另外，万能险保单账户相比传统保单更加透明，操作更加人性化。这样既相应地拓宽了购买人群，也给人们的保障规划带来了便利。所以，不必把万能险跟传统寿险孤立开来甚至对立起来看或比较，我们在谈万能时，甚至可以把它看成一个保障规划平台来理解。

平常所说的万能，往往并非单指万能寿险，通常是指保险方案。即由万能寿险附加其它险种而设计出来的保障方案，因为不同的险种组合和设计又可以产生不同的保障及附加功能，达到实现保障功能的多元化的目的。万能寿险即使不附加其它险种，因为它保额的可调整性、缴费灵活及其它特点也使得它的功能具有可调性。

实际上，其它非万能险产品也有这笔费用，只是传统险没专门提出这个概念，笼统地含到保费中了。有过传统险退保经历，尤其是投保后两三年内就退保的人，就一定能明显地感受到那笔“初始”费用的存在；而且，也可以从那些具有现金价值的险种观察得出来，不然头两三年的现金价值怎么跟保费那样相差悬殊呢。还有，其实也不存在万能险初始费用高的说法，跟以往同功能的传统险相比，实际上还低了，有时甚至可以低很多。

万能险投资收益稳健但不可能很高

万能险具备一定的投资性，这点准确地说，可以理解成一种具备抵御通货膨胀和免税功能的储蓄，个人账户有保底年收益，很稳健。尽管它的收益上不封顶，正因为它的稳健和无风险决定了不可能有很高的回报。收益也要结合各保险公司的经营状况、公司实力和信用以及经济大环境。而且，它的回报既需要一定的投资，也要结合一定年限，是一种中长期投资。再提醒一下，保费并非全部用来投资，是先扣除相应的各种保险管理费用后进入投资账户 (各公司可能叫法不一样，有的叫个人账户，有的叫保单账户)。

万能险计划书中只有保底收益是可靠的

万能险其中的一个特点就是客户的个人账户保险公司承诺年保底收益，长远来讲，这个保底收益对你的保障成本还是有些影响的。目前各大保险公司都推出万能险方案，目前年保底收益多定在2%上下，各公司之间似乎相差悬殊（如有的2.5%、有的1.75%）。

各公司的保险计划书中在个人账户栏都列出高、中、低三栏，除了低档那栏外，中、高均是保险公司预计的，不一定可靠。每个公司的预计风格也不一样，有的张扬，有的保守。我们在使用万能险方案时，多会是万能寿险附加其它健康险或意外险之类的，多花心思在自己的保障需求设计和保障条款上。

万能险并没有到了年老后个人账户的钱会被扣光的必然性

似乎很多人有这个想法，这纯粹是对万能的误解。

万能险使用自然费率，简单点说，总体上随着人的年龄自然增加，保障费率也不断提高，而传统险是使用均衡费率。我觉得前者比较合理，让人更有机会在青壮年时期以较少的保费来设置较高的保障额度从而满足家庭风险需求。

客户交的保费扣除一些管理费和风险保障费用后就进入客户的个人账户。当你停止缴交保费或者缴交不足时，如果保险公司还承担着原先数额的风险保障，就还得从个人账户里扣钱。

目前市场上的万能险一般都分为A、B两款产品。对于万能Ａ款，保险公司承担的风险保障额度是客户设置保额与个人账户的差值，当个人账户的数额大于或等于设定保额时，保险公司将不再扣除风险保障费用，自然也就不存在个人账户一定被扣干净的情况了。在使用万能时，不少人在保费不高的情况下基于保障需求会把保额设置的较高，基于这点，在一段期间后如果不是出于必要并增加保费的话，是有必要将保额调整下来。否则，长期地维持较高的风险保障额度很有可能吃光个人账户。

对于万能Ｂ款，因为它的赔付是个人账户价值加上风险保额，保险公司承担的风险保障额度一直都是客户设定的保额。自然，随着年龄增大，风险费率的不断提高，越往后扣除的费用也越高越多。所以，一般来讲在适当时候，有必要将保额调整下来。否则很可能个人账户的钱还不够扣。

