查跑道是否平整，有无杂物，发现隐患及时排除。要加强对考试工作人员安全意识教育和培训，安全使用考试器材，杜绝因考试器材和跑道的使用和管理不善而造安全事故。每场考试前，要安排专人做好器材消毒和学生手部清洁，确保各项疫情防控措施落实到位。
4.各初中学校要对考生进行考试规则、考风考纪和防疫知识的教育，组织考生有秩序参考。提醒考生赴考点出行时准备好口罩、手套、纸巾、速干手消毒剂等防护物资，考生在考试过程中不戴口罩等要求。统一组织考生乘车的学校，必须联系有客运资质的公司承担运送任务，选派业务素质高、责任心强的驾驶员驾驶车辆，并对车辆进行全面消毒，司乘人员要全程配戴口罩。参考学校要有校级领导带队，实行带队老师包保责任制，将每一名考生的安全落实到人，确保考试期间考生绝对安全。
十一、相关要求
1.加强组织领导，强化监督检查。为加强考试的组织领导，市教育考试院成立以院长王启波同志为组长的体育考试工作领导小组，负责对全市体育考试进行监督指导，考试期间市考试院将派督察员到各地检查考试实施情况。各地也要成立相应机构，加强对考试的巡视检查，切实加强对考试工作的监督。
2.建好工作台账，实行考试工作日报制。要认真建好体育考试工作台账，明确工作主体，真实、全程、实时记载。考点负责人要记载当天考试结果汇总情况、检录入场人数、评分结果、手工修改考试结果等内容;项目负责人要记载考试开始时间、结束时间、参考学校、参考人数、考试过程实施、异常和偶发事件等内容。考试结束后，所有工作台账都要整理归档，以便全面、真实反映考试实施的整体情况。每天开考前或考试结束后，指定专人通过微信工作群，报告当天的考试实施情况。

在进行中考志愿填报的时候，家长都希翼孩子可以考上最好的学校，从而会全部填报好学校，从而忽略所报学校之间的分数差距。如果没有拉开差距，那考生很容易录取失败，从而高分低就，或者考不上高中。因此，家长在帮助孩子填报志愿的时候要有一定的梯度，所报学校要拉开一定的差距，增大孩子的录取机会，让孩子尽可能地考上好高中。
中考平行志愿填报注意事项
①不想去的学校不能填 拿第一批录取来说，考生如果不想去五年制高职，如果在第一批志愿中填报该志愿，很大可能会被录取。如果第一批被录取了，后面就没机会了。
②一定尽可能填满平行志愿的一大好处是让考生有更多选择的机会。因此在填报志愿时，尽可能把志愿填满，想去的都要填。以前实行“志愿优先”时，如果同时填一中、双十，其中有一个肯定是无效的;实行“平行志愿”后，一中、双十两个都可以填，哪个学校放前面，考生根据个人意愿填报。因为实行平行志愿，录取学校对考生来说是平行的，“扎堆”的风险性小一些，可能上的都可以填，获取最大的机会。
③排好顺序和梯度 在填报平行志愿时要排好顺序，避免“倒挂”现象。比如说考生最不想去五年制高职，可是他把这一志愿放最前面，把其他志愿放后面，如被投档录取，不喜欢也得去。此外，还要注意有梯度。提倡的梯度模式是：冲一冲，稳一稳，保一保，垫一垫。
