1.“What can you tell me about yourself?”

3.“Why should I hire you?”
“为什么我应该聘用你?”同样，你不应长篇大论，而应提供有关你资历的扼要说明。要肯定自己，表明你能胜任此项工作。如答：“根据我参加过的实习和与此相关的打工经历，我能胜任。”
4.“What would you like to be doing five years from now?”

5.“What is your greatest weakness?”

6.“What is your greatest strength?”

二、五大面试注意事项
不管你有什么样的简历和才华，如果在面试上砸了，你也无法得到那个职位。
1. 不要“笑脸盈盈”（Don’t be a“smiley face”)
面试中过度微笑会被视作紧张和缺乏自信。笑容可掬的一个人看上去是虚假的，而这些很快会被面试官发现。相反，做一个有思想、令人愉快的人，在有东西值得笑时才去笑。先在镜子或朋友面前练习练习。
2. 不要撒谎（Don’t be a liar)
研究表明，员工在职场上经常会撒谎。撒谎无法给你带来一份工作。在面试时，即便是一点的夸张都算撒谎。别那么做。不要夸大你的简历或美化你的成绩。和一位适度自信的人，以及和一位吹牛的人谈话是不一样的。一个谎言会破坏全部面试，有经验的面试者一定会发现那个谎言，让你离开。
3. 不要太难伺候（Don’t be high-maintenance)
如果你开始谈论理想中的办公室温度、你疼痛的后背适合的椅子、饮水机需要装进口矿泉水等问题，那么不论你的资格如何，可能你将被示以一个礼貌的微笑，还有送客的大门。如今任何招聘单位都不会寻找对他们办公地点过分讲究的人。
4. 不要浪费时间（Don’t be a time-waster)
每一次面试时，潜在雇员都会有提问的机会。让你的问题显得聪明一些，直截了当，同时通过观察对面的面试官来决定提问是否恰当。问太多不相干的问题，你会被认为是一个注定要用无足轻重和费时的事情来浪费公司资源的人。
5. 不要出语伤人（Don’t be a switchblade)
一般来说，出语伤人者被看做一位背后捅刀子的人，通常会领别人工作的功劳。在面试时，这种人禁不住要说前雇主的“坏话”。如果你让你过去的工作地点看上去像是地狱，那么面试你的人也许会打电话给他们，看看谁才是真正的恶魔。

其实求职面试英语不是缥缈无形的，它有自己的规律和掌握方法。对于一个用英语进行的面试，首要的要求就是用英语连贯而自如的表达自己，这不在于你掌握多难的单词，而是你的语言是否有逻辑，是否能够顺利的进行沟通；
其次就是一定量的英文商务术语，这能够很大程度上提高你的专业性；
再次就是要懂得很多面试的特别是外企面试中所体现的英美文化，比如说正确的身体语言，这些细节往往能够起到相当关键的作用；
最后，就是你的自信，即使没有听懂问题也不能慌乱，请对方再重复一遍。
求职英语可以训练出来吗
通过短时间的强化训练，英语求职中的很多问题还是可以做到未雨绸缪，有备无患的，语言的学习要找到正确的方法，比如互动、场景的演练可以让你短时间内把面试状态调整到最佳，也能根据不同的公司和职位进行有的放矢的训练。

