一、情况分析:

1、部分学生上课善动脑筋,积极发言,平时乐于助人,对英语有着浓厚的兴趣,学习较轻松,成绩突出。

2、部分学生对英语有兴趣,但学习方法欠缺,成绩一般。

3、少数学生对英语缺少兴趣,没有什么动力,或由于习惯、记忆力等方面的问题,学习较为吃力,成绩也不太好。

本册教材注重学生语言运用能力的培养,突出语言的实践性和交际性;为学生的进一步学习或终身学习奠定基础;注重学生学习兴趣的培养,以不同方式最大限度的激发学生的学习动机;注重融合学科内容,加强学科之间的整合和渗透,让学生通过英语学习来获得其他学科的知识。

二、复习目标:

1、通过有效的复习,进一步激发学生学习英语的兴趣,巩固本学期所学知识,同时提高自主复习、归纳的能力。

2、掌握本册学习的单词、词组。

3、掌握每个单元的基本句型,能灵活地运用所学知识。

4、掌握日常交际用语,及应答。

5、能听懂简单的指令并作出适当的反应,能唱一些简单的英文歌曲和chant等。了解西方文化,初步知道课文的文化背景。

三、复习重难点

1、字母:(大小)辨认、书写顺序

2、复习数字0到100,以及百以内的加减法能掌握加、减法的表达形式,能并较熟练地unyong英语进行加、减法的计算。

3、复习颜色、动物、植物、食物、运动、季节、天气等方面的单词。

4、复习本册学过的句型,以及西方文化知识。

5、常考的试题题型,包括听力部分的题型和笔试部分的题型。

四、复习措施:

1、根据考试类型题,有系统的针对性的进行专项复习的针对性练习和反馈的巩固练习。

2、开展“一帮一”活动,让后进生遇到问题能及时解决。

3、在复习过程中要注重培优扶差工作,特别是开展学习小组。同时及时了解学生学习的思想动向,给予适当的鼓励和信心,特别是尖子生和后进生。

4、加强单词的朗读和默写,给学生明确的任务,使他们也能尽自己最大能力过好单词关。

纵观英语高考的发展历史, 自1999年高考开始推行3加X科目改革之后, 英语科目成为和语文、数学同等重要的科目。但是, 随着我国社会、经济、文化的不断发展, 英语教育的种种弊端逐渐明显, 这让英语在高考中的地位和作用受到更多的质疑。这些问题得到了社会各界的重视, 2013年11月中共十八届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于全面深化改革若干重大问题决定》明确规定, “探索全国统考减少科目, 不分文理科、外语等科目, 社会化考试一年多考”。2015年7月8日, 《2017年高考改革方案》正式公布, 2016年, 英语将正式退出新高考, 施行社会化的一年多考, 学生的英语会考成绩将分等级计入高考总分。

一中学英语教师专业发展面临的挑战

英语在高考中权重的下降, 势必会给全国中学的英语教师专业发展带来诸多挑战。

1. 缺乏对教学理论的深入研究

长期以来, 从事外语教学研究的一般都是高等院校的专家学者, 而中学英语教师作为课堂教学的实际操作者, 虽然拥有一手的教育资料和丰富的教学经验, 却由于缺少理论上的指导和研究方法的训练而无法进行自主研究。时代的发展以及国家的需要都要求教师在完善教学的同时也要不断提高自身的专业发展程度。一些有着丰富教学经验的英语教师, 因其教学论文缺少反思性与构建性的论证分析, 导致他们的论文拘束于对教学实际的描述, 无法从实践上升到理论的高度, 推广他们自己课堂实践的愿望很难实现。现在中学英语教学任务繁重, 教学时间占据教师的大部分时间, 教师也很难有时间和精力专注于教学研究, 只能被动接受和实践他人的研究。因此新高考改革方案的施行, 让中学英语教师在教学中不得不重新摸索自己的教学模式, 花费大量的时间和精力在教学实践上, 让本就不深入的教学理论研究更加缺乏。

2. 来自高考英语“倒退”现象的舆论压力

人们认为, 英语在高考中权重的下跌, 将彻底颠覆英语在高考三大主科中地位, 英语科目地位在“倒退”;英语实行“社会化”考试, 在高考中的重要性不及以前, 中学英语教师今后教学压力会增加。有学者认为, 造成我国英语教学质量偏低的根本原因是, “高考英语试题严重误导了我国的英语教学, 因为高考并没有考查到学生的语言运用能力”。专家指出, 英语科目高考改革的原始动力就是要解决这一矛盾。十八届三中全会对英语高考改革的命题提出“突出语言的实际应用, 回归到英语学科应有的位置上”的原则, 今后的英语高考将更加强调对学生英语实际应用能力进行考查, 但是这绝不是英语科目重要性下降的表现。因此, 政策上的变化和舆论的导向给教师专业发展带来了新的困境。

