一期的班主任工作很快结束,我就谈谈我本学期的具体工作和具体做法。在考虑对学生的要求之前,我先确定好对自己的要求:做到爱每一个学生;尽量公平对待学生,不偏袒任何一个学生、也不能歧视任何一个学生;勇于在学生面前承认自己的错误。我认为只有具备这几点,班主任的教育才有说服力。确定好对自己的要求后,我又制定了对学生的要求。
一、狠抓习惯
有人作过这样的比喻:学生的心田是一块奇怪的土地,你播下思想的种子,就会获得行为的收获;你播下习惯的种子,就会获得品德的收获;你播下品德的种子,就会获得命运的收获。因此作为班主任抓好学生的行为规范对培养学生良好的品德起着极其重要的作用。
本学年我重点培养学生的以下几个习惯:
1、培养学生的惜时习惯。
2、上好每一节课。要求每一节课都不能迟到,要求学生“学会倾听”,在课堂上,尊重老师的劳动,尊重知识,遵守纪律。要求学生要放得开,收得住。要配合老师上好每一节课。
3、强化自习纪律。要求学生必须安安静静的上自习,不准说话,确保自习的质量。
二、严抓课堂纪律
课堂纪律的好坏直接影响到班级学风的形成,学生学习积极性的高低,对班级的看法和学生本身对班级的凝聚力。可以说,一个班级如果没有良好的纪律,那么这个班级洽谈室要走向失败。
三、创和谐班级
我认为,成人比成材更重要,要培养对社会有用的人,要让学生成为建设祖国的栋梁,必须要有强烈的社会责任感,积极向上的团队合作精神,丰富的文化科学知识以及健康的身体和心理。为此我还策划了很多的活动,如:主题班会,学习经验交流会,都交给学生们自己组织安排,既锻炼了能力,又给班级带来了活力,还给同学们带来了很多的快乐!
四、加强和学生家长的联系
(1)学生有一半时间是在家里度过的,一个学生在家里学习情况的好坏,在很大程度上决定了这几个同学学习成绩的好坏。而老师很难知道学生在家里的学习情况,就是知道,也难以解决。因此,有必要密切联系学生家长,和学生家长多谈谈,了解学生在家中的表现,让学生家长也了解一下学生在校的表现,共同督促学生认真学习。
(2)召开家长会。这一学期学校召开了家长会。针对初二学生的特点进行了分析,要求每一位家长切实做好这一青春期的教育,和孩子一起平稳的过渡到初三,家长们受益匪浅。我让每个学生给自己的家长写了一封信,一方面汇报自己的学习成绩分析自己的得与失,另一方面和家长说说心里话,进行心灵的沟通。孩子们用真诚打动了父母,使他们真的走近了,使他们真的沟通了。家长对我也越来越信任了,家里的事情,孩子的事情,工作的事情,我们有很多的交流,这对我的工作也有了很大的帮助。家长会及时地让家长了解了学生的在校情况,互通有无,方便了班主任思想工作,加强了班级管理。
五、服从学校大局的安排,扩大我班在学校的影响。
针对他的情况, 我首先从他的家庭入手, 了解他不好习惯的来源。利用家访的机会, 我与他的家人取得联系。从中得知, 他从小就有心脏病, 前年刚做完手术, 而爸爸妈妈都在外地打工, 他没上学前班, 现在妈妈一直在陪着他, 只是关心身体和生活, 忽略了孩子的教育。因为他这种情况, 家长处处迁就他, 使他养成了这种性格。和他的家长谈完话, 家长愿意和老师配合, 监督他。现在他完成作业的情况变好了。我在学校经常对他进行思想教育, 上课时多夸他, 教育他等。经过一段时间, 季同学每天坚持完成作业, 书写认真, 学习态度端正。进步的孩子都值得表扬, 在课堂教学中, 我及时表扬他, 班级中的事情尽量叫他去完成, 让他感受到老师在关注他。其次, 充分发挥集体和班干部的力量。我组织几名同学来帮助他, 把品学兼优的班长调去和他同桌, 跟他一起玩, 一起做作业, 让他感受到同学对他的帮助。使他养成课堂上不再讲闲话、遵守纪律的好习惯。为了让他找到自己在班级的位置, 树立自信心, 我决定让他负责教室的开 (关) 灯工作。经过一段时间的观察, 我发现他有了可喜的进步。再次与他聊天的时候, 他告诉我, 现在他在班里很快乐, 因为他觉得老师喜欢他, 自己是班级不可或缺的一员。现在的他, 是我们班里的小明星, 还是老师的得力“小助手”。班主任如何在班级中与学生相处融洽, 使学生快乐地学习、成长呢?
