些基础不好的学生，他们是课堂里的“沉默者”，基于这些学生的实际情况， 本堂课我遵循了“以人为本”的教学理念，倡导快乐教学，让学生在轻松，愉快的`氛围中，了解新知，掌握难点，运用语言。我鼓励学生“大胆说，快乐学，灵活用”。为了激发学生的兴趣，我运用韵句和自由谈话进行热身，拉近了师生距离，调动了课堂气氛。在新授环节，我综合运用了多媒体课件和分组比赛等多种形式，在活泼有趣的活动中，一些不开口的学生开始说话了，积极地投入到课堂的学习中来，真正达到了“在玩中学”的目的。 虽然这堂课在设计方面有一些不足，但从学生的学习效果来看，已达到了既定的教学目标。为了把课内知识延伸到课外，我让学生制作一期以“我最喜欢的地方”为主题的英语小报。学生在制作小报的同时，不仅扩大了知识面，更激发了他们对祖国大好河山的热爱。

通过Unit6《What do they want?》Period1在教学中的实践，我发现自己在本次的教学中还存在以下的问题：

1、好的方面：

本节课教师通过各种不同的方式引出单词，避免了单一枯燥的学习形式，使学生始终保持积极的态度投入每一个环节的学习中，在主动探究的过程中，能熟练运用单词和句型进行提问和回答。充分调动了学生的注意力，使学生产生浓厚的兴趣，极大地调动了学习主动性，为整堂课的教学做了很好的铺垫。 教学过程中也紧紧围绕单词句型相结合，借助游戏、课堂活动等营造了一个让学生自己感兴趣的空间氛围，而且围绕任务主线来开展教学，使到每个环节之间过渡自然，条理清晰，层次分明。促进了师生互动、生生互动，合作学习的良好局面。收到良好的教学效果。

2、不足的地方：

（1）操练句型时want 不够透彻，有部分学生受前面的句型影响，习惯用like来代替。把What do you want ?说成 What do you like?

（2）课堂活动的时间分配较少，导致检查力度不够。

教学反思

我们年轻教师提供了一个不断发展和提高的教学平台。作为刚刚走上教坛还不久的我，只有在课堂教学中不断地去实践、打磨，并通过同行们的指导，才能收到一节“自我感觉良好”的`课。在四年级Unit6《What do they want?》Period3语音教学中，我觉得自己在教学过程中总体表现还行，但也存在一定的问题，以下谈谈我个人的看法：

1、好的方面：

本节课学生都能投入到每个环节中，学生对游戏和表演环节，特别的热衷。这表明了该年龄段学生的特点。教学过程中营造一种让学生轻松的气氛，让学生在笑声中学习知识，更主要培养学生的自主学习的能力，来激发学生的兴趣，充分调动学生的积极性和主动性。以鼓励教学为主，引导学生表现自我，增强自信，体验成功的感觉。

2、不足之处：

（1）单词教学形式教为单一，可从多角度教学单词；

（2）单词读时操练不够，造成CHANT表演时有的学生还不够熟练。

作为一名年轻的老师，我认为必须不断进取，善于在实践中总结经验与教训，取长补短，才能在自己的教学生涯上有所建树。

教学反思，不断进取

一节优质的课要需要不断地去打磨才可到达成功的彼岸。在《What do they want?》Period2教学过程中，课后我认为还有许多地方需要改进的。下面谈谈自己在此方面的一些感受。

1、本节课中注意了小学英语教学中突出情境教学。以穷人孩子的图片进行引入，整课围绕帮助孩子进行教学。注意让学生在活动中去学习英语。在教学过程中，游戏、竞赛等活动都是小学生非常喜欢的。在这些活动中，小学生通过比赛，合作交流把英语学习看成是一件乐事。同时，设计的活动贴近小学生的生活实际，使学生易学乐学，真正“动”了起来。在活动中，还注重了文化渗透和德育渗透，充分体现了新课标的教学理念。

2、在本节课中，教师在教学设计的处理上还有欠缺。学生对于单数与复数的掌握与运用还有待训练。课堂上要充分利用各种资源，为课堂教学服务。备课除了备教材，备学生还要备资源。给学生提供贴近学生实际、贴近生活、贴近时代的内容健康和丰富的课程资源；要积极利用音像、电视、书刊杂志、网络信息等丰富的教学资源，拓展学习和运用英语的渠道。

3、在本节课中，我也发现了一些问题，比如：如何更好的把握教材，整合各种资源进行辅助教学？如何才能通过各种活动更加有效地提高课堂教学效率？面对实际教学，只有不断的反思才能更有效地教学。教学之余，要留有足够的空间与时间，让自己像过电影似的再现课堂教学的情景，及时捕捉问题。我们可以在每节英语课结束后，利用几分钟的时间在教案中每一环节记录下自己认为在实际教学中认为值得探讨或改进的地方。我们可以以下方面进行反思：

1.我今天的课堂教学有效吗？

2.我设计的教学活动合理吗？

3.学生都主动参与了吗？参与的程度是怎么？这样的参与对他们有效吗？

4.我面对几个学生来开展我的英语教学？有多少学生被我遗忘了？
