《全日制义务教育语文课程标准》中明确指出语言技能是构成语言交际能力的重要组成部分。语言技能包括听、说、读、写四个方面的技能以及这四种技能的综合运用能力。听和读是理解的技能，说和写是表达的技能；这四种技能在语言学习和交际中相辅相成、相互促进。“说”在这四项技能中有着承上启下的作用。

但是从目前的语文教学现状来看，最被忽视的就是“说”的训练。从教师的心态来看，认为“说”会影响教学进度，而且中考又不考它，只要写好作文就行了。殊不知，“说”的训练正是为“写”打基础，二者是密不可分的，为了提高学生“说”的能力进而最终提高“写”的能力，我采用了“课前三分钟演讲”的形式。

具体做法是：全班有40名学生，准备40张字条，在每张字条上面写上1——40的数字，学生来自我抽签，按照抽到的先后顺序安排好演讲的名单，这样就保证班级里每位学生都有机会上台演讲。一轮演讲完，再循环。讲完以后，由班级学生就朗读技巧、语音、感情、选材优劣等方面予以点评。演讲内容是由教师提前一周给学生布置的主题演讲，学生自己搜集资料和素材，写好演讲稿，并熟悉演讲内容，到时进行表演。教师对每位学生的写作和演讲进行指导，要求学生从选择材料，确定主题，安排结构到命名标题，风格样式，逐项精心构思，巧于提炼；在语言方面可以层层切磋，句句推敲，字字斟酌，做到准确简练，富于表现力，尽力口语化，晓畅明白，不致产生歧义和误解。这样既提高了学生的写作能力，又进一步提高了学生的演讲水平，还扩大了学生的知识面，可谓一石三鸟。

一、课前三分钟演讲应成为提升学生写作能力的有效途径。

1.变压力为动力——提高写作兴趣

老师们都有这样的评价，学生们在小学阶段天真无邪，不会害羞，对老师的课堂提问表现得非常热烈。而到了初中，变得害羞起来，含蓄起来，连课前的师生问好也越来越小声。课堂上的提问更是没有一点气氛，以躲开老师的视线不被叫到为幸，哪怕是自己知道答案也不喜欢表现。更有一些学生，特别是有些女生回答问题时声音低得像蚊子哼一样，平时就很少讲话，遇到生人一讲话就脸红，遇到考试心里更紧张得不得了，难道这是不可改变的事实吗？我认为，一个人的胆量是逼出来的，当全班每个人都接到必须上台演讲的任务时，他们已无可选择。因此，当他们硬着头皮，战战兢兢完成了第一次演讲后，我给他们以表扬性的点评，又煽动学生们善意的掌声鼓励，增强他们的信心。有一位胆小腼腆的学生在日记上写道：“从小学到现在，我从来没有也不敢站在台上讲话，老师也很少提问我，但这‘三分钟课前演讲活动，使我惊喜地发现，原来我也可以做到，我也可以做好，以后我会做得更好！”

是“三分钟课前演讲”活动为他们创造了表现口才的平台，使他们的胆量得到了锻炼，学生的自尊心、表现欲望都很强，都不甘落后。一学期一个人的演讲机会只有2-3次，大家都非常珍惜。有位学生这样说，第一次走向讲台，听到同学的热烈掌声，内心真是激动，一紧张，什么都忘了。于是，心想这次不行，下次一定要行，决心向班级中几个演讲好的同学学习，一定赶上他们。第二循环又轮到了，内心自信多了，当成功地演讲了《没有不可能》，赢得了全班同学热烈的掌声后，他激动得哭了，他说演讲让他有了成就感，竞争让他看清了自己，自己俨然成了胜利者，使他有信心做一个成功者。

演讲这块“砖”引出了“玉”，班级中形成了你追我赶的良好氛围，学生个个身上好像都有使不完的劲。为了台上那几分钟，课后学生花费了大量的时间去搜集材料，精心创作。是“三分钟课前演讲”调动了学生的积极情绪，激发了学生的求知欲，刺激了学生兴趣盎然地投入到准备稿件及演讲展示的过程中去。