1.与家长多沟通, 用爱心感化
每个问题学生都有不为人知的一面。对于班主任来讲, 不能因为他难管, 就置之不理。教育学生, 首先要与学生家长之间建立一座家校连接的桥梁。本案例的家访就是很好的方法, 了解学生的家庭背景, 性格的养成, 这样老师才能有针对性地解决问题。对于季同学这样的孩子, 要多与家长沟通, 敞开心扉, 以关爱之心来触动他的心弦。对学生“动之以情, 晓之以理”, 用师爱去温暖他, 用情去感化他, 用理去说服他, 从而促使他主动地认识并改正错误。
2.展开友情攻势, 感化学生
学生在学校相处时间最长的是同班同学, 同学互助的力量有时胜过老师的力量。同学之间的和睦相处, 是建立友谊的桥梁, 成为无话不说的好朋友。融洽的同学情谊能使学生在学校中快乐地学习、生活。同时, 班主任要在其中起到引导作用, 通过引导同学之间相互教育、感染, 可促进同学间的情感交流, 转变学困生的学习态度, 使其努力积极地学习。
3.在班集体中找到自己的位置
班主任要让每一个学生都感觉到自己是班级的一员, 让每个学生都有班级荣誉感。在本案例中, 我让季同学负责灯的开关工作, 既是任务, 也是给他的信任, 这样能使他找准自己在班级的位置, 从而肯定自己。
作为一个教育工作者, 我们应以赏识的眼光和积极心态看待每一个学生, 善于发现他们的闪光点。有了老师的信任、尊重、理解, 学生才能更好地成长。

在实行素质教育、加强课程改革、注重学生能力的今天,创建一个良好的班集体,培育学生完整的人格,是班主任肩上责无旁贷的重任。班主任是一个班集体的组织者,领导者和教育者。为使一个班形成坚强的集体,学生能按照培养目标,成长为德、智、体全面发展的一代新人,在班主任工作中,我将会不断学习、探索,创造性的开展工作。
一、以身作则,为人师表。
班主任不仅仅是一个班级的组织者和管理者,更是一个班级的教育者。和其他任课老师相比,班主任所担负的对学生的教育责任更重。平时与学生相处的时间比其他老师要多得多,因此班主任的一举一动,都将对学生产生较大的影响。俗话说:“身教重于言教。”老师的外在行为表现对学生具有一种榜样和示范的作用,会对学生产生潜移默化的影响,尤其是对辨别能力、自控能
力较差的低年级孩子,影响尤为突出。因此,在平时与学生相处的时时刻刻,我要严格要求自己,做到“要学生做到的,老师先要做到”。比如,要求学生做到随捡,在平时,我看到地上有纸屑时,总是弯下腰去捡起来,我发现,那些近旁的学生看到我这样做之后,也在地上搜索是否有纸屑了。教育学生讲文明懂礼貌,那么我也会主动跟学生问好,说谢谢你之类的礼貌用语,孩子也会自然地用礼貌用语来回答我。这样的一种正面影响一定能有益学生的发展。
二、加强思想品德的教育。
班主任的基本任务是对学生进行思想品德教育,使他们的身心得到全面健康的发展。对于一年级的孩子来说,正是接受各方面教育的最佳时机,除了学习,我想更为重要的是教会他们认识世界,明辨是非,学习怎样做人。因此我利用每周一的班会,结合国旗下讲话的内容,在班会课上做相应的安排。比如在学习《温暖》一课的时候,我就请小朋友事先找找有关雷锋叔叔的资料或书籍,利用班会课来交流小故事,说说我们要学习雷
锋叔叔的哪些精神;在进行环保教育宣传时,我会和孩子们讲一些地球环境的现状,引发孩子们环境危机感,再请小朋友来当“环保小卫士”,给环境保护支招;在进行安全宣传时,我就结合日常生活中的事例让学生来评一评,说一说,议一议……此外,我还利用班会课,和小朋友们开展各种活动:比如植树节时让他们通过自制小标签的形式督促自己保护周围的一草一木;母亲节的时候,让孩子们给亲爱的妈妈或奶奶送份节日的祝福或帮他们做件好事;开展以“争做文明礼貌小标兵”为教育主题开展了活泼生动的主题班会;把班级分成七个互助小组,让学生在互助小组中通过多种形式的互助活动互相帮助,取长补短,共同进步。
