这里是【2009年中央电视台 “希望之星”英语风采大赛河南赛区省决赛】的比赛现场,欢迎大家的到来.我是主持人祁永庆(王瑛)。

首先,请大家掌声欢迎今天的到场嘉宾,他们是:【......】

同时,很高兴为大家介绍担任本场晚会的评委老师,他们是:【......】

本次比赛是由中央电视台主办,河南洛阳海外联谊服务中心承办的。那在比赛开始之前,先让我们一起了解一下本次比赛的规则和评分标准。

本次大赛分为三个环节,今天将要进行的是第一环节即兴回答,和第二环节才艺表演,这两部分的比赛。明天上午进行第三环节,命题演讲。那选手的排名是按照这两天,三个环节所得分数相加,得出最后的总分来排序的。在最后,我们将在明天下午4点半进行最终的颁奖典礼。

首先选手请按照抽到的序号,提前做好准备,依次登台。分别进行即兴回答和才艺展示。这两个环节都是限时1分半,也就是90秒,超时会由主持人打断。我们现场只能为选手提供一个麦克,在才艺展示的时候如果选手需要准备道具的话,我们会给出20秒的时间让你准备。但是如果准备时间超时的话就会按违规弃权处理。所以请选手把握好时间!同时还要提醒选手下台后别忘了保存好自己的号码牌,明天将不再抽号,而且选手必须凭借号码牌和参赛证才能参加第二天的比赛。

在选手两个环节都结束后,评委进行打分,我们会去掉一个最高分,和一个最低分,剩下的分数相加,就是这位选手的最终得分。同时为了以示公正,前三位选手的得分情况我们会在第四位选手结束后公布,第四位选手的成绩将在第五位选手结束后公布,以此类推。同时现场的观众朋友们,也请您尊重我们的比赛,不要给选手任何提示,并把手机调至静音状态。

富阳赛区选拔赛实施方案

2010中央电视台“希望之星”英语风采大赛(以下简称“大赛”)是中央电视台“希望之星”电视英语活动的重要组成部分,本着“培养兴趣、增强信心、展示风采、树立榜样”的宗旨,大赛定于2009年11月至2010年6月在全国举行。富阳赛区选拔赛的具体事宜安排如下:

一、大赛宗旨

1.培养兴趣、增强信心、展示风采、树立榜样;

2.成长比成绩更重要,体验比名次更珍贵。

二、大赛主题

四、大赛赛制和形式

(一)赛制

1.大赛分为幼儿组、小学A组(1-3年级)、小学B组(4-6年级)、初中组、高中组、成人组(18周岁以上)六个组别;

2.大赛分选拔赛、初赛、复赛和决赛四个阶段。

(二)形式

1.选拔赛

幼儿组以及小学A组不设选拔赛,直接进入初赛;

小学B组和初中、高中及成人组先参加选拔赛,选拔赛以笔试形

式进行。

60%—70%的学生晋级初赛

2.初赛

幼儿组:

(1)自我介绍;(30秒)

(2)朗读英文小短文。(90秒)

其他各组别:

(1)自我介绍;(30秒)

(2)口试(个性演讲);(90秒)

(3)评委提问。(根据评委选择性提问,60秒)

60%的选手晋级复赛

3.复 赛

幼儿组:

小学组(A、B):自我介绍 + 看图说话 + 评委提问。

初中组、高中组、大学成人:自我介绍 + 即兴演讲 + 评委提问。

五、奖项设置

所有参赛选手比赛结束之后,立即产生获奖选手。

进入复赛的选手均发给“CCTV英语希望之星希望奖”奖状;

进入决赛的选手均发给“CCTV英语希望之星星光奖”奖状;

本级决赛每组设置一等奖1名、二等奖2名、三等奖3名、优胜奖4名、星光奖若干名及最佳语音语调奖、最具学识奖和机智灵活奖等单项奖项。前六名颁发证书、奖品,其它选手颁发证书。

富阳赛区决赛选拔的六个组别的优秀选手将代表富阳市参加中央电视台“希望之星”英语风采大赛杭州赛区的决赛。

六、报名方法

1.团体报名:由各学校统一组织学生报名,12月25日前将学生个人报名表(学生个人报名表可到教研室领取)及统计表等信息资料交到富阳市教育局教研室(大桥路23号)。联系人:裘明惠、徐红波,电话:63331712。

2.个人报名:持本人一寸免冠近照三张及学生证或户口簿到富阳赛区组委会——富阳市新思维儿童教育培训中心夏恩英语学院(体育场路233号七楼)报名。报名热线:61709800 61705600。

3.根据全国组委会统一要求,参赛选手须认真、详细、真实地填写报名表格,其报名信息被录入全国希望之星英语俱乐部,注册会员,如参赛选手私自更改年龄、组别,一经查实,立即取消参赛资格!

