亏，有多种含义。不过，在吾看来，基本含义是“缺、损”，其反义为“盈、益、赚”。随着商品经济的发展，亏与盈成了经营管理的两个基本概念，盈或亏，是一个企业经营好坏的主要标志。产出小于投入，利润为负数，曰亏；反之则为盈。

生产、经营，从本质上说是以盈利为目的的。我们的企业要肩负社会责任，盈利不是唯一的目的，但盈利仍是其根本目的。因为只有盈利，社会财富才能增加，经济才能发展。故吾以为，企业追求利润最大化，是无可厚非的。

经济生活是社会生活的一部分，因此经济生活中的许多概念、意识，常常会融入社会生活的其他部分。亏与盈，或亏与赚，就渗入了许多人的为人处世。也许吾之头脑过分简单，也许为人处世较经济生活复杂得太多，吾于经济生活中的亏与盈觉得不难理解，但对于做人、做事中的亏与赚，却有许多疑惑和迷茫。

很长一段时间，在吾的头脑中，做人做事与做生意是风马牛不相及的两回事，根本没想过做人还有什么亏与赚的说法。最早接触把做人与亏赚相联系，是在“文革”中批判《论共产党员的修养》的时候。有人说这本书中宣扬了“吃小亏占大便宜”的市侩哲学。真是越批越糊涂，到最后也没弄清楚书中的内容与人生的亏与赚有何关系。不过，这场批判使吾知晓，原来做人也同做生意一样，有亏有赚。当然，这种了解是空洞的。因为那时只是一个学生，做人很单纯。

待到参加了工作，这个问题变得具体起来。一次，碰见一位老同学，此君大发了一通牢骚。据他说，在单位，重活、累活、急活，他总是冲在前头。家里的事放下就去出差，孩子有病也顾不上，弄得爱人意见成堆。有时一加班，就接连几天睡不上一个囫囵觉。忙了几个冬去春来，年纪轻轻，白头发就添了几根根。可是，不但没有功劳，反落了一身毛病；别人提拔了，自己仍在原地踏步。“真是太亏了！”他感慨道。作为老同学，吾对他很同情。但是，盖因多年所受教育之故，吾劝道：自己好好工作就是了，其他是组织上考虑的事；做人但求问心无愧，功过自有公论。他听后淡淡一笑：“但愿足下不要蹈我之覆辙。”

当时，吾只觉得自己劝导同学的那两句话理直而气有些不壮，达理而不太通情。后来的生活告吾，事情真有点不那么简单。一次，到某部门旁听总结工作。有一位同志发言，对自己做的事情只列了一个甲乙丙丁，倒是详细列举和分析了工作中存在的问题。同事H对此发表了激烈的意见，指出问题远不只这些，且有错误没讲。接着，一、二、三讲了几条，言之凿凿，慷慨激昂，分析入木三分。吾悄声问身边的小D：“此公善言，可信度如何？”小D答曰：“可信，他比当事者还清楚！”H讲完之后，以其材料丰富、分析透彻而洋洋自得。不料，同事M出来评论H发言。M指出，H的发言有失偏颇，那位同志是做了很多工作的，也很辛苦。“只不过我早说过，XX事既要高质量，又要节省，现在质量不错，可能花钱太多了；XX事既要听大家的意见，也要尊重领导的意见，而今群众的意见听了，可把领导的意见置于何地呢？”小D轻轻地捅了吾一下：“此公才是高人！”最后，部门领导表扬了M，要那位同志注意听取大家的批评，吸取教训。吾环顾四周，似乎大家对领导的总结不大以为然。

第二天，吾特意约小D聊天，我们是很熟的。吾曰：“听说那位同志是一员干将，干活少不了他，怎么会是这样？”小D笑笑曰：“老兄不闻‘干的不如看的，看的不如算’的么？”“似有耳闻，但不得要领。”小D道：“你太谦虚了！”吾非要小D给开开窍不可，他推脱不过，便说了一番。做事情并不容易，智者千虑尚且难免一失，何况俗人！要做工作就免不了出差错，做工作越多，出的毛病也可能越多。而站在一旁不动手的人，缺点只有一条：“不干事”。许多事乃当局者迷，旁观者清，旁观者挑起干事人的缺点来，自然头头是道。更有人既不干，也不只旁观。事前，他上下、左右、高低、快慢……原则讲了一大堆，张开一张大网。任你出多少成绩，他均可从讲过的话中挑出预言来；出的种种缺点毛病，自然也在他早己讲过的话中。事后，他便以先知的身份按其心中盘算，说出一番精彩的话来。小D最后道：“若领导不能明察，吃亏的当然是干事的。听说，正在酝酿提拔M呢！”

那时，吾参加工作不久，小D的一番话像一把火烧沸了吾的思绪。吾以为，干事者可敬；看者可悲；算者可恨。他们为何不能各得其所？看来，做事不像做数学题那样，二加二等于四，程序和结果的对错一目了然。“干的、看的、算的”，看上去孰是孰非十分明显，然在现实生活中是非在一些人眼中却是扑朔迷离。问题在哪里？吾以为在于领导者判断是非的能力。是非不清、甚至颠倒，公正、公平就无从谈起。