三、加强班级管理,培养学生能力。
如何在日常的班级管理中让学生养成良好的习惯、培养学生能力呢?我尝试让班级管理成为大家的事,让学生成为班级管理的主人,也同时在这样的过程中培养他们的能力。因此尝试以下的做法:
1、由小组负责打扫卫生。
卫生由每个小组负责,采用轮流值日的方法,选好卫生小组长,由组长分派任务,按照值日工作的顺序进行打扫卫生,打扫完毕后,将卫生用具放回原位,然后在卫生值日本上作好相关的记录并由组长负责检查值日情况。
2、对于课间纪律稍差,在经过提醒之后仍旧不改的小朋友,我也会采取小小的惩罚。比如在他跑得满头大汗的时候,我会请他回到自己的座位上休息,当然不忘对他说“可以预习下节课要上的内容”,有些喜欢打闹的孩子,我则会请他来帮我做事,比如整理本子,收发本子,拖拖地,抹抹桌子……换个方式让他手不闲着,最后也不忘夸一句“你的手真会帮老师做事”这样做的目的是让孩子体会到有所作为的快乐,从而进行文明的课间活动。
3、让学生展示自我,树立自信。
一年级学生活泼好动,好表现自己,在多种多样的活动中,能够让他们更加迅速快乐地成长。在班级中,我努力搭建学生展示的舞台,利用学校网站这样一个良
好的平台,将学生每周写话选取一些优秀的发到网上,让更多的孩子和家长能够看到,并且在课上朗读学生的作品,学生的反应热烈,写话的兴趣也更浓厚了。此外利用班会开展一些小活动,诸如:寓言故事比赛,成语故事,童话故事比赛等来益智身心,鼓励孩子为大家表演,增强自信。
4、特殊学生的教育。
一个班中总是有一些学生的成绩稍差一些,长此以往,定会拖班级的后腿。因此,我会利用一些课间时间来帮助他们,在作业上有困难的,就一道一道题跟他一起做。当然课间的时间基本上是不够的,因为还要去注意其他小朋友的课间活动情况。因此大多数情况是在放学之后或午休时间,单独留下几个学习有困难的学生进行补习。主要是帮助他们完成当天的作业和订正,还会和他们明确回家作业的要求,此外再对课文或字词方面不理解的进行辅导讲解。班中还有几个学生的学习、生活习惯很不好,比如插嘴现象很严重,坐立姿势也不端正,针对这种情况,我主要将他们分散在班级中,有个
别特别调皮的就安排他们坐在最前面,上课经常提醒提醒,也便于管理。
5、家校沟通,携手共进。
孩子的教育离不开老师和家长的共同协作,因此,经常与家长取得联系是我们的责任,也是义务。孩子在家中的表现只能通过家长来获悉,同样学生在学校的表现也应及时反馈给家长,只有双管齐下,才能收到教育的效果。因此,在本学期中,我利用家访这一平台,主动与家长们保持联系,将一些孩子的表现通知家长,共同商量对策,也利用班级网站、或是平时放学时与多位家长进行交流。当然我做的还很不够,有时是缺少了会发现的眼睛,而有时是做了半途而废的逃兵,因此才让班级管理出现了很多不尽人意的地方,可以说班主任工作是任重道远。
光阴荏苒,班主任工作还在继续而且千头万绪,要想带好一个班级确实值得我们去研究,去多想想方法,特别是像我们这样的青年教师。但我相信只要我们心中真诚的为孩子,为孩子的健康成长而付出,以提升孩子生

一、对学生进行思想品德教育
本期我从本班学生的实际出发,有计划地通过班会,晨会向学生讲解《小学生守则》、《小学生日常行为规范》,对学生进行文明行为习惯的训练,组织学生参加义务修路的公益劳动,并结合学科教学对学生进行深入细致的思想品德教育,经常向他们介绍英雄模范的事迹,培养学生良好的道德品质。
二、积极组织学生参加课外活动
