根据小学英语新课标的精神,通过多样化的教学手段和评价方式,激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣,使学生树立自信心,养成良好的学习习惯和形成良好的学习策略,初步发展学生的综合语言运用能力,为学生的终身学习和发展打下良好基础。
二、学生现状分析
四年级的大部分学生对英语有着较浓厚的学习兴趣,但也有少数学生由于遇到困难,学习兴趣会随之减弱。尤其从这学期开始,对学生又提出了新的要求:培养听、说、读、写的技能,单词和句型也越来越难,而每周的课时有限,学生对于英语的学习效果不佳,从而影响了学习积极性。所以教师应该面向全体学生,以学生的发展为宗旨,把激发学生的学习兴趣放在首位,引导学生掌握良好的学习方法,培养学生良好的学习习惯,初步发展听、说、读、写能力。
三、教材分析
新编教材共有十二个单元,四个阶段测评。每个单元的标题是该单元的话题,同一单元的语言材料围绕这个话题展开。话题与学生的日常生活、学习等密切相关,能使学生觉得熟悉、实用,既便于课堂教学的展开,又便于学生在实际生活和学习中套用与这些话题相关的句子,进行简单的交流。