2.积小流成江海——积累写作素材

数学家华罗庚有句名言：“天才在于积累，聪明在于勤奋”，显而易见，积累的重要性不言而喻。同样，写作也在于积累。积累越厚实，写作就越有基础，文章就能根深叶茂开奇葩。没有积累，胸无点墨，怎么也不会写出作文来的。现在的学生的生活圈子太窄，不外乎家庭和学校，缺少与社会接触的机会，生活单一、枯燥，也很平凡，这一部分营养学生先天不足，这份“铁锌钙”如何补上？除了留心生活用心观察外，阅读和听取，是获取写作素材的另一途径。而“课前三分钟演讲”恰恰为学生开辟了一条新途径。因为学生演讲内容涉及身边所见、所闻、所感，内容丰富多彩，诸如理想抱负、社会生活现象、个人生活感受、班级活动、家庭关系、读书心得、学生之间关系等等，这都开阔了学生的眼界，使他们获得许多无法亲身接触到的材料。演讲的同学在搜集材料的过程中不知不觉阅读积累了大量的素材，听讲的同学在听取的过程中动脑又动手累积了鲜活的素材。在这种潜移默化中，学生的素材库丰富了，便不再会出现无话可说的状况，而是泼洒成文。

3.他山石巧攻玉——借鉴写作技能

教学大纲指出作文教学应该从说到写、由易到难循序渐进。我们不能一味要求学生原创，可以适当放权让学生进行必要的模仿，一个人首先要有模仿能力，然后才能有创新能力，学生的学习就是从模仿开始的。

而我们的学生要么不喜欢阅读，要么被繁忙的功课压得没时间阅读，连模仿的机会都没有。所以我抓住这个契机，让学生在课前被动听取演讲的过程中接受潜移默化的阅读渗透，通过师生的点评不断接收写作技能技巧，进而在练笔过程中借鉴模仿思想以立主旨，借鉴演讲稿以用素材，借鉴思路以定结构，借鉴警句以炼语言，模仿训练到一定熟练程度之后，可以进入到创造阶段让学生丢掉“拐杖”，摆脱模仿，按照自己的情况自由写作。“他山之石可以攻玉”，这样的训练能使写作能力较弱的学生少走弯路，更快地掌握各种写作技巧，大大提高写作能力。

4.潜移默化修正果——提升写作能力

学生由开始时的不敢上讲台到现在的争着要上讲台，由开始的无话可说到现在的滔滔不绝，由开始的忸怩拘谨到现在的声情并茂，由开始的不知所措到现在的潇洒自如。我真切地感到学生们进步了，我也感到他们通过演讲越来越成熟了。有家长惊异地感慨：“这学期不知怎么了，以前有作文总是要拖到星期天的晚上才痛苦地开始写，现在倒好了，周五放学回来第一件事就是上网查资料，更怪的是，现在说起话来居然比我们大人还圆满，不伤人，又让人心服口服。”

最可喜的是，学生的写作能力也得到了很大的提升。原来连字数也写不满的竟也能洋洋洒洒长篇阔论了，原来总是素材老套的竟也会将他人的经历移植到自己的创作中去，原来语言苍白的竟也会用描写细心描摹动人心弦了，原来总是随心所欲信马由缰的竟也会用心构思周密布局了。于是，一篇篇考场佳作诞生了，一篇篇优秀习作纷纷出现在各类报刊杂志上……

二、课前三分钟演讲应灵活、规范、中肯。

课前三分钟演讲是一种比较主观性的教学活动，如何顺利有序高效地开展并非朝夕可就之功，应当在老师的宏观统筹下，由浅入难，由简到繁地循序渐进地推进，进行科学合理的训练。实践中，应当注意以下几点：

1.话题灵活，贴近学生生活实际，让学生有话说，使三分钟演讲成为真正展现学生自我风采的舞台。

2.形式规范。内容必须控制在三分钟以内，否则冲击了语文课堂主题教学。必须事先整理好演讲内容，不打无准备的仗，另外，上台演讲要求脱稿，实在背不出可以放在第一排学生手中，可以为演讲因紧张而中断起提示作用。学生的演讲稿平时要保存好，以后可以结集成书，更刺激学生创作佳作的欲望。

3.点评中肯，师生共舞。为了一次演讲，学生要准备好几天，紧张又兴奋地期待好几天，对学生是一次尝试，也是一次测验。演讲过程中，学生的优缺点会暴露无遗，老师应当和全班学生一起认真聆听，一起及时做出正确而中肯的点评，在鼓励学生的基础上真正意义上的提高学生的演讲写作能力。