本期我把课外活动作为渗透德育的重要途径,积极组织学生参加课外活动。如组织课外阅读小组,阅读中华传统美德教育读本,爱国主义教育读本等书籍,培养学生的爱国主义精神和传统美德意识。
三、加强班级常规管理,培养良好的班集体
本期,我班后进生比较多,组织纪律观念淡薄。为此我严抓课间,课后组织纪律,一是加强对学生理想对学生理想前途和纪律的教育,使学生明确学习目的,增强纪律观念。二是切实制定课堂规则,对学生进行严格的常规训练。三是健全班队组织,通过民主选举、教师集中对学生培训,让班干部轮流值日充当“小班主任”负责检查,记录当日学生学习、纪律、卫生等方面的情况,通过周评、月评、期末总评、设置多种奖项,激励学生奋发向上,形成正确的集体舆论,充分发挥学生“主人翁”作用,促进了班风、学风的根本好转。
四、全面关心学生,切实做好“后进生”转化工作
本期我认真履行班主任职责,无论在学习上、生活上、思想上都给予学生全面的关心。肖兰、李业刚来学校的那段时间,上课总是提不起精神,爱打瞌睡,下了课就哭着要回家。我经过仔细了解,得知他们刚开蒙初入学,一时适应不过来。于是,我经常找他们谈心,时时给予慈父般的关照,让他们感到学校就像自己的家一样。有一次,我叫王林辉背古诗,他连简单的“天”、“白”都不认识,生字就更不用说了,为了帮助他树立信心,我从最基本的知识补起。
点点滴滴总是情,方方面面都是爱,一个学期来,我把心血灌在学生身上,我班在学习、卫生、纪律各方面都有了起色,期末还被评为校优秀班集体。
我的工作虽然取得了一点点成绩,但离高标准的要求差距还很大。今后我一定加倍努力,争取再创佳绩。

一年来,我担任五年级一班的班主任工作。在全体同学的共同努力下,取得了一定的成绩,还存在许多不足。为了今后的工作能够取长补短,更好的开展下去,特总结如下。
我主要做好以下几方面的工作:

2、加强思想教育工作,把德育工作放在首位,认真组织好班队会。使用好《弟子规》,做到认真备课,重视《班主任手册》的利用。利用晨会、班队会等时间,深化爱国主义教育,激发学生热爱队组织,热爱祖国,争做社会主义合格建设者和接班人的情感。进行勤俭节约、艰苦朴素、尊老爱幼、乐于助人等传统美德的教育。同时利用一切可利用的时间向学生进行卫生、路队、两操、礼仪等常规教育,将全班学生分为八个小组,设立评比栏,每周一小结,每月一总结,综合评定出最佳小组,给予“红旗小组”的荣誉称号。经常随学生活动并时时督导,不让学生松懈。组织学生开展各种活动,让学生明白“参与就是进步,提高就有奖励。”培养他们的自学、自理、自护、自强自律精神和能力。
3、创设良好的班级氛围。充分发挥班干部的作用,合理分工各负其责,给他们充分的权利,让他们根据自己的管理计划管理班级,并及时总结,找出不足,以利再战。平等对待每一位学生,努力发现它们的闪光点,及时表扬,从而提高后进生的自信心。指导学生科学利用课外时间,多读有益的书籍,收看《新闻联播》节目,关心国家大事。鼓励学生参加兴趣小组,挖掘自身潜能,提高创新能力和实践能力。指导学生多帮家长干一些力所能及的家务活,提高自立能力。尊重学生家长,积极主动的与家长联系,认真听取意见和建议,共同探讨科学的教育方法。
4、努力培养学生的竞争意识。根据大队部计划,组织学生参加丰富多彩的比赛活动,做到赛前积极准备,认真指导,赛后认真总结,通过比赛,锻炼学生的意志,提高学生竞争意识,发展学生的各种能力,以适应未来的社会竞争。

三、积极抓好学困生的转化工作。