3. 教育资源配置失衡

高考新政策的颁布, 势必会让本就以高考为导向的英语教学发生一定程度的变化。分数的变化和考试形式的变革, 会让学校更加注重语文和数学教学。教学资源的失衡、学生精力的转移等都会给高考改革后的英语教学带来压力, 英语教师的专业发展也会受到前所未有的冲击。此外, 一些受到政府及教育部门重视、教学资源相对丰富的学校, 外语教师将有更有利的条件去实现专业发展, 并有机会学习了解和实施新的教学理念。但在一些教育条件比较差的地区和学校, 高考改革新形势给这些中学英语教师带来了很大冲击, 这些教师将花费更多时间在教学上, 根本谈不上专业发展。此外, 由于各地教育经费落实的情况不同, 作为教师职后主要学习途径的师资培训流于形式, 作为中学英语教师专业发展重要途径的职业培训, 并不能结合教师教学的实际需求, 也就对教师的专业发展没有多大帮助。所以, 各地以及各校教育资源分布的不均衡, 将给新形势下教师专业发展的个人愿望以及发展途径造成不同程度的影响。

二中学英语教师专业发展的路径

1. 制定科学合理的中学英语教师专业发展制度

首先, 校长要树立正确的教师发展观, 校长作为教师们的“领头者”, 要加强教育教学理论学习, 不断积极更新自身的专业理论知识, 从而具备更高的引领教师专业发展的能力和水平。此外, 校长要充分尊重教师的专业地位, 强化为教师服务的意识, 将自身视为教师的同行而不是领导, 决策要民主和透明。

其次, 改革完善学校管理体制, 强化民主化管理, 鼓励教师参与学校决策, 让教师成为学校事务的重要参与者;要改革现有的分配制度, 将教师的专业发展成果和教学成果作为考量薪酬的重要标准;改变过去以学生考试成绩作为衡量教师工作业绩唯一标尺的评价方式, 新的评价制度应该肯定教师探索教学改革的积极性。

最后, 构建教师教科研帮扶制度, 积极鼓励教师组建教研团队, 联合开展课题研究, 鼓励教师们积极参与到课题中, 改变以往独立教学、缺乏沟通的情况, 真正做到在和谐团结的教学工作氛围中能更好地进行专业发展。

2. 完善中学英语教师专业发展的培训平台

新高考方案施行后, 中学英语教师原有的教育理念和教学方式都会受到一定的冲击。广大英语教师很可能面临知识不足、本领恐慌和能力不够的问题。教育培训是中学教师补充知识、增强技能的便捷途径。为此, 新高考改革方案后, 必须进一步完善中学英语教师教育培训模式。一是健全培训体系, 要根据英语专业的特点, 对不同发展阶段的教师设置培训大纲, 使每一名教师都获得相对全面的培训。二是完善培训内容, 要深入了解中学英语教师的实际需要, 据此策划培训项目、安排培训内容, 使培训工作适合当今中学英语教师的专业发展, 突出英语专业的针对性。三是调适培训方法, 针对新高考改革方案, 要促进专家与中学英语教师、教师与教师之间的沟通交流, 使教师们在思想碰撞中汲取新知、收获启迪、锻炼能力。

3. 利用反思性教学进行专业发展

教师自主研究也是专业发展的重要方面。教师自主是指教师具备适应教学需要的自我发展能力, 是教师对教学过程、教学环节等教学不同方面不断进行反思、发展和完善的一个动态过程, 是教师实现自主研究的主要方式。

第一, 反思自己的教学观念。教育学专家指出, 教师的教学观念是影响教师教学效能和专业发展的重要因素。不断反思完善教学观念, 是促进中学英语教学实践改变的基本条件。英语高考减分、“社会化”的考试制度更加强调对学生英语实际应用能力进行考查, 但是很多中学英语教师的教学观念仍然受到中高考为导向的应试教育制约, 坚持着英语教学以掌握知识为主的教学观念, 缺乏按照新的高考政策对学生进行英语综合素质培养的新教学理念。

