外文文献翻译是本科生毕业的过程之一,有些格式需要我们注意一下。

(1)摘要,关键词:宋体五号(其中“摘要”和“关键词”为宋体五号加粗),行间距设置为18磅,段前段后间距设置为0.5行,对齐方式选择“两端对齐”方式;

各个关键词之间以分号(;)或者(,)隔开,最后一个关键词后不加标点;(2)正文一级标题:采用黑体小三号加粗,行间距设置为20磅,段前段后间距设置为0.5行,一般采用“1 引言”样式,其中1和“引言”之间用一个空格分开;

正文二级标题:采用黑体小三号,行间距设置为20磅,段前段后间距设置为0.5行,一般采用“2.1 系统原理”样式,其中1和“系统原理”之间用一个空格分开;;

一级标题和二级标题采用“左对齐”方式;

(3)正文内容:采用宋体小四号,行间距设置为20磅,段前段后间距设置为0行,首行缩进2字符,正文对齐方式在段落格式设置中选择“两端对齐”,遇正文中有公式的,设置该行(段)行间距为“单倍行距”(4)插图:请设置图片版式为“浮于文字上方”,并勾选“居中”,图片大小根据版面,按比例适当进行缩放,图示说明采用“图1 主控制器的结构图”样式置于图下,图序与说明以一个空格字符间隔,图示说明采用宋体五号,居中对齐,行间距设置为“单倍行距”,段前段后距设置为0.5行;

外文文献翻译附于开题报告之后:第一部分为译文,第二部分为外文文献原文,译文与原文均需单独编制页码(底端居中)并注明出处。本附件为封面,封面上不得出现页码。因此,可以将封面、译文和原文分为3节,然后分别对此3节分别添加页码,页码

分节及设置页码方法如下:

1.将光标定位到需要分节的地方,选择“插入”菜单下的“分隔符”,如图1所示,选择“下一页”后“确定”。

在插入下一节的页码时,可能会遇到连续编页码的情况(如译文编页码到12页,原文第一页可能显示为13),此时可以在原文一节重新选择“插入”-》“页码”,出现图2后,选择“格式”,弹出图3所示的对话框中的“续前节”改选择为“起始页码”,并将其后编辑框中数字设置为1,确定即可。

英文信函格式 篇8

1、信头(heading)——写信人地址和写信日期位于信纸右上角,从靠近信纸的中央写起,先地址后日期(地址可以写1—3行,日期写在地址的下面)。地址顺序由小到大:门牌号码——街名或路号——城名或县、市名——省名或州名——国名(邮编通常写在城市名之后);日期顺序是月——日——年或日——月——年,如:July1,1979=1 July,1979。

2、信内地址(inside address)——收信人姓名和地址写在信头下面,空一行,左起顶格,先姓名后地址。信内地址多用于正式商业信函,一般社交信函常省略。

3、称呼(salutation)——写信人对收信人的称呼:

这五项基本原则是:consideration, conciseness, clarity, courtesy, correctness。即:体贴、简明、清晰、礼貌、正确。

2、英文书信的结构

信头(heading):包括写信人地址和写信日期。位置在信笺的右上角。地址从小到大,按单位换行,比如第一行写门牌号和街道,第二行写城市和省(州),第三行写国家和邮政编码。日期按照下列格式:june 1,XX(美国),1 june,XX(英国)。

封内地址(inside address):如果是比较正式的信函,信笺上还要写上对收信人的称呼和他的地址。它一般位于信头的下方,信笺的左边顶格的位置。

正文(the body):有什么写什么即可。但注意五项基本原则。

结尾词和签名(complmentary close and signature):一般信函的结尾词用yours sincerely/truely/faithfully)。如果是公函则以yours respectfully结尾为多。亲密一些的私人信件则可以根据情况以yours ever/ affectionaely,love,等结尾。结尾词下方要求手写签名,手写签名下方打印签名。

附件和再启(enclosure and postscript):如果有附件,则可以按照这样的格式写:enclosure: xxx。如果有另外的事情需要补充,则可以用p.s.开头,表示“又启,又及”的意思。