基于领导的信任和厚爱,本学期我担任七年级(1)班班主任工作。这个班共有学生39人,男生20人,女生19人,比较活跃。就小升初入学成绩来看,语文底数最低,数学底数最高。非常特别。经过近一学期的探索,思考,我大致弄清了学生情况:接受能力不差,但是学习习惯不好,头脑灵活但不深入思考,好插嘴,好耍小聪明;学习稳定性,意志力明显不足,大部分家长监督不到位,是个大问题。针对这些情况,开学两周以内,我给自己定下任务,必须认得熟悉每一位同学,一个月以内,尽快认识并熟悉初一(1)班同学。精批作业,全面了解学生基本情况。感觉还不错。
杨佳睿担任我班班长,尹小帆纪律委员,常规管理抓得比较严,班级的常规管理也跟着必须完成各项要求,不拖年级后腿。一些同学家住得比较远,我耐心细致地做他们思想工作,要求路远的同学一定要留足够的时间在路上,安全第一,雨雪天气请家长一定要接送。密切配合学校的工作。校牌挂在胸前,弄一两个备用的,防止漏带。自行车牌一定要挂好,每天派两名同学轮流值日,负责排放整齐,课间看着,防止有人破坏。班级卫生以及环境卫生,我和劳动委员夏天下大力气狠抓,每天专人负责,轮流值日,教育学生不随地乱扔乱丢,养成良好的卫生习惯。班级里很少有纸屑和粉笔灰,放晚学各人架好板凳,值日生5分钟左右扫好地,关好门窗和灯,然后一起离开教室。不许单独先走。我班的环境卫生区是操场,面积比较大,所以费时较多,负责保洁的同学基本上还算认真。要盯着干。
我要求“入室则静,入座则学”这个良好的习惯还未养成,我不满意,非要老师在才有那么个样子,班干部需要培养,指导。
这一学期我们事情比较多,班套内老师能团结一致,不计较苦累,大家齐心协力,管理好学生,密切配合,经常交流心得。第一次月考和期中考试,我班基本完成各项任务:第一档:语文均分116.34,第一名,1班117.56,第5名,超5人,数学第9,英语第7,政治第6,历史第2;第二档:语文均分111.76,第2名,1班112.77,第7,数学第7,英语第7,政治第7,历史第2。继续努力。
我班有几位特殊学生。对这些学生,我尽量多关爱,学习上要求不太高,能学多少是多少。绝不允许别的同学欺负他们,该淡化的淡化,作业能写多少写多少,但一定要交。让他们得到应有的快乐。在这个集体中每一位同学都能感受到温暖。
我班调皮学生李文昊,对自己要求极不严格,皮厚,刚刚干过的错事坏事不承认,品行有些恶劣,要时刻盯住,下课派个学生跟着,看着他别干坏事。经常喊他到办公室背书,密切关注,有丝毫进步都表扬,必要时请家长陪读,就这样软硬兼施,半学期之后他才少惹麻烦,有点学生样子了。语文考试进3位数,全班同学为他鼓掌。他也露出了纯真的微笑。以后情况应该会越来越好。
作业喜欢偷懒的学生有陈玉龙,李汶昊,文耀武等。我根据小升初入学成绩,把全班S排列,男女生搭配好,编成10个学习小组。根据平时表现和学习成绩评比,打分。关于家长工作,我坚持每天批改家校联系本,让学生家长填写孩子在家表现,家长满意度多少。这样做能让学生在家中自觉接受父母的监管,防止逆反心理过早出现,效果还不错。开好三次家长会,逐层深入地讲各方面情况。主题分别是:细节决定成败,期中考试分析和态度决定高度。和家长统一认识,生活后勤站在孩子一边,学习一定要站在老师一边,护短没有丝毫意义。当好孩子的第一任老师,培养孩子对学习和家庭的责任感极其重要。和家长保持密切联系,手机24小时开机,有问题及时处理。保证不出事。
本学期圣诞晚会,我放手让班干部去组织,去弄,我把他们分三部分:班长负责带一些同学组织节目,主持人选好,然后分头准备串词,副班长负责带一些同学布置教室,文艺委员和团支部书记负责带一些同学买东西,搞好后勤。全体同学积极献计献策,想怎么玩说出来,各个学习小组必须出至少一个节目,结果出乎我的预料:同学们把简陋的板房教室布置得像模像样,节目演的跨越班级,大家玩得非常开心,对新的2013年充满期待,意犹未尽,下面就是努力,勤奋,付出行动啦。
