In our daily life, we are dealing with different kinds of people, no matter at home, in school, or at some other places. Everyone needs help, I think. And only who are willing to help others will also be helped. One day I saw a little girl in the street carrying a heavy schoolbag on her back. She was walking happily.
避免用词错误
写作中的遣词首先要注意的就是准确用词，避免用词错误。大部分同学背的英语词汇表都是左边是英文，右边是中文解释，这个从“英—中”的思维顺序正好符合我们处理完形、阅读等输入信息类的题型的顺序。但在写作过程中，绝大部分同学由于还不具备英语思维方式，所以通常都是把中文翻译成英文，而在从“中—英”的翻译过程中就不可避免会出现中式英语，这主要体现在下列几个方面。
首先，中文的字、词常常含有几个意思，会使表达出现歧义。比如“今天下午我要上课”，仅从这句话我们并不能明确判断“上课”的是老师还是学生，因为如果是学生上课，则要翻译成take a class，而如果是老师上课，则要翻译成give/teach a class。
其次，遇到没有见过的英文表达，最好不要自己按照中文直译，容易出现错误。比如“眼泪在眼眶里打转”，有的同学将其直译成tears go around in eyes，这是典型的中式英语，地道的说法应该是tears well up。因此，在“中—英”翻译过程中，大家要先想清楚自己要表达的意思，再决定用哪个英文单词，不要一看到“用”就使用use。
最后，中文的字、词往往可以在没有任何变化的情况下充当不同词性，或应用于不同的时态、人称。比如“成功”一词，它既可以作形容词（他是成功的），又可以作名词（他取得了成功），还可以作动词（他成功了），但英文却需要用successful、success、succeed来表示这三种词性。又如“昨天/今天/明天下雨”，“下雨”这个动作没有任何形式变化，但英文中却需要用rain的不同时态（rained、is raining、will rain）来表示。再比如“我/你/她/他喜欢音乐”，“喜欢”这个动作没有任何形式变化，但英文中不同人称要用不同的动词形式（I/you like、she/he likes）。很多考生没有注意到这一差异，导致作文中出现较多的语法错误。
提升用词
做到用词准确后，下一步就应该考虑对作文中的用词进行提升了。不少同学觉得作文想拿高分就得“砸大词”。这种想法不是十分可取，因为大词本身意味着难度高，如果大词本身掌握不够好，写作时很容易出现拼写错误、词义和词性使用不当等问题——这样非但拿不到高分，反而还会导致不必要的丢分。其实，大家可以从以下几个方面来对写作中的词汇进行提升。
提升词汇难度，如十分常用的good可以升级为wonderful、fantastic、amazing等。
讲求词汇搭配：见到名词，上形容词（如将a smile升级为a sweet/kind smile）；见到动词，上副词（如将share ... with ...升级为share ... with ... selflessly）。
巧用语法变化，如try hard可以利用比较级这一语法变化，升级为更具动感的try harder。
表达由概括到具体，如泛泛表达高兴的happy可以视具体语境升级为excited （用于表达取得好成绩而感到兴奋）、proud （用于表达父母为我们高兴）、pleased （用于表达帮助别人而感到高兴）等。
避免造句错误
用词要避免错误，造句也一样。跟用词错误相似，造句错误也基本上是因为中英文差异。请看下面一些例子。
状语在中文里通常是前置的，但在英文中常常会后置。例如：
她一周有三个下午（时间状语前置）做兼职。
She does a part-time job three afternoons a week （时间状语后置）.
中文句子可以无动词或多动词，而英文简单句中有且只有一个谓语动词。例如：
我妈妈很漂亮。（无谓语动词）
My mother is （系动词） pretty.
我们邀请他们到上海来玩。（多个谓语动词且都为原形）
We invited （谓语动词） them to come （非谓语动词） to Shanghai for a visit （变为名词）.
中文里有时会省略主语，而英文基本上都有主语。例如：
很难说谁对谁错。（无主语）
It （形式主语） is hard to tell who is right and who is wrong.
中文里定语常常前置，而英文中定语可以前置（比如形容词、代词等作定语通常要前置），也可以后置。例如：
一个美丽的（定语前置）女孩
a beautiful （形容词作前置定语） girl
我们学校的（定语前置）学生
the students in our school （介词短语作后置定语）
当一个音乐家的（定语前置）计划
plans to be a musician （动词不定式作后置定语）
坐在我旁边的（定语前置）那个女孩
the girl sitting beside me （现在分词作后置定语）
被扔进池塘里的（定语前置）石头
a rock thrown into a pond （过去分词作后置定语）

丰富句式
在句子准确无误的情况下，还需要考虑句式是否丰富。写作时，在保证写作内容符合题目要求的情况下，可对句式进行灵活处理，以达到表达不单一的目的。下面来看一些提升句式的方法。
最高级可以用比较级、原形的形式来表达。例如：
露西是她们班最好的学生。
直译：Lucy is the best student in her class.
→比较级：Lucy is better than any other student in her class.
→否定+比较级：No other student is better than Lucy in her class.
→否定+原形：No other student is as good as Lucy in her class.