此事在吾头脑中经年挥之不去。在吾作了领导之后，更常以此事告诫自己。“自己努力工作就行了，其余是组织上考虑的事。”吾受的是这样的教育，也这样要求别人。这话没错，应该如此。但吾以为，这是建立在组织公正、公平基础上的。如果组织有失公允，久而久之，人心的天平就要倾斜了。吾常提醒自己，一定要公正判断是非，公平待人。作为领导干部，这不仅事关个人的品质，更关系人心的天平，影响大家的信念。

当然，这样的事并不普遍。但是，也并非个别，也还有类于此者。一次分房，僧多粥少，争论也就很激烈。申请房子的人中，有一位先进生产者。有人主张，这次他就不分房了，先进嘛，应该多些奉献；XXX又吵又闹，把他列入分房者中吧，否则，谁也别想安宁。不料，居然有人附和这个主张。吾闻之大惊！有人劝吾，不要激动，许多地方都是这样办的，“息事宁人”嘛！吾十分不解，难道奉献只是一部分人的事，索取又是另一部分人的事，利益只给那些索取者？

作为奉献者，应该是无条件的、无私的。但是，作为领导者，对奉献者的褒奖不能仅仅停留在口头上，要让奉献者起码获得与大家平等的待遇。行动上对奉献者的提倡，胜过一打宣言。吾以为，要让奉献者光荣，也不能让奉献者吃亏！这是领导者须认真对待的。

公正对待奉献者，并非一种回报。真正的奉献是无法回报的。如果人人都要求付出与回报相等，那社会哪来财富的积累？如果付出是为了回报，世间哪还有纯洁无私的真情！奉献者获得的，是人格的升华，是社会的文明、进步。

几十年过去，吾对此的思考有了些进步。做工作不同于办企业，不能追求“利润”的最大化，做工作追求的，首先是人生的价值。人生的价值何在？答案何止千百！吾以为，人生也许像一座横空的大桥，沟通天堑，也许似一块默默无闻的路石，让车、人从自己肩上平稳地走过。无论人生是什么、像什么，只要没有完全耗掉自己的创造、工作成果，而给社会留下了点什么，就没有虚度。

你有一本最爱看的书吗?我就有一本这样的书。这本书的名字叫《小笑话大道理》，其中有一篇《小气父子》给我留下了深刻印象：有一家的父子俩，父亲小气，儿子也小气。因此人们称他们“小气父子”。一天，小气儿子吃饭时，煮了一个咸鸭蛋。煮好后，他在鸭蛋中间穿了一根细线，系在房梁上。他每吃一口饭，就把线拽过来，用舌头舔一下，每舔完一口他自己心里都很得意。他父亲看见了，嫌他浪费，骂了他一顿。最后小气父亲把鸭蛋吊到房梁上，每吃一口饭就抬头看一眼。

又有一回，小气父亲出门，让儿子看家。不一会儿，来了一位客人找他父亲有事，干等也不见人回来，客人又饥又渴。小气儿子便拿来一只空水杯请客人喝茶，又用双手在空中比划了一张饼，请客人吃了充饥。客人一气之下甩手而去。父亲回来后，儿子把如何请客人喝茶，如何请客人吃饼的事告诉了他。没想到父亲听后却勃然大怒。扬起手给了儿子一个大嘴巴，骂道：“为什么不比划半张饼给他吃?真是混蛋!”看到这里我真是又好气又好笑。

我从一年级就喜欢看课外书。例如：《三国演义》、《西游记》、《水浒传》、《西湖民间故事》等几十种中国经典的书。

我从小生活在杭州，对闻名天下的西湖有种格外的喜爱。因此，对《西湖民间故事》这本书我看了又看，真的到了百看不厌的程度，对里面的一个个精彩的故事，我能如数家珍地讲给小朋友们听。

还有，这本篇书中的49个民间故事，告诉了我许多做人的道理。如：《康熙题匾》的故事，讲得是皇帝做事马虎，在杭州灵隐寺题错字，闹了个大笑话。他错把灵隐寺的“隐”字写成了云，还百般狡辩说：“这儿天上有云，地上有林，就叫灵云禅寺吧。”试问，天下哪里没有云和林啊。后来，和尚以及后人并不买康熙皇帝的帐，仍然叫灵隐寺。还把这件事记载下来，当成康熙的笑话。从这件事中，我感到一个人无论做什么事都要仔细认真，不然，做什么事都会出错的，也很难获得人生的真正成功，更会让别人当作笑柄。

《明珠》这一篇让我知道了，如果一个人不想劳动，不想自己去努力，就想投机取巧得到别人的成果，那就算得到了也会失去的。所以，我觉得这本书很不错。

我还认为《三国演义》这本书很好。因为，在这本书中讲了刘备、关公、张飞三人如何三结义打出一片天下，建立了蜀国。曹操的足智多谋和雄才伟略，从无到有统一了中国的北方，建立了魏国。孙权继承父兄的一点继业，在江东闯出了天下，建立了吴国。书中一个个栩栩如生的英雄人物，让人过目难忘。一个个精彩无比的故事情节，写得跌宕起伏，让我看得废寝忘食，如痴如醉。读完后，我常常沉静在故事片中的人物、细节和一个个精彩的武术动作，让我记忆深刻。它让我从这里了解到不少课本上没有的知识和历史。所以，我认为这本书对我们小学生的课外学习很好。

另外，《神奇宝贝》这套系列图书也相当不错。这本书可以在休息时候看看，让平时紧张的学习神经松驰下，达到更好的精神状态，促进以后的学习。
