二、面试自我介绍要点——成长经历(making a self-introduction ——developing history)
一个简单的英文自我介绍，这一问题并非在请你大谈你的.个人历史。考官是要在你的介绍中寻找有关你性格、资历、志向和生活动力的线索。来判断你是否适合读mba。你可以先介绍一下成长的经历，出生地和毕业学校等内容。在这一部分要介绍的有些特色，让老师在听几十个人流水帐式的介绍中增加一点乐趣，就权且当作mba人际关系管理的第一个挑战吧!

有些考生的自我介绍不是说出来而是唱出来的。有位考生的开场白就是一首歌：“蓝蓝的天上白云飘，白云下面马儿跑！大家好，我是来自内蒙古的考生×××。”这样的开场显得比较特别，当然也比较冒险，因为并不是所有的考官都喜欢这种带有表演成分的开场白。

强调自身特点
每个人都有自己的特点或特性，而这些特点或特性就是你区别于他人的重要标志。例如，笔者见过的一个辽宁籍学生，他的自我介绍就很有特点，他的开场白是这样的：“大家好，我是×××，我的家乡在辽宁省抚顺市新宾满族自治县，这里是努尔哈赤起兵的地方，我的祖先是镶黄旗，我的身体里流淌着贵族的血液。”这个考生的介绍显得比较新颖，我们且不去管他是否真的是贵族，仅凭他抛出的“努尔哈赤”、“镶黄旗”、“起兵”这几个词，就已经让他与其他考生区分开来了。这个开场白无疑是比较成功的，考生利用自己是少数民族这一特点，结合当地特有的历史，使自己与历史中的著名帝王联系起来，让考官立刻记住了这个满族小伙子。还有一位来自广州的考生，他在自我介绍的时候先说的是粤语，然后再用普通话解释，这种具有浓郁地方特色的语言，很容易引起考官的注意。这里，笔者也要提醒同学们，方言虽然很有特色，但切不可多用，毕竟普通话才是我们日常交流的标准用语。
巧用名字
自我介绍的一个主要目的就是为了让考官认识并记住你，我们在上面提到类似名字这样的基础信息是一定要传递给考官的，同时为了加深他们对你名字的印象，我们可以采用以下几种方法。首先是用名字组词，如你的名字是李安，你就可以这样说：各位老师好！我叫李安，李是李世民的李，安是安邦定国的安，父母给我起这样的名字就是希望我能像李世民一样有安邦定国的气魄。当然，接下来你还可以说：有一位著名导演的名字和我一样，我也非常喜欢他的电影。这里，当提到这些专业知识的时候，考生应做好心理准备，因为老师很可能在下一阶段就你提到的导演向你发问。如果此时你只知道《卧虎藏龙》《色·戒》，知识面会显得有些狭窄，而且和你自己提到非常喜欢李安的电影也是自相矛盾的。所以，同学们在自我介绍时，如果要提到某个导演或是某个演员，最好对他们有一些相对深入的了解和个人见解，因为面试时考官有百分之八十的可能会继续发问。其次是解释自己的名字，如果你的名字有其他含义，此时可以解释一下加深考官对你名字的印象。例如，一个学生名叫杜蘅，她是这样介绍的：“各位老师，也许我的名字听起来像一个男孩的名字，但是我父母给我起这样的名字是别有一番含义的。据《山海经》记载，杜蘅是一种香草，花被筒钟状，暗紫色，全草入药，可提取芳香油。父母希望我能够具备杜蘅的品格，清新淡雅，洁身自好。”还有一个男生叫吴阿蒙，他的解释也很有意思：“我的名字取自“吴下阿蒙”这个词，一般用来比喻人学识尚浅。父母给我取这样的名字就是警示我不要做吴下阿蒙，要做一个有学识、有见地的人。”相信世间所有的父母在给孩子起名字时都是经过深思熟虑的，也都意义深远，可以说名字是父母送给我们的宝贵财富，所以在自我介绍时，我们应该好好利用这笔财富。

一、寻找恰当的理由(cover story)——供初学者参考
客户：提前查询对方职位的主要工作，以此为借口打开话题
hr：
1. 以某招聘网站的举报答谢会，讲座等理由;
2. 刚刚进行完电话面试，突然断了。(是公司分机号的为佳)
财务类：
1. 财政局的,查会计信用等级。(语气一定要坚定，勿乱阵脚)
2. 税务方面的审核
设计策划类：
1. 对方客户的一些方案沟通;
营销部：
1. 相关产品介绍
2. 客户公司已有合作的后期沟通
百货商业类：

朋友类：
一般以手机丢失等理由失去手机号，只能查到公司号码为由，前提是有该候选人的详细信息，可以通过客户身份获得。但注意通话间隔。
二、注意思维的灵活性
同一种理由未必适合所有的目标公司，可以多种可能性试试。对于有分机号的公司，也可以尝试跳过前台随便转到其他部门(一般分机号以3-4位为主，可以试着寻找该公司的招聘信息看看电话号码的构成)，通过其他部门进行转接的效果一般会优于前台。
三、注意倾听
电话沟通我们难以看到对方，但也可以通过对方的语气进行初步判断，有的新人前台比较容易转接电话。当感到对方很忙的时候，有时不必说过多理由，直接提出目标。篇二：人事部演讲稿