用双重否定表达来加强肯定语气。例如：
在玛丽的帮助下，我取得了成功。
直译：With Mary's help， I succeeded.
→I could have never succeeded without Mary's help.
不要句句都用人称主语开头。例如：
I （人称主语） will reuse paper.
→Reusing paper （动名词短语作主语） will be my choice.
中文多用主动语态，而英文多用被动语态。例如：
车上设有特殊座位。
直译：There are （主动语态） special seats on buses.
→Special seats are offered （被动语态） on buses.
搞定用词和造句，并不等于你就搞定了作文，因为但凡作文都必须讲究“谋篇”。关于“谋篇”，大家须牢记十字原则——“要点、结构、语法、逻辑、亮点”。具体来说，一篇高分作文需要达到要点全面、结构清晰、语法完全正确且灵活多变、逻辑通顺、不乏亮点这五大要求。很多同学在备考中往往只重视“亮点”，只顾积累一些大词和复杂的句式结构，而忽略题目要求，致使文章结构和逻辑一片混乱。下面，我们以2015年北京中考写作题为例，来看看如何谋篇布局。
假如你叫李华，你们学校为配合北京申办冬奥会，倡导人人都做文明中学生。请你根据以下提示，给你的英国笔友Peter写一封邮件，告诉他你认为做个文明中学生什么是重要的，你通常是怎么做的，以及你的感受。
提示词语：think， smile， respect， say hello to， wait in line， on time， happy
What is important for a middle school student？ （Being polite to others？ Following rules？ ...）
What do you usually do？
How do you feel？
首先，要确定写作要点。本题中题目已经明确给出考生需要写的三个要点，分别为：
对于中学生而言，重要的是什么——选择（开门见山）
你平时是如何做的——做法（具体展开）
你有什么感受——从中得出的感悟
其次，要合理安排文章结构。中考作文的结构通常是三段：首段、中间段和尾段。下面我们结合真题具体来看。
首段。首段应包含两方面：第一，对问题做出具体回答，并确定后文的写作方向；第二，写出这样选择的原因。比如我们以following rules为例进行写作，首段可写成：From my personal experience， following the rules is more important than anything else. As life is of strife and conflict， we need rules to guide and help us out of difficulties./Rules give us warnings against danger and offer us advice with regard to how to deal with various situations.
中间段。中间段需要展开来谈。第二个要点问的是“你平时是如何做的”，所以我们需根据首段中所选取的材料，来谈谈具体的做法。题目中给的提示词语可供大家参考，比如我们可以从wait in line、on time、respect三个方面来入手，写写自己在排队等候、上学准时、尊重他人上是如何做的。需要提醒的是，写作时要注意时态，比如是发生在过去的事情还是每天都会做的事情。针对这三个方面，我们可以先分别写出自己的做法。
排队等候：I am always patient when waiting in line because Beijing is home to millions of people from different cities and countries.
上学准时：I usually attend school on time since it's a basic rule to follow.
尊重：When reading books in the library， I always keep quiet so that I can create a comfortable atmosphere for others.
最后，在汇总成一段时，大家要注意添加总括句以及衔接词等，来保证行文顺畅。
尾段。尾段通常是总结全文，进行升华。第三个要点问“你有什么感受”，因此考生可根据前面所选的材料，从重要性、材料的指导意义等角度出发，谈谈自己的看法和感受。比如我们可以写成：With rules， life is happy and harmonious. Besides， obeying different kinds of rules is necessary because only by doing so can we enjoy a peaceful life.
综上可见，写作要想取得高分，必须先提升自己的写作水平，因为一篇好的英语作文，遣词、造句、谋篇样样都不能少。

I think it’s very important for everyone to do sports. I like sports because they’re not only good for my health but also good for my study. My favorite sport is swimming. Whenever I am free, I will have a swim with my friends in the swimming pool. After swimming,I usually feel happy and relaxed. What’s more,Ican put more energy into my study. Mobile telephone is so common nowadays that almost every student has got one. Using mobile telephone has an aspect of advantage and another aspect of disadvantage. Everyone has his dreams, but not all these dreams can come true. People give up their dreams for this or that reason. Those whose dreams become true have at least one thing in common, that is, they always hold fast to their dreams.
Marie Curie, a famous scientist, has set a good example. In 1898, Marie found a new element in the pitchblende. In order to prove her discovery, she must get it and show it to the world. Then to get the new element became her dream and goal of her life. After four years' hard work and refinement of tons of pitchblende, Marie and her hus-band at last saw the dim blue light of the new element -- radium. Her dream had come true. There are many other examples. Just around us, for instance, the athletes who gain the gold medals, the artists who are popular with the public, and even the students who enter tile university after years of hard study and preparation, are all dream-holders.
Last week, I took part in an English speech contest which was held by our teachers. There weretwelve students in the final contest. I was one of them. Fifteen minutes beforemy turn, I picked my topic and prepared for it. I wrote down the outlines and organized what I was going to say. However, when I stood in front of all judges and students, I was extremely nervous. My mind was totally empty. Then I took adeep breath to relax myself and started my speech. The result was not as good as I expected, but I preferred to regard it as a challenge to myself, whose process was the most important for me. I can learn a lot from this contest. I amsure I will be better next time.