第二, 反思自己的教学方式。新形势下, 中学英语教师应该充分理解高考政策的导向, 合理解读政策, 完善自己的教学方式, 正确引导学生的学习, 在教学过程中, 以学生为本, 善于倾听学生对于教学实践的想法, 与专家学者们沟通自己的教学方式, 在教学中不断完善和提高。反思性教学更有助于中学的英语教师把理论与实践相结合, 在工作中探索有效的教学方法, 实现自我的专业发展。

第三, 总结反思性教学的结果。以新高考政策为指导, 科学合理安排教学任务, 完成教学目标, 通过对学生学习效果的检测来评估教学成果。每一个环节, 教师都要及时反思并总结, 反思就像教师获得一面镜子, 反映自己或他人的教学情况, 使教师看到自己和学生在教学过程中具体的实际的问题。学校应该将反思性教学作为学校常规教学管理来加强教师们对反思教学的重视。此外, 中学英语教师应该积极寻找群体专业发展的机会, 强化专业发展团体合作意识, 经常与教育同行切磋教学成果, 长期交流和总结经验, 以便共同开发教学资源, 合作开展教学研究, 促进自身专业的发展。

三总结

新时期的教师专业发展应该拓宽视野、更新观念、与时俱进。新高考方案的实施对英语教师的专业素质和教师创新能力提出了更高的要求, 英语教师的专业素养将直接影响英语高考新模式的成败。对于英语学科教育来说, 英语教师正面临教学改革与创新带来的巨大压力和挑战。如何提高英语教师队伍的整体素质来适应教育改革的需要, 促进英语教师的专业成长, 今后仍将是现代中国基础教育中的一个热点问题。

二、复习目标

通过系统地复习,让学生能扎实地掌握本学期的所学的单词、句型和其他与课本所学的知识技能,能灵活地运用所学知识。

通过总复习,让全体学生特别是中下生能扎实地掌握本学期的知识点,全面提高班级的合格率和优秀率。

三、复习内容

1、每单元的单词、词组、句型和Let’s do 部分的内容。

2、字母的大小写。

3、数词的表达和运用。

4、常考的试题题型。

第二阶段:

1、突出重点,在第一阶段的基础上进行系统整理消化,抓住重点,加深理解,强化记忆,对学生平常经常出现的错误反复强调,做到讲----练----评的原则。

2、重点练习学生比较弱的题,如:阅读题等。帮助学生总结一些做题技巧。

3、做一些扩展练习。第三阶段:

1、集中本教材的要求,侧重学生综合能力的测试,做一些综合练习题,及时做到查漏补缺。

2、重点个别辅导。

二、对落后生的管理

常抓不懈,个别辅导,天天抓,课课抓。有耐心的为她们讲懂每一道题,会举一反三。不对他们有过高的要求,超越以前的自己,争取更大进步。

正意义上的选拔考试。初三的下半学期是孩子们一生中最重要、最关键的阶段,也可以说这

段时期决定了孩子们的前途和命运。而中考英语成功与否关键在于复习,复习阶段的成功与

否也决定着中考英语的成绩。因此,我深知自己身上的任务很重,责任更重。但无论怎样辛

苦,我都会努力去克服,帮助孩子们顺利地迈出人生这关键的一步。为使英语教学工作能有

条不紊的进行,为今后工作中能取得更好的成绩。特制定九年级英语教学和复习计划。

一、学情分析

今年我担任九年级合同班的英语教学工作,经过半年的相处,我对学生的情况已了如指

掌,学生的学习基础很差,不仅仅是听说,连最基础的单词都很难全部掌握,男生主要是偏

科严重,女生主要是学习态度问题以尚宇青同学为代表,甚至都已经放弃了英语,当然这些

归根结底都还是基础问题。有的学生智力很好,但就是对英语很厌恶,觉得小儿科,背单词

很被动,作业也不能及时完成。

九年级的学习和复习工作十分关键。针对这种情况,就需要更加深入地研究教材,根据

学科特点及学生特点研究切实可行的课堂教学模式。努力探索适合学生特点、学生乐于接受的教学方法及模式。同时,要进行分层次教学因材施教,使学生在原有的基础上有所提高。

二、教材分析

本学年英语教学内容为一册,共15个单元,从上学期结束已经上完12个单元,剩余3

个单元计划在4周内完成教学任务。具体教学内容包括:

