口译实习总结（推荐5篇）
这学期末我们进行了为期一周的口译实训，在原来的口译课的基础上又加强了练习强度。作为一名即将毕业的大四学生，在即将踏出大学校门之际，学校为我们安排这样的训练可谓用心良苦，我从其中获益良多。
这一周的口译实训，老师为我们介绍了优秀的口译员，为我们树立了榜样，在加强我们的弱项听力训练的同时，加强我们的现场翻译能力，其过程虽然有些累，但在老师的督促下，我们提升了不少，在听力方面自是不用说，老师还在我们翻译的过程中给我们纠正了许多错误，比如语音语调，增加了一些地道的英文翻译，同时还介绍了许多西方文化，对中西文化进行了简要对比，对我们在其他课程的学习上进行了补充和深化。
通过这次学习我们认识到，口译不仅仅考察一名语言学习者的语言，还考察了语言学习者的文化底蕴和随机应变的能力，在压力很大的情况下能否有较良好的心理素质，发挥出正常水平甚至超常水平。要想成为一个优秀的口译员，我要做的还很多很多，现在的水平是绝对不行的，我将来一定多加练习，多读中英文书报和文学原版书籍，听听力，练习口语，扩展知识面，提升自己的能力，为将来的工作做准备。
近年来，随着经济的发展，社会上开始大量的需要口译员，但要想成为一名优秀的口译员，我还要做很多，成功没有捷径，无论在学校内还是在学校外，好好学习吧，努力使自己变成一个对社会有用的人，也为自己的未来打基础。

随着中国经济的不断发展, 当前社会需要大量的综合型外语外事人才, 即翻译能力、百科知识、应变能力、综合素质均达到一定标准的, 可以高效完成客户需求的专业人才。专业实习为学生提供了从学校向社会过度的实践平台。翻译专业的开设, “在课程设置上要加大实践教学 (含专业实习) 的比重, 培养学生的实践能力、创新意识和就业能力”。这样学生可以巩固自己在课堂上所学习的翻译理论与技巧, 提升操作能力, 应变实际翻译场景中可能出现的问题。
一、传统院校本科翻译专业学生口译实习中存在的问题
1.任务不明确, 学生无法选择合适材料。普遍来说, 现在院校设置实习任务时未能向学生解释适合实践的口译材料, 也未规定汉译英与英译汉的比例。因此, 学生自行选择的音频类型宽泛, 英汉与汉英比例也出现很大差异。很多材料, 如:精读课文、电影等材料并不适合翻译专业本科阶段的实践。
2.无有效监督, 难以检测学生真实水平。本科生课业任务较多, 现实环境中能参加的校外实践项目较少, 而翻译专业实习往往安排在寒暑假期间, 学生一般会有如下不符合口译实践要求的操作:多次录音选择表现最好的一次上交、直接念已有的译文或原文音频全部结束后才出现自己的口译录音。专业实习应该为模拟职业环境下即席进行的活动, 而不合规范的操作不仅不能够检测学生的真实水平, 也不利于培养其作为译员职业素养。
3.实习形式化, 与课堂教学脱节。实践应该是反向指导教学的有效途径。专业实习涉及的人数多、时间紧。因此教师多选择摘取简单段落给出分数与评语, 在后续的教学活动中未能把学生的实习内容当作教学案例。这样就让学生产生误区, 认为翻译专业实习只是一种形式, 他们对口译的兴趣也会逐渐减少。
此外, 很多高校在本科生教学阶段并未开设机辅类课程。学生在录音时往往会使用各种设备, 录音格式与单项时长也多种多样。综上所述, 笔者认为, 不符合目的的教学实践不利于提升学生的翻译能力、也不利于培养译员翻译的职业化意识。
二、本科翻译专业学生口译专业实习模式改革策略
1.项目前期:明确口译任务。在项目前期, 教师应建立明确的教学计划。其中包括时间、主题、进行模式等。比如, 第一周主题为水污染治理, 英汉、汉英口译各两组发言。学生将就发言轮流做口译实践。因此应提前让学生做译前准备并给出准备方向, 如:水污染的概念、当前中国水污染存在的问题等。鼓励学生查找可能会出现的词条翻译, 并搜索相应的环保知识, 培养其良好的译前准备习惯。可以安排老师或学生做发言人, 但更建议会议或活动发言人是在某一真实机构任职的工作人员, 其他专业的教师或硕博士生, 他们都是各领域的专家, 接受我们的邀请担任志愿者发言人。