七、时间安排

1.报名时间:即日起开始报名,截止到2009年12月25日;

2.选拔赛时间:2010年1月5日前;

3.初赛时间:2010年2月28日前;

4.复赛时间:2010年3月中旬;

5.决赛时间:2010年3月底;

6.杭州赛区决赛:2010年4月;

7.浙江省决赛:2010年5月。

江苏赛区总决赛比赛细则(初中组)

半决赛题型:

第一环节:个性演讲

1.演讲时间90秒/人,围绕“Talk with the World, share our dreams!”主题展开,自拟小标题,要求主题明确,以英语演讲为主,选手还可以运用其它形式来辅助演讲,如:英文歌曲、肢体动作、魔术等等多种小表演手段;表演要包含有英文成份,恰如其分地与演讲内容结合,以达到丰富演讲内容,增强演讲表现力,充分展示个性的目的。

2.对于个性演讲中的辅助表演部分,比赛现场不提供任何乐器,不提供各种播放设备;不提供电源。选手可以自备便携式乐器,但自行负责保管。

3.个性演讲评分时将以评判选手演讲内容优劣为主,考察选手的英语语言表达能力以及表演设计的独特新颖性。具体评分要求:演讲内容主题突出、观点明确、结构清楚、逻辑性强(60分);演讲语言表达清晰明确、语法错误少、语音语调纯正流利(30分);辅助表演的表现形式多样、独特新颖(10分);评判总分为100分。

第二环节:故事接龙

1、在规定的时间内使用所给的单词或短语讲述故事,并进行接龙。5人/组,准备思考时间30秒/人,自我讲述60秒/人。评委根据选手现场表现,做出评判。

2、此环节具体评分要求:正确使用所给的单词或短语、结构清楚、逻辑性强、内容有新意(60分);语言表达清晰明确、语法错误少、语音语调纯正流利(30分);台风台貌(10分);评判总分为100分。

决赛题型:

即席演讲+回答问题+情景剧表演 即席演讲

每位选手现场抽题,读题后计时开始,比赛时间是90秒/人,含思考准备时间30秒。回答问题:

此环节每位选手回答一问题,看大屏幕选题号,读题后计时开始。比赛时间是90秒/人,含思考准备时间30秒。情景剧表演:

此环节5人/队,抽题进行表演,演出前每位选手有60秒的时间向评委阐述你演的角色,表演时间是180秒/组。

比赛规则:参赛选手随机抽取一个字母,在规定时间2分钟内说出与以该字母开头的单词。(如抽到b----baby, banana等)每说出一个单词得5分,说对6个得满分,满分30分。(范例如下)2)小学b、c组:字母组词(2分钟)

比赛规则:选手随机抽取试题,试题上有若干个元音字母和辅音字母。选手自由选择字母进行组词,字母可重复使用。每完成一个正确的单词得5分,完成6个得满分,满分30分。(范例如下)3)初中d组:比划猜(2分钟)

比赛规则:参赛选手两人一组,抽签决定各自任务,一位选手根据试题上的单词或短语用英语进行描述或做动作,另外一名选手则猜出相对应的单词或短语。每猜对1个,猜中选手和做动作选手各得6分;猜对5个单词或短语得满分。没有猜中,双方皆不得分,也不扣分。

技巧:

1、与合作选手达成良好的默契;

2、对备考单词非常熟悉;

3、反应灵敏,当选手尚未反应时,选择另一种方式诠释;

4、适当地发挥想象,善于运用肢体语言和周围存在的具体事物;

5、不慌张,不急躁。注意事项:每组参赛选手均有10个单词或短语,参赛选手猜对5个单词或短语即可得满分;此环节只有1.5分钟时间,若比划过程中遇到难度较大的单词或短语,选手可以选择跳过,继续下一个单词或短语向对方做动作,争取在规定时间内取得最好成绩。4)高中e组、大学成人f组:即兴辩论(2分钟)

比赛规则:两人一组,一对一进行辩论,提前1分钟进入考场准备,分组并随机抽取对手及辩题

(辩题范围涉及到网络、道德、教育、运动、健康、娱乐等)。1分钟后开始辩论,阐

述自己的观点,每个辩手有1分钟时间。

范例1:

for: surfing the internet is helpful for middle school students.上网对中学生有益。

against: surfing the internet is harmful for middle school students.上网对中学生有害。

范例2:

选手准备一个20秒英文个性自我介绍和一个40秒英语才艺展示。自我介绍要求语音零错误,自信,流畅,自然。开场一定要在最短的时间内抓住观众的眼球,吸引他们所有的注意力,给人留下深刻的印象。才艺展示要求选手有创意、有新意,在服装和道具上有创新,可以借助非电子类的乐器,如ktv手摇铃,快板,塤等,以能更好展示自己的英语能力为准。★ 第二环节:定题演讲(60秒)选手从以下两个主题中任意选择一个,准备一个时长不超过60秒的定题演讲,题目自拟。