词汇:识记、理解、掌握书中的所有单词,熟练应用重点单词和短语,复习初中前四册

中的所有单词。

语法:掌握8种时态,一般现在时,一般过去时,一般将来时,现在进行时,过去进行时,现

在完成时,过去完成时和过去将来时。了解部分构词法,掌握英语的基本句子结构:五种简

单句,并列句,复合句(状语从句及定语从句)。

阅读:主要训练学生根据问题找细节的能力。然后根据不同同学的水平,再分层次阅读

文章。在阅读过程中针对长句子(复合句及含有多个从句的复合句)要教给学生分析句子结

构的能力。

写作:书面表达是中考中失分最大的题目,所以对于大多数同学,先落实平时训练,要求学生注意主、谓、宾的基本结构及时态。并多做一些连字成句、连句成篇的训练。培养学生好的书写习惯,如大小写,标点等。

三、总体复习思路

1、按单元复习。通览初中教材,进行单元知识点扫描。目的是对基础知识和基本技能进行系统的复习,把好“基础关”;任务是掌握各单元知识结构,全面地复习知识点,完成理解记忆;重点是重视课标要求与教材的基础作用,强化基础知识和基本技能的训练;面向全体,面向基础。

2、语法专项复习。钻研考试标准和考试说明,进行语法、词法、句子、时态和话题专项复习。统揽初中教材中的重点语法项目,使学生从整体上把握初中教材内容。

3、题型专练,模拟演练。按照中考题型(单项选择、补全对话、句子翻译、完型填空、阅读理解和书面表达)进行题型专练,了解学生对基础知识和基本技能的掌握情况,抓住中考题型变化,确定训练方式,进行查缺补漏。最后进行几次中考模拟演练,演练之后教师要精讲精炼,在讲题上下功夫。

一、具体复习内容

第一轮:时间安排:3月8日----4月30日

主要内容:初中教材课文中出现的单词、短语、常用句型;熟记对话和课文,理解所学语法

内容。

阶段目标:完成理解性记忆内容,熟记课文中出现的单词、短语、常用句型;熟练掌握对话

和课文内容,所学语法能达到一定的应用程度。

具体思路:第一轮复习应以大纲为依据,教材内容为根本,按教材的编排顺序进行单元复习。

每复习一单元之前,教师布置学生认真记忆书后单词和短语;课上检验,然后让

大家找出本单元的知识点,总结用法,教师再做以适当的补充;这一阶段的复习,应充分发挥学生的主观能动性,以教师总结为辅,学生复习为主。注重学生归纳,教师总结指导应注意事项。对学生已掌握的内容少讲或不讲,对学生不够熟练的要重点讲。同时教师要根据每单元的重点内容有针对性地设计一些练习题,巩固

所复习的知识点。最后,再将本单元的知识点赋予下一单元书后的单词和短语中,进行再一次检测。

第二轮:时间安排:5月3日———6月4日

主要内容:词法包括名词、代词、数词、介词和介词短语、连词、形容词、副词、冠词、动

词、句子。掌握动词六种时态的构成及基本用法和被动语态,即现在进行时、一

般现在时、一般过去时、一般将来时、现在完成时、过去进行时。句法包括掌握

陈述句、疑问句、祈使句和感叹句的构成和基本用法,掌握简单句的五种基本句

型、并列句、宾语从句、定语从句和状语从句。

阶段目标:熟练的掌握知识要点,使知识形成系统。教师传授解题技巧,提高学生的综合分

析能力,提高学习成绩和学习效率。

具体思路:这一阶段我将语法分成几大块复习,应充分发挥学生的主观能动性,以教师总结

为辅,学生复习为主。注重学生归纳,教师总结指导应注意事项。对学生已掌握的内容少讲或不讲,对学生不够熟练的要重点讲,在此基础上,结合所复习的语

法内容,按中考题型精选练习题,使学生每天复习的知识都能够加以巩固

重点语法内容举例:

比如在动词时态的复习中,一般现在时重点抓主语为第三人称单数的句子变 化,如将She often does her homework at home every day.变否定句和一般疑问句,作肯定、否定回答,分别对主语,宾语,定语,频度状语和地点状语提问等。

复习现在完成时,要把它同一般过去时作比较,为说明与现在完成时连用的时间状语,要求学生分清持续性动词与非持续性动词的区别。

如在复习含有时间、条件状语从句的复合句中,若主句的谓语为一般将来时,那么从句的谓语要用一般现在时;在复习含有宾语从句的复合句中,如主句的谓语为过去时,那么从句的谓语多半用相应的过去时形式;在复习since引导的时间状语从句时,要向学生强调只要从句用了一般过去时,那么主句则一定要用现在完成时;在总结归纳重点句子时如:By the time we got there ,the bus had already gone.要对学生说明此句前面的从句用了一般过去时,那么后面的主句就要用过去完成时。复习宾语从句时从以下几个方面入手:宾语从句的概念:宾语从句属于名词性从句,在句中作主句的宾语。宾语从句三要素:引导词(连接词);语 序;时态