2.项目执行:标准化操作。实践进行的场所建议在学校的口译实习基地或同传间。按照主持人介绍, 发言人发言与译员口译的方式进行, 现场同步以ppt形式播放发言大纲, 完全模拟真实的口译活动场景。活动期间全程录音, 并要求各学生对自己负责口译的部分进行录音。要求暂时做“观众”的学生全程注意力集中, 自行在场下记笔记并做 “mental interpretation”, 并在口译活动结束后给出自己的感想。这样可以有效调动全场同学参与到实践过程中, 并逐渐反思如何通过努力提升自己的口译水平与做翻译的综合素质。
3.结项:教师综合评价与学生实践反思。教师应客观、综合地给出学生的实践成绩。评价结果可依据学生的口译技能、应急能力处理、职业素养等标准并体现在学生实践报告上。按A (优秀) , B (良好) , C (不合格) 三项划分, 并给出实践评语。评语要按照评价标准详细描述学生存在的优点与职业方向上需要注意的问题, 同时要求其在实践报告上体现实践心得, 如:任务描述、实践中存在的问题与自我反思。这样的双向互动有助于学生自我思考并辅助其进一步提高自己的口译水平。
此外, 口译实践材料还可以作为口译课堂的教学案例, 在教师的指导下进行口译练习与讲解。还建议在专业实习的不同阶段开展计算机辅助软件教学与实践, 如:SDL Trados与adobe audition软件的使用并鼓励学生学习项目管理知识。
三、结语
随着时代的不断发展, 口译的形式与内涵也在不断发生变化, 对于口译教学也提出了新的挑战。作为教学环节的重要环节, 口译专业实习对于应对于推动翻译的职业化起到了很大的作用。这就要求我们模拟实际情景, 根据学生与地方需求设置合适的专业实习模式, 提升学生的口译能力与作为职业译员的综合素质, 培养符合社会需求的应用型、复合型口译人才。

译员的译后总结既包括词汇层面，也包括概念、背景层面。词汇层面的总结主要是对口译过程中出现的新词汇、专业词汇等加以分类梳理，形成特定领域的词汇表。译后总结时编制的词汇表较之译前准备中制作的词汇表更为完善，更具针对性，因为此时的词汇表涵盖的不仅是译员预测会议中将会出现的词汇，还包括实际在会议过程中用到的词汇，这些词汇很可能在将来类似的会议中多次重现。
同时，译后总结也是一个译员自我检讨的过程。人们常说，口译是一门“遗憾的艺术”。的确，相比笔译，口译员在现场工作时没有充裕的时间“玩味”原文和“斟酌”译文，而是必须在几分钟，甚至数秒钟之内完成理解、转换和表达的全过程。因此，在一场几个小时的口译活动中，出现个别或少量“错误”是可以理解的。但负责任的译员一定会在工作完成后认真反思自己在口译过程中遇到的问题，避免再次出现同样的问题。
有一次，一位译员为中国官员与美国金融家担任交传译员。在会议前，译员了解了双方的背景，也预测了双方可能讨论的内容。然而在现场谈话中，中方忽然提到一位澳大利亚的诺贝尔医学奖获得者，并介绍说他研究的是“幽门螺旋杆菌”。这个医学名词的出现是译员万万没有预想到的。而当时现场没有可以请教的专家，也不能中断翻译进行查询，于是译员就将中方讲话处理为“Heis an expert on gastro-diseases”，从而保证了会谈顺利进行下去。但在会谈后，译员立即查询了该词的正确译法“Helicobacter pylori”，并将其加入会议相关的词汇表中。正所谓“亡羊补牢，犹未为晚”，如果再次遇到同一词汇，就不会再出现同样的错误。
