People often train them for performances which brings us a lot of happiness and joy.They are very friendly and peaceful. They never attack people. Instead, they have saved many people in danger.

一、双人练习 (pair work) 是一分钟对话的前提

人多嘴杂, 永远不变的真理。两两对话, 简单明了, 对话内容易于掌握, 利于说利于听, 如:

A:Good morning!

B:Good morning!

A:How do you usually come to school?

B:I usually come to school on foot.How about you?

A:I often come to school by bus.

B:Thank you!

这样的一段言简意赅的对话, 无论对于对话者还是听众都可以起到巩固复习作用, 在有限的时间里人员的安排应以简单为主。学生小组搭配上可以采取自由组合, 这样有利于他们自身的发挥, 朋友之间的默契, 性格相似者之间的协调, 爱好相近者之间的认同, 都可以培养学生在对话过程中的随机应变。当然一切事物并不是一成不变的, 可以随对话内容更改为三人组合。

二、对话形式多种多样

一分钟对话并不是局限于对话形式, 太过单一会产生听觉疲劳感, 过程准备的厌倦感, 从而滋生厌学情绪, 抵触心理。采取多种形式指导学生进行角色扮演、模拟对话、唱歌、歌谣、采访活动、看图说话等基础性运用活动, 提高运用英语的能力, 促进英语思维的发展。例如, sing a song“What are you doing”, 既能掌握现在进行时的结构, 又能掌握特殊问句, 而不用单纯的学习语法。形式多样, 对于初中生来说新鲜感强, 容易产生好奇、兴趣, 还可以挖掘出学生求知、挑战的欲望, 没接触过的东西永远都是神秘的。多姿多彩的生活永远都是追求的目标, 兴趣是最好的老师。一种行为久了, 就成了习惯, 习惯久了就成了自然、成了性格。每天的两两对话, 既能锻炼学生开口的能力, 同时为学生提供听力训练的机会, 新的英语教学大纲指出:“外语学习归根结底是学生自身的学习。课堂是学生语言实践的重要场所。课堂教学不仅要扩大学生的语言知识, 加强和提高学生的语言应用能力, 还要帮助学生养成良好的学习习惯, 培养自主学习习惯。”

三、对话内容的选择

内容在于精不在于多、长, 多了长了就乏味。如ask the way, 选择一种问路方式进行对话即可。主要应以复习巩固为前提, 农村教学设备的限制, 社会环境、家庭条件的局限, 充分利用一分钟的时间让学生开口, 听音, 寻找语言点, 既能起到复习的作用, 又能锻炼学生的口语能力, 这种普遍性的状态为大班制的班级提供了便利, 既缩短了时间, 又人人受益。对话内容可以贴近学生的实际生活, 贴近真实的交际行为, 贴近有目的的语言运用活动, 可以根据教材内容为学生提供基本语言情境, 将学生调整到英语思维状态, 发挥语言互换性和整体反馈两大特点。教师应适时纠正学生口语交流过程中出现的错误, 学生通过反思口语内容, 及时纠正, 从而得到进一步的巩固和提高。

四、教师的作用

新课改要求教学中要以学生为主体, 充分发挥学生的主体作用, 培养学生的学习自主性, 但并不是说学生在对话活动中可以随意发挥, 教师可以袖手旁观, 而是需要教师的指导和引领, 教师的主导作用贯穿于教学工作的始终。课前, 教师根据学生的特点和水平、复习的内容、教学的重点给学生提供对话线索。课中, 一分钟对话既要及时总结, 又要调整学生的积极性、主动性, 使学生的创造性得到尽量发挥, 使整个课堂气氛活跃, 学生的参与积极性高, 课堂参与度高。课后, 教师还要根据不同学生的实际, 为他们提供建议和帮助。教师不仅是教学任务的执行者, 课堂教学的组织者, 而且还是学生的鼓励者和合作者, 学生的引路人。