2、面试题：中国区的首席代表对我进行的，他主要问我以前做过一些什么项目。
收获：在这个过程中，一般面试官问这些问题就是想了解你的基本能力，看你是否具备一定的专业素质，另外，还会考查你是否是这个圈里的人。所以，当时首席代表就问过我一个问题：“你认识某某吗?”，这就是考查你对这个圈的认知程度了。所以，对于自己圈子里的人一定要有所了解，对这个行业、这个圈子里的发展动态也要尽可能多的了解才好。
3、面试题：美国过来的CEO对我的面试。他们的面试方式总是很特别。起初先是他的助理跟我进行了约十分钟的对话，然后他才进来对我进行的面试。他问我的第一个问题就是：“告诉我你的两个缺点”。我当时有点不太适应，停顿了几秒钟，考虑了一下，然后回答他：“经验缺乏和喜欢争论”。CEO看完我的 后，拿笔圈出了5个圈，告诉我这些地方存在什么毛病，连标点符号都不放过。
收获：老板的严谨和认真给我留下的深刻印象，也让我对工作的认真态度提高了一层。在和老板对话的时候，不要急着回答他所提的问题，要想一下再作答。另外，对于自己的能力不要去掩饰，要很大方地表现自己的能力和水平，让老板在最短的时间内对你产生兴趣，被录用的机会就会增大。
面试题总结：第一轮面试的时候记得是让我举很多例子，包括自己在学校的时候都举办或者参加过什么活动，在活动中遇到过什么困难，又是怎么解决这些困难的。他们就是不断挖掘你所经历事情的一切细节，通过这些细节来看你的实际能力。千万不要让自己的简历中存在谎言，因为如果不是你做过的事情，当被问及细节时一定会穿帮的，那么你就没有任何机会进入这个公司了。另外，对于自己的简历一定要准备得充分些，把自己的所有优势都集中考虑一下，整理出一个清晰的线路，这样，问到什么你就可以很从容地回答了。另外，一定要了解自己到底想要什么职位，要学会察言观色，了解人家想知道什么信息。不要急着说话，要慎重，思维也要集中一点，不要眼高手低，了解自己的能力最重要。最后一轮面试我赶上了英文面试，倒没有太多问题，很轻松地就过了，只要把意思表达清楚就可以了。到外企工作英文一定要好，不然交流起来困难太多。因为往往很多往来邮件都是英文性质的。需要提醒找工作的人，不要在你已经获得了一份工作以后，就放弃了其他单位的应聘机会。参加各种应聘不一定是要频繁换工作，而是你可以借着应聘对很多公司企业有一个了解，这也是成长的一个机会，没准对以后从事的工作会有所帮助。我当时就只参加了宝洁的面试，现在想来有点遗憾。

香港大学教务长韦永庚表示, 该校在录取内地生入读本科和硕士课程时, 主要采用面试的方式, “这种双方即时交流的方式, 可以让申请人的个人想法、创造力等真实地体现出来”。他不讳言, 不采用自述信这种“省时省力”的方式, 其中一个原因是担心家长、学校等帮忙“粉饰”申请文书, 令校方难以判断申请者的真正潜质。
香港科技大学中国内地学生及学术事务处主任朱力径亦表示, 录取内地生入读该校本科课程时, 主要以面试表现和高考成绩作准, 并不要求他们提交自述信。
该放弃呢?还是坚持到最后一关?我思忖着，仔细分析了一下所面临的处境：其一、我所应聘的职位是办公室文员，说英语的机会应该不多，没理由考难度大的专业类英语口语 ，考日常用语的可能性极大;其二、笔试的时候，我留意观察了那些竞争者们，我的条件绝对不差;其三，也是最关键的，硬着头皮考上它一场，我什么损失都没有啊。
考虑好了对策之后，我到书店买了本《漫游日本》日语基础书及配套的一盘磁带，接下来便是依照计划按部就班的6天了，自我介绍《求职技巧：“英语哑巴”如何巧过英语面试关》。
第一步，用中文写下问题及相应的答案。这一步骤的要求是越细致越好。假设自己就是考官，想问考生哪些问题，诸如：“请介绍一下你的个人经历”、“说说你的家庭状况”、“你的业余爱好是什么”、“你为什么要到我们公司应聘”、“你对日本了解多少”等等大大小小凡能想到的问题，然后写下自己的回答。
第二步，用英文翻译上面的问与答。这一步骤的要求是越规范越好。翻译时稍没把握好时，便立刻翻看词典、语法等工具书，同时让那本《漫游日本》派上用场。我先译成中文再译成英语，因为只有这样，才能把意思表达得更全面，条理更清晰。
第三步，背诵及模拟考试。自问自答地进行实战演习，以便更好地适应面试。
最后，别忘了该公司来自日本，学习几句简单的日本问候语，全面地翻看一下日本国情介绍，做到知己知彼百战不殆嘛。
面试的那天下午，略施粉黛的我身着职业装进入考场，面对着中日两方共6位考官时，我首先用中日两文说“下午好。”其后所考的英文口语涉及到个人经历、兴趣爱好、日本国情等诸多问题，我从容应对总算说得过去。
面试结束时，我在鞠躬之后真诚地说了一句“请多关照”。