在译后总结时，译员还可以对现场学习到的新知识加以整理，加深印象和理解。例如，译员在陪同亚洲开发银行专家拜访中国政府各部门时，就曾不止一次地听见亚行专家介绍一项新的项目，即CKP（Country KnowledgePlan）项目。这是一个崭新的项目，其目的是为了收集和利用各成员国在发展过程中的各类知识。根据专家介绍，该项目收集的知识主要包括以下四种类型，即：（1）来自现有项目的经验：（2）有关未来发展规划的知识：（3）来自海外的知识和经验；（4）中国发展模式可以提供给他国的经验。此项目体现了亚行对各国发展模式、经验与知识的新看法，译员完全可以在口译工作完成后对这些知识进行整理，将其融入自己的知识体系中，今后若再次遇见同类的介绍，便会胸有成竹了。

一、政治
政治报了任汝芬的考研政治全程班，参考书就是以任的序列1-4，四本书，以其要点精编那本书为重点，后期做了肖秀容的四套题(推荐)。因为是文科出生，所以对一些内容的理解不很吃力，但是考研政治与高考政治不大一样，特别是答题方向，要好好总结，另外选择题要费点心，多多区别选项的差异，今年考试多重视细节，所以希望大家不要掉以轻心哟，我就是前期不努力，后期加大油的类型，此类型不推荐哟。
二、基英
今年川外MTI基础英语的难度提了好几个台阶，特别是词汇方面，多奇形怪状的生词，但是万变不离其宗，我们并不是拿生词米有办法的。我的方法是，以郑家顺的一本叫什吗专八必背词汇的书为重点(这本书的题册，题型和川外基英题型一样，词汇内容不难，但具有代表性，这书确实帮我很多哟，但是这书貌似有点老，市面上似乎不好买，但是各校图书馆应该有，我是图书馆借的，已经被我画的稀巴烂鸟)，另外买一本《英语词汇的`奥秘》，这书不贵，网上买10RMB左右，里面主要是一些常见的词根词缀，一方面可以帮助我们记忆单词，但最重要的是，词根词缀可以帮我们分析单词。这么说吧，倘若选项的四个单词你都不认识，但是题干你是可以读懂的，根据题意，你可以辨别出题干的色彩，与词性等信息，即，题干是积极方向还是消极方向，继而你就可以辨别出所填单词应是积极的还是消极的。然后，你可以再根据每个词汇的词根词缀来分析词语的色彩，如de-, dis-,是消极，因为他们多表示不，bene-是积极，因为它表示善和好，然后选择符合项即可. 阅读方面，剑桥雅思的题型，但是内容有变化，以前多摘自剑桥雅思的原题，但是今年就摘自一些国外的报刊，如纽约客等，所以大家一定要重视做这些题的方法，而不是光光注重答案哦，侧重训练判断题(TF)、配对题(matching), 和单选，当然其他题型也得练着。
三、翻译
这个没啥好说的，关键在练和背，扩大知识面，了解必要的翻译方法，和中英表达差异，说说我的参考书吧，《散文翻译108篇》，董俊峰的《英汉名篇名译》(有人可能会觉得这书难了点，但是川外翻译题的难度，除以外，其他年份还是较难的，所以要多做准备，而且这书对分析文章很有好处哦)，张培基的散文翻译，以第一本为重点，多背型。另外顾德曼的什么电台指南的书的后面有很全的缩略词，建议背背
四、百科
有些人很纠结就是百科中的《中国文学史》四卷，那么多要怎么办，其实没必要全看，去买本与之配套的《中国文学史》辅导书即可，25RMB，上面全是精华总结，然后在做些题就行了，至于作文，大家高中都写过，没啥好说的。然后是应用文，实在没必要买啥子应用文大全，只要把历年来各个院校的题型总结看看，找些列子看看就行，若是在要买书，一是圣才有本针对百科的书，可以看看，但此系列书错误较多，要小心，另外就是图书馆有很多这种书，可以借来看，这个应用文和作文也要勤动手，多背记，要不然到时候考试时，就麻烦了。另外，作文断不可犯常识性错误，我就是吃了这上面的亏，当时把孟子的一句话写成孔子说的，分数下来了，都可以推测出此错害我失分严重呀。
五、复试
口译是考三个题型，一是笔译，二是听译，三是视译，这些就都是考基础了，总之，复试来看，川外很考英语基础，一些百科好，基础英语烂的在这关很可能被刷，毕竟口语和口译是道坎儿，在准备复试的时候，大家要重视这两点，视译时间紧，考你口译能力和翻译能力，建议先分层断句，不要大规模地调整句序，这点与笔译是不一样的，口译平时一定多练，注意发音，平时口语不好或者跨考的同学，要多练习，总之，川外复试刷人厉害，英语底子十分重要。
