在学完表示颜色的英文单词后, 学生普遍认为比较容易掌握, 在第二节课的前5分钟, 我准备了一个抢答游戏:男生、女生各成一组, 教师通过多媒体点击颜色单词, 在单词掉下来前, 学生抢答, 答对得分, 累计分数高者胜。通过这个活动, 既操练了句型“What color is it?It is...”又活跃了课堂气氛, 调动起了学生的积极性, 还让学生复习了表示颜色的单词, 一举多得。

七、句子接力赛

为了及时复习学过的单词和句型, 我经常在课前5分钟组织学生进行句子接力赛, 以提高学生的听力, 也有意要集中他们的注意力。我小声地把句子告诉给每组的第一个学生, 然后一个学生一个学生地把句子往后传, 直到最后一个学生把所听到的句子写到黑板上, 看哪组写的句子最准确。在这个比赛中, 学生都紧张起来, 集中起自己的注意力, 生怕漏掉一个单词, 听错一个单词。

第三，加强校学生会对院学生会的管理。各分学院学生会有很多的活动上重复。解决这个现状，就应当各分学生会的工作统一收集、进行有计划的管理和指导，这样就使得资源能够在最大程度上配置、时间能够更加节约，让我们有更多的经历放在其他重要活动上。与此同时也应当鼓励各学院根据自己学院的特色主推一些传统的品牌活动。

第四，要走出去、引进来。加强同青岛地区企业的联系。无论是我们的想要在大学期间锻炼能力、获取经验，还是想在今后的就业上更有优势，我觉得同青岛地区的企业开展更加密切的合作是很有必要也有意义的。试想一下我们有XX奖学金，但为什么我们不能将与学校毗邻的X、Y等一批世界知名的企业拉起来，创立“X奖学金”、“Y杯”呢?

一、无工作经验的社会新鲜人

社会新鲜人在职场没有工作经验可供评估，自我介绍重点放在个人课业表现、专业学习、社团经验、国际或志工经验以及基本资料。

1. 提出3～5年的职涯规划

职业生涯规划的方向需紧扣所应征的职务，显示对自我发展有想法。

2. 完整的学经历说明

一是学业与研究的领域，二是社团与打工的经验，力求具体。例如打工使自己在某个领域得到的实际学习成果是什么，将如何有助于你未来的工作。

3. 强调专业与训练

So now I have already had more than 6years working experience.The knowledge I have learned in college and the 6years working lead me to a person with strong responsiblity and high working efficiency. besides, i am ambicious and flexible. I am not only able to finish the task alone but also to cooperate with other people very well which requires good ablity of communication.

Even though, my job in the past six years didnt require English skills that much, I am always very interested in it. Whats more, I never stop learning English in my spare time. In my opinion, people improve in the process of work, they also learn from the job.I am a quick learner. So I am totally confident that I can do this job very well. I will try my best to take the responsibilty and do everything as good as I can. Please trust my loyalty and effort, you wont be let down.
