1.“What can you tell me about yourself?”

4.“What would you like to be doing five years from now?”

6.“What is your greatest strength?”

二、五大面试注意事项

1. 不要“笑脸盈盈”（Don’t be a“smiley face”)

试题内容贴近生活实际，反映工作特色，设问于应知而未知面试的基本特点之一，就是富有生活和工作气息，为应试者尽可能创设具有生活或工作真实情景的应试氛围与环境，所问问题应试应试者所熟悉而又为其应试前未知要问的内容，食指答问时能再现真实，或有感而發，不致生啦硬凑、为答而答。

问题表述言简意赅：

以面试中的口试试题为例，无论是间接询问，据图质问，还是据音质问，应试者都主要凭听觉来接受主试质问信息的，并须一次明晰题意，而不像笔试中的问题可重读再认，直至完全明意为止，这就要求试题内容的表述简洁明了。

（二）招聘面试的设计

确定面试主考官：

面试主考官的素质决定着面试结果和质量，如果主考官带有主观偏见或者违反公正原则，企业就不可能聘用到最合适工作的员工。

设计面试提纲：

为了使面试工作顺利进行，保证面试的效果。面试主考官应提前准备好面试提纲。面试提纲是是根据所选择的评价要素以及从不同侧面了解到工作申请人的背景材料设计完成的。在设计面试大纲时，应注意把重点放在工作能力和工作动机上，并突出重点。

制定面试评价表：

面试的主要目的是要根据工作职位的要求对工作申请人做出评价，来确定哪些人员符合工作要求，因此，面试评价应能全面反映工作岗位对人员素质的要求。

招聘面试工作任重而道远，需要不断的积累经验，实践，设计出精益求精的方案，获取更多更优秀的员工，让企业发展更上一层。
