这个学期开始就一直在找实习，没办法，为了下学期能够找到一份好一点的工作，现在确实要多储存些资本才行了，

找实习的时候，我是属于比较挑的那一种，一般实习投简历有三不投：一是对技术要求太高的不投，不好意思，本人技术自认还不过关;二是销售类的职位不投，不想以后一直身上压着座任务大山过日子;三不投的就是外企，其实外企的工作氛围我还是比较喜欢的，之前有幸在一个知名外企实习了一小段时间，很享受那种与上司，甚至是上上司平起平坐的感觉，感觉外企的企业文化很尊重人的知识，你对于任何人的观点都可以表达自己的看法，或者是提出异议，一般情况下，只要你说的有道理，那么就会被认可，因此，即使向来不喜欢发表意见的我，在这样的文化影响下，也总是会不自觉地把自己的看法跟上头的人进行交流，所幸每次的结果都还不错。但是，外企唯一让我望而却步的地方就是英语，很头痛，长期没碰英语的下场就是现在感觉自己的英语水平已经惨不忍睹了。

这个学期以来，大大小小的简历投了有十几份吧，很少去关注以英语为主要语言的实习招聘，唯一的例外只有两个，一个是箭牌，一个就是IBM了。发现我跟快速消费品行业硬是不对头，记得大四的时候投过一次高露洁，当时就想着玩一下，还是第一次做那种英语式的开放性题目，然后就很乖很乖地去想用中文应该怎么答，然后再一句句地翻译成英文，不过很可惜，最后还是被BS了，唉，算是挺惨痛的经历吧。箭牌的这个也是，居然在简历关就把我刷掉了，着实是惨败啊。

于是，在箭牌之后，我决定了，以后看到相关用英语进行招聘的，一概直接翻过，不去细看。不过IBM这个实在是很凑巧很凑巧，居然从大职位描述，到简历投递，都是中文的，当时就觉得有点奇怪，不过看到简历要求要填的东西并不多，因此也就顺便投了一下。接下来就将之抛之脑后了，不过居然误打误撞地就进了笔试。那天看到邮箱里的通知的时候，有点无语，之前在bbs上有看过他们的笔试介绍，总结出来就是很诡异，超级诡异的笔试类型，据说是传说中的压力型笔试(之前有听过压力型面试的，笔试还是第一次听说)，最经典的就是要4分钟以内做20道序列题，当然前面还有13分钟应该完成的15道矩阵题，以及15分钟要完成的12道应用计算题。不过这些都不是最震撼的，最震撼的是，全部内容都会是英文的……

当时的心理是，有点被吓到了，感觉骑虎难下，但是想着算了，难得能够去见识一下传说中如此诡异的笔试方式，顺便把自己的计算能力及英语阅读能力也考一下，挺不错的，因此就很果断地按下了参加笔试的答复。后来从YG那边才知道，他在简历关就被刷掉了，看来这个笔试机会还是来之不易的，幸亏自己没有把它BS掉。笔试当天心态超级好，在矩阵题的时候，13分钟里都已经过去了10分钟，我还没把第一部分的.题目看明白，所以当监考的HRJJ说还剩下3分钟的时候，有点无语，赶紧以非人的速度，把前面的12道题随便瞄了一下，就把答案涂上，居然发现还有点时间，然后最后三道题又诡异地有点简单，于是就认认真真做了这三道题，OK，第一部分算是蒙过去了，

第二部分是序列，虽然题量很多，时间很少，但是因为都是数字，没有什么英语，所以做得还算顺手，中间有几道题不会做，我直接就很果断地跳过去。第三部分是应用计算题，貌似这个是我的强项，当hrjj跟我们说还剩五分钟的时候，发现我这边就只剩下两三道题了，感觉绰绰有余。后来考完试跟同去的人一交流，他们都觉得很不可思议，因为其他的不说，最后一部分都感觉时间不够。

值得一提的是，这个笔试的诡异之处还在于其规定了题目可以不答，但是答错了要扣四分之一的分数。无奈本人确实比较勇猛，心态好到前所未有的地步，居然概率论地算了一下，比如现在有四道题不会做，我随便蒙，那么即使只有一道蒙中了，那还是可以得到0.25分，因此觉得不蒙白不蒙，结果答题卡上，我算是全涂满了。后来交卷的时候才看到，其他人都是很保险的，除了会做的，其他的都空着，唉，估计我是因为太不在乎所以才可以这么潇洒吧。

交完卷之后，听前面的人喊了句，真爽，可以全部靠猜的!然后发现，我心里最想冒出来的一个字居然也是，爽!呵呵。笔试完之后就将之丢到一边，本来就纯粹冲着考英语跟计算去的，所以目的达到，也就没什么好想的了。但是，诡异的事情又发生了，1号的时候，跟YY正打着火锅呢，居然就接到那边的电话，通知我过去参加面试(据说IBM的面试顺序是按笔试成绩来安排的，我估计笔试考得还不错)。后来才知道我们班几个过去参加笔试的都死在这一关了，没有进面试，另一个接到面试通知的也是到4号才接到的通知。不过这些都是后话了，当时的我还不知道，只是再一次无语，然后跟电话那边的hrjj说了声，不好意思，我明天没时间去参加这个面试。(后来知道这种说法会让引起众怒，不过当时确实是这样的情况，因为要到YGGJ上班，所以也没办法。)不过没想到hrjj居然超级好，问我，那你什么时候有时间呢?再一次无语，不过还是说了，4号吧。然后那边就说，行，那我们给你安排到4号面试，还是一样的时间地点，好吗?个人觉得hrjj实在非常好人又敬业，所以就说了声，好啊，谢谢。

后来发现还是有点小问题，面试的地点时间一改再改，加上最初给我的安排，前前后后一共改了四次。不过4号早上还是如期去参加面试了。由于前面的两天一直在上班，3号晚上还加班到晚上十二点多，所以都没有时间去准备一下，只是隐约知道，面试会有两部分，中文加英文。唉，算是还好，不是全英的。不过4号早上还是一大早六点就爬起来看了下我报的职位介绍(后来证明还是明智之举，因为hrjj问的第一个问题就是，你觉得你报的这个职位是做什么的……)中文面试过程基本还算顺利吧，没有什么出色的表现，还是按照我自己的情况来回答。就在我庆幸莫非面试就这样结束，居然没有英文的时候，hrjj居然说了一句，好，最后请用英文总结一下你今天的表现。结果就是惨不忍睹，用中文我可能都不知道怎么去总结，更何况是英文，唉，有多惨就别提了。最后实在说不下去了，幸亏那位jj真的非常好人，一直很和蔼地听着，最后还很亲切地跟我说，好了，面试结果会在一周内给出。我就说了声谢谢，然后离开。还是挺受打击的，英语水平太不行了。
