“you can go，” said the lieutenant， “but i don’t think it will be worth it。 your friend is probably dead and you may throw your own life away。” the lieutenant’s words didn’t matter， and the soldier went anyway。miraculously he managed to reach his friend， hoisted him onto his shoulder， and brought him back to their company’s trench。 as the two of them tumbled in together to the bottom of the trench， the officer checked the wounded soldier， then looked kindly at his friend。 “i told you it wouldn’t be worth it，” he said。 “your friend is dead， and you are mortally wounded。”“it was worth it， though， sir，” the soldier said。“how do you mean ‘worth it’?” responded the lieutenant。 “your friend is dead!”

“yes sir，” the private answered。 “but it was worth it because when i got to him， he was still alive， and i had the satisfaction of hearing him say， ‘jim， i knew you’d come。’”many a time in life， whether a thing is worth doing or not really depends on how you look at it。

舍得舍得，有舍才有得。

我们经常看到有些店装修的很精致，开业仪式也很隆重，但平日里生意并不好。突然某一天准备去逛时发现，原来店面已经停业了。

前几日我去镇上买蔬菜、水果，合计金额八十块两毛，我问老板能不能便宜点，两毛钱优惠掉。老板问我：“你付现金还是刷支付宝?”

我说：“支付宝。”

老板说“如果是支付宝，两毛要收的，如果是现金就算了。”他这样讲，我就没再说什么了。因为没带现金，最后付款八十块两毛。

并非只有他一个老板是这样，自从手机可以付款后，有一部分老板对于几毛钱零头是不会主动去除的。

哪怕有时候在同一家店消费不少，但是几毛钱的零头还是照付。我们并非真的缺这两三毛钱，如果真那么在乎那在买之前就会砍价。

为什么有的人无论生意做多久仍然没赚多少钱，并且无法把生意做大?有时真不是ta不想，而是ta做不到。

会做生意的人，都很热情大方。他们懂得舍得这个原理，没有一时的舍哪来以后的得呢?

我有一次上街买菜，刚好看到有人摆摊卖枇杷。黄枇杷15元一斤，红枇杷10元一斤。我问老板能不能尝一个，他说随便尝。

我原本是不想多买的，但尝过后发现黄枇杷真的很甜，最后买了两斤。付钱时我顺口说了句“老板送两个哇”，老板真爽快一把又一把抓了红枇杷往带里装，好像枇杷不要钱一样。

我看着都都觉得他送多了，还是第一次碰到这么爽快大方的老板。

老板说平时他老婆在这里摆摊，他偶尔替换一下。果然等我们买菜出来就看到他老婆在那里，我心里庆幸还好刚是他在，如果是他老婆卖的可能就没这么大方了。

会做生意的人总能让客户心甘情愿花钱，并且成为长久顾客。

老板说他基本上都在那摆摊，杨梅、枇杷、桃子、樱桃等水果他都卖。他的服务态度真的很好，人随和还大方，从那之后只要是去那条街，我要买水果就去光顾他的生意。

有些老板会给客人优惠一些或者去零头钱，或者会送点小玩意，这些小举措都是在给自己店加分。

看得远才能走得远

很多人做生意只看眼前，能赚一毛就一毛。我住的小区里有家水果店就是如此，某次我买水果，合计金额35块2毛钱，我说“老板两毛算了吧”。

她一副不情愿得样子说“水果很贵的，没赚你钱，都亏本的，那要不就算了”。

我是看着她家从装修到开业，之后又停业。她家开业期间我去过三次，之后再也没去过。因为每次像这种一两毛零钱，除非你说了她才不情愿的给你优惠那几毛钱，如果不说就照收不误。

一个店能否长久营业下去旁人是看得出来的，东西的质量、人员的服务态度以及老板这个人都与此有关联。同等质量的情况下，价格优惠的自然更受欢迎。

而另一家水果店不仅在小区开了很多年，而且每天生意都很好，我家的大部分水果都是她家买的`，对此我大致分析了几方面原因。

首先，老板服务意识强。每次有人去店里买水果，她都会很热情打招呼，这样会让顾客感受到尊重。

其次，老板的专业知识强。每种水果怎样分辨好坏她都知道，并且顾客在挑选的时候还会告诉顾客。即使你不在她家买，以后这挑水果技巧也用得着。

第三，人很随和。只要去她家买过两三次水果，她就能知道你大概喜欢吃什么水果了。等你一进门就告诉你哪个水果刚到的特新鲜。

第四，水果质量好。水果味道很正宗，不会像有些水果一样，看着是桃子吃起来像黄瓜，不甜不酸。并且价格会分两种，贵的水果质量当然好些，便宜的水果无非也就是个头小而已，或者是卖剩的，他会明确告知不欺骗你。

第五，大方。这也是重点哦，别说给你优惠一两毛钱有时候给你优惠一两块钱都常有。

这才是做生意，面面俱到，吸引客户很多新老顾客的关顾。

小区那么多家水果店，其实每家我都买过，但各方面比较下来，最后还是觉得她家最好。

同等价格的东西，我们不是比质量就是比服务意识，如果都没有，那肯定是不会考虑的。同样是花钱，当然更愿意花的心甘情愿。

有些人总是羡慕别人这个也好那个也好，其实ta人之所以能得到好评并且客源不断，只因为他们看的更宽更远。你诚信、真心待人，别人感受到的同时也会回馈于你。

长远目光，长远利益

小本生意上，看重眼前的几毛钱利益，无非也就失去几个客户而已。而育儿方面如果只贪恋眼前的利益，有可能毁了一生。