总之，个人账户被扣了钱是因为保险公司为你在承担着额外赔付的风险保障，并非是万能的错或缺陷。

投保人要充分利用“保额调整”功能

被保险人一般都愿意将保额调得尽量高，这无可非议。但等到你年纪大了，快退休了，家庭责任已经很少了，其实就要将额度调下来。举简单的例子来讲：

你，男性，家里的经济支柱，今年30岁，孩子2岁，如果您今年发生风险，您至少应该为家人准备到孩子22岁独立，即一共20年的所有费用。

过了10年，你40岁时，孩子那时就12岁了，如果那时发生风险，您至少应该为家人准备10年的费用就够了。

又过了10年，您50岁了，孩子那时就22岁了，可能已经工作了，对您的经济依赖可能就不需要了。您那时若发生风险，只要别给孩子添负担就行了。

这样看，是不是年龄越大，发生风险时需要留给家人的费用就可以越少了。买寿险时额度应尽量考虑到家庭的实际需求，只要满足家人的需求就可以了。就和买房子一样，谁都想买个面积三、四百平方米的大房子，但是一般普通的家庭还是100平方米左右就可以了。

央行频频降息，万能险因为固定收益远超定期储蓄以及银行理财产品，受到投资者的青睐。统计数据表明，吸收保费较多的公司大都是通过吸收销售万能险保金达到资产规模的扩张。那么，万能险是不是“万能”的呢？

万能险发展如火如荼

万能险在2015年迅猛发展，据华宝证券的行业报告披露，随着人身保险利率市场改革的实施以及保险资金投资范围逐渐放宽，万能险的收益水平一直处于上升态势，到 2015 年 12 月平均收益达到 4.88%。从收益结构看，高收益万能险及收益超过 6%的产品大约占 20%左右，有 60%左右的万能险产品收益在 4%～6%之间。

去年费率市场化改革后，不少险企将万能险保底利率提高至3.0%～3.5%，预期结算利率达6%～7%。如今利率下调，银行理财产品收益普遍不景气的情况下，万能险人气进一步提升。

然而，中诚信国际认为，为抢占市场份额，一些中小寿险公司主要靠销售高预定利率的万能险产品，这对保险公司的经营能力要求很高。事实上，并非所有的保险产品都可以达到高预期收益率，一旦资金链断裂，无疑会导致风险暴露。

万能险收益如何分配？

华宝证券研究报告中呈现出了收益分配演示。假定一款保障期限20年，保费为10，000元的万能险产品，最低保证利率为 3%，合同生效日起 180 日内部分领取费用占部分领取的个人账户价值的 1%，合同生效日起第181 天至第365天，部分领取费用占部分领取的个人账户价值的 0.15%，360天后不收取部分领取费用，给予 150%的意外身故保险金和 120%的其他身故保险金，这款万能险分配收益演算如下：

提醒一：万能险保障并非全面。虽然号称“全面保障”，万能险的保障只覆盖到身故保障，投保人若想获得疾病、意外等全面保障，只能额外购买。

提醒二：万能险保费并非全部用于投资。万能险投保人所缴保费中一部分作为“初始费用”以及一些管理费用，扣除这些费用后，才进入投资账户。而保险公司公布的万能险产品结算利率是以投资账户内的资金为基数计算，并非以所有保费为基数，因此投资前期收益不会很高，需一段时间后才能产生收益。

提醒三：万能险收益波动，最低保证利率或无保障。作为投资险种，万能险的年化结算利率是随市场波动的，其最低保证收益以上的部分并不能保证。中意人寿保险分析人表示，目前市场上万能险结算利率差别比较大，从3.0%到6.6%不等。很多保险公司为了吸引客户，打出可观的最低结算利率。实际上，最低结算利率是保险公司财务计算而得出的结果，并非实际收益，未来市场的变化很可能导致结算利率降低。

北京保监局提醒消费者，最低保证利率也并非始终有保障，大部分万能险产品通常只保证三年或五年的最低保证利率，之后保险公司有权对其做出调整。

提醒四：切勿忽视缴费方式。万能险如何缴费也是有讲究的。理财分析师刘银平表示：“要看清楚产品的缴费方式，是一次性缴清，还是分批次缴纳。部分保险理财产品如果中断缴费，很有可能导致保单失效，投资人的钱也要打水漂。”

那么，该如何选择万能险产品呢？

保险分析师建议，投资者最好选择经验丰富、长期操作这类产品的保险公司，对产品的收益和风险有一个大概的预期。其次公司的投资状况、历史收益率也需要提前了解。需要特别关注的是产品历史稳定期持续时间及稳定利率，确定是否满足自身的预期收益和风险承受力。