A.引导词:由从属连词that引导的宾语从句。注:that 在句中无词汇意义,在从句中不能充当成分,在口语当中往往省略

由从属连词whether, if 引导的宾语从句if/ whether “是否”,说明对陈述的事物不明确或不清楚。常用在ask, wonder, can(could)you tell me 等后。

由连接代词 Who, whom, whose, which, what 和连接where,how,why,when引导的宾从代词或副词连接主句和从句,并在从句中担任句子成分,具有一定的意义,不可省略。

B.语序:陈述句语序

即:主句+连接词+从句(主+谓+其他)Do you remember __(他多大岁数)?

C.时态:

主句用现在时或将来时,从句可用任何时态。

主句用过去时,从句用与过去相关的时态。

(1).从句说明的是一般真理、客观事实、自然现象、名言时,仍用现在时。

(2).从句中有具体时间状语,即使从句动作发生在主句动作前,仍用一般过去时。第三轮:

主要内容:题型专练,模拟演练。

阶段目标:查缺补漏,帮助学生找出发生错误的原因,使其能够及时改正,并记住正确的方

法,迅速提高成绩。

具体思路:按照中考题型(单项选择、补全对话、句子翻译、完型填空、阅读理解和书面表

达)进行题型专练。教师选取适当的模拟试题对学生进行测试,这一阶段要通过

对学生限时测试,使他们把所学的知识上升为综合运用能力,逐步适应中考要求。

同时对2008和2009年中考试题加以认真研究,教学生答题技巧。并对学生进行

心理健康教育,减轻压力,稳定情绪,自如的应对中考,取得好成绩。

各种题型具体解题方法:

一、单选题一定要把握好所学的短语和句型,结合语境将所学的语法应用到合适的语境中。

在做题时可以采用多种方法解题。教育学生注意即使一看就能看出答案,甚至不看选项就能胸有成竹地填上答案时,也不要过分自信而放弃审题,重要的是要给每个选项的题目找到它不符合题意的原因,若找不出错误,则应回过头来把原选项与找不出错的选项进行对比,找出他们之间的区别,看哪个更符合题干的要求;可以采用排除法、比较法、逻辑推理法、固定搭配法及关键词法等进行解题应用。

二、阅读理解,解答这类题目,一般采用三个步骤;

(1)首先通读全文,迅速抓住文章内容,在不影响理解的前提下,尽可能快速阅读,并重抓住主要信息。

(2)阅读短文后的选择题,包括题干和选择项,明确问题的要求后,再细读全文或有

关段落,最后选定答案。

(3)答完一篇短文的全部题目后,再把短文读一遍,逐一核对答案。

指导他们采用“五要”、“五不要”的阅读解题技巧。“五要”是:①要特别注意文章的标题;②要快速浏览全文,掌握主旨和大意;③要抓住文中的重点段、段中的重点句型和句中的关键词;④要尽快浏览课文后的思考题,尽量带着问题读;⑤要把有关WHO,WHAT,WHERE,HOW和WHY等方面的内容用笔圈画出来。“五不要”是:①不要在默读时发出声音;②不要逐字逐句分析;③不要常回视已读部分;④不要用手或笔指着一个个单词阅读;⑤平时训练时不要一遇到生词就查词典。学生只有掌握好阅读技巧,才能大大提高解题的速度和效率。

三、完形填空,做此题型要从以下几个方面入手。

(1)重视首句的开篇启示作用。

(2)通读全文,弄懂大意。

(3)符合短文内容,遵循语法规则。

(4)复读全文,核定答案。

四、完成对话,要求学生在一定的情景语境中选择或填上所缺的选项,而且这个选项用在对话中必须符合英美人的情景交流习惯。对于这种题目,一般所给选项都是完整的句子,并且句子本身是正确的;有时从汉语习惯上看,意思也正确,所以教育学生在做这类题时既不要考虑句子的语法结构,更不能一中国的常理判断意思,而是要根据对话的情景和上下句的句意关系,再根据英语的习惯表达来完成选项。初中涉及到的五、汉译英题则一定要学生把握好所学的短语和句型,尤其是动词词组,应告诉学生要认真、仔细的分析句子应用的时态和语态,避免麻痹大意,马虎出错;保证抓住基础不放松,能会的不丢分。
