On one occasion, the teacher let the students to participate in the competition each do a small bookmark. I was doing at home on Saturday, bookmarks, yi ying come to my house to play. 目前,以就业为导向的中职教育注重动手能力,但却忽视表达能力的培养。许多学生练得一身好本领,但是在与人沟通方面却存在很多问题,突出表现在课堂上回答问题时声音小、表达不清楚、逻辑混乱,个别学生甚至不敢出声说话。为提高学生语文素养、锻炼其口语能力、建设开放而又有活力的语文课堂,笔者将课前3分钟演讲作为一种教学组织形式引入中职语文课堂。
1演讲的作用
1.1锻炼学生胆量
笔者曾经问过很多学生在进中职学校以前有没有上讲台当着全班同学的面讲话的经历,大部分人说没有,而且表示自己以前是一个不爱说话的人。现在,有了课前3分钟演讲,很多学生有了上台说话的机会。虽然第一次上台时他们手足无措、语无伦次,甚至不敢抬头直视他人,但是在第二次、第三次演讲之后,学生都有不同程度的进步。更令人惊喜的是,有些学生从开始时的低头默读到后来能与他人互动。
1.2活跃课堂气氛,激发学生学习兴趣
每次课前演讲学生都很踊跃,短短的3分钟演讲极大地活跃了课堂气氛,激发了学生学习兴趣。为了能得到大家的赞扬,演讲者在课余时间做了大量功课,表现欲在课堂上得到了满足,课堂上多了掌声,学生情绪被调动起来。在接下来的课堂教学中,学生继续保持高昂的情绪,对教师提出的问题也积极思考、畅所欲言,课堂上师生互动大大加强。活跃的气氛延续到整节课结束,教师不再苦恼于课堂沉闷,不用再苦思如何调动学生积极性。
1.3增加阅读量,提高写作水平
学生为了做好演讲,课余时间不断翻阅各种资料,随着涉猎范围的扩大,他们的阅读量不断增加,无形中也积累了写作素材。很多学生为了能顺利演讲,课下还精心组织演讲稿,反复修改,锻炼了写作能力。
2实施方法
2.1演讲顺序
演讲一般按座位顺序进行,从第一位学生到最后一位学生,笔者本着“一个都不能少、人人都有份”的原则,想方设法让每一位学生都参与到课前3分钟演讲中来。演讲一般控制在3分钟以内,要求尽量脱稿,声音洪亮,配合手势,富有感染力,可以与其他学生互动。
2.2演讲内容
演讲内容不设限制,只要健康即可。学生可以讲故事、诵美文、讲述生活中发生的小事、点评时事热点,也可以畅谈人生感悟。
2.3演讲点评
每位学生演讲结束后,教师和其他学生都要及时点评,先让学生做观察员进行点评,然后教师再做点评。点评以鼓励赞扬为主,辅以中肯的改进意见,让学生不断进步。这样循序渐进,教师的要求一次比一次高,学生的表现也会一次比一次优秀。
3体会
3.1转变教学观念
学生是教学主体,教师处于主导地位。以往的灌输式教学让学生感到厌烦。语文教学中,学生应该始终处于主动参与、乐于其中状态。课前3分钟演讲为整堂语文课注入了活力,学生的表达欲被释放,思维的火花被点燃,课堂教学变得轻而易举且富有成效。
3.2循序渐进
中职生基础普遍比较薄弱,口语表达能力欠佳。刚开始演讲时,教师的要求一定不能太高。“要我说—我要说—我能说”是笔者的思路,即先鼓励学生克服胆怯心理,开口说话;接着促使学生主动要求演讲,积极参与其中,体会到演讲的乐趣;最后掌握演讲技巧,逐渐提升口语表达能力。笔者把这3个阶段融入一年的语文课程来推进,连续性的训练使教学效果更好。
3.3创新课前3分钟表现形式
课前演讲的目的是提高学生口语表达能力,但是演讲并不是唯一能提高这一能力的方式。从一开始,笔者就鼓励学生发挥创造性思维,采用多种形式展示自己,如演讲、说相声、演小品、讲故事,或者与他人合作完成一个语言作品。灵活的形式让学生更加努力地为每一次上台做准备,也更加期待自己一次比一次精彩的表现。

One day, from the rich countries are willing to share what they have with those from the poor countries and those from the countries will eventually be able to make their own happy living themselves. 几年前我在南部某郡接受了一项工作任务，与靠领取政府福利救济金的人共事。我想做的就是向每一个人证明他们都有自给自足的能力，而我们所要做的就是激励他们。首先，我让郡长给我挑选了一组靠领取政府福利救济金生活的人，他们均来自不同的种族部落、家庭群体。每周五，我与他们以小组的形式见面谈话三个小时。由于工作需要，我还申请了一小笔备用金。

That helped the group to begin to dream. The seemingly small successes allow the group to see that dreams were not insane. The small steps began to get people to see and feel that something really could happen.
这件事使整个组的人都开始寻找梦想了。表面上的小成功就让组员们认识到梦想并不荒.唐。不断的进步令人们逐渐意识和感觉到改变真的可能发生。
Everyone found something. The man who put in the screen door became a handy man, and another woman who took in the children became a licensed foster care person. In twelve weeks, I had all these people off public welfare. I’ve not only done that once. I’ve done it many times.
We need fresh air to need pure water to need a clean environment to be healthy.People have to stop have to respect our must become friends of the earth.
First,everyone must get yone must lend a ther we can clean up our neiborhoods.
Second,we can practice can reduce waste and reuse can recycle paper,bottles,and plastic.
Third,we can put up more dont litter can trashcans on every can pick up garbage when we see it.
We must take action to fight our future were our duty to keep our planet clean.So,please dont be a be afraid to remind others,too.
thank you very much for choosing to e in such a cold night。today my topic is about choice and process。a research shows that a man has to make 73 choices one day。with so many choices one day， people easily get so confused and afraid of making wrong choice that they hesitate and finally miss the true part of life。 in my opinion， the following part is of much more importance than the choice。 there is no absolute right or wrong choice but wonderful or boring life， which the process makes the difference。
life is a box of chocolate，you never know what you will get。 forrest gump made no decision by and for himself but he acplished great success with his strong will in the process。 the process is not the road itself but the attitudes and feelings ，the caution， courage and persistance we have as we encounter new experience and unexpected obstacles。 take myself as an example， i changed my major when i became a postgraduate。 after the choice，days have been harsh for me。i cannot understand the new lessons at all。 for they are closely related to mathmatics which i learned nothing about before。 however wuth the belief that this is the great chance for me to experience new ideas and challenge myself，i persisted。 i asked for help from every channel and reorgonized my life。 gradually i could understand some parts and even found maths interesting。moreover， i learned to act instead of plaining。 in retrospect，the choice left no trace in my mind but the happiness and bitterness of the past four months bees an unforgetable experience in my life。
no matter what the choice is， enjoy the process。 in the process， your potential will be inspired and new discoveries，improvement and progress will e to you。 these are the most beautiful sceneries and only on the way can you see it。these make your life colorful。
